2. The invention is provided with the second rotating shaft, when the direction of the advertisement seat needs to be adjusted, the first rotating shaft is rotated clockwise to drive the first ratchet wheel to rotate, the second rotating shaft is driven to rotate through the transmission motion of the gears, and then the advertisement seat is driven to rotate through the rotating base, so that the adjustment work of the direction of the advertisement seat is realized, and when the tooth-missing bevel gears are respectively meshed with the fifth bevel gear and the sixth bevel gear, the reciprocating rotation work of the second rotating shaft is realized, so that the swinging of the advertisement seat is realized, and the adjustment of the direction of the advertisement seat is facilitated.

The supporting seat 1 rotates and is connected with first pivot 2 and second pivot 23, and stand 27 that vertical direction set up is connected with to supporting seat 1 fixedly connected with, and first pivot 2 and second pivot 23 set up in the both sides of stand 27, and first pivot 2, second pivot 23 and stand 27 all vertical direction set up, and wherein first pivot 2 and second pivot 23 bottom all rotate through bearing and supporting seat 1 to be connected.
The first rotating shaft 2 is rotationally connected with a second ratchet wheel 10, the first rotating shaft 2 is connected with a second pawl 9 through a second spring 8, and the second pawl 9 is arranged in the second ratchet wheel 10 and matched with the second ratchet wheel 10, and can drive the second ratchet wheel 10 to rotate through the second pawl 9.

The first ratchet wheel 5 is arranged at the middle part of the first rotating shaft 2, the second ratchet wheel 10 is arranged at the upper end of the first rotating shaft 2, the directions of ratchet teeth of the first ratchet wheel 5 and the second ratchet wheel 10 are opposite, in actual operation, the relative sliding of the first pawl 6 and the first ratchet wheel 5 or the second pawl 9 and the second ratchet wheel 10 and the friction force between a plurality of bevel gears and the rotating shaft can be conveniently realized by adjusting the elastic force of the first spring 7 and the elastic force of the second spring 8, so that when the first rotating shaft 2 rotates clockwise, the first rotating shaft 2 drives the first ratchet wheel 5 to rotate through the first pawl 6, and the second ratchet wheel 10 does not rotate at the moment; when the first rotating shaft 2 rotates anticlockwise, the first rotating shaft 2 drives the second ratchet wheel 10 to rotate through the second pawl 9, and at the moment, the first ratchet wheel 5 does not rotate.
The second rotating shaft 23 is fixedly connected with a rotating base 20, the rotating base 20 is rotatably connected with an advertisement seat 19, and the rotating base 20 is fixedly connected with a bracket 16; the support 16 is rotationally connected with a cylindrical cam 15, the cylindrical cam 15 is provided with a sliding groove, the support 16 is slidingly connected with a sliding seat 17, the bottom end of the sliding seat 17 is slidingly arranged in the sliding groove, and the upper end of the sliding seat 17 is hinged with an advertisement seat 19 through a connecting rod 18; the second ratchet 10 is used to drive the cylindrical cam 15 to rotate.
Wherein, the cylindrical cam 15 is arranged in the horizontal direction, one end of the connecting rod 18 is rotationally connected with the sliding shaft 17, the other end of the connecting rod 18 is rotationally connected with the advertisement seat 19, and the sliding seat 17 is always in a sliding connection state with the bracket 16, so that when the cylindrical cam 15 rotates, the sliding seat 17 can be driven to reciprocate in the horizontal direction.
By adjusting the length of the cylindrical cam 15, the hinge point of the connecting rod 18 and the advertisement seat 19 is always located on the right side of the hinge point of the connecting rod 18 and the sliding seat 17, and then the upper end of the connecting rod 18 is always arranged towards the upper right, so that the connecting rod 18 always has a good supporting effect on the advertisement seat 19, and the advertisement seat 19 may have problems of inclination and the like due to rotation of the connecting rod 18.
The stand 27 is rotationally connected with the third rotating shaft 28, and the third rotating shaft 28 is rotationally connected with the second rotating shaft 23, so that when the third rotating shaft 28 rotates, the third rotating shaft 28 and the second rotating shaft 23 rotate relatively, and when the second rotating shaft 23 rotates, the stand 27 has a better fixing effect on the third rotating shaft 28, the second rotating shaft 23 and the third rotating shaft 28 rotate relatively, and the respective rotation of the second rotating shaft 23 and the second rotating shaft 28 do not affect each other.
The third rotating shaft 28 is fixedly connected with a fourth bevel gear 22 and a driven wheel 14, the cylindrical cam 15 is coaxially connected with a third bevel gear 21, and the third bevel gear 21 is meshed with the fourth bevel gear 22; the second ratchet wheel 10 is fixedly connected with a driving wheel 11, and a driven wheel 14 and the driving wheel 11 are sleeved with a conveying belt 13.

Under the action of the fifth bevel gear 24 and the sixth bevel gear 26, the reciprocating rotation of the second rotating shaft 23 is realized, and the direction adjustment of the rotating base 20 is further realized.
The hand wheel 12 or the motor connected with the upper end of the first rotating shaft 2 can drive the first rotating shaft 2 to rotate through the hand wheel 12 or drive the first rotating shaft 2 to rotate through a motor mode.

when the angle of the advertisement seat needs to be adjusted: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: the first rotating shaft 2 is rotated anticlockwise by the driving mechanism, the second ratchet wheel 10 is driven to rotate anticlockwise under the action of the second pawl 9, and in the process, the first spring 8 is compressed, and the first pawl 6 and the first ratchet wheel 5 slide relatively;
s2: the second ratchet wheel 10 drives the driving wheel 11 to rotate, the driving wheel 11 drives the driven wheel 14 and the fourth bevel gear 22 to rotate through the conveying belt 13, and the fourth bevel gear 22 drives the cylindrical cam 15 to rotate through the third bevel gear 21;
s3: the cylindrical cam 15 drives the sliding seat 17 to reciprocate in the horizontal direction, and the sliding seat 17 drives the advertisement seat 19 to rotate around the rotating base 20 through the connecting rod 18, so that the adjustment of the angle of the advertisement seat 19 is realized;

When the driving mechanism is a motor, the advertisement is firstly arranged in the advertisement seat 19 when the advertisement is displayed, the first rotating shaft 2 is driven by the motor to be always in a clockwise or anticlockwise rotating state, and when the first rotating shaft 2 rotates clockwise, the tooth-missing bevel gear 25 is respectively meshed with the fifth bevel gear 24 or the sixth bevel gear 26, so that the reciprocating swing of the advertisement seat 19 in the direction is realized, and the advertisement seat 19 is conveniently displayed.
For a specific occasion, for example, when the users on the previous floor and the users on the next floor need to be displayed at the same time, the motor can drive the first rotating shaft 2 to rotate anticlockwise, and under the action of the cylindrical cam 15, the reciprocating swing of the advertisement seat 19 at an angle is realized, so that the users on the two floors of stairs can watch advertisements at the same time.
