Background
The function of the air compressor filter element is that the oil-containing compressed air generated by the main machine enters the cooler, is filtered by the oil-gas filter element after mechanical separation, intercepts and polymerizes the oil mist in the gas, forms oil drops which are concentrated at the bottom of the filter element and returns to the compressor lubrication system through the oil return pipe, so that the compressor discharges purer and high-quality compressed air, namely a device for removing solid dust, oil-gas particles and liquid substances in the compressed air.
When the oily compressed air generated by the compressor enters the filter element to be filtered, oil gas can be intercepted and polymerized on the filter element to form oil drops to flow to the bottom of the filter element, but the normal oil drops flow at a slower speed, and the oil drops are easy to stay on the filter holes of the filter element under the action of gas, so that the gas is difficult to pass, and the use effect is not ideal.
For this purpose, a compressor air filter is proposed.

As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the ventilation mechanism includes an air outlet pipe 20, the other end of the air outlet pipe 20 is connected with a threaded pipe 21 in a threaded manner, the other end of the threaded pipe 21 is connected with an air inlet pipe 19 in a threaded manner, the bottom end of the air inlet pipe 19 penetrates through the first arc frame 12 and is located at the rear side of the adjacent fan blades 15, one side of the other fan blade 15 is provided with a connecting pipe 22, the connecting pipe 22 is mounted on the first arc frame 12, the other ends of the connecting pipes 22 penetrate through the bottom plate 8 and the base 1, and the top of the top base 3 is mounted with an air outlet pipe 27.

The specific working process is that oil drops on the filter element 4 flow at the bottom of the filter element 4, so that the oil drops can enter the oil storage cavity 32 through the through hole 31 and finally are discharged through the oil outlet pipe 33, and the oil outlet pipe 33 is connected with a compressor lubrication system.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a first placing plate 23 is slidably connected between the outer filter screen 2 and the filter element 4 near the bottom, a plurality of groups of third springs 28 are uniformly installed between the bottom of the first placing plate 23 and the base 1, and a triggering mechanism is disposed on one side of the third springs 28.
The specific working process is that when the base 1 vibrates, the particle impurities on the outer side of the filter element 4 are simultaneously vibrated and fall onto the second placing plate 24, and when the particle impurities on the second placing plate 24 reach a certain degree, the first placing plate 23 is pressed to move downwards and the third spring 28 is pressed, so that the subsequent triggering mechanism is opened.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the triggering mechanism includes two contact blocks 29, the two contact blocks 29 are respectively mounted on the bottom of the first placing plate 23 and the top of the base 1, the alarm 30 is mounted on the top of the top base 3, and the two contact blocks 29 are electrically connected with the alarm 30 together.

As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the top of the first placing plate 23 is contacted with the second placing plate 24, the second placing plate 24 is slidably installed between the outer filter screen 2 and the filter element 4, magnets 25 are installed on opposite sides of the second placing plate 24 and the first placing plate 23, the two magnets 25 are magnetically connected, a telescopic rod 26 is installed on the top of the second placing plate 24, and the top of the telescopic rod 26 is fixedly connected with the top seat 3.
The concrete working process is that the bolt is removed, then the air inlet pipe 19 is separated from the air outlet pipe 20 by rotating the threaded pipe 21, at the moment, the top seat 3 is detached, the top seat 3 is pulled upwards, the telescopic rod 26 can drive the second placing plate 24 to move upwards, the two magnets 25 are separated, the second placing plate 24 can move upwards to scrape and hold residual impurities on the outer wall of the filter element 4, and meanwhile the impurities falling on the top of the second placing plate 24 are discharged outwards.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 7, a plurality of support plates 34 are uniformly installed between the inner screen 5 and the filter cartridge 4.
The filter element 4 can be supported by the support plate 34, so that the filter element 4 is prevented from being distorted and uneven under the action of the wind power of the compressor, and the filtering area of the filter element 4 can be effectively utilized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the oil outlet pipe 33 and the pipe wall of the connecting pipe 22 between the base 1 and the bottom plate 8 are each provided as a telescopic pipe.
The concrete working process is that the oil outlet pipe 33 and the connecting pipe 22 are not affected when the base 1 vibrates through the arrangement of the telescopic pipe.
The working principle is that firstly, oil-containing compressed air generated by a compressor enters the outer filter screen 2, is filtered by the filter element 4 and then is discharged into the inner filter screen 5 and then is discharged through the exhaust pipe 27, and is discharged into the air outlet pipe 20, gas is discharged into the air inlet pipe 19 through the air outlet pipe 20, so that the fan blade 15 on the left side can be blown, the gas flows right in the first arc frame 12 and drives the fan blade 15 on the right side to rotate, finally, the gas is discharged into the inner filter screen 5 again through the connecting pipe 22 and then is discharged through the 27, when the fan blade 15 rotates, the rotating rod 14 can drive the knocking head 17 to rotate through the fixed block 16, when the knocking head 17 contacts the base 1, the knocking head 17 can be extruded by the second spring 18, when the knocking head 17 is far away from the base 1, the acting force of the second spring 18 can be realized, the second spring 18 extends to drive the knocking head 17 to return to an initial state, the outer wall of the base 1 can be repeatedly realized, the base 1 can vibrate through the movable rod 10 on the first spring 11, the base 1 can drive the oil drops 4 to vibrate on the base 1, the oil drops 4 can vibrate on the filter element 4 can be driven to fall into the filter element 32 through the filter element 1, and finally, the oil drops can be discharged into the filter element 32 through the filter element can be discharged through the filter element 32.
