For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific situations.

如图1所示,本发明实施例介绍了一种燃气热水器的控制方法,所述燃气热水器包括多个火排分段,获取当前燃烧的火排分段以及目标火排分段,所述目标火排分段为与实际热需求相对应的火排分段;As shown in FIG. 1 , an embodiment of the present invention introduces a control method for a gas water heater. The gas water heater includes a plurality of burner sections, and obtains a currently burning burner section and a target burner section. The target burner section is obtained. The fire section is the fire section corresponding to the actual heat demand;

Determine whether the currently burning fire section can be directly switched to the target fire section, if not, obtain the middle fire section, switch from the currently burning fire section to the middle fire section, and then switch from the middle fire section The segment switches to the target fire row segment.

In the gas water heater, there are multiple fire row sections, and different fire row sections can be selected for combustion according to the different needs of users. For example, in summer, the ambient temperature is high, and the user wants the water temperature to be slightly lower when using the gas water heater. At this time, a small number of fire rows can be used for combustion to control the outlet water temperature of the gas water heater within the low temperature range desired by the user. In winter, when the ambient temperature is low, users hope that the water temperature is slightly higher when using the gas water heater. At this time, a large number of fire rows can be used for combustion to increase the outlet water temperature of the gas water heater. According to the different needs of users, different fire exhausts are used for combustion.

The present invention selects the middle burner section according to the optimization principle through the parameter configuration table. When the currently burning burner section cannot be directly switched to the target burner section, the intermediate burner section is switched to increase the number of gas water heaters. The flexibility of segment switching can meet the versatility of the program, reduce the program space, reduce the cost, and improve the development efficiency; at the same time, it can meet the special segment combustion requirements of the user's home configuration.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the judging whether the currently burning fire section can be directly switched to the target fire section includes querying all fire sections that can be switched from the currently burning fire section from a pre-stored fire section switching mode. For the directly switched fire section, according to the query result, it is judged whether the currently burning fire section can be directly switched to the target fire section.

In the gas water heater, there is a pre-existing fire row segment switching method. For each fire row segment, a fire row segment that can be directly switched is stored correspondingly. After the target fire row segment is obtained, the The switching method judges whether the currently burning flame segment can be directly switched to the target flame segment.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring the intermediate fire row segment includes acquiring, from a pre-stored fire row segment switching mode, a fire row segment that can be directly switched from the current combustion fire row segment, and judging the acquired fire row segment. Whether the section can be directly switched to the target fire section, if so, set the acquired fire section as the middle fire section.

There is a pre-existing switching mode of the fire exhaust section in the gas water heater. For example, for a five-section gas water heater with three section valves, it includes A section combustion, B section combustion, C section combustion, D section combustion, and E section combustion. In the A-stage combustion, the first segment valve is opened, and the second segment valve and the third segment valve are closed; in the B-stage combustion, the second segment valve is opened, and the first segment valve and the third segment valve are closed. valve; in C-stage combustion, open the first segment valve and the second segment valve, close the third segment valve; in D-stage combustion, open the first segment valve and the third segment valve, close the second segment valve Segment valve; in E-segment combustion, the first segment valve, the second segment valve and the third segment valve are all open. The switching methods include, the A-stage combustion and the B-stage combustion can be switched to each other, the A-stage combustion and the C-stage combustion can be switched to each other, the A-stage combustion and the D-stage combustion can be switched to each other, and the C-stage combustion and the E-stage combustion can be switched to each other. It can be switched to each other, and the D-stage combustion and E-stage combustion can be switched to each other.

If the current gas water heater is in the A-stage combustion, after calculating according to the user's use requirements, it is concluded that the gas-fired water heater should use the E-stage combustion. From the above switching method, it can be known that the A-stage combustion cannot be directly switched to the E-stage combustion. However, it is possible to switch from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion, and from C-stage combustion to E-stage combustion, so when switching, first switch from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion, and then switch from C-stage combustion to E-stage combustion, Meet the needs of users.

In the embodiment of the present invention, if it is obtained that there are multiple burner sections that can be directly switched from the current combustion burner section, and the obtained multiple burner sections can be directly switched to the target burner section , to detect whether there are faults in the obtained multiple fire exhaust sections, and set the non-faulty fire exhaust section as the intermediate fire exhaust section; for example, the current gas water heater is burning in section A, and the operation is carried out according to the user's needs. After calculation, it is concluded that the gas water heater should use E-stage combustion. From the switching method, it can be known that from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion, it can also be switched to D-stage combustion, and both C-stage combustion and D-stage combustion can be switched to E-stage combustion. At this time, check whether there is a fault in the fire section of the C-section combustion and the fire section of the D section. If the fire section of the C-section combustion is faulty and the D-section combustion of the fire section is normal, then select the D section. Combustion, first switch from A-stage combustion to D-stage combustion, and then switch from D-stage combustion to E-stage combustion.

The invention detects whether there is a fault in the middle fire row section when there are multiple intermediate fire row sections, eliminates the existing fault, avoids the switching failure caused by the fault of the fire row section, and improves the working stability of the gas water heater .

Alternatively, in this embodiment of the present invention, it is also possible to obtain a plurality of burner sections that can be directly switched from the current combustion burner section, and the obtained multiple burner sections can be directly switched to Target fire row segment, when it is judged that the current actual heat demand has increased compared with the actual demand heat in the previous time period, the fire row segment that provides more heat is preferentially used and set as the middle fire row segment; When the actual heat demand in a period of time is lower than that of the actual heat demand, the fire row segment that provides less heat is preferentially used and set as the middle fire row segment; for example, the current gas water heater is burning in the A-section, and after calculation according to the user's use demand, we can obtain The gas water heater should use E-stage combustion. From the switching method, it can be known that from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion, it can also be switched to D-stage combustion, and both C-stage combustion and D-stage combustion can be switched to E-stage combustion. At this time, the current actual heat demand is compared with the actual demand heat in the previous set time period. When the current actual heat demand is greater than the actual demand heat in the previous set time period, the C-stage combustion with higher combustion heat is selected. , first switch from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion, and then switch from C-stage combustion to E-stage combustion; and when the current actual demand heat is less than the actual demand heat in the previous set time period, then select D with lower combustion heat Stage combustion, first switch from A stage combustion to D stage combustion, and then switch from D stage combustion to E stage combustion.

In the embodiment of the present invention, after switching from the currently burning burner section to the middle burner section, wait for the middle burner section to burn stably, and then switch from the middle burner section to the target burner section.

For example, the current gas water heater is in the A-stage combustion, after calculating according to the user's usage needs, it is concluded that the gas-fired water heater should use the E-stage combustion. Since A-stage combustion cannot be directly switched to E-stage combustion, it is necessary to switch from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion first, and then switch from C-stage combustion to E-stage combustion. After switching from A-stage combustion to C-stage combustion, it is necessary to wait for C-stage combustion to stabilize, and then switch from C-stage combustion to E-stage combustion.

In the present invention, after switching to the middle fire row section, the intermediate fire row section is stably combusted and then switched from the middle fire row section to the target fire row section, so as to improve the success rate of the fire row section switching and avoid fire The bank stage combustion is unstable and the switchover fails.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining of the currently burning fire exhaust section and the target fire exhaust section includes obtaining the water flow rate, setting the water temperature and the inlet water temperature, and calculating the actual heat demand according to the water flow rate, the set water temperature and the inlet water temperature, Then according to the actual heat demand, the corresponding fire row segment is obtained as the target fire row segment.

When it is detected that the set water temperature is higher than the inlet water temperature, but the actual heat demand is not large, the gas water heater only needs to use a small firepower to heat the water, and when it is detected that the actual heat demand is large, the gas water heater needs to use a larger Great power to heat the water. When the gas water heater uses a smaller firepower, the burner section is not the same as the burner section when the gas water heater uses a large firepower.

The present invention calculates the target fire row segment according to the set water temperature and the inlet water temperature, and can accurately use the fire row segment corresponding to the user's requirement for combustion, thereby meeting the user's usage requirement.

The embodiment of the present invention introduces a gas water heater using the above control method. The gas water heater includes a plurality of fire row sections, and a fire transfer sheet is arranged between two adjacent fire row sections. The sheet is used to transmit fire between two adjacent fire row sections. When one fire row section burns, the flame can be transmitted to the adjacent fire row section through the fire transfer sheet, and the adjacent fire row section is burned. Segment ignition. There is also a sectional valve in the gas water heater, which is used to control the on-off between the section of the fire exhaust and the gas pipeline. When the section valve is opened, the gas pipeline is connected with the corresponding section of the fire exhaust, and the gas is transported. Combustion is carried out to the corresponding fire row section, and the opening or closing of the section valve is controlled by the main control board of the gas water heater. The gas water heater is also provided with a memory, which stores the section switching mode of the fire row. The memory can be integrated on the main control board; or the memory can be set independently and connected to the main control board. The gas water heater also includes: water flow detection device, flame detection device and water temperature detection device. The flame detection device is connected with the main control board to realize the communication transmission of different signals.

The gas water heater is also provided with a gas main valve, which is connected with the sectional valve, and a gas proportional valve is arranged between the gas main valve and the sectional valve, and the gas main valve is connected with the gas supply equipment through a gas pipeline. The gas supply equipment can provide gas, and the gas enters the gas water heater through the gas main valve. After the gas main valve is closed, the gas cannot enter the gas water heater. The gas proportional valve can adjust the opening, control the transmission rate of gas, and then control the fire power.

During the working process of the gas water heater, the inlet water temperature is first detected by the water temperature detection device, and the target fire row segment is calculated according to the water flow rate, the inlet water temperature and the water temperature set by the user, and the target fire row segment is corresponding to the actual heat demand. Fire row segment. Then, according to the switching mode of the flame block stored in the memory, it is judged whether the currently burning flame block can be directly switched to the target flame block. Switch to the middle fire section, then switch from the middle fire section to the target fire section. The opening of the section valve is controlled by the main control board, and then the on-off between the section of the fire exhaust and the gas pipeline is controlled. The gas is combusted to the corresponding fire exhaust section.

The invention selects the middle fire row section, when the currently burning fire row section cannot be directly switched to the target fire row section, the intermediate fire row section is switched, which can increase the flexibility of the section switching of the gas water heater. It can meet the versatility of the program, reduce the program space, reduce the cost, and improve the development efficiency; at the same time, it can meet the needs of special segmented combustion in the user's home configuration.

In actual use, a parameter table of valve switching types can be created in advance, a parameter is used to represent the valve switching type, and the parameters are called from the table when switching is required. For example, for a five-section gas water heater with three section valves, it includes A-section combustion, B-section combustion, C-section combustion, D-section combustion, and E-section combustion. In the A-stage combustion, the first segment valve is opened, and the second segment valve and the third segment valve are closed; in the B-stage combustion, the second segment valve is opened, and the first segment valve and the third segment valve are closed. valve; in C-stage combustion, open the first segment valve and the second segment valve, close the third segment valve; in D-stage combustion, open the first segment valve and the third segment valve, close the second segment valve Segment valve; in E segment combustion, the first segment valve, the second segment valve and the third segment valve are all open. It can be switched with each other, and the D-stage combustion and E-stage combustion can be switched with each other.

Since the three segment valves all have an open or closed state, corresponding to 1 and 0 in binary, each segment combustion can be represented by a binary number, with 0 in binary indicating that the segment valve is closed, and 1 in binary. Indicates that the segment valve is open. For a water heater with three segment valves, it can be represented by a 4-bit binary number. Since there are only three segment valves, the highest bit of the binary number is set to 0, and the remaining three bits are used to represent the three segments in turn. status of the valve. The binary number 0001b is used to represent the combustion of segment A, and the corresponding hexadecimal number is 0x01; the binary number 0010b is used to represent the combustion of segment B, and the corresponding hexadecimal number is 0x02; the binary number 0011b is used to represent the combustion of segment C, which corresponds to hexadecimal. The number is 0x03; the binary number 0101b is used to represent the D segment combustion, and the corresponding hexadecimal number is 0x05; the binary number 0x111b is used to represent the E segment combustion, and the corresponding hexadecimal number is 0x07. The parameter table of valve type is as follows:

/*切阀类型时间切阀值*//* Cut valve type time cut threshold */

{MOVE_TYPE_AB,15,150},/*A->B MOVE_TYPE_AB为0x12*/{MOVE_TYPE_AB,15,150},/*A->B MOVE_TYPE_AB is 0x12*/

{MOVE_TYPE_EC,10,110},/*E->C MOVE_TYPE_EC为0x73*/{MOVE_TYPE_EC,10,110},/*E->C MOVE_TYPE_EC is 0x73*/

For different types of gas water heaters, different cut-off valve type parameter tables can be defined. According to the valve cutting type parameter table defined by the segment valve, you can obtain which valve cutting methods are available when the valve is cut, and which configuration of the valve cutting type is used when the valve is cut. For different fire row sections and different valve cutting types, the program will be selected according to the valve cutting type parameter table, so as to realize a set of programs, different parameters support the valve cutting control of different sections, and realize the effect that the valve cutting process can be dynamically configured .
