Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a pipeline fixing structure of washing equipment, wherein a pipeline and a wire harness can be integrally and fixedly arranged on the washing equipment through the pipeline fixing structure, so that the pipeline and the pipeline can be prevented from being wound, the pipeline can be switched and fixed, and the pipeline is prevented from being bent in the drawing process to cause unsmooth water inlet and drainage.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a laundry washing apparatus.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: there is provided a pipe fixing structure of a washing device, comprising,
a fixing member;
the waterway adapter tube is arranged on the fixing piece;
and the wire harness fixing piece is arranged on the fixing piece and used for limiting the guide wire harness.
The pipeline fixing structure comprises a fixing piece, wherein the fixing piece is provided with a waterway switching pipe and a wiring harness fixing piece, so that the waterway switching and wiring harness fixing effects can be simultaneously realized, the installation strength of a waterway pipeline is improved, and the waterway pipeline is prevented from falling off and leaking water; pipeline fixed knot constructs and installs on washing equipment, can play fixed effect to water route pipeline and pencil, prevents that water route pipeline and pencil from crooked winding, avoids causing the problem that the crooked flowing water of water route pipeline is not smooth and pencil wearing and tearing. In drawer type washing equipment, pipeline fixed knot constructs can play fixed effect to water route pipeline and pencil, reduces the drawer and pulls water route pipeline at the pull process, prolongs water route pipeline's life.
Further, the waterway adapter tube and the wiring harness fixing piece are arranged on the fixing piece side by side.
Furthermore, the extension direction of the wire harness fixing piece is the same as that of the waterway adapter tube;
preferably, the waterway adapter tube is a turning adapter tube.
Furthermore, the waterway adapter tube is provided with a first tube section and a second tube section which are connected, and the first tube section is connected with the second tube section in an included angle;

Furthermore, the waterway adapter tube comprises a first waterway adapter tube and a second waterway adapter tube which are arranged side by side;
the wiring harness fixing piece is located between the first waterway adapter tube and the second waterway adapter tube.
Further, the fixing member includes a fixing plate, and the wire harness fixing member includes a guide groove;
the waterway adapter tube and the guide groove are arranged on the fixing plate side by side.

a drawer for accommodating the washing tub assembly;

Furthermore, the waterway adapter tube is connected to a water inlet pipeline of the washing barrel assembly and/or is connected to a water outlet pipeline of the washing barrel assembly.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the pipeline fixing structure 1 of the present invention includes a fixing member 11, a waterway adapter tube, and a harness fixing member 14. The waterway adapter tube is arranged on the fixing piece 11. The wire harness fixing member 14 is provided on the fixing member 11 for fixing and guiding the wire harness 24.
The pipeline fixing structure 1 can be used for washing equipment such as a washing machine, a dish washing machine and the like. Preferably, the waterway adapter tube and the harness fixing member 14 are integrally provided on the fixing member 11.
The pipeline fixing structure 1 comprises a fixing piece 11, wherein a waterway switching pipe and a wiring harness fixing piece 14 are arranged on the fixing piece 11, so that the waterway switching and wiring harness fixing effects can be achieved simultaneously, the installation strength of a waterway pipeline is improved, and the waterway pipeline is prevented from falling off and leaking water; pipeline fixed knot constructs 1 and installs on washing equipment, can play fixed effect to water route pipeline and pencil, prevents that water route pipeline and pencil from crooked winding, avoids causing the problem that the crooked flowing water of water route pipeline is not smooth and pencil wearing and tearing. Two ends of a waterway adapter pipe in the pipeline fixing structure 1 are respectively connected to the same waterway, and the harness fixing piece 14 is used for fixing a harness 24.
As shown in fig. 1, the waterway adapter tube is arranged on the fixing member 11 side by side with the harness fixing member 14.
The waterway adapter tube and the wiring harness fixing piece 14 are arranged side by side, so that the space occupied on the fixing piece 11 can be reduced, and when the pipeline fixing structure 1 is installed on washing equipment, the fixing efficiency can be ensured, and the area occupied on the washing equipment can be reduced.
The extension direction of the harness fixing part 14 is the same as that of the waterway adapter tube. Preferably, the waterway adapter tube is a turning adapter tube.
The water route adapter tube is provided with a first tube section and a second tube section which are connected, and the first tube section and the second tube section are connected in an included angle. The extension directions of the wire harness fixing piece 14 and the first pipe section and the second pipe section of the waterway adapter pipe are the same.
The first pipe section is connected with the second pipe section in a smooth transition mode, and smooth flowing of water in the waterway adapter pipe is guaranteed. Preferably, the first pipe section is vertically connected with the second pipe section.
Further, the waterway adapter tube comprises a first waterway adapter tube 12 and a second waterway adapter tube 13 which are arranged side by side. The first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13 are both provided with a first tube section and a second tube section.
Preferably, the first waterway adapter tube 12 is used for being connected to a water inlet waterway, and the second waterway adapter tube 13 is used for being connected to a water discharge waterway.
The first pipe section 121 of the first waterway adapter pipe and the first pipe section 131 of the second waterway adapter pipe are arranged side by side and extend in the same direction. The second pipe section 122 of the first waterway adapter pipe and the second pipe section 132 of the second waterway adapter pipe are arranged side by side and have the same extending direction.
The harness fixing piece 14 is located between the first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13. The wiring harness fixing piece 14 is abutted to the first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13 and arranged side by side, so that the occupied area can be saved.
The fixing part 11 comprises a fixing plate, the wiring harness fixing part comprises a guide groove, and the waterway adapter tube and the guide groove are arranged on the fixing plate side by side.
The first waterway adapter tube 12, the guide groove and the second waterway adapter tube 13 are sequentially arranged on the fixing plate side by side.
The guide groove is provided on one side of the fixing plate. Preferably, the guide groove is formed by protruding one side of the fixing plate to the other side. Convex guide way on the fixed plate opposite side with the water route switching pipe parallel and level.
Preferably, the first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13 are in an inverted L shape and are oppositely arranged on the fixing plate.
The extending direction of the guide groove is the same as the extending direction of the first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13. The wire harness 24 is installed in the guide groove and clamped in the guide groove. And a wire clamping block is arranged at the notch of the guide groove along the extending direction and used for clamping and fixing the wire harness 24 in the guide groove.
Preferably, the fixing plate between the first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13 is flush with two ends of the guide groove in the extending direction.
The two ends of the first water path adapter tube 12 and the two ends of the second water path adapter tube 13 respectively protrude out of the two ends of the extending direction of the wire guide groove, so that the two ends of the first water path adapter tube 12 and the second water path adapter tube 13 and other connecting pipelines can be conveniently installed.
The two ends of the first waterway adapter tube 12 are provided with tube openings protruding out of the fixing plate and used for being connected with the water inlet pipeline 7. The two ends of the second water path adapter tube 13 are provided with tube openings protruding out of the fixing plate for connecting with the drainage pipeline 10.
Further, the fixing member 11 further includes an installation portion 15 disposed on the fixing plate for installing the pipeline fixing structure 1.
The mounting portion 15 is disposed on the fixing member 11 on the opposite side of the first waterway adapter tube 12 and the second waterway adapter tube 13. The mounting portion 15 is a lug, and a mounting hole is formed in the lug and used for being connected with the clothes washing equipment through a screw.
The pipeline fixing structure 1 further comprises reinforcing ribs which are arranged on the fixing part 11 and connected with the water path switching pipe and the wiring harness fixing part 14, and the strength of the pipeline fixing structure 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present invention also provides a laundry washing apparatus having any one of the above-described pipe fixing structures 1.
The clothes washing equipment provided by the invention is provided with the pipeline fixing structure 1, the waterway pipeline is fixed on the clothes washing equipment through the pipeline fixing structure 1, the waterway pipeline on the clothes washing equipment is fixed, the installation strength of the waterway pipeline is improved, the waterway pipeline is prevented from being bent and wound in the clothes washing equipment, and the problem that the waterway pipeline is bent and flows unsmooth is avoided. Meanwhile, the wiring harness in the clothes washing equipment can be fixed, and the wiring harness is prevented from being wound and abraded.
The laundry washing apparatus comprises a drawer 2, said drawer 2 being adapted to house a washing tub assembly 23. The pipeline fixing structure 1 is installed on the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, and is used for fixing a water pipeline and a wiring harness of the washing tub assembly 23.
Pipeline fixed knot constructs 1 and installs on drawer 2's back wall 211, can play the fixed action to water inlet pipe and drain line, can reduce pulling water inlet pipe and drain line at drawer nursing unit removal in-process, prolong water pipeline's life.
In a preferred embodiment, the pipeline fixing structure 1 is installed at the lower end of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2 and is disposed at a position close to the side wall of the drawer 2. Preferably, the pipe fixing structure 1 is provided on a peripheral wall corner 213 of the rear side of the drawer.
Be equipped with the stand of protrusion backward on the back wall 211 of drawer 2, be equipped with the mounting hole on the stand, the installation department 15 of pipeline fixed knot constructs 1 passes through the screw installation on the mounting hole of stand.
Reinforcing ribs are arranged at corners 213 of the peripheral wall at the rear side of the drawer 2, and the height of the reinforcing ribs is flush with the middle part between the two corners 213 on the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2. The pipe fixing structure 1 is partially installed on the lower end of the left corner 213 of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, and partially installed on the lower end of the middle portion of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2.
The second pipe section of the water path adapter pipe extends from the lower end to the upper end of the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21, and the first pipe section of the water path adapter pipe extends from the second pipe section to the other side wall of the drawer body 21 along the left-right direction of the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21.
Further, the waterway adapter tube is connected to the water inlet pipeline 7 of the washing barrel assembly 23, and/or is connected to the water discharge pipeline 10 of the washing barrel assembly 23.
Preferably, the first waterway adapter tube 12 is connected to a water inlet waterway of the laundry washing device. The water inlet end of the first water path adapter tube 12 is communicated with the water supply pipeline 8 through other water inlet pipelines 7. The water outlet end of the first waterway adapter tube 12 is positioned above the water inlet end of the first waterway adapter tube 12.
The second waterway adapter tube 13 is connected to a drainage waterway of the laundry device. The water inlet end of the second waterway adapter tube 13 is communicated with the water outlet end of the washing barrel assembly 23 through the water drainage pipeline 10, and the water outlet end of the second waterway adapter tube 13 is communicated with the water outlet of the clothes washing equipment through other water drainage pipelines 10. The water inlet end of the second waterway adapter tube 13 is positioned above the water outlet end of the second waterway adapter tube 13.
The second waterway adapter tube 13 and the first waterway adapter tube 12 extend in the same direction. The second waterway adapter tube 13 is located below the first waterway adapter tube 12.
The first pipe segment 121 of the first waterway adapter pipe extends along the left-right direction of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2. The second pipe section 122 of the first waterway adapter pipe is connected with the first pipe section 121 of the first waterway adapter pipe and extends up and down along the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21.
The first pipe section 131 of the second waterway adapter pipe extends along the left-right direction of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2. The second pipe section 132 of the second waterway adapter pipe is connected with the first pipe section 131 of the second waterway adapter pipe and extends up and down along the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21.
The guide slot is located on the front side of the fixing plate and is used for buckling a circuit on the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21. The guide groove is arranged opposite to the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21, and the notch of the guide groove faces the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2.
Preferably, the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21 is further provided with a harness guiding structure 4, which is extended from the outlet end of the guiding groove.
The mounting portion 15 is mounted on the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21.
The washing barrel assembly 23 comprises a washing barrel and a washing barrel cover, the washing barrel cover is used for sealing a washing barrel opening, and a water inlet is formed in the washing barrel cover.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a first water inlet adapter tube 5 is further disposed on the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21, and is disposed on the rear side of the drawer 2 and above the pipeline fixing structure 1. For switching and guiding the water inlet direction of the water inlet pipeline 7 on the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21 to the top of the drawer 2.
The laundry washing apparatus includes a drawer cover 22 closing an upper end opening of the drawer 2 and a corrugated connection pipe. And a avoiding hole 221 is formed in the drawer cover 22, one end of the corrugated connecting pipe is connected with the water outlet end of the first water inlet adapter pipe 5, and the other end of the corrugated connecting pipe penetrates through the avoiding hole 221 to be connected with a water inlet in the washing barrel cover.
The water outlet end of the first waterway adapter tube 12 of the pipeline fixing structure 1 is communicated with the water inlet end of the first water inlet adapter tube 5 through a water inlet pipeline 7.
The water inlet end of the first water inlet adapter tube 5 is positioned below the water outlet end.
Preferably, a waterway guide structure 3 is further disposed on the rear wall 211 of the drawer body 21, and is used for fixing the directions of the waterway pipelines and guiding the waterway pipelines. The waterway guiding structure 3 extends from the water outlet end of the first waterway adapter tube 12 to the water inlet end of the first water inlet adapter tube 5.
The first water inlet adapter tube 5 comprises a first water inlet tube section 51 which is positioned on the drawer cover 22 at the top of the drawer 2 and is used for being communicated with the water inlet of the washing barrel assembly 23; and the second water inlet pipe section 52 is connected with the first water inlet pipe section 51, is positioned on the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, and is used for communicating with the first water inlet adapter pipe 5 through a water inlet pipeline 7.
The first water inlet adapter tube 5 is provided with a first installation part 53, and the first installation part 53 is installed on the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2.
According to the invention, the first water inlet adapter tube 5 is arranged at the rear side of the drawer 2, and the water inlet end of the first water inlet adapter tube 5 is communicated with the second tube section 122 of the first waterway adapter tube through the water inlet pipeline 7. The water outlet end of the first water inlet adapter tube 5 is communicated with the water inlet of the washing barrel assembly 23 through a corrugated connecting tube and is used for feeding water into the washing barrel assembly 23. First water inlet adapter tube 5 can play fixed effect to the pipeline of the water inlet department of washing tub subassembly 23, avoids the vibration that clothing processing apparatus rocked or the operation produced to lead to the pipeline of the water inlet department of washing tub subassembly to drop.
Specifically, the first water inlet pipe section 51 is vertically connected to the second water inlet pipe section 52, the first water inlet pipe section 51 extends in the front-rear direction on the drawer cover 22, and the second water inlet pipe section 52 is vertically arranged in the up-down direction on the rear wall 211. Preferably, the first water inlet pipe section 51 is connected with the second water inlet pipe section 52 in a smooth transition mode.
The first mounting portion 53 is provided on the second water inlet pipe section 52. The first mounting portion 53 includes a first mounting plate, and is disposed relatively on the left and right sides of the second water inlet pipe section 52, and is disposed relatively to the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, and a first mounting hole is disposed on the first mounting plate.
The rear wall 211 upper end of drawer 2 be equipped with the first mounting panel assorted boss 212 of first installation department 53, be equipped with the pilot hole on the boss 212, with first mounting hole passes through bolted connection.
The second intake pipe section 52 is close to one side of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, and the periphery of the upper edge of the second intake pipe section is provided with an arc rib, two ends of the arc rib are respectively connected with the first mounting plates on the left side and the right side of the second intake pipe section 52 correspondingly, so that the connection strength of the first mounting plates can be improved.
Drawer cover 22 is close to one of drawer 2 back wall 211 is served and is equipped with dodge hole 221, wear to be equipped with the ripple connecting pipe in dodging hole 221, first water inlet pipe section 51 with the one end of ripple connecting pipe is connected, the other end of ripple connecting pipe with the water inlet of washing tub subassembly 23 is connected.
A groove is arranged between the rear end of the avoiding hole 221 and the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, and the groove is matched with the first water inlet pipe section 51.
As shown in fig. 3, the laundry washing apparatus further comprises a second water inlet adapter tube 6. The second water inlet adapter tube 6 is arranged on the machine shell 9 at the rear part of the drawer 2 and is positioned above the pipeline fixing structure 1. And the water inlet end of the second water inlet adapter tube 6 is communicated with a water supply pipeline 8. The water outlet end of the second water inlet adapter tube 6 is connected with the water inlet end of the first waterway adapter tube 12 through other water inlet pipelines 7.
The end of intaking of first water route adapter tube 12 certainly the lower extreme of the second pipeline section 122 of first water route adapter tube is intake, the clothing washing equipment is intake from the top of drawer 2, the end of intaking of first water route adapter tube 12 sets up the lower extreme of wall 211 behind the drawer 2 leaves certain surplus for the inlet channel on upper and lower direction, when making things convenient for 2 pulls of drawer, drives partial inlet channel and removes, can not cause the problem that the inlet channel was dragged.
The water inlet end of the second water path adapter pipe 13 is communicated with the water outlet of the washing barrel assembly 23, and the water outlet end of the second water path adapter pipe 13 is communicated with the water outlet of the clothes washing equipment. The water outlet end of the second water path adapter pipe 13 is the lower end of the second pipe section 132 of the second water path adapter pipe, and is located on the lower end of the rear wall 211 of the drawer 2, so that a certain allowance is reserved in the up-and-down direction for the drainage pipeline, when the drawer 2 is conveniently pulled, a part of the drainage pipeline is driven to move, and the problem that the drainage pipeline is pulled cannot be caused.
The housing 9 has a supporting structure above the drawer 2. The water inlet end of the second water inlet adapter tube 6 penetrates through the supporting structure and is communicated with a water supply pipeline 8 above the supporting structure; and the water outlet end of the first water inlet adapter tube 5 is arranged below the supporting structure and is communicated with the other end of the water inlet pipeline 7.
Preferably, the supporting structure includes a supporting beam 91, the supporting beam 91 extends back and forth on the side wall of the cabinet 9 above the drawer 2, and the through hole 94 is provided on the rear end of the supporting beam 91.
The housing 9 further includes a front vertical beam 92 and a rear vertical beam 93, which are respectively and correspondingly disposed on the front and rear sides of the same sidewall in the housing 9, and the front vertical beam 92 and the rear vertical beam 93 extend from bottom to top to be disposed above the drawer 2.
The water outlet end of the second water inlet adapter tube 6 is arranged on the inner side wall of the rear vertical beam 93.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and although the present invention has been disclosed by the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications to the equivalent embodiments by using the technical contents disclosed above without departing from the technical scope of the present invention, and the embodiments in the above embodiments can be further combined or replaced, but any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the technical scope of the present invention.
