Description

AC-DC converter control method and device

The present application relates to the field of AC-DC converters, and in particular, to an AC-DC converter control method and device.

Background technique

An AC-DC converter refers to a component that converts an AC voltage into a DC voltage. AC-DC converters can be used in communication, network, railway signal, railway locomotive, finance, military, LED display, electric power, industrial control and other systems and fields.

The AC-DC converter includes a transformer method and a switching method. The transformer method first needs to step down the AC voltage to an appropriate AC voltage through a transformer. This is an AC/AC conversion, and the step-down value is set by the winding ratio of the transformer. Next, the AC voltage stepped down by the transformer is full-wave rectified by a diode bridge rectifier and converted into a pulse voltage. Finally, the capacitor smoothes and outputs a DC voltage with a small ripple, which is the most traditional AC/DC conversion method. The switching method is a method in which a control circuit is used to control the switching element to obtain a stable and expected DC output. Compared with the transformer method, the switching method is composed of switching elements and control circuits, and the circuit structure is more complicated. However, since a small transformer can be used based on high-frequency control, it contributes to the miniaturization of the equipment, which is a great advantage of it.

The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in conjunction with the embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 1 , the control method in the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:

Step S101, outputting a first DC voltage after performing rectification according to a first preset mode and outputting a second DC voltage after performing rectification according to a second preset mode, wherein the first DC voltage is not greater than the second DC voltage, so The first preset mode and the second preset mode are the same or different modes.

The first DC voltage is output after rectification according to the first preset mode, and the second DC voltage is output after rectification according to the second preset mode.

There are three stages of power conversion: Input Rectification: This process takes the AC supply voltage and converts it into a DC rectified wave using a diode bridge. Add a capacitor to the output of the bridge to reduce the ripple voltage. Power Factor Correction (PFC): The harmonic content of the current is considerable due to the non-linear current in the rectifier. There are two ways to solve this problem. The first is passive PFC, which uses filters to suppress the effects of harmonics, but is not very efficient. The second option, called active PFC, uses a switching boost converter to make the current waveform follow the shape of the input voltage. Active power factor correction (PFC) is the only way to design power converters that meet current size and efficiency standards. Isolation: Switching power supplies can be isolated or not. When the input and output of the power supply are not physically connected, the device needs to be isolated. Isolation is done by using a transformer, which electrically isolates the two parts of the circuit. However, a transformer can only transmit power when the current changes, so the rectified DC voltage is converted into a high-frequency square wave, which is then transmitted to the secondary circuit, where it is rectified again, and finally transmitted to the output.

It should be noted that the first DC voltage is not greater than the second DC voltage, and the first preset mode and the second preset mode are the same or different modes. That is, there may be two identical preset modes or different preset modes.

Step S102, detecting the temperature parameter value during the discharge process of the capacitor.

The first DC voltage is output after rectification according to the first preset mode, and the second DC voltage is output after rectification according to the second preset mode.

Step S103, when an abnormality is detected, the switching element is controlled to be turned off, wherein the switching element is used for connecting the transformer and the capacitor.

When an abnormality is detected, the switching element for connecting the transformer and the capacitor is controlled to be turned off.

That is to say, under abnormal conditions, the connection with the transformer or the connection with the capacitor will be disconnected.

As a preference in this embodiment, the AC-DC converter includes a modular high-frequency switching power supply, and further includes: in the case that the modular high-frequency switching power supply is a high-frequency driven high load, using a constant cycle PWM control; PFM control with periodic variation is used when the modular high frequency switching power supply is a low load with less current usage; wherein the PWM is used as a constant frequency and is fetched from the input voltage through the switch The control method of the output part, the PFM is used to call the output part by fixing the opening time and changing the frequency.

In specific implementation, when the modular high-frequency switching power supply is a high-load high-frequency drive, a PWM control with a constant period is used, and at the same time, when the modular high-frequency switching power supply is a low-load power supply that uses less current In this case, use cycle-changing PFM control.

It should be noted that the PWM is used as a control method in which the frequency is constant and the output portion is retrieved from the input voltage through switches, and the PFM is used as a method in which the output portion is retrieved by changing the frequency by fixing the ON time.

During specific implementation, according to the first preset mode, the negative voltage component of the input voltage is converted into a positive voltage through a diode bridge circuit structure and then rectified into a DC voltage, and according to the second preset mode, a diode is used to eliminate the input negative voltage component and then rectified is the DC voltage. For different preset modes, different DC voltages can be obtained, mainly for different scenarios and working conditions, which can be applied to different scenarios or adjusted in different scenarios.

As a preference in this embodiment, when an abnormality is detected, the switching element is controlled to be turned off, wherein the switching element is used to connect the transformer and the capacitor, and further includes: the output voltage isolation proportional signal circuit and the transformer or the output freewheeling inductor use the same magnetic The voltage ratio of each winding on the same magnetic circuit is the same as the turns ratio of each winding, the output voltage of the output voltage isolation proportional signal circuit is proportional to the voltage output by the secondary power circuit, and the current voltage can be used as the output voltage The isolated proportional signal is transmitted to the output overvoltage signal circuit connected to the output voltage isolated proportional signal circuit; when the output voltage isolated proportional signal reaches a predetermined value, the output overvoltage signal circuit outputs the overvoltage protection signal and transmits the overvoltage protection signal Give the switching element to control the switching power off.

In specific implementation, according to the principle that the voltage of each winding on the same magnetic circuit is proportional to the number of turns, the output voltage isolation proportional signal is generated from the isolated winding on the magnetic circuit through which the output current passes, as an output overvoltage protection signal. The use of optocoupler isolators in the output overvoltage protection circuit is omitted, and the power density is improved. The magnetic circuit here refers to the magnetic circuit in the transformer or output freewheeling inductor. This isolation winding ratio signal is not specially set up for overvoltage protection, but it is combined with the primary input voltage of the power supply.

The output voltage isolation proportional signal circuit uses the same magnetic circuit as the transformer or output freewheeling inductor. Since the voltage ratio of each winding on the same magnetic circuit is the same as the turns ratio of each winding, the output voltage of the output voltage isolation proportional signal circuit is different from the secondary power. The output voltage of the circuit is proportional, and this voltage can be used as the output voltage isolation proportional signal, which is transmitted to the output overvoltage signal circuit connected to the output voltage isolation proportional signal circuit. When the output voltage isolation proportional signal reaches a predetermined value, the output overvoltage signal is output. The voltage signal circuit outputs an overvoltage protection signal, and transmits the overvoltage protection signal to the switching device to control the switching power supply to be turned off.

At the moment when the switching element power supply is powered on, the current sharing of the switching element power supply The control terminal of the controllable switching device in the control circuit is powered off, and the response terminal of the controllable switching device is turned off, so that the current sharing circuit of the switching element power supply is disconnected from the current sharing bus; After the output voltage is established and stabilized, the control terminal of the switching element in the current sharing control circuit of the switching element power supply is powered on, and the response terminal of the control switching element is in a connected state, so that the current sharing circuit of the switching element power supply is connected to the current sharing bus.

In the specific implementation, the input terminal of the voltage output sampling circuit is connected to the voltage output terminal of the switching power supply after power-on. It is connected with the current sharing bus of the first power supply power supply after the output voltage of the second power supply switching power supply is stably established.

By adding a current sharing control circuit to each post-power-on switching power supply, and connecting the response terminal of the controllable switching device to the current-sharing circuit of the post-power-on switching power supply, at the same time, the output voltage of the post-power-on switching power supply is used as The input signal of the current sharing control circuit, at the moment of power-on of the post-power-on switching power supply, the control terminal of the controllable switching device in the current sharing control circuit of the post-powering switching power supply is powered off, thereby controlling the response of the controllable switching device. The terminal is in the off state, so that the current sharing circuit of the post-power-on switching power supply is disconnected from the current-sharing bus. When the output voltage of the post-power-on switching power supply is established and stabilized, the current sharing control circuit of the post-power-on switching power supply The control terminal of the controllable switch type device is powered on, so that the response terminal of the controllable switch type device is controlled to be in a connected state, so that the current sharing circuit of the switching power supply after being powered on is connected to the current sharing bus.
