Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and embodiments. The purpose and purpose of these exemplary embodiments are merely to illustrate the present invention and are not intended to limit the true scope of the present invention in any way.
In the present invention, certain directional terms are defined, and unless otherwise indicated, terms such as "upper, lower, left, right" and "upper, lower, left, right" are defined as referring to a paper kicking mechanism provided by the present invention under normal use conditions. "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the contour of each component itself. These directional terms are used for ease of understanding and thus do not limit the scope of the invention.
In the present invention, when an element is referred to as being "fixed" to another element, it can be directly fixed to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
It should be noted that, for the problem of paper misalignment or paper wrinkling occurring during paper discharge of a printer or a copier, the prior art generally considers that the problem is caused by equipment assembly tolerance or paper discharge misalignment, but the inventor has found that, because the pressure of the sprint wheel to the kick wheel in the prior art is provided by springs, the spring force provided by each spring cannot be completely uniform due to assembly and other reasons, and generally has an error of 10% to 20%. When the errors of the spring forces provided by the plurality of springs are distributed more uniformly in the left-right direction, the paper output of the paper kicking mechanism is normal, but when the errors of the spring forces provided by the plurality of springs are concentrated on one side, the problems of paper output inaccuracy or paper wrinkling can occur.
Based on the above findings, the present invention provides a paper kicking mechanism for a printer or a copier, and referring to fig. 3, the paper kicking mechanism of the basic embodiment provided by the present invention comprises a frame 1, a plurality of spur wheels 2 mounted on the frame 1, and a paper kicking wheel 3 cooperating with the spur wheels 2, the frame 1 is rotatably mounted on a bracket, the spur wheels 2 are mounted on the frame 1 through spur wheel shafts 5, the axis of each of the spur wheel shafts 5 is parallel to the rotation axis of the frame 1, and the paper kicking wheel 3 is located below the spur wheels 2, referring to fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the frame 1 has a substantially plate-like shape, and the frame 1 may have various appropriate structures such as a frame structure, if necessary. The frame 1 is rotatably mounted on a bracket, wherein the bracket is a fixed part in a printer or a copier and is used for mounting or supporting other parts. The frame 1 may be rotatably mounted on a support in various ways, for example by mounting a rotating member on the support, on which the frame 1 is mounted, preferably by means of a rotation shaft 6, as shown with reference to fig. 3.
Wherein the number of the spiked wheels 2 is plural, a person skilled in the art can select a reasonable number of spiked wheels 2 according to the width of the paper to be transported, for example, the number of spiked wheels 2 can be 6, 8 or 12, etc., and 8 spiked wheels 2 are mounted on the frame 1 as shown in fig. 3. Wherein the axis of each of the sprint wheels 2 is parallel to the axis of the rotation shaft of the frame 1, so that when the frame 1 is rotated to a set position, each of the sprint wheels 2 can press against the kick wheel 3 and exert the same pressure on the kick wheel 3. Wherein the paper kicking wheel 3 and the horse thorn wheel 2 are matched, which means that the horse thorn wheel 2 can be pressed on the paper kicking wheel 3, so that when the paper kicking wheel 3 rotates, the paper between the paper kicking wheel 3 and the horse thorn wheel 2 can be kicked out. The paper kicking wheel 3 can be arranged on a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on the bracket, and a driving piece (such as a motor) is connected with the transmission shaft to drive the transmission shaft to rotate, so that the paper kicking wheel 3 is driven to rotate.
When the paper kicking mechanism provided by the embodiment is used, because the spiked wheel 2 arranged on the frame 1 can synchronously rotate along with the frame 1, the frame 1 can enable the spiked wheel 2 arranged on the frame to simultaneously press the paper kicking wheel 3 below under the action of gravity, at the moment, the pressure consistency of each spiked wheel 2 on the paper kicking wheel 3 is very good, as shown in fig. 4, after the paper 9 enters between the paper kicking wheel 3 and the spiked wheel 2, the pressures of the spiked wheel 2 and the paper kicking wheel 3 received by each position of the paper 9 are the same, and the paper kicking force received by the paper 9 is uniform and stable along with the rotation of the paper kicking wheel 3, so that the paper kicking mechanism provided by the embodiment can solve the problem of inaccurate paper output of a printer or a copying machine and avoid the occurrence of wrinkles of paper output.
In the present invention, the rotating shaft 6 is mounted on the frame 1 and is kept parallel to the axis of the spiked wheel 2, and the rotating shaft 6 may be mounted at any position of the frame 1 according to necessity, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the rotating shaft 6 is mounted at the rear end of the frame 1, and the spiked wheel 2 is mounted at the front end of the frame 1. In the embodiment, the rotating shaft 6 and the spiked wheel 2 are respectively arranged at two ends of the frame 1, so that the moment generated by the gravity of the spiked wheel 2 on the rotating shaft 6 is maximum, and the possibility of reverse rotation of the frame 1 during the operation of the paper kicking mechanism can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, more preferably, the number of the rotating shafts 6 is two, two rotating shafts 6 are fixedly installed at both ends of the frame 1 and two rotating shafts 6 are coaxially disposed. In this embodiment, the two rotating shafts 6 are respectively fixed at the left and right ends of the frame 1, so that the production cost can be effectively reduced relative to the arrangement of one rotating shaft penetrating through the frame.
In the invention, the spiked wheel 2 can be directly mounted on the frame 1 through the spiked wheel shaft 5, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, mounting grooves 4 are formed on the front end surface of the frame 1, the number of the mounting grooves 4 is the same as that of the spiked wheels 2, and the spiked wheels 2 are mounted in the mounting grooves 4 through the spiked wheel shaft 5. In the present embodiment, by mounting the spur wheels 2 in the mounting grooves 4 of the frame 1, when the frame 1 is mounted on the bracket of the printer or copier, the risk of deformation or displacement of the spur wheels 2 due to collision with other components, which results in uneven pressure of the respective spur wheels 2 against the kick wheel 3, can be reduced.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, a guide structure is provided on the left and/or right end face of the housing 1, said guide structure comprising a guide groove 7 capable of cooperating with a guide rod, said guide rod sliding in said guide groove 7 when the housing 1 is rotated. Wherein, the left end face and/or the right end face of the frame 1 are provided with the guide structures, which means that the guide structures can be arranged on the left end face or the right end face of the frame 1 only or the left end face and the right end face of the frame 1 are simultaneously provided with the guide structures. The guide rod is matched with the guide groove 7, and when the guide rod slides in the guide groove 7, the guide rod can be contacted with two groove walls of the guide groove 7 to play a guide role. In this embodiment, through setting up guide structure on frame 1, can lead the rotation of frame 1, ensure that frame 1 can be according to the orbit motion of settlement, avoid appearing different stinger wheel 2 to play the inconsistent condition of paper wheel 3 pressure owing to the installation deviation of pivot 6.
Further preferably, on the basis of the above embodiment, the guide groove 7 is located at the front side of the frame 1. Because the larger weight of the spiked wheel 2 and the spiked wheel shaft 5 on the frame 1 are located at the front side of the frame 1, and the rotating shaft 6 is located at the rear side of the frame 1, when the spiked wheel 2 is unevenly distributed at the front side of the frame 1, the whole gravity center of the frame 1 is left or right, so that acting force can be generated on the rotating shafts 6 at two ends of the frame 1, when the paper kicking mechanism is used for a long time, the rotating axes of the frame 1 can be deflected, so that the consistency of the spiked wheel 2 on the pressure of the paper kicking wheel 3 is affected, in the embodiment, the guide groove 7 is closer to the gravity center of the frame 1 by arranging the guide groove 7 at the front side of the frame 1, and better protection effect can be provided for the rotating shaft 6.
In the present invention, the guide groove 7 is preferably in the shape of an elongated groove, and the frame 1 is rotated to the top dead center when the guide bar moves to the lower end of the guide groove 7 and contacts the lower groove wall. By adopting the above structure, the rotation range of the frame 1 can be limited.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a pressurizing device is further installed on the upper surface of the frame 1, the pressurizing device is a spring 8, and two ends of the spring 8 are respectively pressed on the upper surface of the frame 1 and the bracket. In the embodiment, by installing the pressurizing device on the frame 1, the frame 1 can provide enough pressure under the condition that the weight of the frame 1 is small, so that the pressure of the sprint wheel 2 to the paper kicking wheel 3 is ensured. In the case of the pressurizing device, the frame 1 can be made of light materials, so that the dead weight of the paper kicking mechanism is reduced under the condition of ensuring effective paper kicking.
It is further preferable that, as shown in fig. 6, in order to make the stress of the frame 1 more uniform, the number of the springs 8 is two, and the two springs 8 are respectively located at the left front side and the right front side of the upper surface of the frame 1.
Based on the technical conception, the invention also provides a printer and a copier, which both comprise the paper kicking mechanism described in the embodiment.
In summary, in the technical scheme provided by the invention, the pressure of the thorn wheel 2 to the paper kicking wheel 3 is provided by gravity, and the pressure consistency of each thorn wheel 2 is very good, so that the paper kicking force is very stable, and the condition of paper discharge inaccuracy or paper wrinkling is avoided. Meanwhile, as the springs arranged at the positions of the spiked wheels 2 are removed, the cost of parts and the installation time are reduced, and the device has great economic benefit for the products with larger output, such as printers, copiers and the like.
The order of the above embodiments is merely for convenience of description, and does not represent the advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution described in the above-mentioned embodiments may be modified or some technical features may be equivalently replaced, and these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solution deviate from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention.
