本发明涉及肥料技术领域,尤其涉及一种种业专用磁性复混肥的制作方法。
背景技术
现代种业工程是我国发展现代农业的关键,而种业专用复混肥又是种业工程的重要内容。在种业育苗过程中我们需要对种苗进行保护,使得种苗长势良好,同样在育苗前需要对育苗土壤进行消毒杀菌处理,避免土壤中残留较多的病菌,导致种苗出现病害,这些都是需要我们在育苗过程中要注意的地方。因此需要种业育苗专用的肥料来解决种苗根部发育问题,提高育苗质量,提高种业作物产量和质量。专利200910019638.9公布了一种促种苗生长的复混肥料配方及生产使用方法,但目前我国种业专用复混肥还较少,还不能满足我国种业发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种种业专用磁性复混肥料,具有促进种子发育、改善土壤性状、减少土传病害、有利根系和植株生长等功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种种业专用磁性复混肥料,包括各质量份如下组分:有机肥5~8份、尿素5~6份、磷酸一铵5~8份、聚磷酸铵2-3份、硫酸钾8~10份、硝酸钾3~5份、硼砂0.8~1.2份、硫酸铜0.6~1.0份、硫酸锌1.2~1.5份、螯合铁0.8~ 0.9份、硫酸钙2.0~3.0份、纳米有机碳3~4份、氧化铁粉3~5份、硫酸镁1.2~1.6 份、植物抗毒素1~2份、植物调理原药1.2~1.6份、海藻酸0.5~0.6份、聚谷氨酸 0.3~0.4份、生物酵素0.5~0.8份,粉煤灰5-8份;上述原料称重、计量、混拌、造粒、干燥、冷却后,经磁处理机在磁场强度0.1-0.5T处理1-5秒产生剩磁,即可计量装袋。这种复混肥料既可用于制种基地的施肥,又可用于常规种苗施肥。
从本发明的成分可见,这种复混肥料具有多种不同的成分协同组合,在作物的基本肥料营养元素之外,特异性搭配的植物抗毒素、植物调理原药协调作用能提高作物对土壤中自毒物质、病原菌及逆境的抗性,从而提高作物活性;而另外海藻酸增效复混肥及其减量对肥料利用率、肥料农学效率的提升效果是显著的。其中,所采用的植物抗毒素包括甲基橙皮素、槲皮素中一种或二种混合物。这些植物抗毒素都是属于种植作物能自身在外源刺激时产生的内源性抗毒素,能直接被作物利用。而另一植物调理原药选自亚苄基乙酸钼、甲壳铵、蚁酸钙、四甲基戊二酸锰这几种中的两种以上,为了保证其功效发,优选用以上五种按照1∶1~3∶1~3∶1∶2~6的比例混合,最优实施中采用1∶2∶2∶1∶4进行,搭配上比较均衡。海藻酸采用 TG酶和PAL酶按照比例为1∶0.8~1.2搭配。
在以上消除土壤中自毒物质和提高作物对轮作土壤自毒物质的抗逆性之外,肥料的成分功能性上还从作物生长的土壤微生物生态和根系微环境的层面上来消除生长毒害,聚谷氨酸和米曲菌是有益功效的生物菌,通过肥料中施用之后这些有益活性菌大量生长、繁殖和代谢,改善土壤的物质和生态成分;并且这些有益细菌的生长还能有效降低和抑制病菌,改善病态土壤的微生物环境和根系物质环境,促进根系生长发育,提高营养物质吸收和积累。使用中这些聚谷氨酸和米曲菌,要保存其存活才能发挥比较好的效果,这要求有效活菌数量为 3~4亿个/克。其中聚谷氨酸包括地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌,在使用中采用地衣芽孢杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌按照1~2∶1的比例搭配使用;这两种菌土壤活化效果比较好,枯草芽孢杆菌其生长中产生强度极为优良的天然材料聚麸胺酸,成为土壤的保护膜,防止土壤有机质及水份流失;在再增殖的同时,会释出高活性的分解酵素,将土壤中的难分解的大分子物质分解成可利用的小分子物质。地衣芽孢杆菌对土壤中吸附态有机磷、无机磷进行分解,能提高土壤肥力,改善土壤成分。
在以上主要成分基础上,肥料中还补充有对土壤的功能性营养和结构修复成分的纳米有机碳和生物酵素。纳米有机碳能够降低土壤盐类物质的积累并能提高作物抗阴雨弱光能力解决作物亚健康,而且自身纳米有机碳是作物能最直接快速吸收的物质类型,进入土壤溶于水能增加土壤EC值,可直接形成HCO3-,以质流的形式进入植物根部,能有效地修复土壤性状。生物酵素能够疏松土壤,自身为经多种有益微生物菌群发酵,富含高活性有机质及微生物代谢产物的生物有机复合物。
将有机肥、尿素、磷酸一铵、聚磷酸铵、硫酸钾、硝酸钾这些有机无机的多种成分复混搭配,一方面能提供可为作物吸收的大量元素(N/P/K),保证肥料产品中总养分(N+P205+K20) 的含量;另一方面采用多种有机无机形态复混搭配的方式,增加土壤成分的多样性,有利于消除土壤多年耕作引起的成分失衡。有机肥在本发明中采用将有机原料发酵处理之后具有更多可直接利用的有机成分。使用中采用由酒糟、尿素、磷肥、EM发酵菌、纤维素酶按照 38~42∶1~2∶0.8~1.2∶0.2~0.3∶0.3~0.5的比例混合之后,进行发酵成熟后得到发酵产物。
N的含量为≥6份、P2O5的含量为≥4份、K2O的含量为≥6份。
另外在大量元素成分之外补充硼砂、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、螯合铁、硫酸钙这些必要的修复性中微量元素,使作物能按照比例吸收提升肥料的利用率和产量,避免单一元素过多引起的拮抗和代谢紊乱,从而保证肥料的效果和作物连续高产性。同时这些微量元素采用络合态的形式添加,施用于土壤之后,能避免金属离子的盐化而加深土壤的失衡,减少毒害。
为发挥业专用复混肥改良土壤、促进种苗根部发育,添加氧化铁粉3~5份,这样在复混肥经磁处理机处理时,即可产生剩磁,剩磁增强的土壤磁环境促进根系生长和壮苗。

本发明提供一种种业专用复混肥的制作方法,包括各质量份如下组分:有机肥6份、尿素5份、磷酸一铵8份、聚磷酸铵2份、硫酸钾10份、硝酸钾4份、硼砂1.2份、硫酸铜0.6份、硫酸锌1.2份、螯合铁0.8份、硫酸钙2.0份、纳米有机碳3~4份、氧化铁粉5份、硫酸镁1.4、植物抗毒素1份、植物调理原药1.6份、海藻酸0.6份、聚谷氨酸0.3份、生物酵素0.6份、粉煤灰6份。
上述原料称重计量混拌造粒干燥后,经连续可调式永磁磁处理机处理形成的0.35特斯拉磁场处理3-5秒,产生0.05mT的剩磁,即可计量装袋。
Claims (3)
1.一种种业专用磁性复混肥的制作方法,其技术特征为成分是有机肥、尿素5~6份、磷酸一铵、聚磷酸铵2-3份、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、硼砂、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、螯合铁、硫酸钙、纳米有机碳、氧化铁粉、硫酸镁、植物抗毒素、植物调理原药、海藻酸、聚谷氨酸、生物酵素,粉煤灰。
2.根据权利要求1提出的一种种业专用磁性复混肥的制作方法,其技术特征为组分质量百分比为有机肥5~8份、尿素5~6份、磷酸一铵5~8份、聚磷酸铵2-3份、硫酸钾8~10份、硝酸钾3~5份、硼砂0.8~1.2份、硫酸铜0.6~1.0份、硫酸锌1.2~1.5份、螯合铁0.8~0.9份、硫酸钙2.0~3.0份、纳米有机碳3~4份、氧化铁粉3~5份、硫酸镁1.2~1.6份、植物抗毒素1~2份、植物调理原药1.2~1.6份、海藻酸0.5~0.6份、聚谷氨酸0.3~0.4份、生物酵素0.5~0.8份,粉煤灰5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1提出的一种种业专用磁性复混肥的制作方法,其技术特征为肥料采用0.1-0.5T强度磁场处理1-5秒。
