Resetting action: as shown in fig. 4, the reset bar 15 is mounted on the profile bracket outside the track, and is in a slope shape, when the tray 131 is tilted, the tray 131 moves to the position of the reset bar 15, the tray 131 moves from the low position of the slope to the high position, and the tray 131 is gradually lifted by the reset bar 15 from the tilted state, so as to realize the reset function of the tray 131.
For the basket supplementing and returning conveying line:
as shown in fig. 9, a telescopic cylinder 25 is provided at the joint of the belt line 21 at the initial end and the turning drum 23. The two telescopic cylinders 25 are respectively positioned on the section bar bracket at the tail part of the belt line 21 at the initial end and extend out to the inner side in parallel. When the basket is supplemented, the telescopic cylinder 25 is mainly used for intercepting the basket A, and the redundant basket A is prevented from entering the turning roller 23.
A photoelectric sensor for detecting the number of passing baskets is respectively arranged on the belt line 21 at the initial end close to the head and the tail of the belt line 21, and the photoelectric sensor is arranged on a section bar bracket at one side of the belt line; the telescopic cylinder 25 can be controlled by a photoelectric sensor close to the tail part of the belt line 21 at the initial end to extend out, the photoelectric sensor can detect the number of passing baskets A, when the baskets are supplemented, if 20 baskets A can be placed on the opposite belt line 22, the photoelectric sensor can detect that 20 baskets A pass through, the telescopic cylinder 25 is controlled to extend out, the redundant baskets A are prevented from entering the turning roller 23, and the baskets are prevented from being stored on the turning roller 23. When returning the basket, the telescopic cylinder 25 is retracted. In addition, the photoelectric sensor at the head of the belt line 21 close to the initial end is used for controlling the shutdown of the motor, if 40 charging baskets A are needed on the whole belt line, when the photoelectric sensor detects that the charging baskets pass through the 40 charging baskets, the photoelectric sensor is controlled to shut down the motor, and the transportation line stops transporting and supplements the charging baskets.
As shown in fig. 10, a stopper 26 is provided at the end of the belt line 22. By arranging the baffle 26, the charging basket A conveyed to the belt line 22 can be blocked, and the charging basket A is prevented from falling when the motor is not stopped. In addition, the upper parts of the two sides of the belt line 22 at the tail end are respectively provided with a guide compression bar 27 along the horizontal direction, the guide compression bars 27 are arranged on the section bar bracket, and the guide compression bars 27 are slightly higher than the height of the charging basket A, so that the upper edge of the charging basket A can run below the guide compression bars 27. When the basket is supplemented, the phenomenon that the basket A in front is extruded and tilted by the basket A which is continuously coming from the back after the basket A in front is blocked by the baffle 26 can be avoided.
As shown in figures 3 and 11, a guide rod 28 along the horizontal direction is arranged at the upper part of the section bar bracket at two sides of the belt lines 21 and 22 and the turning roller 23, and the height of the guide rod 28 is lower than that of the charging basket A. The guide rods 28 are arranged to prevent the basket a from deviating and falling off during operation. A cross clamp suite 29 is arranged on the profile brackets on two sides of the belt lines 21 and 22 and the turning roller 23, the bottom of the cross clamp suite 29 is connected with the profile bracket 24, one side of the cross clamp suite 29 adopts a clamp head form, and the clamp head can be adjusted along the horizontal direction; and a tensioning knob is arranged on the chuck, and the guide rod 28 is arranged in the chuck through the tensioning knob. The guide rods 28 can be conveniently installed through the structural arrangement, and the width between the guide rods 28 on the two sides can be adjusted according to actual needs so as to adapt to charging baskets A with different specifications.
In conclusion, the automatic sorting device is ingenious in structure, the annular structure of the sorting device is in a chain type, the transmission is stable, the structure is compact, the speed is stable, meanwhile, the turnover disc type trolley is simple in structure, flexible in action, light in whole, high in sorting efficiency, extremely low in cost and reliable in operation. The basket supplementing and returning conveying line breaks the limitation that the conveying line can only carry out one-way transportation in the past through a U-shaped arrangement and a motor capable of rotating forwards and backwards, and meanwhile realizes the functions of supplementing and returning baskets, so that the use efficiency of the charging basket is greatly increased, and the production efficiency is improved; and only need return basket transfer line position with annular sorting device and benefit basket and set up, will normally operate, need not follow-up repeated setting. The conveying line is connected with the turning roller through a belt line, so that the transmission is stable, the structure is compact, the speed is stable and adjustable, and meanwhile, the conveying line is simple in structure, light in whole, extremely low in cost and reliable in operation. The weighing rechecking device is connected with the belt line at the initial end of the basket supplementing and returning conveying line, and the sorted order can directly enter the weighing rechecking device for rechecking, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In addition, the invention has lower overall height and smaller occupied area, reserves sufficient space for realizing multiple layers subsequently and is suitable for popularization and application.

1. An annular order sorting machine system is characterized by comprising an annular sorting device and a basket supplementing and returning conveying line;
the annular sorting device comprises a sorting device profile support, a rail is arranged on the sorting device profile support, an annular transmission chain is arranged on the rail, a plurality of tilting tray type trolleys are arranged on the annular transmission chain, and each tilting tray type trolley comprises a tilting tray and a base for controlling the tilting tray; a plurality of liftable slope-type rejectors for triggering the tilting of the tilting tray type trolley are arranged on the sorting machine profile bracket on the inner side of the track; a slope type reset guide strip is also arranged on the section bar bracket of the sorting device outside the track, so that the unloaded tilting tray type trolley can be gradually reset to a lifting state when passing through the reset guide strip;
the basket supplementing and returning conveying line comprises two linear belt lines for conveying and placing the charging basket, and the two belt lines are connected through a turning roller to form a U shape integrally; the belt line and the turning roller are both arranged on the conveying line profile bracket and are driven by a motor capable of rotating forwards and backwards;
mend basket return basket transfer chain and partly surround in the annular sorting device outside, the straightway outside of annular sorting device corresponds a plurality of blanking mouths, and the tilting tray formula platform truck is docked to the blanking mouth upper reaches, and blanking mouth low reaches dock mends basket return basket transfer chain, and every rejecter corresponds a blanking mouth.
2. The loop order sorter system of claim 1 further comprising a weigh rechecking device interfacing with a belt line at an initial end of the refill basket return basket conveyor line.

The annular order sorting machine system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the annular sorting device further comprises an industrial control all-in-one machine, the industrial control all-in-one machine is mounted on the profile bracket near the loading position of the sorting device, the annular sorting device further comprises a code scanning camera, the code scanning camera is mounted beside the industrial control all-in-one machine and is in communication connection with the industrial control all-in-one machine, and the industrial control all-in-one machine is in communication connection with the remover.

The endless order sorter system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the endless drive chain is mounted on two sprockets, one of which is provided with a motor; the inside and outside both sides of annular drive chain are provided with the track conducting bar respectively, the bottom both sides of tilting disk platform truck are provided with the edge the walking wheel of track conducting bar walking, be connected with annular drive chain in the middle of the bottom of tilting disk platform truck.

The annular order sorter system as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the base controlling the tray tipping comprises a fan-shaped tray support, a base main body, the tray is installed on the top of the fan-shaped tray support, the fan-shaped tray support is hinged on one side of the base main body, and a fan-shaped tray support rotation angle limit is further provided on the base main body; the rear end and the front end of the bottom of the fan-shaped tray support are respectively a tipping triggering end and a resetting triggering end, and the fan-shaped tray support can rotate around the hinged position forward and backward under the action of external force triggering to tip and reset the tray.

The annular order sorter system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the tipping trigger end and the reset trigger end are each provided with a guide wheel, the guide wheel of the tipping trigger end is used for cooperating with a liftable slope-type remover to realize tipping of the tray, and the guide wheel of the reset trigger end is used for cooperating with a slope-type reset guide bar to realize resetting of the tray;
and/or the limiting part is a limiting shifting rod, an arc-shaped guide opening is formed in the fan-shaped tray support, and one end of the limiting shifting rod is inserted into the arc-shaped guide opening.

The annular order sorter system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rejector comprises a lifter provided with an inclined plate at a top thereof, the inclined plate being an ascending inclined plate in a running direction of the turning-tray type cart; when the tilting-tray type trolley needs to be triggered to tilt, the lifting rod is in a lifting state, so that when the tilting-tray type trolley passes through, the rear part of the tilting-tray type trolley is gradually lifted along the inclined plate, and the tilting of the tray is realized.
8. The annular order sorter system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a telescopic cylinder for intercepting the basket is provided in the basket supplementing and returning conveying line at a connection of the belt line at the initial end and the turning drum;
a photoelectric sensor for detecting the number of passing baskets is respectively arranged on the belt line at the initial end close to the head and the tail of the belt line, and the photoelectric sensors are arranged on a section bar bracket on one side of the belt line; the photoelectric sensor at the head of the belt line close to the initial end is used for controlling the stop of the motor, and the photoelectric sensor at the tail of the belt line close to the initial end is used for controlling the extension of the telescopic cylinder.

The annular order sorting machine system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in the basket supplementing and returning conveying line, the tail part of the belt line at the tail end is provided with a baffle, and the upper parts of the two sides of the belt line at the tail end are respectively provided with a guide pressure rod along the horizontal direction, the guide pressure rods are arranged on a section bar bracket of the conveying line, and the guide pressure rods are slightly higher than the height of the charging basket;
and/or guide rods are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the section bar brackets at the two sides of the belt line and the turning roller along the horizontal direction, and the height of each guide rod is lower than that of the charging basket;
and/or each group of belt lines consists of a plurality of small belt lines which are connected end to end; each small belt line is provided with a speed reducing motor, and the speed reducing motor is also provided with a frequency converter.
10. Method of operating a loop order sorter system according to any of the claims 1-9, comprising:
before sorting the loop lines, manually placing a charging basket to the head of the belt line at the initial end, conveying the belt line in a counterclockwise and forward direction under the driving of a motor, and stopping rotation of the conveying line after the charging baskets of the belt line corresponding to the blanking port are filled;
when the loop is sorted, the annular transmission chain travels anticlockwise along the loop, when the turnover-type trolley needs to be triggered to overturn, the rejector is instantly lifted, when the turnover-type trolley passes through, the rear part of the turnover-type trolley gradually rises along the slope of the rejector, so that the tray is overturned, and the material is discharged from the discharging port; when the tray is tipped, the tray moves to the position of the reset guide strip, moves from the low position of the slope to the high position, and is gradually lifted by the reset guide strip from the tipping state, so that the reset of the tray is realized;
when the loop sorting is finished, the basket supplementing and returning conveying line is driven by the motor to transport clockwise and reversely, the basket returning action is completed, and the charging basket after returning is used for rechecking and weighing.
