Abstract
本发明涉及一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂及其制备方法,按质量百分数计,包括以下原料:去离子水53%‑81.5%、甘油脂肪酸酯5%~10%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂3%~8%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA1.5%~5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%~5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯1.5%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%~5,大豆提取物1.5%‑3%,玉米油提取物1.5%‑3%、亚麻籽油提取物1.5%‑3%。本发明所采用的原料均来自生物油脂,无矿物油成分,特点是无毒性,安全环保可生物降解,其中汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂对各种球菌、各种杆菌等及真菌都有很好的杀灭作用,它属于两性表面活性剂,可用于所述复方里另外十种表面活性剂配合使用,起到协同作用,效果相互增强,杀菌灭病毒全面,尤其对HPV病毒有显著效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂及其制备方法,属于属于日化用品及医药技术领域。
背景技术
已知至今有预防HPV(人类乳头瘤病毒)的四价疫苗(HPV6、11、16、18)等可以预防妇科里四类病毒类型感染,大部分宫颈癌的感染是16、18型,所以可以减少大部分的宫颈癌;但是对于已经感染的人预防疫苗没有作用,市面对于杀灭HPV病毒的用品寥寥无几,无刺激的用品更是凤毛麟角。
市面上对杀灭HPV病毒用品领域基于空白,我司研发出理想杀灭HPV病毒用品必须具备以下特质:
1、对皮肤无刺激性、对人体无毒害,可以直接使用于人体肌肤及粘膜处;
2、PH值中性;
3、可杀灭病毒,尤其对HPV病毒有突出效果;
4、杀灭HPV病毒速度快、效率高,灭活率高达99%以上;
5、无色或浅透明色,无特殊气味;
6、易溶于水,稳定性好;
7、速溶性,对温度要求不高,可在高温、常温、低温下使用;
8、有效好的清洁能力,可清洗贴身衣物,杀灭内衣上的病毒;
9、不易受各种物理化学因素影响;
10、对物品无腐蚀性;
11、无毒性或低毒性;
12、使用安全,不易燃烧,易运输;
目前市面上对于HPV病毒没有特效用品,基础的妇科洗液还处于基本的抑菌作用,对于HPV病毒的杀灭还有没有一种能够符合上述要求!因此在使用过程中,只能抑制细菌,对于HPV病毒杀灭并无明显作用。具备以上12种杀灭HPV病毒的产品即将改善HPV人群的身体状况,提高生活质量,造福人类的产品也是目前迫切需要研制的一种杀灭HPV病毒的产品。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂及其制备方法,本发明的技术方案是:
一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂,按质量百分数计,包括以下原料:去离子水53%-81.5%、甘油脂肪酸酯5%~10%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂3%~8%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA1.5%~5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%~5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯1.5%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%~5,大豆提取物1.5%-3%,玉米油提取物1.5%-3%、亚麻籽油提取物1.5%-3%。
所述的去离子水60%、甘油脂肪酸酯8%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA3%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,大豆提取物3%,玉米油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%。
一种制备杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按质量百分比称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水进行加热至预设温度后,然后依次加入剩余的其它各组分,在加入的过程中保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀;
S3、用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合预设要求后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂成品。
在所述的步骤S2中,所述的去离子水加热到60-80℃。
本发明的优点是:
该杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂作用机制主要有:
1、改变核酸和蛋白衣壳的渗透性,使病毒死亡;2、使蛋白质变性;3、抑制细菌体内某些酶,使之失去活性;4、因其有良好的表面活性,可高浓度聚集于病毒表面,影响细胞的繁殖;通过上面的杀灭病毒的作用机制,可以得知它的消灭病毒原理不同于常用的杀菌消毒剂及抗生素原理,即使是所谓的多种病毒细菌也可以杀灭。
该杀灭HPV病毒活性剂是一种既有高效杀灭病毒功能,还有很好的杀菌抑菌功能,同时具备清洁能力,并且是安全环保的产品,它有以下特性:
1、杀灭HPV病毒速度快、效率高,灭活率高达99%以上;
2、其病毒效率与浓度成正比,在高浓度的情况下可以瞬间杀灭多种病毒,即使与水稀释至1%的情况下对各种病毒细菌也具有高效杀灭率;
3、安全环保,即使是直接接触原液也对人体肌肤无刺激性、不伤皮肤,对人体细胞无毒害,使用后无残留,可以直接使用于人体肌肤及创伤;
4、性能及状态稳定,不易受名种物理化学因素影响,保质期超长;
5、速溶性,对温度要求不高;
6、PH值中性,对物体无腐蚀性;
7、无刺激性气味,清透的金黄色油状外观,溶于水后无色透明。
8、具有超强的去污力;
9、使用安全,不易燃烧。
该杀灭HPV病毒活性剂由于具备以上特性,所以用途广泛不但可以直接做杀灭HPV病毒的原料使用,还可以做杀菌抑菌洗手液、洗衣液使用,安全有效。

本发明中各种成分及配比都经过了反复的大量实验,根据实验结果进行科学配比,以求达到外观、气味、PH中性、无刺激性、杀病毒、杀抑菌效率、成分的安全环保性等的尽量完美。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述而更为清楚。但这些实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1:一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂,按质量百分数计,包括以下各组分,去离子水60%、甘油脂肪酸酯8%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA3%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,大豆提取物3%,玉米油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%;
本发明还涉及一种制备杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按质量百分比称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水进行加热至预设温度后,然后依次加入剩余的其它各组分,在加入的过程中保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀;所述的去离子水加热到60℃;
S3、用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合预设要求后(PH值在25℃条件下为6.87),即可得到金黄色油状外观的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂成品。
实施例2:一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂,按质量百分数计,包括以下各组分,去离子水53%、甘油脂肪酸酯10%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂8%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,大豆提取物3%,玉米油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%。
本发明还涉及一种制备杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按质量百分比称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水进行加热至预设温度后,然后依次加入剩余的其它各组分,在加入的过程中保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀;所述的去离子水加热到70℃;
S3、用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合预设要求后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂成品。
实施例3:一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂,按质量百分数计,包括以下各组分,去离子水73%、甘油脂肪酸酯6%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂3%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA3%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,大豆提取物3%,玉米油提取物1.5%、亚麻籽油提取物1.5%。
本发明还涉及一种制备杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按质量百分比称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水进行加热至预设温度后,然后依次加入剩余的其它各组分,在加入的过程中保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀;所述的去离子水加热到80℃;
S3、用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合预设要求后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂成品。
基于实施例1至3制备的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂,进行实验如下:
本发明杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂的应用场景;
1、用于杀灭HPV病毒使用;
2、用于衣物的杀菌消毒和清洗;
3、用于手足、人体肌肤的杀菌消毒和清洗;
4、作为人体粘膜杀菌消毒剂使用;
5、可用于医疗器械消毒;
6、可用于杀灭病毒及细菌的医药领域;
7、有超强的去污能力及安全环保的特性,可以代替各种洗涤用品;
本发明杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂的使用说明;
1、其杀灭HPV病毒效率与浓度成正比,在原液的情况下可以瞬间杀灭多种病毒,抑菌效果也很好,浓度越高杀灭病毒的时间越短,抑菌的效果也较好,随着浓度的降低,杀灭病毒的时间相应变长抑菌的效果也会减弱。
2、其洗涤力与浓度成正比,在原液的情况下洗涤力最好,浓度越高洗涤力越强,随着浓度的降低,洗涤力随之减弱。在用于清洗时,大家可以根据实际使用情况确定使用浓度。
3、其PH值中性;兼容性强,可以和各种酸性碱性液体搭配使用。

1.一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,包括以下原料:去离子水53%-81.5%、甘油脂肪酸酯5%~10%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂3%~8%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA1.5%~5%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%~5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯1.5%~5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%~5,大豆提取物1.5%-3%,玉米油提取物1.5%-3%、亚麻籽油提取物1.5%-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的去离子水60%、甘油脂肪酸酯8%、汰垢类氨基酸表面活性剂5%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA3%、棕榈醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、聚乙二醇硬脂肪酸酯5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,大豆提取物3%,玉米油提取物3%、亚麻籽油提取物3%。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:按质量百分比称取各组分;
S2、将去离子水进行加热至预设温度后,然后依次加入剩余的其它各组分,在加入的过程中保持恒温状态,搅拌均匀;
S3、用折光仪测定折光度和检测PH值,在测定PH值中性及折光度符合预设要求后,即可得到金黄色油状外观的杀灭HPV病毒表面活性剂成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述的步骤S2中,所述的去离子水加热到60-80℃。
