hydraulic cylinder 7: the device is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the bracket 12 through bolts, and the output end of the device is fixed with a fixing frame 15 through bolts;
drive motor 16: the fixing frame is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the fixing frame 15 through bolts;
the rotating rod 18: one end of the driving motor is rotatably connected to the surface of the fixing frame 15 and is connected with the output end of the driving motor 16 through a coupler, and the other end of the driving motor is fixed on the outer wall of the cross-shaped plate 19 through a bolt;
the transverse movement of the cross-shaped plate 19 can be controlled through the hydraulic cylinder 7, so that the first sliding rod 17 and the second sliding rod 28 can be simultaneously shifted by the waist-shaped hole 20 on the cross-shaped plate 19, the first sliding rod 17 and the second sliding rod 28 can slide along the surface of the waist-shaped hole 20 and simultaneously adjust the opening amplitude of the first clamping plate 6 and the second clamping plate 26, the first clamping plate 6 and the second clamping plate 26 can be utilized for carrying out inward expansion support on the rotary friction plate, the driving motor 16 can be utilized for driving the rotary friction plate to rotate at a high speed after the rotary friction plate is fixed, and therefore, welding fixation can be carried out between the main repair inner lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe.
When the welding repair device is used, when a pipeline is required to be welded and repaired, the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe are placed at the damaged position of the inner wall of the pipeline, meanwhile, the rotary friction plate is utilized to connect the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe, then the whole welding repair device is placed in the pipe wall of the main repair lining pipe and the pipe wall of the auxiliary lining pipe, the centering mechanism is utilized to realize centering of the internal expansion clamp assembly, so that the output shaft of the driving motor 16 can be concentric with the space between the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe, the rotary friction plate can be guaranteed to rotate at a high speed along the space between the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe, the internal expansion clamp assembly is utilized to perform internal expansion fixation on the inner wall of the rotary friction plate after centering, and then the driving motor 16 is started to enable the rotary friction plate to perform friction welding between the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe in the process of high-speed rotation, and therefore welding repair of the pipeline is realized.
While the invention has been described in terms of what are presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (2)
1. An in-service pipeline welding repair method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the position and the size of the pipeline damage leakage are probed;
s2: cleaning the silt attached to the surface of the pipeline, and flushing the pipeline until the bottom of the pipeline is exposed;
s3: placing a lining pipe assembly which is excessively matched with a damaged pipeline at the damaged position of the pipeline, wherein the lining pipe assembly consists of a main repair lining pipe, an auxiliary lining pipe and a rotary friction plate;
s4: the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe are close to the circumferential inner wall of the damaged pipeline, so that the main repair lining pipe can completely cover the damaged part of the pipeline, and meanwhile, the length of the main repair lining pipe covered on the surface of the pipeline wall needs to exceed the diameter of the pipeline to be repaired;
s5: after the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe are close to each other in the damaged pipeline, the butt joint between the main repair lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe is provided with a V-shaped or U-shaped groove;
s6: fitting the outer surface of the rotary friction plate with the surface of a V-shaped or U-shaped groove formed between the main lining pipe and the auxiliary lining pipe, wherein the outer structure of the rotary friction plate is matched with the V-shaped or U-shaped groove;
s7: the welding repair device clamps the rotary friction plate by using an internal expansion clamp, applies supporting force to the inner surface of the rotary friction ticket, and uses pressure to enable the rotary friction plate to generate high-speed rotation in the V-shaped or U-shaped groove to rub the V-shaped or U-shaped groove;
s8: friction heat and plastic deformation heat are generated in the high-speed rotating friction process, so that the temperature of the area near the V-shaped or U-shaped groove is increased to a temperature interval close to but lower than the melting point;
s9: under the action of friction force, the material generates plastic deformation and flow, and the welding is realized through molecular diffusion and recrystallization of an interface;
the repairing device comprises a aligning mechanism, wherein the aligning mechanism comprises a left section and a right section, the left section and the right section are connected by using an internal expansion type clamp assembly, the left section and the right section are arranged in an axisymmetric manner, and the specifications of the left section and the right section are the same;
the aligning mechanism comprises a framework part and an adjusting part; the framework part comprises a mounting base (1), a mounting plate (3) and a connecting column (22); the mounting base (1) and the mounting disc (3) are welded and fixed by using a connecting column (22);
the adjusting section includes:
second holding frame (25): the circular arc welding device is circumferentially distributed and welded on the circumferential outer wall of the mounting disc (3);
connecting rod (8): one end of the connecting rod (8) is movably connected with the inner wall of a through hole formed in the surface of the accommodating frame II (25) through a bearing, and a support column (4) is welded at the position, close to the edge, of one end of the connecting rod;
holding frame one (24): the device is welded at the center of the connecting rod (8), the inner wall of the first accommodating frame (24) is movably connected with a rocker (23) through a bearing, and one end, far away from the connecting rod (8), of the rocker (23) is connected with a screw rod adjusting assembly;
the screw rod adjusting assembly comprises a servo motor (2), a screw rod (13) and a movable disc (14); one end of the screw rod (13) is movably connected to the inner wall of a through hole formed in the surface of the mounting disc (3), and the other end of the screw rod is connected to the output end of the servo motor (2) fixed on the surface of the mounting base (1) through a coupler;
the movable disc (14) and the screw rod (13) are mutually matched, and one end of the rocker (23) far away from the connecting rod (8) is movably connected to the outer wall of the movable disc (14);
a bracket (12) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the mounting plate (3), a rotating plate (11) is movably connected to the outer wall of the circumference of the bracket (12), a sliding rod (5) is fixed between the two rotating plates (11), and a first gasket (9) and a second gasket (21) are welded on the surfaces of the two sliding rods (5) respectively;
the inner expansion type clamp assembly comprises a clamping part and a control part; the clamping part includes:
cross-shaped plate (19): the sliding rod is movably connected with the circumferential outer walls of the two sliding rods (5), and the surface of the sliding rod is provided with a waist-shaped hole (20) which is in a cross section;
clamp plate one (6): the bottom of the device is integrally provided with a first compression bar (10) and a second sliding bar (28), the bottom of the first compression bar (10) is movably connected to the upper surface of the second gasket (21), and the second sliding bar (28) is movably connected to the inner wall of the waist-shaped hole (20);
clamp plate two (26): the bottom of the device is integrally provided with a first sliding rod (17) and a second pressing rod (27), the first sliding rod (17) is movably connected to the inner wall of the waist-shaped hole (20), and the second pressing rod (27) is movably connected to the side wall of the first gasket (9);
the control unit includes:
hydraulic cylinder (7): the device is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the bracket (12), and the output end of the device is fixed with a fixing frame (15);
a drive motor (16): the fixing frame is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the fixing frame (15);
rotating rod (18): one end of the cross-shaped plate is movably connected to the surface of the fixed frame (15), and is connected with the output end of the driving motor (16) through a coupler, and the other end of the cross-shaped plate is fixed on the outer wall of the cross-shaped plate (19).
2. An in-service pipeline welding repair method according to claim 1 wherein the length tolerance of the liner tube assembly is ± 0.2 mm and the eccentricity is less than 0.2 mm.
