The grinding head 21 is a hundred-impeller grinding head with the granularity of 80-120, and can be used for finely grinding an inner hole and adjusting the wall thickness of a pipeline.
A4) Polishing: replacing the grinding head of the grinding machine 22 of the grinding tool 2 for the inner hole of the bent pipe with a polishing grinding head, extending into the bent pipe section again, starting the grinding machine 22 to polish the outer circular arc area 11 of the inner hole to a half of the bent pipe section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing device is adjusted by monitoring the inner hole sight glass 3, the polishing machine 22 is turned off after polishing and polishing are finished, and the elbow inner hole polishing tool 1 is withdrawn. The grinding head 21 adopts a 320-granularity abrasive belt, so that the roughness of the ground surface can be improved, and the inner hole can be polished.
The inner arc blind area is polished by the following steps:
B1) coarse grinding: extending a grinding tool 2 for the inner hole of the bent pipe provided with a joint 23 from one end of a hole 1 in the stainless steel bent pipe into the bent pipe section, starting a grinding machine 22 to perform rough grinding on an inner arc blind area 11 of the inner hole, and performing rough grinding to half of the bent pipe section; simultaneously still can cooperate and detect through phased array ultrasonic flaw detector detecting of detecting a flaw, ensure that the hole internal folding and the defect of corrugating are got rid of completely. Meanwhile, the polishing position of the grinding head 21 is adjusted through monitoring of the inner bore sight glass 3, the inclination angle of the polishing machine 22 and the connecting rod 27 is adjusted through a ratchet mechanism on the joint 23, so that the grinding head 21 can completely contact the inner wall of the inner arc blind zone 12 of the inner bore of the elbow, the polishing machine 22 is turned off after coarse polishing is completed, and the elbow inner bore polishing tool 1 is withdrawn; the grinding head 12 is made of a brown corundum grinding wheel, and can remove wrinkles, oxide skin and burrs on the surface of an inner hole of the bent pipe section.
B2) Fine grinding: replacing the grinding head 21 of the grinding machine 22 of the elbow inner hole grinding tool 1 (provided with a joint 23, see fig. 3) with a polishing grinding head, extending into the elbow section from one end of the elbow inner hole of the workpiece, starting the grinding machine 22 to polish the inner arc blind area 11 to a half of the elbow section; controlling the wall thickness of the pipeline by a wall thickness difference measuring instrument, adjusting the polishing position of the polishing device by monitoring an inner hole sight glass, adjusting the inclination angle of the polishing machine 22 and the connecting rod 23 by a ratchet mechanism on the joint 23, enabling the grinding head 21 to be in complete contact with the inner wall of the inner arc blind area 11 of the inner hole of the elbow, turning off the polishing machine 22 after polishing and polishing are finished, and withdrawing the elbow inner hole polishing tool 2; the grinding head 21 is a hundred-impeller grinding head with the granularity of 80-120, so that the roughness of the ground surface can be improved, and the wall thickness of the pipeline can be adjusted.
B3) Polishing: replacing the grinding head 21 of the grinding machine 22 of the elbow inner hole grinding tool 1 (provided with a joint 23, see fig. 3) with a polishing grinding head, extending into the elbow section from one end of the elbow inner hole of the workpiece, starting the grinding machine 22 to polish the inner arc blind area 11 to half of the elbow section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing device is adjusted through monitoring of the inner hole sight glass, the inclination angle of the polishing machine 22 and the connecting rod 23 is adjusted through a ratchet mechanism on the joint 23, so that the polishing head 21 can completely contact the inner wall of the inner arc blind area 11 of the inner hole of the bent pipe, the polishing machine 22 is turned off after polishing and polishing are finished, and the bent pipe inner hole polishing tool 2 is withdrawn; the grinding head 21 adopts a 320-granularity abrasive belt, so that the roughness of the ground surface can be improved, and the inner hole can be polished.
After the steps are completed, the stainless steel elbow 1 is turned, the steps of polishing the outer arc area 11 and polishing the inner arc blind area 12 of the inner hole of the elbow are repeated, and the polishing of the other half of the inner hole of the stainless steel elbow 1 is completed.
The surface quality of the inner hole of the stainless steel elbow pipe machined by the method meets the machining requirement of the Ra3.2 surface, and the method is particularly suitable for the stainless steel elbow pipe with a straight pipe section of more than 2000mm, an elbow pipe inner hole diameter of less than 300mm and a bending angle of less than 120 degrees. The wall thickness can be controlled to be uniform, and the wall thickness difference is ensured to be within 1 mm.

A1) putting an inner hole sight glass into one end of the stainless steel bent pipe, and adjusting the position of the inner hole sight glass until the surface of the workpiece to be polished can be clearly seen;
A2) coarse grinding: extending the grinding tool for the inner hole of the bent pipe according to any one of claims 1 to 5 from one end of the inner hole of the stainless steel bent pipe into the bent pipe section, and starting the grinding machine to perform rough grinding on the outer circular arc area of the inner hole to half of the bent pipe section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the grinding head is adjusted through monitoring of an inner hole sight glass, the polishing machine is turned off after coarse grinding is finished, and a bent pipe inner hole polishing tool is withdrawn;
A3) fine grinding: replacing a grinding head of a grinding machine of the grinding tool for the inner hole of the bent pipe with a fine grinding head, stretching into the bent pipe section again, starting the grinding machine to polish the outer circular arc area of the inner hole to a half of the bent pipe section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing device is adjusted through monitoring of an inner bore sight glass, the wall thickness of the pipeline is controlled by using a wall thickness measuring instrument, the polishing machine is turned off after polishing is finished, and a polishing tool of an inner bore of the bent pipe is withdrawn;
A4) polishing: replacing a grinding head of a grinding machine of the grinding tool for the inner hole of the bent pipe with a polishing grinding head, extending into the bent pipe section again, starting the grinding machine to polish the outer circular arc area of the inner hole to a half of the bent pipe section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing device is adjusted through monitoring of the inner hole sight glass, the polishing machine is turned off after polishing and polishing are finished, and a polishing tool of the inner hole of the bent pipe is withdrawn.
The inner arc blind area is polished by the following steps:
B1) coarse grinding: extending the elbow inner hole grinding tool according to claim 7 or 8 into the elbow section from one end of the stainless steel elbow inner hole, starting the grinding machine to perform rough grinding on the inner arc blind area of the inner hole, and performing rough grinding to half of the elbow section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing head is adjusted through monitoring of the inner hole sight glass, the inclination angle of the polishing machine and the connecting rod is adjusted through a ratchet mechanism on the joint, so that the polishing head can completely contact the inner wall of an inner arc blind area of the inner hole of the bent pipe, the polishing machine is turned off after coarse grinding is finished, and a bent pipe inner hole polishing tool is withdrawn;
B2) fine grinding: replacing a grinding head of a grinding machine of the grinding tool for the inner hole of the bent pipe with a fine grinding head, extending one end of the inner hole of the bent pipe of the workpiece into the bent pipe section of the workpiece, starting the grinding machine to polish the inner arc blind area to a half of the bent pipe section; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing device is adjusted through monitoring of an inner hole sight glass, the wall thickness of the pipeline is controlled through a wall thickness measuring instrument, the inclination angle of the polishing machine and a connecting rod is adjusted through a ratchet mechanism on a joint, so that a grinding head can completely contact the inner wall of an inner arc blind area of an inner hole of the bent pipe, the polishing machine is turned off after polishing is completed, and a bent pipe inner hole polishing tool is withdrawn;
B3) polishing: replacing a grinding head of a grinding machine of the grinding tool for the inner hole of the bent pipe with a polishing grinding head, extending one end of the inner hole of the bent pipe of the workpiece into the bent pipe section of the workpiece, starting the grinding machine to polish the inner arc blind area until half of the bent pipe section is ground; meanwhile, the polishing position of the polishing device is adjusted through monitoring of the inner hole sight glass, the inclination angle of the polishing machine and the connecting rod is adjusted through a ratchet mechanism on the joint, so that the polishing head can completely contact the inner wall of the inner arc blind area of the inner hole of the bent pipe, the polishing machine is turned off after polishing and polishing are finished, and the bent pipe inner hole polishing tool is withdrawn;
and after the steps are finished, turning the stainless steel elbow, repeating the steps of polishing the outer arc area and polishing the inner arc blind area of the inner hole of the elbow, and finishing the polishing of the other half of the inner hole of the stainless steel elbow.
