The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated or described herein. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
To facilitate understanding, a detailed flow of an embodiment of the present invention is described below, and referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of a method for prompting a dispatch stall exception according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
101. acquiring express delivery data of at least one historical delivery cycle in an express delivery network;
in this embodiment, express delivery data of at least one historical delivery cycle of an express delivery site is obtained. It can be understood that in the process of monitoring the whole flow of express logistics, express delivery data of at least one historical delivery cycle of each express delivery site can be obtained by collecting logistics information of express deliveries and classifying the logistics information according to the passed express delivery sites.
Further, according to express delivery data of at least one historical delivery cycle, the express delivery network is judged to be an abnormal network under the condition that express delivery does not normally receive and deliver. It can be understood that the case that the express is not normally collected and dispatched includes a case that a large number of the express at the current express site cannot be normally collected, normally transferred or normally dispatched. When the system monitors that a certain express delivery network point has the large number of abnormal express delivery receiving and sending conditions, the system indicates that the express delivery network point has the abnormal conditions.
102. Analyzing the express delivery data, and judging whether target logistics data which are distributed but not signed for exist in the express delivery data according to an analysis result;
in this embodiment, the express delivery data of at least one historical delivery cycle is analyzed, and whether distributed target logistics data which are not signed in exists in the express delivery data is judged according to the analysis result. Specifically, the express delivery network point is judged to be an abnormal network point under the condition that express delivery does not normally receive and dispatch.
103. If the express delivery network node exists, determining that the express delivery network node is an abnormal network node, and performing stagnation abnormity identification on the target logistics data to obtain abnormal state data of the corresponding express in the target logistics data;
in this embodiment, the server obtains the dispatch node from the address aggregation big data according to the waybill number, and the dispatch node is the tail end dispatch node. If the delivery network point of the express is possibly an abnormal network point, the abnormal network point is defined as a problem network point which can not be delivered, the server acquires the reason why the abnormal network point can not be delivered, and then transmits the data of the express to the interception system, the interception system can firstly acquire the information of the order number, the label and the like of the express, and then detects the delivery network point to obtain a detection result, if the abnormality is detected, the abnormality of the delivery network point is determined, and if the abnormality is not detected, the abnormality of the delivery network point is determined as the detection result. As shown in table 1 below, for example, there is one express a in an express delivery site, and it is determined whether the express a has been distributed according to express data of the express a, where the distribution includes an unsigned ticket that the site distributes to a salesperson and distributes to a branch/service department and then distributes to the salesperson. If the courier a has already been distributed, it is further determined whether the courier a is distributed to a designated attendant (courier). And if the express A is distributed to a designated salesperson and is not signed in, judging whether the express A is signed in within the counting date. If not, judging the current distance and the distributed time length. If the express delivery A is already distributed to a waiter and is not signed for in 24-48 hours (for example, the signing-distribution time is more than 48 hours, and the 12-24 hours and the 24-48 hours are counted), the express delivery A is determined to be an abnormal express delivery. Further, it is determined that an express delivery network point where the express delivery A is located is abnormal. And performing stagnation abnormity identification on the target logistics data of the express A to obtain abnormal state data of the corresponding express in the target logistics data.
TABLE 1
And acquiring abnormal state data of the corresponding express in the target logistics data, and determining the express to be processed according to the abnormal state data. Specifically, the abnormal state information includes an abnormal state duration period of the abnormal mesh point. Specifically, the abnormal state information corresponding to the abnormal node may further include flag information of the abnormal node and an abnormal reason of the abnormal node.
In this embodiment, in the abnormal state information that may be related to, the mark information of the abnormal node may include a node name and a node code corresponding to the abnormal node, and is used to perform a corresponding identification on the abnormal node and to facilitate management and search of the abnormal node condition. In addition, the abnormal reason of the abnormal site can be edited and remarked by an administrator of the abnormal site monitoring system, so that the abnormal state of the abnormal site can be briefly described.
104. Determining the express to be processed according to the abnormal state data, judging whether the express to be processed is in a normal unpicked state or not according to the abnormal state data, and if so, determining that the express to be processed is in a stagnant abnormal express;
in this embodiment, the to-be-processed express is determined according to the abnormal state data, whether the to-be-processed express is in a distributed but not dispatched state is determined according to the express data of the to-be-processed express, and if yes, the to-be-processed express is marked as an abnormal express in a stagnation state. It can be understood that express to-be-delivered express items arriving at the current express delivery site within a certain past time period are often stored in the express delivery site, and once the express delivery site becomes an abnormal site, the to-be-delivered express items are in a state of being incapable of being normally delivered and need to be listed as abnormal express items.
In this embodiment, for an abnormal website, in an abnormal state duration period, a case where delivery delay may exist in all express items associated with the abnormal website needs to be subjected to targeted delivery reminding, but considering that the number of all associated express items directly handled as abnormal express items is too large, and all associated express items cannot be distinguished according to the express item types corresponding to the abnormal express items so as to give targeted delivery reminding, all corresponding express items need to be taken as express items to be handled in advance, and screening and sorting are performed according to the express item information.
105. Extracting express item data corresponding to the stopped abnormal express items, and analyzing the express item data to obtain actual distribution data of the abnormal express items;
in this embodiment, express data corresponding to the stagnant abnormal express is extracted, the express data is analyzed, and actual delivery data of the abnormal express is obtained. Specifically, the express is sent out by a distribution network point at a sending place, a distribution vehicle carries the express and distributes the express along a predicted distribution route, the distribution vehicle is provided with an on-board terminal, and the terminal records actual running data of the distribution vehicle, wherein the actual running data comprises but is not limited to sending time, running speed, running route and time of arriving at each distribution network point of the distribution vehicle.
106. And determining the terminal delivery network point corresponding to the abnormal express, judging whether the actual delivery data is consistent with the target delivery data of the abnormal express, and outputting delivery prompt information to the terminal delivery network point according to the judgment result.
In this embodiment, the terminal delivery network point corresponding to the abnormal express is determined, whether the actual delivery data is consistent with the target delivery data of the abnormal express is judged, and delivery prompt information is output to the terminal delivery network point according to the judgment result. In a specific application scenario, the to-be-processed express in the normal non-delivery state may include a to-be-processed express which is not signed and a to-be-processed express which is not in the express interception state. The express is still in a logistics link after being signed and confirmed by an addressee or being signed and confirmed by a signing party, and corresponding dispatch reminding needs to be given through subsequent steps. For the to-be-processed express in the express intercepting state, the related express information is recorded into the corresponding intercepting system, and the subsequent execution operation is taken over by the express intercepting system without giving other express delivery reminding.
In the embodiment of the invention, the express delivery data of the express delivery network is analyzed, and the express delivery network is judged to be abnormal according to whether the target logistics data which are distributed but not signed for exists in the express delivery data; identifying target logistics data to obtain corresponding abnormal state data; determining the express to be processed according to the abnormal state data, and judging whether the express to be processed is an abnormal express; extracting express item data corresponding to the abnormal express items, and analyzing to obtain actual distribution data of the abnormal express items; and judging whether the actual distribution data is consistent with the target distribution data or not, and outputting delivery prompt information to a delivery network point at the tail end. According to the scheme, the abnormal express is obtained by identifying the logistics data, and the targeted delivery prompt service is carried out according to the type and different delivery states of the abnormal express, so that the delivery timeliness is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of a method for prompting a dispatch stall exception according to the present invention includes:
201. acquiring express delivery data of at least one historical delivery period in an express delivery network;
202. acquiring a delivery network point from a preset delivery address set according to the express item number in the express delivery data;
in this embodiment, after the user successfully sends the mail, the historical sending data is obtained from the preset database and stored, and the historical sending data includes a name, a telephone number, and a sending and receiving address. The database is specifically used for storing historical delivery data, such as express order numbers, express logistics tracks, express delivery information and other data, and the express data can be from a third-party platform, such as an express delivery collection point, for example, an express cabinet, a courier station and the like, or can be from a logistics company system, such as an order system, a transit system and the like. And the server acquires a delivery network point from the address collection big data according to the freight note number, and the delivery network point is a tail-end delivery network point.
Specifically, the server provides an access code and an invoice number in the query request according to the invoice number in the express mail data, the server verifies the affiliation relationship between the access code and all the request invoice numbers, and the system only returns the invoice routing information with the correct affiliation relationship.
203. Determining distribution planning data of express in an express delivery network according to the delivery network and the address data of the mails;
in the embodiment, the server determines the distribution direction of the to-be-processed express mails based on the mail sending information; the server selects a distribution network point for transferring the to-be-processed express in the distribution process from preset distribution network points according to the distribution network points and the distribution direction to obtain a transfer network point; the server calculates the path lengths of the delivery network points and the transfer network points and generates a delivery route based on the path lengths; the server takes the delivery route, the mail information of the user and the delivery network point as delivery planning data.
Specifically, a logistics company divides a city into several levels of logistics objects (network points, contract areas, distributors), each of which is responsible for a certain geographic area. In the process of express delivery, a typical delivery route is distributed from an end-to-branch center to a network site, distributed to a contract area, and distributed to a small member. The express delivery is subjected to large-scale sorting operation in a terminal transfer center, a network point and a contract area, and different sorting efficiency and accuracy are determined by different sorting methods, so that the service timeliness and cost of the express delivery company are influenced. The server analyzes the distribution levels of the distribution, such as a transit center, a last transit center and a network point. The server selects a distribution network point for transferring the express in the distribution process from preset distribution network points according to the distribution network points and the distribution direction to obtain a transfer network point; the server calculates the path lengths of the delivery network points and the transfer network points and generates a delivery route based on the path lengths; the server takes the delivery route, the mail information of the user and the delivery network point as delivery planning data.
