The invention relates to an automatic automobile locking control system and a control method, wherein the automatic automobile locking control system comprises the following components: the system comprises an automobile computer, an automobile locking state sensor, an engine state sensor, a front door opening and closing state sensor, a rear door opening and closing state sensor, a back door opening and closing state sensor and an automobile locking actuating mechanism. The automatic vehicle locking control method comprises the following steps: firstly, judging whether the automobile is in an automobile locking state; secondly, after the automobile is judged to be in the state of locking, delaying for 5 minutes to execute the automobile locking program; thirdly, within 5 minutes, if the condition of stopping locking the vehicle occurs, the automatic locking program stops executing; after 5 minutes, if the condition of stopping locking the automobile does not occur, the automobile is automatically locked; and fourthly, after the automobile is automatically locked, personnel in the automobile can open any one door from the inside of the automobile, and the automobile is automatically unlocked after any one door is opened.
