Further, the safety precaution mooring system provided by the invention further comprises a winch and a cable guiding hole part 400, wherein the winch comprises a winch drum 200 and a power device 300 for driving the winch drum 200 to rotate, the safety precaution rope 100 is wound on the outer surface of the winch drum 200, and the winch drum 200 is rotated to tighten or loosen the safety precaution rope 100, so that the mooring function is realized; the cable guiding hole part 400 is used for guiding the safety warning rope 100 to be released from the winch or guiding the safety warning rope 100 to be regularly wound on the winch, so that the safety warning rope 100 is prevented from being worn out due to mutual friction between the safety warning ropes 100 or between the safety warning rope 100 and other parts, the structure of the safety warning rope is damaged, and the service life of the safety warning rope is shortened. Typically, the minimum distance between the winch and the fairlead 400 should be such that the deflection angle of the safety warning rope 100 does not exceed 1.5 °, ensuring that each turn is tightly against the previous turn and allowing each layer to be wrapped neatly around the previous layer when the rope is wrapped around the winch drum 200, reducing friction between the safety warning rope 100, or between the safety warning rope 100 and other peripheral components.
It should be noted that, the power device 300 may be an electric device, or may be a pneumatic or fuel power device, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the power device 300 includes a motor, a gearbox, and a transmission shaft, where the transmission shaft is connected to the winch drum 200 to drive the winch drum 200 to rotate.

Claims (11)

1. A safety warning rope comprising a rope core (10), and further comprising a rope skin (20) braided on the outer surface of the rope core (10), wherein the braided material of the rope skin (20) comprises a pre-warning rope (30), the pre-warning rope (30) comprises a smoke tube (310), the smoke tube (310) comprises a lighter (330) and a fumigant (340) separated from air by a spacer layer (320), the maximum tensile force that the spacer layer (320) can bear is a preset tensile force, the preset tensile force is less than the maximum tensile force that the rope core (10) can bear, and the lighter (330) and the fumigant (340) can generate smoke when in contact with air;
The rope skin (20) is woven by wear-resistant fiber strands and the early warning rope (30), wherein the wear-resistant fiber strands comprise a plurality of S-lay strands and Z-lay strands which are equal in number, one early warning rope (30) is woven at the interweaving point of each pair of S-lay wear-resistant fiber strands and Z-lay wear-resistant fiber strands, the rope core (10) is wrapped inside the rope skin (20), and the interweaving point of the rope skin (20) wraps the safety early warning rope structure of the early warning rope (30).

The safety warning rope according to claim 1, characterized in that the warning rope (30) further comprises a protective layer (350) covering the outer surface of the smoke tube (310), the protective layer (350) being used for preventing the smoke tube (310) from being broken by external collision.
3. A safety warning rope according to claim 2, characterized in that the maximum tension that the protective layer (350) can withstand is the preset tension.
4. A safety warning rope according to claim 1, characterized in that the rope cover (20) is a braided structure of 16, 24, 32, 48 or 64 wear resistant fiber strands consisting of one or more combinations of polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetal and polyethylene fibers.
5. The safety warning rope according to claim 1, characterized in that the spacer layer (320) is of rubber material, the ignition agent (330) comprises at least white phosphorus, and the smoke agent (340) comprises at least potassium chlorate, antimony trisulfide, gum arabic and dye.
6. A method for preparing a safety warning rope according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps:
preparing rope skin strands: adding a first preset twist to the wear-resistant fiber with the first preset specification to prepare a rope leather strand with a half S-twist direction and a Z-twist direction;
Preparing an early warning rope: the rope skin strand wires are woven on the outer surface of the rope core (10), and an early warning rope (30) is woven at the interweaving point of the S twisting direction strand wires and the Z twisting direction strand wires of each pair of rope skin strand wires, so that the rope skin (20) wraps the rope core (10), and the interweaving point on the rope skin (20) wraps the early warning rope (30), and the safety early warning rope is obtained.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein in the step of producing the rope sheath strand, the first preset specification is 16000D-32000D, and the first preset twist is 20T/m-50T/m.
8. A method of producing a safety warning rope according to claim 6, characterized in that the method of producing the rope core (10) comprises at least the steps of:
preparing rope core twisted wires: carrying out reinforced composite treatment on the fibers with the second preset specification, and adding second preset twist to prepare twisted yarns with the S twist direction and the Z twist direction of the half-division;
preparing rope core strands: according to different diameters of rope cores, preparing Z-direction strands from different numbers of rope core twisted wires according to the S-direction twisting direction, and combining the rope core twisted wires according to the mode of preparing S-direction strands in the Z-direction twisting direction to prepare rope core strands;
Preparing a rope core: the rope core strand is woven into a rope by using 8 or 12 strands of woven structures, and the weaving pitch is 6-10 times of the diameter of the rope core (10).
9. The method of producing a safety warning rope according to claim 8, characterized in that in the step of producing the rope core, the second preset specification is 24000D-48000D, and the second preset twist is 10T/m-20T/m.
10. A safety pre-warning mooring system comprising a safety pre-warning rope (100), characterized in that the safety pre-warning rope (100) is a safety pre-warning rope (100) according to any one of claims 1-5.
11. The safety pre-warning mooring system of claim 10, further comprising:
the winch comprises a winch drum (200) and a power device (300) for driving the winch drum (200) to rotate, the safety precaution rope (100) is wound on the winch drum (200), and the winch drum (200) is used for tensioning or loosening the safety precaution rope (100) through rotation;
