Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a pervious concrete high-weather-resistance protective agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The urbanization process of china has advanced dramatically since the 21 st century. More and more urban ground surfaces adopt ecological and environment-friendly permeable pavements to solve the urban heat island effect, the permeable pavements are paved by permeable concrete,
the excellent characteristics of ventilation, water permeability, cooling, noise reduction and comfortable walking make the permeable concrete an indispensable auxiliary material in the garden landscape road. However, most of the existing water permeable paint protective agents are solvent type acrylic resins, and although the water permeable paint protective agents have good film-forming properties, the structural characteristics of the acrylic resins cause the weather resistance, water resistance and ultraviolet resistance to be unsatisfactory, and the light and color retention effects are poor, so that the problems of texture gliding, color loss and the like can occur after the water permeable paint protective agents are sprayed on the surface of concrete for a certain time, and the protective effect on the surface of the water permeable concrete can also be reduced, so that a water permeable concrete protective agent with stronger weather resistance is urgently needed to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a high-weather-resistant protective agent for pervious concrete, which not only has good film-forming property, but also has excellent weather resistance, water resistance and ultraviolet light resistance, has good light and color retention effects, and can prolong the protection time of the surface of the pervious concrete.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a pervious concrete high-weatherability protective agent is prepared by mixing A, B components. The component A comprises fluorine-silicon modified acrylic resin, a diluent, a dispersing agent, a filler, a pigment, an auxiliary agent and an anti-ultraviolet agent. The component B is an isocyanate curing agent. The A, B component has the weight ratio of 5-7: 1.
furthermore, the component A comprises 55-75 wt% of fluorine-silicon modified acrylic resin, 8-20 wt% of diluent, 1-2 wt% of dispersant, 0.5-5 wt% of filler, 0.7-1.3 wt% of assistant, 0.5-5 wt% of anti-ultraviolet agent and 3-13 wt% of pigment.
Furthermore, the diluent is xylene, butyl acetate and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, and the weight percentage of each component in the permeable concrete organic protective agent is 9.5-10.5% of xylene, 3.5-4.5% of butyl acetate and 3.5-4.5% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate.
Furthermore, the auxiliary agent is an acrylate leveling agent and polyamide wax anti-settling wax slurry, and the weight percentage of each component of the auxiliary agent in the permeable concrete organic protective agent is 0.4-0.6% of the acrylate leveling agent and 0.4-0.6% of the polyamide wax anti-settling wax slurry.
Preferably, the filler is barium sulfate.
Preferably, the dispersing agent is a mixture of a high-molecular polycarboxylic acid solution and a polysiloxane solution.
Preferably, the anti-uv agent is bis (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate.
Preferably, the component B is a trimer aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent.
A preparation method of a pervious concrete high-weather-resistance protective agent comprises the following steps:
1) under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding a diluent xylene, butyl acetate and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate into a mixing kettle, stirring and mixing, and then sequentially adding a dispersing agent, an acrylate leveling agent and an anti-ultraviolet agent for mixing;
2) stirring and dispersing for 10-15 minutes at 800r/min for 600-;
3) according to the weight ratio of the component A to the component B, the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed under the stirring condition to obtain the pervious concrete high-weather-resistant protective agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the fluorine-containing silicon group is introduced into the acrylic polymer through introducing the fluorine-containing silicon group into the side chain of the acrylic resin, and the organosilicon polymer with double bonds and the fluorine monomer with double bonds are used as modified copolymer resin, so that the water resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance and ultraviolet resistance of the acrylic resin are greatly improved, and the weather resistance and the service life of the acrylic resin are improved.
In the invention, the component B curing agent is trimer aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent, and the aliphatic isocyanate has the greatest advantage over aromatic isocyanate that no active hydrogen atom exists on the structure of the synthesized aliphatic isocyanate trimer, and no intramolecular or intermolecular hydrogen bond is formed, so that the product has low viscosity, good corrosion resistance and yellowing resistance, and enhanced comprehensive performance.
In the invention, the dispersing agent is a mixture of a macromolecular polycarboxylic acid solution and a polysiloxane solution, is a controlled flocculation dispersing agent, has wide universality, improves wetting, has stronger floating color and floating color prevention capability on a multicolor system, and has excellent comprehensive performance.
In the invention, the ultraviolet resistant agent is bis (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate, and the ultraviolet resistant agent is used for the coating and can effectively prolong the service life of the coating and prevent cracks and loss of luster.
In the invention, the diluent is a mixture of xylene, butyl acetate and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, and the mixture of the three components can meet various requirements of the paint, such as good solubility to non-volatile paint components, increased intersolubility among the paint components, moderate volatilization rate of the mixed diluent, stronger capability of reducing the viscosity of the paint, good leveling property of a paint film and avoidance of wrinkles in the drying process of the paint film.
The assistant is an acrylate leveling agent and a polyamide wax anti-settling wax slurry, wherein the acrylate leveling agent can improve the wettability of a base material, promote the leveling of a paint film, prevent shrinkage cavities and has a defoaming effect, and the polyamide wax anti-settling wax slurry is a slurry thixotropic agent consisting of modified polyamide wax, forms a strong network structure in the paint, has excellent thixotropic performance and good dispersibility, and provides excellent sagging prevention, settling prevention and thickening effects. And the barium sulfate filler plays a role in enhancing the hardness and plumpness of the paint film.

TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, the pervious concrete high-weatherability protective agent prepared by the embodiment has higher indexes than the ordinary acrylic acid protective agent, and has more excellent durability, water resistance and weather resistance.
The pervious concrete high-weatherability protective agent prepared in example 1 is sprayed on the surface of pervious concrete, and the sprayed surface is naturally exposed for 24 months, and through comparison experiments with the existing protective agent at home and abroad, the obtained results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from Table 2, the pervious concrete high-weatherability protective agent prepared by the embodiment has stronger weatherability in gloss and color, obviously enhanced ultraviolet resistance and superior gloss and color retention effects compared with similar samples.
