Further, the horizontal pull rod comprises a threaded sleeve 7-3, two ends of the threaded sleeve 7-3 are respectively provided with internal threads and are in threaded connection with threaded connecting rods, as shown in fig. 7, the threaded connecting rods are respectively a left threaded connecting rod 7-1 and a right threaded connecting rod 7-5, one of the threaded connecting rods is connected with the horizontal lifting lug mounting seat, the exposed length of the threaded connecting rod is adjusted by rotating the threaded sleeve 7-3, and then the length of the horizontal pull rod is adjusted.
Specifically, the locking mode of the threaded sleeve 7-3 and the threaded connecting rod is locking by threaded locking nuts, the threaded locking nuts are respectively sleeved at two ends of the threaded sleeve 7-3 and respectively comprise a left threaded locking nut 7-2 for locking the left threaded connecting rod 7-1 and a right threaded locking nut 7-4 for locking the right threaded connecting rod 7-5.
According to the embodiment provided by the invention, the three mounting seats which are independently adjustable are arranged, so that the three lifting lugs are all continuously and accurately adjustable in the vertical dimension, the left dimension, the right dimension and the front dimension, the flying attachment adjustment difficulty is reduced, the replaceable flying attachment mounting lifting lugs are designed to adapt to flying attachments of different batches and models, and the universality of the rack is improved. The efficiency and the quality of test preparation under the simple and easy condition of outfield can be effectively promoted, and the maintenance difficulty of outfield engines is reduced.

Claims (8)
1. The mounting frame for the aircraft accessory case is characterized by comprising a rack mounting seat connected with a test run rack, wherein a supporting slide rail cross beam for supporting the whole structure is arranged on the rack mounting seat, left and right adjusting seats are arranged on two sides of the supporting slide rail cross beam, and the left and right adjusting seats are used for adjusting a vertical lifting lug of the aircraft accessory case left and right; an upper adjusting seat and a lower adjusting seat are arranged on the upper side of the left adjusting seat and the right adjusting seat and used for adjusting the vertical lifting lugs up and down; the upper side of the upper and lower adjusting seats is provided with a front and rear adjusting seat, the front and rear adjusting seat is connected with the vertical lifting lug, and the front and rear adjusting seat is used for adjusting the vertical lifting lug in a front and rear manner; the rack mounting seat is also provided with a horizontal lifting lug adjusting seat, the horizontal lifting lug adjusting seat is positioned between the left adjusting seat and the right adjusting seat, and the horizontal lifting lug adjusting seat is used for installing and adjusting a horizontal lifting lug of the aircraft accessory casing; the upper and lower adjusting seats comprise second adjusting hand wheels, second pull rods are connected onto the second adjusting hand wheels, upper and lower threaded sleeves are in threaded connection with one sides, away from the second adjusting hand wheels, of the second pull rods, first outer fixing sleeves are arranged on the outer sides of the upper and lower threaded sleeves, first limiting sleeves are arranged on the outer sides of the first outer fixing sleeves, and the upper and lower threaded sleeves are driven to move up and down through the second adjusting hand wheels and the second pull rods; the end part of one side of the upper and lower threaded sleeves, which is far away from the second adjusting hand wheel, is connected with the front and rear adjusting seats; the upper threaded sleeve and the lower threaded sleeve are provided with locking key grooves, and through holes are formed in the first outer fixing sleeve at positions corresponding to the locking key grooves; and a cylindrical groove is formed in the first limiting sleeve, and the diameter of the cylindrical groove is the same as the outer diameter of the upper and lower threaded sleeves.

The aircraft accessory receiver mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the left and right adjustment seats comprise a first adjustment hand wheel, a fixed seat fixedly connected with the support slide rail cross beam, and a mounting seat slidably connected with the support slide rail cross beam, which are sequentially arranged, the first adjustment hand wheel is connected with a first pull rod, and the first pull rod penetrates through the fixed seat and is in threaded connection with the mounting seat; the upper side of the mounting seat is connected with the upper and lower adjusting seats.

The aircraft accessory receiver mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein a threaded sleeve is provided on the mounting base, the first pull rod is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve, and the threaded sleeve and the mounting base are driven by the first adjusting hand wheel and the first pull rod to slide left and right along the supporting slide rail beam.

The aircraft accessory casing mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the forward-backward adjustment seat comprises a third adjustment hand wheel, the third adjustment hand wheel is connected with a third pull rod, one side of the third pull rod far away from the third adjustment hand wheel is in threaded connection with a forward-backward threaded sleeve, a second outer fixing sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the forward-backward threaded sleeve, a second limiting sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the second outer fixing sleeve, and the forward-backward threaded sleeve is driven to move forward and backward by the third adjustment hand wheel and the third pull rod; the front and rear threaded sleeves are connected with the vertical lifting lugs.

An aircraft accessory casing mount as claimed in claim 4 wherein the side of the forward and rearward threaded sleeves remote from the third adjusting handwheel is connected to a replaceable lug, the vertical lug being connected to the forward and rearward threaded sleeves by the replaceable lug.

The aircraft accessory receiver mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the horizontal shackle adjustment mount comprises a horizontal drawbar and a horizontal shackle mount coupled to each other, the horizontal shackle mount being configured to mount the horizontal shackle, an axial direction of the horizontal drawbar being perpendicular to an axial direction of the support rail beam, and a length of the horizontal drawbar being adjustable.

The aircraft accessory receiver mounting bracket of claim 6, wherein the horizontal pull rod comprises a threaded sleeve, wherein two ends of the threaded sleeve are respectively provided with internal threads and are in threaded connection with threaded connecting rods, one of the threaded connecting rods is connected with the horizontal lifting lug mounting seat, and the length of the horizontal pull rod is adjusted by rotating the threaded sleeve.
8. The aircraft accessory receiver mounting bracket of claim 7, wherein the threaded sleeve and the threaded connecting rod are locked by threaded lock nuts respectively sleeved at both ends of the threaded sleeve.
