Background

Referring to fig. 1, an ear plate cable structure in the prior art mainly comprises an ear plate 1, a cable head plate 2, a cable 3 and a clamp 4, wherein the ear plate 1 is pre-buried and installed on a structure 5 through a steel frame structure, a stiffening plate and the like, the end part of the ear plate 1 is inserted into an opening of the cable head plate 2 of a U-shaped structure, and the cable head plates 2 between two layers of structures 5 are connected through the cable 3; the clamp 4 is of an integrated structure, one end of the clamp 4 is fixed on the inhaul cable 3, and curtain wall glass is fixedly installed through the other end of the clamp 4.
The unilateral installation clearance between the cable head plate 2 and the lug plate 1 in the prior art is only 5mm, and the maximum installation deviation of the lug plate 1 can be met by 10mm. the split type clamp comprises a clamping rope end and a clamping glass end, one end of the clamping rope end is fixedly connected with a inhaul cable, the other end of the clamping rope end is adjustably connected with one end of the clamping glass end, and curtain wall glass is fixedly arranged at the other end of the clamping glass end.
The cable clamping device is characterized in that a plurality of strip-shaped adjusting waist holes are formed in the other end of the cable clamping end, the length direction of each adjusting waist hole is consistent with the deviation direction of the vertical installation joint of the inhaul cable and curtain wall glass, and one end of the glass clamping end is connected with the other end of the cable clamping end in an adjustable mode through the adjusting waist holes by a connecting piece.

The unilateral installation clearance between the lug plate and the cable head plate is 20-30mm.

The cable head plate 2 is internally provided with gaskets 21, two gaskets 21 are respectively arranged between two sides of the ear plate 1 and the inner wall of the cable head plate 2, and the end part of the ear plate 1 is fixed in the cable head plate 2 through the gaskets 21. After the unilateral installation gap between the cable head plate 2 and the lug plate 1 is enlarged, the connection stability between the lug plate 1 and the cable head plate 2 is ensured through the gasket 21, and the thickness of the gasket 21 is determined according to the size of the unilateral installation gap.
The closed end of the cable head plate 2 is of a V-shaped structure, so that the closed end of the cable head plate 2 is thickened, and the requirements on structural strength and connection reliability after the opening width of the cable head plate 2 is increased are met.
Preferably, the unilateral installation gap between the lug plate 1 and the cable head plate 2 is 20-30mm, so that the installation deviation of 40mm and 60mm of the maximum deviation value of the lug plate 1 during cross-layer and non-cross-layer construction can be met, and the cable head plate 2 with proper opening width can be selected according to the actual installation deviation condition.
Example 1:
in the curtain wall glass installation process of a certain building structure, the opening width of an original cable head plate is 70mm, the unilateral installation gap between the lug plate 1 and the original cable head plate is 5mm, the installation deviation of the non-cross-layer lug plate 1 obtained through actual measurement is 30mm, the opening width of the cable head plate 2 is designed to be 120mm, the unilateral installation gap between the lug plate 1 and the cable head plate 2 is 30mm, and therefore the cable head plate 2 installed on a two-layer structure is located on the same vertical line, and the verticality of a cable 3 vertically connected between the two cable head plates 2 is guaranteed.
When position deviation exists between the position of the inhaul cable 3 and the vertical mounting seam of the curtain wall glass, the glass clamping end 42 moves relative to the rope clamping end 41 through the adjusting waist hole 411, so that the glass clamping end 42 is aligned with the vertical mounting seam of the curtain wall glass, the glass clamping end 42 and the rope clamping end 41 are locked and fixed through the adjusting waist hole 411 through bolts, and therefore the mounting requirement of the curtain wall glass is met, and the vertical mounting seam of the curtain wall glass is located on the same vertical line in appearance. In the cross-layer structure, due to the high height, the positional deviation between the lashing wire end 41 and the lashing glass end 42 is not visually apparent, and does not affect the appearance of the glass curtain wall.
