The working process of the invention comprises the following steps: the conveyor belt conveyor 1 is used for conveying arranged tobacco packages, the tobacco packages reach the position of the first baffle 4, the PLC controls the conveyor belt conveyor 1 to stop, the tobacco packages are prevented from being excessively moved to be disordered by the tobacco package group, the tobacco package group is pushed by the transverse pushing cylinder to be contacted with the second baffle 8, the second photoelectric sensor 24 can detect that the tobacco packages reach the second baffle 8 and sense that the tobacco package group is in place, further the tobacco packages are pushed to the carton 20 by the longitudinal pushing cylinder 5 controlled by the PLC, during the loading of the tobacco packages, the tobacco packages lift the baffle 14, the baffle 14 always presses the tobacco packages, the vertical position is blocked, the tobacco packages are prevented from jumping up and down in the moving process, the baffle 14 always presses the tobacco packages, the connecting rod 16 rotates along the hinged position, the head part lifts, the tail part of the connecting rod 16 descends, then contacts the proximity switch 21, the proximity switch 21 transmits signals to the PLC, the PLC can know that the operating platform 2 is provided with unloaded cigarette packs, the transverse pushing cylinder 3 can not repeatedly push the cigarette packs on the conveyor belt conveyor 1, the longitudinal pushing cylinder 5 drives the cigarette packs in place to push the cigarette packs into the box 20 with the opened side covers, during the period, the rotary cylinder 10 drives the negative pressure suction head 11 to rotate to the side cover position of the second layer of box to suck the box side covers, the rotary cylinder 10 drives the negative pressure suction head 11 to reset, the side covers can be opened, the box 20 with full bags at the lower layer is driven by the box pushing cylinder 9 to close through the box pushing cylinder 9 after the self-closing device moves, during the period, the box pushing cylinder 9 pushes the lower layer of box 20, the horizontal plate on the bearing push plate 7 bears the upper layer of box 20, the box pushing cylinder 9 resets, the horizontal plate on the bearing push plate 7 is separated from the upper layer of box 20, the upper layer of box 20 is separated from the negative pressure suction head 11 due to self weight, the opened side cover is erected on the side cover shutter 25.

An apparatus for filling a prefabricated box with packets of cigarettes, characterized in that: the device for filling the prefabricated box with the cigarette packet comprises a conveyor belt conveyor, an operation platform, a transverse pushing cylinder, a box stacking box, a side cover opening device, a cigarette packet loading detection mechanism, a longitudinal pushing cylinder and a self-closing device, wherein one side of the conveyor belt conveyor is provided with the operation platform, the other side of the conveyor belt conveyor is provided with the transverse pushing cylinder for pushing the cigarette packet on the conveyor belt conveyor to the operation platform, the operation platform is abutted to the box stacking box for storing the box, the box stacking box is provided with the side cover opening device for opening the side cover of the box, the side cover opening device comprises a rotary cylinder and a negative pressure suction head, the operation platform is provided with the rotary cylinder through a bracket, the rotary cylinder is connected with the negative pressure suction head for sucking the side cover, the operation platform is provided with the cigarette packet loading detection mechanism and the longitudinal pushing cylinder, the operation platform is provided with a support, the support is hinged with a connecting rod which is supported on a second baffle, the head part of the connecting rod is vertically connected with a baffle rod, the lower side of the tail part of the connecting rod is provided with a proximity switch, the cigarette package load detection mechanism is used for controlling a transverse pushing cylinder to push cigarette packages in place, the cigarette package load detection mechanism comprises the second baffle plate and a second photoelectric sensor, the operation platform is provided with the second baffle plate opposite to the transverse pushing cylinder, the second photoelectric sensor is arranged on the second baffle plate, the longitudinal pushing cylinder is used for pushing the cigarette packages in place into the box, one side of the box stacking box is provided with a box pushing cylinder for pushing the full package box out, the other side of the box stacking box is provided with an automatic closing device for closing a side cover in the travelling process of the full package box, the automatic closing device comprises a support, a guide rod and a guide plate, the guide rod and the guide plate are arranged on the support, the front section of the guide rod is inclined upwards to the top of the side cover of the box, the rear section of the guide rod is horizontally arranged on the bracket, the front end of the guide rod is an outwards extending arc-shaped plate, and the rear end of the guide rod is a flat plate vertically arranged on the bracket.
2. The device for filling a prefabricated box with packets of cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein: and a first photoelectric sensor for detecting the tobacco bale in place is arranged on the first baffle.
