3. The pretreatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the cutter housing is provided with a material guide cover, and the waste materials thrown away by the pusher plate slide along an inner cavity of the material guide cover.

The pretreatment device according to claim 3, wherein the material guide cover comprises a coaming and a guide plate which can move relatively, and an opening is formed at one side of the coaming adjacent to the guide plate; cutting the tube with the cutter, and folding and covering the coaming and the guide plate outside the swab tube; along with the separation of the upper cutter and the lower cutter, the coaming is separated from the guide plate so as to allow the swab tube to move between the coaming and the guide plate.

The pretreatment apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the middle portion of the pusher is rotatably connected to the surrounding plate, a first elastic member is provided at an end of the pusher remote from the cutter for pulling the pusher, and an end of the pusher near the cutter is swung for striking away the waste.

The pretreatment apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the enclosure plate is provided with a rotating shaft, the pusher plate is provided with a linear hole arranged along the length direction, and the linear hole is penetrated by the rotating shaft; the coaming is connected with a guide shaft in a sliding manner, the tail end of the guide shaft is hinged with the lower end of the material pushing plate, and the guide shaft limits the advancing direction of the lower end of the material pushing plate.

The pretreatment apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the enclosure plate is provided with a rotatable driving wheel, and the guide plate is provided with a rotatable driven wheel; the coaming and the guide plate move in opposite directions, so that the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively abutted against the two sides of the swab tube, and the driving wheel drives the swab tube to rotate so as to cooperate with the camera to sweep the swab tube.

The pretreatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tube extruding mechanism comprises a movable positioning column, and a first tube extruding press head and a second tube extruding press head which can move relatively; the positioning column extrudes the swab tube before the squeezing head of the squeezing tube so as to position the swab tube; the pressing heads of the two squeezing pipes move relatively to squeeze the outer wall of the swab pipe so as to uniformly mix the sample and the reagent in the pipe body.
9. The pretreatment apparatus of claim 8, wherein the extrusion head is slidably connected to the slide; and a buffer piece is arranged between the squeezing head and the sliding seat and buffers the impact force of the squeezing head and the swab pipe in contact.
10. The pretreatment apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the swab tube is placed on a test tube rack; the test tube rack is provided with two protective plates at two sides for the test tube rack to move between the two protective plates; the squeezing head penetrates through the guard plate and the test tube rack and is abutted against the outer wall of the swab tube.
