With continued reference to fig. 1, the conveying mechanism of the present embodiment structurally comprises a hatching trolley guide rail assembly, a chain conveying assembly and a chain guide rail assembly.
The hatching trolley guide rail assembly comprises an inlet guide rail 13, a middle guide rail 17 and an outlet guide rail 14, wherein the middle guide rail 17 is installed in a conveying channel, the inlet guide rail 13 is installed on the outer side of an inlet of the conveying channel, and the outlet guide rail 14 is installed on the outer side of an outlet of the conveying channel.
The chain conveying assembly comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel 182 and a conveying chain 21, the driving wheel and the driven wheel 182 are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two ends of the conveying channel, the conveying chain 21 is sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel 182, a triangular baffle is fixedly arranged on the conveying chain 21, the inclined edge of the triangular baffle faces the moving direction of the hatching trolley, the driven wheel 182 and the driving wheel are respectively sleeved on a rotating shaft 183, and the rotating shaft 183 is connected with the machine body through a supporting piece; the chain guide assembly includes an upper chain guide 15, a lower chain guide 16, and a plurality of sets of upper and lower chain guide supports 23.
The outer end of the rotating shaft 183 of the driving wheel is provided with a driving mechanism which is composed of a motor, a driving shaft group 19, a driving speed reducer 20, a driving assembly side plate 22 and the like. At this time, the rotating shaft 183 at this position is a component of the driving shaft group 19, i.e., a driving shaft. The driving speed reducer 20 can reduce the rotating speed of the motor, and the rotating motion of the motor is converted into the linear motion of the conveying chain 21 by combining with the driving shaft group 19, so that the conveying chain 21 drives the hatching trolley 39 to convey, move and stop, and the hatching trolley is matched with cleaning and sterilizing treatments such as washing, rinsing and the like under pressure.

The water supply and distribution component 12 comprises a three-way valve, one end of which is connected with a valve and is connected with a water injection port; one end of the magnetic valve is connected with the pressure gauge and is connected with a water filling port of the rinsing pipe group 9. Before water is sucked into the high-pressure water pump 37, the inlet of the high-pressure water pump is connected with a pump suction inlet through a flange for filtering 36, on one hand, impurities are filtered when circulating water is used, and the use quality and safety of a subsequent pipeline, a nozzle 11 and the like are protected; on the other hand, the high-pressure water has large water absorption capacity and large water pressure fluctuation, and water is easily suspended to cause air suction, so the pump suction inlet filter 36 can play a role in stabilizing water pressure fluctuation for the high-pressure water pump 37, and air suction is avoided.

The driven seat 181 is fixed to the entrance of the conveying path, that is, the automatic chain tensioner 18 is engaged with the driven pulley 182. The conveying chain 21 rotates and directionally runs through the driven seat 181. The positioning sleeve 184 fixes the driven wheel 182 to keep positioning operation. When the tension of the conveying chain 21 is changed, the spring 185 can act correspondingly according to the pressure change. When the pressure is reduced, in the position shown in fig. 7, the spring 185 pushes up to displace the driven wheel 182 to the left, so as to increase the tension of the conveying chain 21; when the pressure increases, the spring 185 yields to maintain the tension of the conveyor chain 21.
When the length of the conveying chain 21 is increased to the maximum pushing force of the spring 185, and the conveying chain 21 cannot keep running at the rated pressure, the self-locking nut 188 is adjusted, the jacking sleeve 186 is pushed by the guide screw 187 to act, the position of the spring 185 is adjusted, the position of the spring 185 is changed to increase the pressure, and the function of the automatic chain tensioning mechanism 18 is continuously kept.
In use, the hatching trolley 39 firstly unstacks the hatching baskets containing the young chicken and separates the baskets from the chicken in sequence by a higher-level process, and after the hatching baskets are disassembled, the hatching baskets reach the appointed station of the inlet guide rail 13 to wait for the automatic cleaning machine to start operation.
In the starting operation state of the automatic cleaning machine, firstly, a signal of a proximity switch 25 is detected to determine that no hatching trolley 39 which is being cleaned exists on the middle guide rail 17, then an electric cabinet 24 of a control system controls a driving speed reducer 20 to start through a frequency converter, a conveying chain 21 is driven to operate at a preset frequency and speed, a triangular baffle is welded on the conveying chain 21, and the hatching trolley 39 is dragged to enter a preset cleaning station of a box body to be cleaned.
When the hatching trolley 39 reaches the preset cleaning station, the stop rod 29 is touched, the approach switch 25 is triggered by the approach shifting sheet 28 linked with the stop rod fixing plate 27, and the hatching trolley 39 is confirmed to be stopped at the preset position of the middle guide rail 17. Then the frequency converter is powered off, and the speed reducer and the conveying chain 21 stop running. The stopping position of the hatching trolley 39 is preset, and all the nozzles 11 are also arranged according to the pollution degree of each part of the hatching trolley 39, so that fixed-point and efficient cleaning is realized.
The horizontal stainless steel high pressure water pump 37 continuously supplies water to the flushing pipe group 8, is distributed to 11 nozzles 11 through the respective nozzles 10, and then the nozzles 11 are sprayed to the polluted area in a 60-degree fan-shaped water jet to achieve a cleaning effect. The high-pressure jet flow quickly peels off pollutants on the hatching trolley 39, and efficient and quick cleaning is realized. The automatic cleaning machine can determine whether to kill or not according to the needs of users, disinfectant can be added into water if needed, and the cleaning and disinfecting effects are achieved simultaneously. After the incubation trolley 39 is cleaned for a certain time, the time can be adjusted and set according to the pollution degree of the incubation trolley 39, the frequency converter restarts the driving speed reducer 20, and the conveying chain 21 runs to pull the incubation trolley to move forward. The trolley gradually leaves the washing chamber and reaches the rinsing area, and the circulating water for cleaning is turbid after long-time use, so that the trolley needs to be rinsed by clean water. Then, the hatching trolley 39 falls into the outlet guide rail 14 through the outlet of the conveying channel and slides to the next process of the automatic assembly line to wait for secondary use. The washing water and the rinsing water fall into the inclined bottom of the tank body 2 after being used, and the main effect of the inclined structure is to improve the water fluidity and quickly supplement the water source of the high-pressure water pump 37, and meanwhile, the washing water and the rinsing water play a role in driving particle pollutants to flow out of the tank body 2. The sewage reaches the rear end cavity of the water storage tank 1 through the tank body 2 and then flows over the partition plate 38, and the partition plate 38 is used for collecting some heavy particles brought out by water flow of the tank body 2 around the slag cleaning hole 33 through blocking and depositing, so that the cleaning is convenient. Meanwhile, the eggshell baffle 32 is arranged to block eggshell fragments adhered to the hatching trolley 39, and the eggshell fragments are light and easy to float on the water surface, so that the eggshell baffle 32 is arranged to be flush with the upper edge of the water storage tank 1, and after pollutants above a certain specification are blocked by the filter screen 31, the aim of not blocking the nozzle 11 is fulfilled, and the eggshell baffle is finally used as the circulating water of the high-pressure water pump 37, so that the water recycling is realized, the water resource consumption is saved, and the consumption and the pollution are reduced.
In addition, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the connection and fixation of the inlet rail 13, a connection plate 30 is provided at the front end of the inlet rail 13. The rear end of the water storage tank 1 is provided with a water outlet and a water discharge valve 34 so as to facilitate the discharge and maintenance of water in the water storage tank 1, and the top of the tank body is provided with a warning lamp holder 35 and a warning lamp so as to remind users of the running state or faults of equipment and protect the use safety of the automatic cleaning machine.
