Abstract
The invention discloses an upper hinge reinforcing structure of an A-pillar reinforcing part and a manufacturing method thereof, relating to the field of automobile body structures, wherein the structure comprises an A-pillar reinforcing part body, an upper hinge reinforcing patch plate and an upper hinge mounting nut plate; the A-column reinforcement body comprises a vehicle front direction vertical surface, a hinge mounting surface and a vehicle rear direction vertical surface which form a groove structure; the front vertical surface, the hinge mounting surface and the rear vertical surface are respectively provided with a group of first welding spots, the root of an R angle between the front vertical surface and the hinge mounting surface is provided with a group of second welding spots, and the A column reinforcement body and the upper hinge reinforcement patch plate are welded through the first welding spots and the second welding spots; and the upper hinge mounting nut plate is welded on one side, back to the hinge mounting surface, of the upper hinge reinforcing patch plate. The existing automobile body hinge reinforcing plate structure has the following problems: 1. the welding spot between the A-column reinforcement body and the patch plate is unreasonable in design, so that the cracking problem is easy to occur, and parts are scrapped; 2. the patch panel design is larger in size, which leads to increased weight and material costs; 3. the wrinkling problem is easily caused when the A-column reinforcement body and the patch plate are formed, so that the quality of parts is poor; 4. the structural design of the upper hinge mounting nut plate is unreasonable, tooling cost can be increased, and the problem of wrong placement is easily caused when the clamp is used for loading workpieces.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to reduce the part rejection rate of the A-pillar reinforcement body and the upper hinge reinforcing patch plate.
The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical means: an upper hinge reinforcing structure of an A-pillar reinforcing part comprises an A-pillar reinforcing part body, an upper hinge reinforcing patch plate and an upper hinge mounting nut plate; the A-pillar reinforcement body comprises a vehicle front direction vertical surface, a hinge mounting surface and a vehicle rear direction vertical surface which form a groove structure; the upper hinge reinforcing patch plate is positioned on the inner side of the groove structure and is respectively lapped with the front vehicle direction vertical surface, the hinge mounting surface and the rear vehicle direction vertical surface to form a U-shaped section; the front-direction vertical face, the hinge mounting face and the rear-direction vertical face of the vehicle are respectively provided with a group of first welding spots, the root of an R angle between the front-direction vertical face and the hinge mounting face is provided with a group of second welding spots, and the A-column reinforcement body and the upper hinge reinforcement patch plate are welded through the first welding spots and the second welding spots; the upper hinge mounting nut plate is welded on one side, back to the hinge mounting surface, of the upper hinge reinforcing patch plate.
Besides arranging the first welding points on the lapping surfaces between the A-column reinforcement body and the upper hinge reinforcement patch plate, a group of second welding points are additionally arranged at the root of the R corner between the vertical surface in the front direction of the vehicle and the hinge mounting surface, so that the problem that the vertical surface near the R corner is cracked due to overlarge drawing depth and too fast material flow in the thermal forming process is solved, and the rejection rate of parts of the A-column reinforcement body and the upper hinge reinforcement patch plate is reduced.
Preferably, the upper hinge reinforcement patch panel is located in the middle of the a-pillar reinforcement body. The A-pillar reinforcement body 1 comprises a vehicle front direction vertical surface 11, a hinge mounting surface 12 and a vehicle rear direction vertical surface 13 which form a groove structure; the upper hinge reinforcing patch plate 2 is positioned on the inner side of the groove structure and is respectively lapped with the vehicle front direction vertical surface 11, the hinge mounting surface 12 and the vehicle rear direction vertical surface 13 to form a U-shaped section; the upper hinge reinforcing patch plate 2 is positioned in the middle of the A-column reinforcing piece body 1 and does not extend to the upper end of the A-column reinforcing piece body 1, the section is not changed sharply, the size and the weight are reduced, and the light weight is improved; the upper hinge mounting nut plate 3 is welded to the upper hinge reinforcement patch panel 2 on the side facing away from the hinge mounting surface 12.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a group of first welding points 4 are respectively arranged on the front direction vertical surface 11, the hinge installation surface 12 and the rear direction vertical surface 13 of the vehicle, a group of second welding points 5 are arranged at the root of an R corner between the front direction vertical surface 11 and the hinge installation surface 12, and the A-pillar reinforcement body 1 and the upper hinge reinforcement patch panel 2 are welded through the first welding points 4 and the second welding points 5, so that the problem that the vertical surfaces near the R corner are cracked due to overlarge drawing depth of the front direction vertical surface 11 and too fast material flow in the thermal forming process is solved, and the rejection rate of parts is reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, a characteristic rib 6 is arranged at the overlapping position of the a-pillar reinforcement body 1 and the upper hinge reinforcement patch panel 2 on the front direction vertical surface 11, and the characteristic rib 6 protrudes to the outer side of the groove structure. The material accumulation wrinkling of the front direction vertical surface 11 close to the edge part is avoided in the thermal forming process, and the quality of parts is improved.

The working principle is as follows: besides arranging the first welding spots 4 on each lapping surface between the A-pillar reinforcement body 1 and the upper hinge reinforcement patch plate 2, a group of second welding spots 5 are additionally arranged at the root of the R corner between the front direction vertical surface 11 and the hinge mounting surface 12, so that the problem that the vertical surfaces near the R corner are cracked due to overlarge drawing depth and too fast material flow of the front direction vertical surface 11 in the thermal forming process is solved, and the rejection rate of parts of the A-pillar reinforcement body 1 and the upper hinge reinforcement patch plate 2 is reduced.
