8. The electronic device according to claim 7, wherein the second member includes two of the brackets, and a depth of the ball inserted into the second groove is larger than a depth of the ball inserted into the first groove with the ball positioned between the first groove and the second groove.

The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the first member is provided with a plurality of the first grooves, the second member is provided with a plurality of the second grooves, the plurality of the first grooves and the plurality of the second grooves correspond to each other one by one to form a plurality of accommodating cavities, and balls are arranged in the plurality of groups of accommodating cavities.
10. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the retractor device includes a first magnet disposed on the housing and a second magnet coupled to the second member, the second magnet being homopolar with the first magnet.
