Abstract
本发明公开了一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,属于防水材料技术领域,包括胎基层、沥青层和隔离层,其中,沥青层包括如下重量份原料:基质沥青55‑65份、橡胶油20‑28份、SBS弹性体15‑18份、助剂2‑3份、滑石粉12‑14份、防老剂4010 0.2‑0.3份。本发明通过在沥青料中加入助剂,能够通过降低沥青分子的表面张力和表面自由能以降低沥青加热和拌和的温度;其加入能够改善沥青分子的柔顺性,提高沥青的低温柔性,改善沥青的低温性能;助剂的加入还能有效改善沥青的易燃特性,提高沥青料的阻燃性能;获得的沥青料具有优良的耐超低温性能,且具备阻燃性能,能够适用于极寒地区的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于防水材料技术领域,具体地,涉及一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材。
背景技术
防水材料用于建筑物,可防止水的渗漏、渗透,其品种繁多,分为高、中、低三档,建筑工程一般常用的是低档的沥青防水卷材,量大面广,纯沥青防水卷材耐高温和低温性能很差,高温60℃流淌,低温0℃脆裂、折断。故二十世纪八十年代开发成功SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物)改性沥青生产防水卷材,可以提高沥青防水卷材的耐高温和低温性能,SBS改性沥青防水卷材因具有价格适中、防水效果好、施工方便等优点,迅速在建筑防水行业得到了推广应用并迅猛发展。时至今日,它仍然是防水材料中最重要、最普遍的卷材产品之一。
但是SBS改性防水卷材对环境温度具有一定要求,难以应对极端高温或严寒天气,当其处于高温环境下,沥青容易因高温而软化,造成卷材损坏,影响防水效果,当其处于低温环境下,则容易因低温出现温度应力破损、粘结力下降等现象。如公开号为CN111634097A的中国发明专利公开了一种超低温SBS防水卷材,包括胎基层、位于所述胎基层两侧的改性沥青层和位于所述改性沥青层外侧的隔离层,所述改性沥青层包括石油沥青和电气石负离子粉,这种卷材虽然具有一定低温柔性,但是其耐低温程度并不清楚,难以保证能在极寒地区使用,并且沥青本身具有易燃特性,该改性沥青层中未加入阻燃成分对沥青易燃性进行改善,导致卷材在使用时存在一定安全隐患。
因此,仍需要一款低温性能更佳,且能改善沥青易燃特性的沥青料,以使卷材满足高寒地区的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材。
本发明通过在沥青料中加入助剂,制备的助剂为嵌段型高分子助剂,有着类似于表面活性剂的性质,与沥青混溶化学性质稳定,且能够通过降低沥青分子的表面张力和表面自由能以达到降低沥青加热和拌和的温度的目的;此外,其加入能够改善沥青分子的柔顺性,提高沥青的低温柔性,改善沥青的低温性能;助剂的加入还能有效改善沥青的易燃特性,提高沥青料的阻燃性能;获得的沥青料具有优良的耐超低温性能,其低温柔性最高能达-60℃,且具备阻燃性能,能够适用于极寒地区的使用,且能满足其更高的使用要求。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,包括胎基层、沥青层和隔离层,沥青层浸渍于胎基层的两侧表面,隔离层覆在沥青层表面。
进一步地,胎基层采用丙烯酸树脂浸渍的长纤聚酯无纺布,不吸水,耐水性能优。
进一步地,隔离层为PE膜、PET膜或PVC膜中的一种。
进一步地,沥青层包括如下重量份原料:基质沥青55-65份、橡胶油20-28份、SBS弹性体15-18份、助剂2-3份、滑石粉12-14份、0.2-0.3份防老剂4010。
一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,通过如下步骤制成:
将基质沥青和橡胶油放入搅拌罐中,搅拌温度设定为185℃,依次加入SBS弹性体、助剂和防老剂4010,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌3.5-4h进行沥青改性,最后加入滑石粉,搅拌1h,于185℃出料,并趁热将沥青料涂盖在浸渍挤干的胎基层上,形成沥青层,最后于沥青层表面覆上隔离层,经冷却、定型和收卷后,获得防水卷材。
进一步地,助剂通过如下步骤制备:
S1、将丙烯酸与二氯甲烷加入烧瓶中,再加入EDCI(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐,缩合剂),搅拌均匀后,加入4-氨基-1-丁醇,常温搅拌反应2h,旋转蒸发除去溶剂后,用乙酸乙酯萃取、分离,最后将产物于60℃真空干燥3h以上,获得中间体;丙烯酸、二氯甲烷、EDCI和4-氨基-1-丁醇的用量比为7.2g:300mL:20g:8.9g;
丙烯酸上的-COOH与4-氨基-1-丁醇分子上的-NH2具有较高的反应活性,在缩合剂作用下,常温下发生缩聚反应,通过控制二者的摩尔比(1:1)以及反应条件(NH2相比-OH具有更高的亲核性),使4-氨基-1-丁醇上的-OH不参与反应,具体反应过程如下所示:
S2、将中间体和DMF加入三口烧瓶中,于室温条件下搅拌至完全溶解后加入K2CO3粉末,在N2气氛下加热回流反应2h,再向其中缓慢滴入氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液,待全部滴完后在56℃条件下反应6h,结束后将反应物倾倒在去离子水中,析出沉淀,最后用去离子水洗涤3-4遍后,放置在真空烘箱中80℃干燥12h,获得反应型单体;中间体、DMF、K2CO3粉末、氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液的用量之比为14.5g:400mL:1.8g:34.4mL;氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液质量浓度为0.5g/mL;
在碱(K2CO3)的作用下,中间体分子上的-OH与氯代磷酸二乙酯分子上的-Cl发生亲核取代反应,生成反应型单体,获得的反应型单体上含有可进行后续聚合反应的-C=C、极性强的-CO-NH-基团和磷酸酯基团,且该反应型单体为磷酸酯衍生物,反应过程如下所示;
S3、将反应型单体、AIBN和金属配合物在溶剂为乙醇水溶液(质量分数60%)的体系中于60℃下进行聚合,聚合2h后,在氮气保护下将苯乙烯添加到反应体系中,反应5h,通过降低温度终止聚合反应,从混合物中收集沉淀物,将得到的沉淀物在60℃下真空干燥12h,获得助剂;反应型单体、AIBN、金属配合物和苯乙烯的物质的量之比为30:1:0.1:100;
反应型单体与苯乙烯在金属配合物(催化剂)以及AIBN(引发剂)作用下,通过溶液聚合的方法,获得嵌段型高分子助剂,反应过程如下所示:
获得的助剂为嵌段型高分子助剂,该助剂的分子侧链上含有强极性的-CO-NH-基团和磷酸酯基团,也含有亲油性的苯环,因此,该助剂可以看做是一种表面活性剂,能够通过降低沥青分子的表面张力,从而降低沥青的加热和拌和温度;同时,其还可以增加极性添加物与沥青的相容性而不容易发生离析现象,使沥青料在密封储存下有良好的储存稳定性;
另外,助剂是大分子共聚嵌段物,分子量大,分子链长且主链由单键组成,柔顺性好,且-CO-NH-基团和磷酸酯基中含有的孤立双键(-C=0、P=O)也能够提高沥青分子的柔顺性,因此,助剂的加入能够提高沥青分子的柔顺性,进而能降低沥青由黏弹态向玻璃态的转化温度节点,使沥青低温条件下有良好的松弛特性;
再者,获得的助剂分子侧链上引入了磷酸酯基,为磷酸酯衍生物,在高温或者燃烧时,能促进高分子材料脱水炭化,从而使高分子材料不能产生可燃性气体,并且由于不挥发性磷化合物起凝结剂的作用,使炭化物形成保护性炭膜,以隔绝外界的空气和热,进而提升沥青料的阻燃性能。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过在沥青料中加入助剂,制备的助剂为嵌段型高分子助剂,有着类似于表面活性剂的性质,与沥青混溶化学性质稳定,且能够通过降低沥青分子的表面张力和表面自由能以达到降低沥青加热和拌和的温度的目的;此外,其加入能够改善沥青分子的柔顺性,提高沥青的低温柔性,改善沥青的低温性能;助剂的加入还能有效改善沥青的易燃特性,提高沥青料的阻燃性能;获得的沥青料具有优良的耐超低温性能,其低温柔性最高能达-60℃,且具备阻燃性能,能够适用于极寒地区的使用,且能满足其更高的使用要求。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
制备助剂:
S1、将7.2g丙烯酸与300mL二氯甲烷加入烧瓶中,再加入20g的EDCI(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐,缩合剂),搅拌均匀后,加入8.9g的4-氨基-1-丁醇,常温搅拌反应2h,旋转蒸发除去溶剂后,用乙酸乙酯萃取、分离,最后将产物于60℃真空干燥3h以上,获得中间体;
S2、将14.5g中间体和400mL的DMF加入三口烧瓶中,于室温条件下搅拌至完全溶解后加入1.8g的K2CO3粉末,在N2气氛下加热回流反应2h,再向其中缓慢滴入34.4mL氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液,待全部滴完后在56℃条件下反应6h,结束后将反应物倾倒在去离子水中,析出沉淀,最后用去离子水洗涤3遍后,放置在真空烘箱中80℃干燥12h,获得反应型单体;氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液质量浓度为0.5g/mL;
S3、将30mmol反应型单体、1mmol的AIBN和0.1mmol金属配合物在150mL乙醇水溶液(质量分数60%)中于60℃下进行聚合,聚合2h后,在氮气保护下将100mmol苯乙烯添加到反应体系中,反应5h,通过降低温度终止聚合反应,从混合物中收集沉淀物,将得到的沉淀物在60℃下真空干燥12h,获得助剂。
实施例2
制备助剂:
S1、将14.4g丙烯酸与600mL二氯甲烷加入烧瓶中,再加入40g的EDCI(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐,缩合剂),搅拌均匀后,加入17.8g的4-氨基-1-丁醇,常温搅拌反应2h,旋转蒸发除去溶剂后,用乙酸乙酯萃取、分离,最后将产物于60℃真空干燥3h以上,获得中间体;
S2、将29g中间体和800mL的DMF加入三口烧瓶中,于室温条件下搅拌至完全溶解后加入3.6g的K2CO3粉末,在N2气氛下加热回流反应2h,再向其中缓慢滴入68.8mL氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液,待全部滴完后在56℃条件下反应6h,结束后将反应物倾倒在去离子水中,析出沉淀,最后用去离子水洗涤4遍后,放置在真空烘箱中80℃干燥12h,获得反应型单体;氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液质量浓度为0.5g/mL;
S3、将60mmol反应型单体、2mmol的AIBN和0.2mmol金属配合物在300mL乙醇水溶液(质量分数60%)中于60℃下进行聚合,聚合2h后,在氮气保护下将200mmol苯乙烯添加到反应体系中,反应5h,通过降低温度终止聚合反应,从混合物中收集沉淀物,将得到的沉淀物在60℃下真空干燥12h,获得助剂。
实施例3
一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,包括胎基层、沥青层和隔离层,沥青层浸渍于胎基层的两侧表面,隔离层覆在沥青层表面。
胎基层采用丙烯酸树脂浸渍的长纤聚酯无纺布;
隔离层为PE膜;
沥青层包括如下原料:基质沥青55g、橡胶油20g、SBS弹性体15g、实施例1制得的助剂2g、滑石粉12g、0.2g防老剂4010;
通过如下步骤制成防水卷材:
将基质沥青和橡胶油放入搅拌罐中,搅拌温度设定为185℃,依次加入SBS弹性体、助剂和防老剂4010,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌3.5h进行沥青改性,最后加入滑石粉,搅拌1h,于185℃出料,并趁热将沥青料涂盖在浸渍挤干的胎基层上,形成沥青层,最后于沥青层表面覆上隔离层,经冷却、定型和收卷后,获得防水卷材。
实施例4
一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,包括胎基层、沥青层和隔离层,沥青层浸渍于胎基层的两侧表面,隔离层覆在沥青层表面。
胎基层采用丙烯酸树脂浸渍的长纤聚酯无纺布;
隔离层为PET膜;
沥青层包括如下原料:基质沥青60g、橡胶油24g、SBS弹性体16.5g、实施例2制得的助剂2.5g、滑石粉13g、0.25g防老剂4010;
通过如下步骤制成防水卷材:
将基质沥青和橡胶油放入搅拌罐中,搅拌温度设定为185℃,依次加入SBS弹性体、助剂和防老剂4010,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌3.8h进行沥青改性,最后加入滑石粉,搅拌1h,于185℃出料,并趁热将沥青料涂盖在浸渍挤干的胎基层上,形成沥青层,最后于沥青层表面覆上隔离层,经冷却、定型和收卷后,获得防水卷材。
实施例5
一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,包括胎基层、沥青层和隔离层,沥青层浸渍于胎基层的两侧表面,隔离层覆在沥青层表面。
胎基层采用丙烯酸树脂浸渍的长纤聚酯无纺布;
隔离层为PVC膜;
沥青层包括如下原料:基质沥青65g、橡胶油28g、SBS弹性体18g、实施例1制得的助剂3g、滑石粉14g、0.3g防老剂4010;
通过如下步骤制成防水卷材:
将基质沥青和橡胶油放入搅拌罐中,搅拌温度设定为185℃,依次加入SBS弹性体、助剂和防老剂4010,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌4h进行沥青改性,最后加入滑石粉,搅拌1h,于185℃出料,并趁热将沥青料涂盖在浸渍挤干的胎基层上,形成沥青层,最后于沥青层表面覆上隔离层,经冷却、定型和收卷后,获得防水卷材。
对比例
将实施例3中的助剂原料换为SBS弹性体,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对实施例3-5和对比例制得的防水卷材进行如下性能测试:
按照GB/T 328-2007《建筑防水卷材试验方法》进行耐高温性能测试、低温柔性极限测试和接缝剥离强度测试;
采用YG-813型氧指数试验仪,按《塑料燃烧性能试验方法氧指数法》(GB/T 2406-1993)标准对实施例3-5和对比例制得的沥青料进行极限氧指数测定;
测得的结果如下表所示:

由上表数据可知,本发明制得的复合防水卷材具备优异的低温柔性,低温柔性最高能达-60℃;复合防水卷材的耐高温性和接缝剥离强度也都能满足较高的要求;且获得的沥青料的氧指数高达28.5%以上,说明本发明能够有效改善沥青的易燃特性,扩大卷材的应用领域;由对比例的数据可知,助剂的加入不仅能改善复合防水卷材的耐低温性能,也能改善沥青料的易燃特性。

Claims (4)
1.一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,包括胎基层、沥青层和隔离层,沥青层浸渍于胎基层的两侧表面,隔离层覆在沥青层表面,其特征在于,沥青层包括如下重量份原料:基质沥青55-65份、橡胶油20-28份、SBS弹性体15-18份、助剂2-3份、滑石粉12-14份、0.2-0.3份防老剂4010;
其中,所述助剂通过如下步骤制备:
S1、将丙烯酸与二氯甲烷加入烧瓶中,再加入EDCI,搅拌均匀后,加入4-氨基-1-丁醇,常温搅拌反应2h,旋转蒸发除去溶剂后,用乙酸乙酯萃取、分离,最后将产物于60℃真空干燥3h以上,获得中间体;丙烯酸、二氯甲烷、EDCI和4-氨基-1-丁醇的用量比为7.2g:300mL:20g:8.9g;
S2、将中间体和DMF加入三口烧瓶中,于室温条件下搅拌至完全溶解后加入K2CO3粉末,在N2气氛下加热回流反应2h,再向其中缓慢滴入氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液,待全部滴完后在56℃条件下反应6h,结束后将反应物倾倒在去离子水中,析出沉淀,最后用去离子水洗涤3-4遍后,放置在真空烘箱中80℃干燥12h,获得反应型单体;中间体、DMF、K2CO3粉末、氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液的用量之比为14.5g:400mL:1.8g:34.4mL;氯代磷酸二乙酯的DMF溶解液质量浓度为0.5g/mL;
S3、将反应型单体、AIBN和金属配合物在溶剂为乙醇水溶液的体系中于60℃下进行聚合,聚合2h后,在氮气保护下将苯乙烯添加到反应体系中,反应5h,通过降低温度终止聚合反应,从混合物中收集沉淀物,将得到的沉淀物在60℃下真空干燥12h,获得助剂;反应型单体、AIBN、金属配合物和苯乙烯的物质的量之比为30:1:0.1:100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述胎基层采用丙烯酸树脂浸渍的长纤聚酯无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述隔离层为PE膜、PET膜或PVC膜中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超低温自粘橡胶沥青高分子复合防水卷材,其特征在于,通过如下步骤制成:
将基质沥青和橡胶油放入搅拌罐中,搅拌温度设定为185℃,依次加入SBS弹性体、助剂和防老剂4010,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌3.5-4h进行沥青改性,最后加入滑石粉,搅拌1h,于185℃出料,并趁热将沥青料涂盖在浸渍挤干的胎基层上,形成沥青层,最后于沥青层表面覆上隔离层,经冷却、定型和收卷后,获得防水卷材。
