Collecting filtrate generated during preparation of inclusion powder, extracting with n-hexane, drying with desiccant, concentrating under reduced pressure, transferring into 10mL volumetric flask, adding 1mL 1mg/mL octadecane, metering n-hexane to scale, and shaking; detecting and calculating the amount of the included pheromone by gas chromatography; the inclusion rate results are shown in Table 1:

2. Stability test of spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone double slow-release lure core
The lures obtained in example 1, example 14, example 15 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were placed in a natural environment for 90 days, weighed every 30 days, and the content of the remaining active ingredients was calculated by a weight loss method, and the result is shown in table 2, and the calculation formula of the content X is as follows:

From the data, compared with the comparative examples, the double slow-release lure core of spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone coated by paraffin, lac and rosin has the advantages that the release of the active ingredients is slower and more uniform, so that the double slow-release lure core provided by the invention has better stability.
3. Double slow release core-inducing field application effect of spodoptera litura sex pheromone
The field trapping test is carried out in the village of the Committee under the gate dam of the mountain bridge, the Zhenhan, the Hu village of the Wu-go area of the Changzhou province of Jiangsu province. Test groups were 3, namely, the lures obtained in example 1, example 14 and example 15, and comparative example 5, wherein the lures were coated with starch in comparative example 1, diatomite in comparative example 2, capillary type lures in comparative example 3, rubber head type lures in comparative example 4, and the sex pheromones were coated with inclusion material only in comparative example 5 without secondary coating with polymer material. Each lure core is matched with the spodoptera frugiperda trapper for use, each lure core is repeated for 3 times, so that the trapper is ensured to be covered uniformly as much as possible, and errors caused by uneven release at different positions are eliminated; the number of trapped insects was counted for 3 months, and the trapping results are shown in Table 3.

As shown in Table 3, the double lure prepared by dispersing the beta-cyclodextrin/spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone inclusion compound in paraffin, lac and rosin has good trapping effect on spodoptera frugiperda, and the duration of the double lure can reach more than three months, but the lure trapping effect of the early-stage solid paraffin inclusion is superior to that of the lure of the lac and rosin inclusion, so that the lure of paraffin inclusion has more application value in comprehensive consideration.
The lure coated by the starch and the diatomite has a certain slow release effect, but the slow release effect is not obvious after three months.
The core coated with beta-cyclodextrin alone in comparative example 5 had an increased duration of time over the commercially available capillary core and rubber head core, but was much less than the core coated with paraffin, shellac and rosin.
From the data, the scheme provided by the invention ensures that the prepared spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone dual slow release lure core can obtain a longer duration on the basis of ensuring the lure core stability through the two coating processes of the inclusion material and the high polymer material.
With the above-described preferred embodiments according to the present invention as an illustration, the above-described descriptions can be used by persons skilled in the relevant art to make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. Claims (4)

1. The spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone double slow-release lure core is characterized by comprising inclusion powder and a polymer material coated on the outer side of the inclusion powder; the inclusion powder comprises spodoptera littoralis sex pheromone and an inclusion material coated on the outer side of the spodoptera littoralis sex pheromone; the high polymer material is at least one selected from rosin, shellac and solid paraffin; the inclusion material comprises beta-cyclodextrin; the mass ratio of the spodoptera littoralis sex pheromone to the inclusion material is 1: (1-20); the mass ratio of the polymer material to the inclusion powder is 4:1;
the spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone double slow-release lure core is prepared according to the following method:
s1: dissolving inclusion materials in a proper amount of pure water to obtain inclusion solution;
s2: dripping an organic solution of spodoptera littoralis sex pheromone into the inclusion solution to react at 40-60 ℃ to obtain a reaction mixed solution;
s3: standing the reaction mixed solution at 4 ℃, and performing suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain inclusion powder;
s4: and adding the inclusion powder into a liquid high polymer material, uniformly stirring, cooling and solidifying, and cutting a solid product to obtain the spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone dual slow-release lure core.
2. A dual sustained release lure for spodoptera littoralis sex pheromone as claimed in claim 1 wherein said spodoptera littoralis sex pheromone includes cis-9-tetradecene acetate and cis-7-dodecene acetate.
3. The spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone dual slow release lure according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the inclusion material to the pure water in the step S1 is 1: (10-30).
4. The spodoptera frugiperda sex pheromone dual slow release lure according to claim 1, wherein the organic solution in step S2 is at least one selected from the group consisting of methanol solution, ethanol solution and ethylene glycol solution.
