Abstract
The invention provides a control method, a device and a system of a demonstrator and the demonstrator, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the on-off state of a control panel of the demonstrator; generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of a control panel of the demonstrator; and controlling and displaying the screen projection interface. The technical problem that in the prior art, an operator of the demonstrator cannot share the operation steps of the operation buttons with people except the operator is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent hardware, in particular to a demonstrator, a control method, a control device and a control system of the demonstrator.
Background
With the development of related technologies such as artificial intelligence technology and computer technology, industrial robots are more and more widely applied. China is in the vigorous period of upgrading and transforming of the mechanical manufacturing industry, and an intelligent manufacturing technology taking a robot as a leading part leads to new technical innovation. At present, the operation of an industrial robot is generally complex, certain danger exists, and the industrial robot has high requirements on operators. Therefore, all the robot employees need to be trained before work to operate the robot. Meanwhile, in order to satisfy talent development related to robotics, many institutions and institutions have already opened relevant courses in terms of robotics in the field of education.
A robot teach pendant is an important tool for a robot to interact with, and an operator controls the movement of the robot through the operation of the teach pendant. The demonstrator is a handheld device and consists of a screen and a plurality of operation buttons. In the robot teaching process, an operator cannot share screen contents and operation steps of operation buttons with people except the operator, the operation process can be described only through language during teaching, and a student cannot feel intuitive and cannot well play a role in real-practice teaching.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provides a control method, a device and a system of a demonstrator and the demonstrator so as to solve the technical problem that an operator of the demonstrator cannot share screen content and operation steps of operation buttons with people except the operator in the prior art.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method of a teach pendant, comprising: acquiring the on-off state of a control panel of the demonstrator; generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of a control panel of the demonstrator; and controlling and displaying the screen projection interface.
Further, the generating of the screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the teach pendant control panel comprises: acquiring a screen projection display strategy corresponding to a specified switch state on a control panel of the demonstrator; determining a display picture corresponding to the specified switch state according to the screen projection display strategy corresponding to the specified switch state; and generating the screen projection interface according to the display picture corresponding to the specified switch state.
Further, the generating of the screen projection interface according to the switch state of the teach pendant control panel comprises: acquiring a screen projection display strategy corresponding to a specified switch category on a control panel of the demonstrator; determining a display picture corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type according to the screen projection display strategy corresponding to the specified switch type and the switch state corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type; and generating the screen projection interface according to the display picture corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type.
Further, the screen projection display strategy comprises: controlling a virtual icon to be displayed according to preset display parameters, wherein the virtual icon is used for indicating a designated switch; or controlling a virtual icon to display a specified state, wherein the virtual icon is used for indicating a specified switch, and the specified state corresponds to the switch state of the specified switch.
Further, the switches of the teach pendant control panel include one or more of: knob, pilot lamp, scram button, button and enable button.
Further, the generating of the screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the teach pendant control panel comprises: acquiring a display picture of the display screen of the demonstrator; and generating a screen projection interface according to the display picture of the display screen and the on-off state of the demonstrator control panel.
Further, the controlling displays the screen-projecting interface, including: controlling display equipment associated with the demonstrator to display the screen projection interface; or controlling a screen projection module arranged on the demonstrator to project the screen projection interface.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control system of a teach pendant, comprising: the demonstrator is used for acquiring the on-off state of the control panel, generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the control panel and sending the screen projection interface to the display equipment; and the display equipment receives the screen projection interface sent by the demonstrator and displays the screen projection interface.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a teach pendant comprising: the processor is used for acquiring the on-off state of the control panel and generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the control panel; and the screen projection module is used for projecting the screen projection interface.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The embodiment provides a control method of a demonstrator, which comprises the following steps of combining with fig. 1:

Specifically, in this scheme, the controller of the demonstrator can be used as an execution main body of the method of this embodiment, the controller can call the signal monitoring module to monitor the states of the switches, when an operator uses the demonstrator, the switch of the demonstrator can be operated, and the controller receives the states of the switches sent by the signal monitoring module.
Optionally, the switch of the control panel in the demonstrator may be a knob, an indicator light, an emergency stop button, a key and an enable button on the back of the demonstrator on the front of the demonstrator. a knob switch: different modes can be selected by different gears. An indicator light: the states of the robot such as power-on, running, stopping, alarming and the like can be displayed. An emergency stop button: and when the robot is pressed down, the robot gives an alarm, other operations cannot be performed, and the robot can be operated after being screwed up. Pressing a key: the robot can be operated by pressing keys. Enabling the button: a three-position switch (first and third sections are off, only the second section can be enabled), and when the robot is controlled to operate manually, the three-position switch must be enabled first, and the button is pressed to the proper (second) position.

According to the invention, the states of the emergency stop buttons are distinguished through different colors, and the pressing state of the enable switch is represented through the progress bar, so that the actual operation situation of an operator is more visually and clearly represented, and the student can more favorably understand the operation steps of a teacher.
Optionally, in step S13, the generating a screen projection interface according to the switch state of the teach pendant control panel includes:
step S134, acquiring a screen projection display strategy corresponding to the specified switch type on the control panel of the demonstrator;
step S135, determining a display picture corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type according to the screen projection display strategy corresponding to the specified switch type and the switch state corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type;
and S136, generating the screen projection interface according to the display picture corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type.
Specifically, different types of switches may correspond to different display strategies, for example, in combination with fig. 4, the enable switch is displayed by a progress bar, the physical knob switch is also displayed by a virtual icon with the same knob switch shape, and when the knob switch is operated by an operator, the screen-projection interface knob switch also points to a corresponding mode. The visual effect of the screen projection interface indicator lamp is consistent with the actual situation.
Optionally, with reference to fig. 4, when performing the enabling, the operator may be divided into three segments according to the pressing condition, and when pressing the first segment and the third segment, the enabling cannot be implemented, as shown in enabled states 1 and 3 in fig. 4. When the second segment is pressed, which is the enabled state, the screen-cast interface is as shown in enabled state 2 in fig. 4.
Optionally, the screen projection display policy includes:
controlling a virtual icon to be displayed according to preset display parameters, wherein the virtual icon is used for indicating a designated switch; or,
and controlling a virtual icon to display a designated state, wherein the virtual icon is used for indicating a designated switch, and the designated state corresponds to the switch state of the designated switch.
Specifically, the preset display parameters include colors, patterns, shapes, progress bars, and the like.
Optionally, the generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the teach pendant control panel includes:
acquiring a display picture of the display screen of the demonstrator;
and generating a screen projection interface according to the display picture of the display screen and the on-off state of the demonstrator control panel.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 4, in the generated screen projection interface, the screen of the display of the demonstrator can be displayed, and then the on-off state of the control panel of the demonstrator is displayed near the screen.
Optionally, the controlling and displaying the screen projection interface includes:
controlling display equipment associated with the demonstrator to display the screen projection interface; or,
and controlling a screen projection module arranged on the demonstrator to project the screen projection interface.
Specifically, the screen projection device can be connected in a wireless screen projection module or a wired connection mode to project a screen. and the control unit 84 is used for controlling and displaying the screen projection interface.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including: a processor and a memory; the memory has stored thereon a computer readable program executable by the processor; the processor, when executing the computer readable program, implements the steps of any of the methods described above.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, which are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps of any of the methods described above.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.), and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program may include the processes of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc.

acquiring a screen projection display strategy corresponding to a specified switch state on a control panel of the demonstrator;
determining a display picture corresponding to the specified switch state according to the screen projection display strategy corresponding to the specified switch state;
and generating the screen projection interface according to the display picture corresponding to the specified switch state.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a screen-projection interface according to a switch state of a teach pendant control panel comprises:
acquiring a screen projection display strategy corresponding to a specified switch category on a control panel of the demonstrator;
determining a display picture corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type according to the screen projection display strategy corresponding to the specified switch type and the switch state corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type;
and generating the screen projection interface according to the display picture corresponding to the switch of the specified switch type.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the screen projection display strategy comprises:
controlling a virtual icon to be displayed according to preset display parameters, wherein the virtual icon is used for indicating a designated switch; or,
and controlling a virtual icon to display a designated state, wherein the virtual icon is used for indicating a designated switch, and the designated state corresponds to the switch state of the designated switch.

7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the controlling displaying the screen-projection interface comprises:
controlling display equipment associated with the demonstrator to display the screen projection interface; or,
and controlling a screen projection module arranged on the demonstrator to project the screen projection interface.
8. A control system for a teach pendant, comprising:
the demonstrator is used for acquiring the on-off state of the control panel, generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the control panel and sending the screen projection interface to the display equipment;
and the display equipment receives the screen projection interface sent by the demonstrator and displays the screen projection interface.
9. A teach pendant, comprising:
the processor is used for acquiring the on-off state of the control panel and generating a screen projection interface according to the on-off state of the control panel;
and the screen projection module is used for projecting the screen projection interface.
