The movable improved assembled box culvert template further comprises a movable base table 6, an outer template 3, an inner template 1, a concave end template 2 and a convex end template 4, wherein the movable base table is a bottom template of a wave building box culvert body, a health preserving and movable pedestal, and the upper end of the movable base table is provided with the outer template, the inner template, the concave end template, the convex end template and a built health preserving shed of the wave building box culvert body 7.
Referring to fig. 2, the movable base 6 is a base template, a curing and movable base for the box culvert body of the wave building. The movable base table is rectangular and is made of steel plates with the thickness of 20-25 mm, the front end of the movable base is lifted upwards in radian, traction lugs 62 are arranged on two sides of the top of the lifted end, and a tractor is hung with a traction hook when the traction lugs are used for traction of the movable base table. The outer template, the concave end template and the inserting posts 33 at the lower end of the convex end template are provided with inserting post holes 61 corresponding to the outer template, the concave end template and the convex end template when the box culvert body is built on the movable base platform; the two sides of the movable base table are provided with a canopy rod fixing cylinder 65 for inserting and fixing the lower end of the supporting canopy rod 13 corresponding to the billows building box culvert body.

The inner top surface of the box culvert corresponding to the outer side surface of one inner die top plate 103 is a plane steel plate, and the upper end edges of the inner die side plates are connected with the corresponding adjacent side edges of the inner die top plate through hinges 101.
The inner mold bottom corner plate 104 is V-shaped, the upper outer side of the inner mold bottom corner plate corresponds to the lower end side guide angle in the culvert, which is a V-shaped steel plate, and the upper end edges of the two inner mold bottom corner plates are connected with the corresponding lower side edges of the inner mold plate through hinges.

A construction method for a mobile improved assembled box culvert template comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing a movable base table 6: a plurality of movable base tables are prepared on a construction site, and each movable base table can accommodate 1-3 box culverts side by side for the construction of the waves, wherein the movable base tables are bottom templates, health maintenance and movable pedestals of the box culverts. The outer template, the concave end template and the inserting columns at the lower end of the convex end template are provided with inserting column holes 61 corresponding to the inner template, the concave end template and the convex end template when the box culvert body is built on the movable base table, and each inserting column hole of the same inner template is marked and connected on the movable base surface by using marking paint.
(2) The preparation stage: the method comprises the steps of preparing a plurality of outer templates 3, inner templates 1, concave end templates 2, convex end templates 4, spiral supporting rods 8, threaded pull rods 9, bolts 11 and nuts 12, a steel reinforcement cage 10 and equipment and materials for constructing the box culvert by the waves, such as a winch, a welding machine, a crane and concrete materials; after the components of each template are processed and manufactured, trial assembly is carried out in a factory, and the geometric dimensions of the templates are respectively checked based on an assembled box culvert design drawing so as to meet the construction requirements;

(5) And (3) mounting an inner template 1: after the steel reinforcement framework at the lower part of the wall body is installed, the inner template is unfolded and adjusted to be a hollow cuboid and then is hoisted to the concave inner cavity of the steel reinforcement framework at the lower part of the wall body, a sufficient number of protective layer cushion blocks (which are arranged in the same way) are arranged on the steel reinforcement framework, the inner template is adjusted to a proper position to meet the design requirement, a plurality of spiral supporting rods 8 are used for supporting and reinforcing the inner template 1 at intervals in the inner template cavity so as to prevent deformation in the inner template installation process, the position of an abutting plate 100 in the middle of the bottom of the inner template is reserved when the inner template is installed, and the abutting plate is not installed before the inner template is adjusted; and (3) coating a release agent on the outer side wall of the inner template to facilitate release.
(6) Installing a reinforcing mesh framework at the upper part of the wall body: after the inner template is installed and adjusted to a proper position, the machined top plate and the steel bar net framework on the upper portion of the wall body are installed, and enough protective layer cushion blocks (which are arranged in the same way) are arranged on the steel bar framework 10, so that the installation positions and the number of the protective layer cushion blocks are required to be checked in the installation process, and the protective layer cushion blocks are confirmed to meet the design requirements.
(7) And (3) mounting an outer template: after the installation of the reinforcement cage and the inner template is completed, the installation position is checked, and all projects of the protective layer cushion block are qualified, the abutting plate is fixed at the middle part of the lower end of the inner template, and the inner template is fixed. The lower ends of the two outer templates are respectively arranged on the post inserting holes label connection at the two sides of the same wave building box culvert body at the upper end surface of the movable base table, and the posts 33 at the lower ends of the outer templates are inserted into the corresponding post inserting holes 61, so that the lower ends of the two outer templates are positioned and fixed. (8) Mounting a concave end template and a convex end template: fixing each corner template forming the concave end template or the convex end template and each middle plate positioned between each corner plate according to corresponding positions to form a whole by fixing bolts and nuts, and coating release agents on the inner side surfaces of the concave end template and the convex end template; the convex end template 4 is arranged at the butt joint convex edge corresponding to the front end of the box culvert body, the corner template positioned on the movable base table and the inserted column at the lower end of the middle plate are inserted into the corresponding inserted column hole on the corresponding movable base table, and the convex end template edge is connected with the corresponding connected outer template or inner template edge through a quick connecting bolt.
The concave end template is arranged at the butt joint groove corresponding to the rear end of the box culvert body, the corner template positioned on the movable base table and the inserting column positioned at the lower end of the middle plate are inserted into the corresponding inserting column hole corresponding to the movable base table, and the concave end template edge is connected with the corresponding connected outer template or inner template edge through a quick connecting bolt.
The interval between the outer template and the inner template is fixed through a plurality of horizontal threaded pull rods, the two outer templates are also fixed through a plurality of horizontal threaded pull rods, and finally the threaded pull rods are verified once, so that the space is fixed, and the design requirement is met.
