The difference from the embodiments 1 and 2 is that a cooling plate 402 is provided on one side surface of the pump-out machine 4, a heat radiation fan 403 is provided on the surface of the cooling plate 402, an oil outlet pipe 404 is provided in the middle of the top end of the pump-out machine 4, and the oil outlet pipe 404 is provided in a curved shape inside the pump-out machine 4.

The thin oil lubrication planetary reducer comprises a reducer main body (1), wherein the reducer main body (1) comprises a base (101) and a reduction cylinder (102), and is characterized in that a pumping module (2) is installed at the top end of the reduction cylinder (102), an oil inlet (201) is formed in the top end of the pumping module (2), a pumping machine (202) is arranged on the surface of one end of the pumping module (2), a main control board (203) is arranged on the surface of the pumping module (2), an oil conveying pipe (3) is arranged at the other end of the pumping module (2), a pumping machine (4) is arranged at the bottom end of the reduction cylinder (102), an oil storage cavity (204) is formed inside the pumping module (2), the oil storage cavity (204) is arranged in an inverted L shape, a first electromagnetic valve (205) is arranged at the bottom end of the pumping machine (202), an oil sliding cavity (5) is arranged at the bottom end of the first electromagnetic valve (205), a planetary gear set (501) is arranged on the inner side of the oil sliding cavity (5), the planetary gear set (501) comprises an outer gear ring (6), a retention groove (601) is arranged on the surface of the outer gear ring (6), an oil outlet (601), and a second electromagnetic valve (401) is arranged on the inner side of the pumping machine (102), stay groove (601) set up in the top surface department of outer ring gear (6), oil inlet hole (602) are down trapezium structure and run through to outer ring gear (6) inner wall surface, and are located the depressed place of rodent, planetary gear set (501) still include planetary gear and sun gear.

The thin oil lubrication planetary reducer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pump-in machine (202) is connected with the lubricating oil chamber (5) and the first electromagnetic valve (205), the pump-out machine (4) is connected with the second electromagnetic valve (401) and the oil delivery pipe (3), the pump-out machine (4) and the oil storage chamber (204) are connected through the oil delivery pipe (3), and the lubricating oil chamber (5) forms an enclosure space through the external gear ring (6) and the reduction cylinder (102).

The thin oil lubrication planetary reducer according to claim 2, wherein an extrusion port (7) is arranged at one end of the oil inlet hole (602) close to the inner wall of the outer gear ring (6), the extrusion port (7) is integrally arranged in a truncated cone structure, the top end of the extrusion port is in an arc-shaped cover-shaped structure and is arranged in an embedded structure with the outer gear ring (6), an inner notch (701) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the extrusion port (7), the inner notch (701) is arranged in an inner notch mode, and the top end of the extrusion port (7) and the inner wall of the outer gear ring (6) are arranged in the same plane.

The thin oil lubrication planetary reducer as claimed in claim 4, wherein a fixed frame (405) is arranged on the surface of the cooling plate (402), semiconductor chilling plates (406) are arranged on the inner side of the fixed frame (405), the number of the semiconductor chilling plates (406) is not less than four, and the main control plate (203) is electrically connected with the semiconductor chilling plates (406), the first electromagnetic valve (205), the second electromagnetic valve (401), the pump-in machine (202) and the pump-out machine (4) respectively.

The thin oil lubrication planetary reducer according to claim 5, wherein the main control board (203) and the semiconductor chilling plate (406) are separately connected and controlled, and the main control board (203) comprises an MCU micro control chip, a circuit breaker, a touch screen, a control button, a display lamp and a clock chip.

The thin oil lubrication planetary reducer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a damping module (8) is disposed between the pumping module (2) and the oil delivery pipe (3) and the pumping machine (202), two ends of the damping module (8) are provided with expansion springs (801), a corrugated pipe (802) is disposed inside the expansion springs (801), an interlayer is disposed inside the corrugated pipe (802), a stainless steel wire mesh is disposed at the interlayer, and fixing clamping plates (803) are disposed at two ends of the expansion springs (801) of the damping module (8).
