Abstract
The invention provides a sliding rail cabinet which comprises a cabinet body, wherein a plurality of equipment boxes are arranged in the cabinet body, and two ends of each equipment box are connected with the cabinet body through sliding rails; the equipment box both ends are equipped with many first strengthening ribs that vertical direction extends, the equipment box passes through the support and is connected with the slide rail, one side of support be equipped with first strengthening rib complex multiunit third strengthening rib. the equipment box is connected with the sliding rail through a support, a plurality of groups of third reinforcing ribs matched with the first reinforcing ribs are arranged on one side of the support, the width of each group of third reinforcing ribs is the same as the distance between the first reinforcing ribs, and the distance between each group of third reinforcing ribs is equal to the width of the first reinforcing ribs;
a second mounting plate connected with the first mounting plate is arranged at the upper end of each group of the third reinforcing ribs, a plurality of second mounting holes corresponding to the first mounting holes are vertically formed in the second mounting plate, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are fixed through fasteners;

Moreover, the modular cabinet structure of the equipment box can facilitate subsequent maintenance and repair, and only one large-size equipment box needs to be correspondingly replaced after large-capacity equipment is replaced, so that the whole cabinet does not need to be transformed.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structure and function of the invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, the slide rail cabinet of the present invention includes a cabinet body 1, the cabinet body 1 includes four columns 5, a slide rail mounting plate 11 is disposed between the columns 5 at the left and right ends of the cabinet body 1, as shown in fig. 3, a slide rail 4 is disposed on the slide rail mounting plate 11, a fixed end of the slide rail 4 is mounted on the slide rail mounting plate 11, an extending end of the slide rail 4 is connected to an equipment box 3 through a support 2, a plurality of equipment boxes 3 may be disposed in the cabinet body 1, and the equipment boxes 3 may be customized according to different sizes.
As shown in a) of fig. 8, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 32 extending in the vertical direction are provided at both ends of the equipment box 3, and the first reinforcing ribs 32 at both ends of the equipment box 3 are symmetrically arranged. As shown in b) of fig. 8, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 33 extending in the horizontal direction are provided at the bottom of the equipment box 3, and the bottom extending ends of the first reinforcing ribs 32 corresponding to the two ends of the equipment box 3 are connected by the second reinforcing ribs 33 to form an outer frame of the equipment box 3.
As shown in a) of fig. 8, the end plates at the two ends of the equipment box 3 are horizontally bent and extend outward to form a first mounting plate 31, the first mounting plate 31 is connected with the upper ends of the first reinforcing ribs 32 at the corresponding ends, and a plurality of first mounting holes 311 are vertically formed in the first mounting plate 31.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the equipment box 3 is connected with the slide rail 4 through the support 2, one side of the support 2 is provided with a plurality of groups of third reinforcing ribs 25 matched with the first reinforcing ribs 32, the width of each group of third reinforcing ribs 25 is equal to the distance between the first reinforcing ribs 32, the distance between the third reinforcing ribs 25 of each group is equal to the width of the first reinforcing ribs 32, and the first reinforcing ribs 32 and the third reinforcing ribs 25 are matched in a concave-convex manner.
As shown in fig. 6, a second mounting plate 21 connected to the first mounting plate 31 is disposed at an upper end of each group of the third reinforcing ribs 25, a plurality of second mounting holes 312 corresponding to the first mounting holes 311 are vertically formed in the second mounting plate 21, and the first mounting plate 31 and the second mounting plate 21 are fixed by a fastener.
As shown in a) of fig. 5, a plurality of slide rail mounting holes 24 are formed in the length direction of the side wall surface of the bracket 2, the slide rail mounting holes 24 may be arranged in two rows, and two slide rails 4 are used to connect the bracket 2, the extending end of each slide rail 4 is installed on the corresponding slide rail mounting hole 24, and the fixed end of the slide rail 4 is installed on the slide rail mounting plate 11 of the cabinet body 1, so as to form a dual-slide rail structure, as shown in b) of fig. 7, a notch 251 is formed in the slide rail mounting hole 24 of the bracket 2 by the third reinforcing rib 25, and the notch 251 can effectively avoid a fastener on the dual-slide rail mounting bracket 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front end of the bracket 2 is provided with a limiting plate 22, the upright post 5 at the front end of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a fixing piece 13 matched with the limiting plate 22, and after the limiting plate 22 is connected with the fixing piece 13 through a fastening piece, as shown in fig. 2, the sliding rail 4 cannot drive the equipment box 3 to extend out.

1. A slide rail cabinet comprises a cabinet body (1), wherein a plurality of equipment boxes (3) are arranged in the cabinet body (1), and two ends of each equipment box (3) are connected with the cabinet body (1) through slide rails (4); the method is characterized in that:
a plurality of first reinforcing ribs (32) extending in the vertical direction are arranged at two ends of the equipment box (3);
the end plates at two ends of the equipment box (3) are horizontally bent and extend outwards to form a first mounting plate (31), the first mounting plate (31) is connected with the upper ends of the first reinforcing ribs (32) at the corresponding ends, and a plurality of first mounting holes (311) are vertically formed in the first mounting plate (31);
the equipment box (3) is connected with a sliding rail (4) through a support (2), a plurality of groups of third reinforcing ribs (25) matched with the first reinforcing ribs (32) are arranged on one side of the support (2), the width of each group of third reinforcing ribs (25) is the same as the distance between the first reinforcing ribs (32), and the distance between each group of third reinforcing ribs (25) is equal to the width of the first reinforcing ribs (32);
the upper end of each group of third reinforcing ribs (25) is provided with a second mounting plate (21) connected with the first mounting plate (31), the second mounting plate (21) is vertically provided with a plurality of second mounting holes (312) corresponding to the first mounting holes (311), and the first mounting plate (31) and the second mounting plate (21) are fixed through fasteners;
the length direction of support (2) side wall face is equipped with a plurality of slide rail mounting holes (24), the extension end of slide rail (4) is installed on slide rail mounting hole (24), the stiff end of slide rail (4) is installed on cabinet body (1).
