Description

Lip essence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care, and particularly relates to lip essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing lip care system is either a two-phase emulsification system or a pure oil paste system, and has the defects of single function, insufficient moisture and no persistence. And the emulsifiers and preservatives contained therein can irritate and damage lip cells, thereby delaying a reasonable repair effect. The pure oil paste system is lack of permeability, only covers the surface of the skin to reduce water loss, has short moisturizing effect, is greasy and airtight in skin feeling, even influences the cell activity of the lip skin, and the lips are drier more frequently used, so that the apoptosis and the over-differentiation of the cells are accelerated. The short-term moisturizing effect and the long-term moisturizing effect must be strictly distinguished. The short-term effect does not account for the moisturizing ability of the formula after long-term use of the product. An excellent lip product should be both effective and long lasting. Moisturizing the skin is not a simple matter and should be studied carefully to find the root cause of dryness and to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the characteristic that lip skin is vulnerable to environmental changes and becomes fragile, the lip essence with the moisture retaining gradient is developed. The high-pressure homogenizing and shearing process forms a multi-phase suspension system with high internal phase (oil phase) and forms liposome deep penetrating particles when meeting water. One phase forms a bionic sebum moisture-keeping seal layer on the surface of the skin by utilizing different surface tensions of all the phases, so that the water loss is prevented; one phase is absorbed by osmosis, fully hydrated and moistened through the skin; the molecular microsphere with strong water absorbability can be rapidly expanded to fill up dryness and increase moisturizing luster. The essence provides gradient dynamic moisture preservation according to the change of the environment, and the moisture can be self-stabilized and balanced, so that the moisture preservation in the real sense is achieved, the water holding capacity of the skin is improved, the survival rate of cells is maintained, the cell death cannot be caused, and dead skin is formed; protect the skin from being damaged by high and low osmotic pressure, drying and dehydration, quickly relieve skin chapping, and have quick-acting and lasting moisturizing effects.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The lip skin is very tender and fragile, the horny layer of the lips is very thin, and probably only 1/3 of the horny layer of the normal skin, so that the lip skin can particularly and quickly sense the change of the external environment and various physical and chemical foreign body stimulation caused by diet; in addition, the lip skin is not nourished because it has no sebaceous glands and sweat glands to secrete oil and water as a natural skin moisturizer. Water is an important substance essential for the survival of any living being. One of the primary functions of skin is to control moisture. The change of the dry environment in autumn and winter can cause the abnormality of skin cells, and the improvement of the water content of the horny layer is the primary task. The water in the stratum corneum has a considerable effect on the aesthetic appearance of the skin. Whenever the ambient relative humidity decreases, the moisture content of the skin surface decreases accordingly. The stratum corneum is a controllable osmotic barrier to the external environment, coming into direct contact with the changing environmental conditions, including constantly changing temperature, humidity, mechanical forces and friction. The skin with sufficient moisture is bright and smooth, and the beauty is presented. If the water content of the upper stratum corneum is less than 10%, the skin loses its shiny, firm and healthy appearance. The water content of the stratum corneum depends on the water-absorbing capacity of the stratum corneum and on the ambient humidity. The skin of the lips is directly exposed to the outside and is closely related to the ambient humidity. The moisture content of the skin is affected by the ambient humidity, which in turn affects the barrier function of the upper stratum corneum. The barrier function is related to the actual water content in the keratinocytes. When the water content of the upper layer keratinocytes falls below 10%, the shape and volume of the keratinocytes change. The cells become smaller and unable to fill the space within the extracellular matrix, the skin becomes dry and water deficient, and barrier function is gradually lost. The barrier function of the upper layer of the lip skin is thus considerably negatively affected when the ambient humidity (suddenly) changes, especially in the autumn and winter when dry. If the skin barrier is compromised, the skin is light, dry, flaky, lacking luster and softness, and heavy, cheilitis, such as itching, which is often caused by sudden exposure of the skin to low humidity conditions. Meanwhile, specific hydrolytic enzymes closely related to the normal shedding process of dead skin cells on the surface of the stratum corneum need sufficient water to show the enzymatic activity.
Effective lip products not only improve the appearance of skin, but also maintain the integrity and health of skin function. The moisturizing effect is to swell the keratinocytes and increase the thickness of the cells. The higher the water content of the keratinocytes, the more densely the cells are arranged, the more compact the texture of the stratum corneum and the smoother and smoother the skin appearance. In order to keep the stratum corneum sufficiently hydrated, the stratum corneum contains a water-absorbing component, namely Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). Although NMF has a strong water-holding capacity, daily activities lead to a continuous reduction in NMF. Therefore, it is important to use cosmetics to maintain the amount of NMF in the upper stratum corneum layer.
NMF is critical to restoring and maintaining the water content of the upper layers of the stratum corneum, especially the outermost 5 μm stratum corneum. NMF contains hygroscopic molecules that are produced during epidermal differentiation and are capable of maintaining moisture on the skin surface. NMF may account for 15-30% of the keratinocyte weight. NMF is mainly produced by enzymatic breakdown of filaggrin. This enzymatic breakdown occurs only when the moisture content of the stratum corneum is appropriate, since the activity of these enzymes depends to a large extent on the moisture content of the stratum corneum. This means that the stratum corneum of dry skin is not only water deficient, but also has a low NMF content and is not able to effectively retain water in the stratum corneum. Thus forming a vicious circle. The resistance of NMF production leads to dry skin circulation, but we can break this circulation by some means of moisture retention and increasing the water content of the stratum corneum.
Based on the principle, the invention provides lip essence which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-30% of anhydrous lanolin, 8-20% of isostearyl isostearate, 10-30% of glycerol, 0.5-5% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-5% of cetyl-PG hydroxyethyl palmitamide, 0.5-5% of saccharide isomer, 0.1-1% of sphingomonas extract, 510.1-1% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 2-8% of natural tocopherol, 1-5% of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-1% of lobster creatine, 0.2-5% of erythritol, 1-5% of cogongrass rhizome extract and the balance of water.
The lip essence provided by the invention is subjected to gradient moisturizing based on a three-phase system with different surface tensions; by utilizing different surface tensions of all phases, the first phase is a water phase, and a bionic sebum moisturizing seal layer is formed on the surface of the skin to prevent water loss; comprises glycerol, saccharide isomer, lobster carnosine, erythritol, lalang grass rhizome extract and water. The second phase is an oil phase, and is fully hydrated and moisturized through osmotic absorption; the third phase is a granular phase, and the molecular microspheres with strong water absorbability can rapidly expand, fill up and dry, and increase the moisturizing luster; is prepared from sodium hyaluronate.
Keratin is the most important component in keratinocytes and is a precursor protein of the amino acid derivatives in NMF. The keratin aggregates into bundles, forming a dynamic network, which can contain large amounts of water within the cells. Keratin 1 and keratin 10 are the two most prominent keratins in the stratum corneum. Keratin 1 and keratin 10 maintain the strength and flexibility of the stratum corneum. Each keratinocyte is enclosed in a protein envelope known as the keratinocyte envelope. The cornified envelope is the first line of protein defense against external and internal stressors. Calcium-activated transglutaminase 1(TG1) controls the formation of the cornified envelope, and calcium-activated involucrin makes the cornified envelope stronger against the invasion of harmful substances in the environment. Silk fibroin binds to keratin fibers to build a high density fibrous matrix, and further releases a portion of Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). NMF is a water-soluble substance in the horny layer and is easily washed away, so that the NMF directly adds natural moisturizing factors, has short effect and cannot fundamentally solve the problem. The saccharide isomerate can significantly stimulate the gene expression of keratin 1 and keratin 10, and the protein expression of keratin 10, and simultaneously significantly stimulate the gene expression and protein expression of major proteins related to the keratin envelope. The saccharide isomerate is combined with lysine (free epsilon-amino group) in keratinocytes and cannot be washed away, and simultaneously, the unique combination mechanism of the saccharide isomerate and the skin can also clear dead skin cells of epidermis, reduce the roughness of the skin, promote the skin to be smoother and softer, and also help sodium hyaluronate to catch water, so that the skin is restored to the optimal hydration state.
The stratum corneum of the skin is composed of keratinocytes surrounded by lipids, and is subject to the physical and biochemical stresses of the external environment. The lipid in the stratum corneum of healthy skin aligns itself to form lipid bilayers, which are parallel layers along the skin, and this is also responsible for the skin's retention of moisture. The lipids in these lipid bilayers can be assembled into hexagonal or orthorhombic crystalline structures, determining the effectiveness of the bilayers in controlling water loss and preventing permeation of external potential stimuli. Orthorhombic and hexagonal structures are commonly found in the stratum corneum of healthy skin; the orthorhombic crystals are more tightly packed, reducing the space between the lipids and also preventing the flow of moisture between the lipids; the hexagonal structure accounts for a higher proportion. When the physical lipid barrier function of the skin is damaged, the lipid content among epidermal cells is insufficient, the lipid content is reduced, and the TWEL of the stratum corneum is increased. Insufficient water content of the stratum corneum causes these cells to lose volume and barrier repair and maintenance functions will fail. Dysregulation of the connexin network between corneocytes affects skin firmness, resulting in increased skin barrier permeability. Therefore, isostearic acid isostearate with high-efficiency optimized hydration function, which is a natural source, is selected to cooperate with lanolin and glycosphingolipids to supplement the skin structural lipid barrier and stabilize the orthorhombic crystal structure of the skin lipid barrier so as to prevent the stimulation of external potential foreign matter invasion, form a stable non-closed membrane on the skin to prevent water loss, keep moist and slow down dryness.
It is another challenge to form a stable system by using natural water-soluble substances and oil-soluble substances such as cell lipids, and the third phase of solid particles without using an emulsifier. The lip essence provided by the invention simulates the skin tissue structure, and forms a stable submicron capsule vesicle system with high internal phase, namely high oil, based on a keratinocyte model. Firstly, constructing a cell membrane model, selecting polyquaternium-51 containing phospholipid groups and a special self-association cross-linked polymer to present spherical submicron particles, dissolving and dispersing the spherical submicron particles in a special system, then forming submicron particle liquid after self-association, and then encapsulating grease to form a stable submicron capsule vesicle system; the product is equivalent to form one more cuticle layer on lip skin, and can exert high-efficiency skin care capability which cannot be embodied by a single system. While observing the particle size distribution method using a laser diffraction particle size distribution measuring machine LA-950, the size of the formed particles was further determined, and the average particle size was about 0.34. mu.m as shown in FIG. 1.
Further, the lip essence provided by the invention is subjected to a performance test.
1. Skin moisture test
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the NMF concentration of skin was tested after using the lip essence provided by the present invention. In vivo analysis was performed using confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy (model 3510SCA, Holland deer Red River Diagnostics BV). Confocal micro-raman spectroscopy is a non-invasive means of determining the concentration of various molecules within the skin.
Fig. 2 shows the NMF concentration changes on the skin surface within 24 hours after applying different amounts of lip essence, from left to right in the order of 0.2g, 0.3g, 0.4g, 0.5 g. Fig. 3 shows the change in NMF concentration at 5 μm depth of stratum corneum at 24 hours after applying different amounts of lip essence, from left to right, 0.2g, 0.3g, 0.4g, 0.5 g.
2. The moisture content of the skin was measured with a skin moisture meter (CM 825 PC, Koron Courage & Khazaka GmbH, Germany).
See fig. 4 and 5; in which fig. 4 shows a comparison of the moisturizing state for 7 hours, and fig. 5 is a comparison of the moisturizing state for one week.
3. Test of the resistance of keratinocytes to UV stress at 30mJ/cm 2 Evaluation was carried out after 5 days of UV irradiation. The pressure generated by the uv irradiation is similar to the impact of high osmotic pressure: the cells shrivel. Keratinocytes themselves possess the ability to regulate osmotic pressure to keep cell size constant, which is also part of their response to ultraviolet radiation. Cells need osmoregulatory protection to avoid their effects and even apoptosis.
Referring to fig. 6, the blank group, the low dose group, and the high dose group were sequentially provided from left to right; the lip polishing provided by the invention can effectively adjust osmotic pressure to respond to ultraviolet radiation.
4. One of the consumer's primary desires for lip moisturizing products is to quickly soften and smooth the skin. In order to prove that the lip gloss moisturizing essence can rapidly smoothen the skin, 20 volunteers with normal skin were allowed to use the formula once.1 hour and 2 hours after using the test formulations, use
Figure BDA0003672160020000071
5.7 high resolution Instrument (GFMe β technik, Tyrit, Germany), evaluate skin smoothness. The results are shown in FIG. 7.
Referring to fig. 8, the left figure is before lip essence is applied, and the right figure is after the lip essence is applied; the observation of the skin grid under a microscope shows that the grains of the skin are finer before and after the lip water-light moisturizing essence is used.
5. The last basis for proving the moisture retention of lip essence is the feeling of the skin moisture retention effect of the consumers, and therefore, a consumer research is carried out. The test formula was used once by 20 volunteers with dry lips, and then a questionnaire was filled out to evaluate various skin parameters related to skin moisturization. The sensory scores for moisturizing effect were evaluated after 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours and 24 hours using the test formulations. The results are shown in fig. 9.
