8. A skiing and rowing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking nose disposed outside the positioning seat, and a lock catch is disposed on the side wall of the left end of the extension beam and engaged with the locking nose.

A skiing and rowing machine according to claim 1, wherein a support plate is provided between two beams adjacent to one side of the underframe, insertion holes are symmetrically provided at front and rear sides of the surface of the support plate, and the end of each grip is movably inserted into the insertion hole at the corresponding side.
