Description

Assembly components

The present invention relates to an assembly assembly for sashes for windows, doors or the like, in particular for sashes that can be opened in a swivel-tilt manner.

Background technique

The above-described assembly assembly can removably mount the sash to the frame of a window or door. For this purpose, the fittings are fastened to the sash and the corresponding counterparts are fastened to the frame on the so-called strip side of the window or door, and the fittings can then be displaceable, in particular by means of support strips. is pivotally mounted on the frame. For example, the fitting assembly may comprise an elongated pivot arm fastened to the sash and connected at its strap-side end by a support strap to a pivot bearing to be provided to the frame, for example by placing The support strip is suspended on the pivot bearing, so that the pivot arm and the fan associated therewith are held by the pivot bearing and at the same time movable, in particular pivoted about the axis of rotation defined by the pivot bearing. As bearing strips, so-called steel angle bars come into consideration in particular, which can be bent one or more times in order to achieve a certain offset between the pivot arm and the pivot bearing.

Depending on the shape, weight and desired function of the sash, and in particular on the type of openability, very different assembly components can be used. Often, so-called scissor arms are used as the pivot arm of a fan that is both rotatable and tiltable, which allows the side of the fan on which the scissor arm is located to appear parallel to only radially aligning the corresponding bearing, so that the fan thereby Tilt around its opposite side. In principle, however, the mentioned pivot arm can also be designed as a purely rotating or purely tilting bar arm (or a rotating or tilting bandstulp) or other kinematics allowing the fan relative to the frame .

For pivot bearings, in particular for so-called scissor bearings, which are usually arranged above the respective strip side of the fan, no corresponding variability is required as with the pivot arms. As they generally only need to allow the pivotability of the respective pivot arm and are therefore substantially independent of the shape of the fan and the type of openability thereof. Thus, the support straps mounted on the pivot bearings via the pivot arms can be designed in the same way for different pivot arms. For this reason, it is advantageous not to manufacture the support strip as an integral part of the pivot arm, but to manufacture it as a separate part, which is then each firmly connected to the pivot arm. In this way, different pivot arms can be produced, but each with the same bearing strip.

Another advantage of the two-part design is that the respective pivot arm is in this way not fastened from the outset where the strip side of the fan is, ie on which side the fan can pivot. In particular, in principle corresponding pivot arms can be used to open the fan on the left and right. The pivot arm is only fastened to a particular strap side when coupled to the support strap. This fixation may result from the choice of support straps and/or the type of arrangement of the support straps on the pivot arm. In the latter case, the assembly assembly can thus also be reconfigured by changing the orientation of the support straps on the pivot arm. As a result, the assembly components can be used particularly flexibly.

However, for the design of the separate pivot arm and support strip, it is important that these parts are reliably coupled to each other at the latest when the fitting assembly is mounted on the corresponding fan. This is because the fan is largely carried by the frame through this coupling, especially when it is in the pivoted open state.

The pivot arm generally extends radially to the axis of rotation and is therefore fixed to the fan on the side of the fan oriented perpendicular to the strap side. On the other hand, the support strap is usually arranged on the strap side of the fan for interacting with the pivot bearing. It is therefore advantageous that the pivot arm has a support frame at its strap-side end, said support frame comprising bent legs relative to the rest of the pivot arm and available for coupling to the support strap.

For example, the support strips can simply be screwed or riveted to the curved legs of the support frame. However, this type of coupling requires the use of tools, thus implying additional consumption when assembling the assembly. The rivet connection is also irreversible, so if the wrong pivot arm is selected or the wrong strap side is set, the assembly cannot be reconfigured.

An easy-to-close yet reliable and re-detachable connection type can be achieved by means of a bayonet connection. For this purpose, provision can be made in particular for a bayonet receptacle to be provided on the support frame of the pivot arm and a rotatable bayonet pin to be provided on the coupling section of the support strip. Thus, the support bracket and the support strip can be inserted into each other and fastened to each other by the rotation of the bayonet pins in the bayonet receptacles.

However, a disadvantage of this type of connection can be that turning a bayonet pin, which is often difficult to grasp, can again require tools. Furthermore, over time, for example due to the operation of the fan or due to vibrations that occur, the rotatable bayonet pin may swing back causing the connection to loosen. Finally, there is also the risk that during assembly of the assembly it is easy to forget to turn the bayonet pin inserted into the bayonet receptacle to lock the bayonet connection, as the pivot arm and support strap appear to have passed through only the connected by insertion, although they are not yet fixed to each other in a form-fitting manner.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a fitting assembly of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be used flexibly, can be installed particularly easily and securely, while ensuring a reliable coupling of the support strip to the pivot arm.

This object is achieved by an assembly having the features of claim 1 . Advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.

The assembly of the sash for a window, door or the like according to the invention comprises a pivot arm designed to be fastened to the sash and having a support frame at the strip-side end of its longitudinal extension , the support frame has curved legs transverse to the longitudinal extension. The fan may in particular be a fan that can be opened in a swivel-tilt manner. For this purpose, the pivot arm can in particular be designed as a scissor arm. In particular, the pivot arm has an elongated shape extending between said strap side end and its opposite strap distal end. The ends define a longitudinal axis of the pivot arm along which the longitudinal extension is defined.

A support frame with bent legs relative to the rest of the longitudinal extension of the pivot arm can basically be designed as a structural unit with the pivot arm. For example, the support frame may correspond to a portion of the pivot arm and may be substantially configured such that the pivot arm is bent on its strap-side end so that the bent portion forms the leg. However, the support bracket is preferably a component manufactured separately from the pivot arm and firmly connected (eg riveted) to the pivot arm. In this case, the support frame can basically be designed as an angle steel (Winkel) with two legs, one of which forms the curved leg. The support frame is then fastened to the pivot arm using the further legs of the support frame, advantageously parallel to the longitudinal extension of the pivot arm.

The pivot arm is preferably configured to be fastened in a slot on one side of the fan, in particular on the upper side of the fan. The support brackets can then be arranged at and encompass the corners of the sash, in particular in such a way that the curved legs are oriented at least substantially vertically.

The fitting assembly also comprises a support strap designed to be pivotally mounted together with the support section around the axis of rotation of the pivot bearing on a pivot bearing provided on the frame of the window or door, and which has a coupling portion The coupling section can be coupled to the curved leg of the support frame of the pivot arm by means of a bayonet connection.

The bearing section can be designed, for example, as a sleeve into which the bearing pin of the frame-side pivot bearing can engage, so that the bearing strip can be rotated around this bearing pin. The coupling section of the support strip can, for example, have at least substantially a plate shape. The support strip can in particular be designed as a so-called angle strip. The support strip can be bent (multiple times) in such a way that the plane defined by the plate shape of the coupling section deviates from the radial orientation of the axis of rotation, for example by at least 30° and/or at most 60°, in particular about 45° Angle. The pivot bearing may in particular be a so-called scissor bearing.

The bayonet connection comprises a bayonet pin extending along the pin axis and a bayonet receptacle, which are designed such that, in order to close the bayonet connection, the bayonet pin is inserted into the bayonet receptacle axially relative to the pin axis, and then Rotation relative to the bayonet receptacle about the pin axis into a coupling position in which the form-fitting member of the bayonet pin engages behind the corresponding form-fitting member of the bayonet receptacle, thereby preventing the bayonet pin from being removed from the bayonet receptacle Axial withdrawal (relative to pin axis). In particular, it can be provided that the insertion is a purely translational movement, ie not superimposed on any rotation. On the other hand, the subsequent rotation into the coupling position can also be superimposed by movement components in the axial direction, for example in the manner of a screwing movement and/or for overcoming the latching edge. However, it can also be substantially pure rotation without a motion component in the axial direction.

After the bayonet pin has been inserted into the bayonet receptacle, but before its subsequent rotation relative to the bayonet receptacle, the bayonet pin is in a release position in which the form-fitting member of the bayonet pin does not engage in the bayonet receptacle behind the corresponding form-fitting member of the part, so that the bayonet pin can be axially withdrawn from the bayonet receptacle again. By turning the bayonet pin from the coupling position back into the release position, the form-fit connection can also be cancelled again and the bayonet connection can be released again.

In other words, the bayonet pin and the bayonet receptacle are specially designed such that, in order to close the bayonet connection, the bayonet pin is inserted axially into the bayonet receptacle with respect to the pin axis and then moved from the release position relative to the bayonet receptacle around the pin axis Rotated into the coupling position, which is in the coupling position, in which the form-fitting member of the bayonet pin engages behind the corresponding form-fitting member of the bayonet receptacle in the connected position, thereby preventing the bayonet pin from axially extending from the bayonet receptacle withdrawal, but no such blocking takes place in the release position; therefore, the bayonet pin and the bayonet receptacle can also advantageously be designed in such a way that, in order to open the bayonet connection, the bayonet pin is removed from the bayonet receptacle around the pin axis relative to the bayonet receptacle. The coupling position is rotated to the release position, and the bayonet receiver is then removed axially relative to the pin axis.

The bayonet pins are preferably arranged on the support strip, wherein the bayonet receptacles are provided on the support frame. In principle, however, the bayonet pins can also be arranged on the support frame just the opposite; in this case, the bayonet receptacles are then arranged on the support strip. The form-fit components can each be formed in particular by radial projections relative to the pin axis, such as bayonet wings, and/or radial recesses, such as undercuts, grooves or slot guides, for example . In particular, the bayonet pin may have one or more such projections, preferably at least two bayonet wings, and the bayonet receptacle may have one or more such recesses, preferably at least two bases cut. In principle, however, the bayonet receptacle can also have one or more radial projections and/or the bayonet pin can have one or more radial recesses.

According to the invention, the bayonet pin is arranged rigidly, in particular rotationally fixed, on the support frame or the support strip.

The bayonet pin is arranged in particular rigidly on the corresponding element (support frame or support strip) provided, as long as the bayonet pin cannot rotate relative to said element, preferably not move at all. Therefore, for the above described insertion/rotation movement, the bayonet pin cannot be rotated alone to close the bayonet connection, but the entire element on which the bayonet pin is provided must also be rotated. In particular, in order to close the bayonet connection, the entire support strip has to be rotated about the pin axis relative to the support frame or also relative to the entire scissor arm. The same applies to opening the bayonet connection, since the reverse sequence of movements (first turning, then guiding the bayonet pin axially out of the bayonet receptacle) has to be performed to open the bayonet connection.

In principle, the bayonet pin can be designed in one piece with the support frame or the support strip. However, the bayonet pin can be more simply manufactured as a separate part, which is then firmly connected to the support frame or support strip, in particular rotationally fixed, so that it is arranged rigidly within the scope of the above. on a support frame or support strip.

The bayonet pin can be fastened, for example, by riveting. The bayonet pins preferably vertaumelt onto the support frame or support strap. This tightening results in at least a frictional connection of the bayonet pin with respect to the support frame or support strip against rotation. Alternatively or additionally, the bayonet pin is preferably secured against rotation relative to the support frame or the support strip in a form-fitting manner. For this purpose, for example, the cross-section of the base section of the bayonet pin and the cross-section of the rivet hole in the support frame or support strip through which the base section extends have substantially corresponding profiles, wherein each The contours all deviate from the circle, so that the base section in the rivet hole is positively locked to address rotation about the pin axis. For a more reliable rigid connection, the fastening can in principle also be at least partially cohesive.

Advantageously, the rotation required to close or open the bayonet connection extends over an angle of at least 60°, preferably at least approximately 90°. Said bayonet connection is advantageously conveniently aligned in such a way that when the bayonet pin is in its coupling position in the bayonet receptacle, the pivot arm and the support strap are in their normal functional position, ie relative to the bayonet receptacle. Alignment with each other allows them to be fastened to the fan and fulfill the fan's pivot bearing function in the normal functional position. However, this also means that the pivot arm and the support strap can only be inserted into or separated from each other in a rotational position which differs from the functional position by said rotational angle. This has the advantage that the problem of forgetting the rotational movement for fully closing the bayonet connection is reliably avoided. Because as long as the bayonet pin is only inserted into the bayonet receptacle and is not rotated into the coupling position after insertion, the pivot arm and the support strap are not in their normal functional position, but twisted relative to each other. This is easy to detect; especially in this state the assembly may not even fit on the fan.

Another advantage of rigid bayonet pins is that no tools are required to turn the bayonet pins. Because the bayonet pin itself does not have to be gripped when turning, but the element on which the bayonet pin is provided, ie the support strip or the support frame or the entire scissor arm can be gripped. Since both the support strip and the scissor arms are designed to be much larger than the bayonet pins, they can be grasped more easily and generally do not require tools; therefore, the means for closing or opening the bayonet connection can be produced in a simpler manner sufficient torque for the rotational motion.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the bayonet pin and the bayonet receptacle are designed such that after the axial insertion into the bayonet receptacle, the bayonet pin can be rotated into the coupling position or in the opposite rotation about the pin axis direction into a further coupling position in which the form-fitting member of the bayonet pin engages behind the corresponding form-fitting member of the bayonet receptacle and thereby blocks the bayonet The pin is axially disengaged from the bayonet receptacle. The bayonet pin is preferably rotated by 180° in the further coupling position compared to the coupling position. In this way, the support strap can advantageously be coupled to the support frame (and thus to the pivot arm) by means of the same bayonet connection in two different directions, preferably exactly opposite to each other. These two directions may in particular correspond to two different assembly configurations of the assembly, one for a fan that opens on the left, for example, and the other for a fan that opens on the right.

In this connection it is particularly advantageous if the support strip is designed to be mirror-symmetrical with respect to a mirror plane which is orthogonal to the axis of rotation and/or contains the pin axis. The relationship to the axis of rotation of the pivot bearing depends on the type of mounting of the support strip on the pivot bearing and is in particular well defined by the design of the support section of the support strip. The mirror-symmetrical design of the support strips allows the assembly to have two configurations, except that the support strips in one configuration are rotated 180° relative to the orientation in the other, and although in both configurations the support strips are rotated 180° The bearing straps may be mounted on the pivot bearings in substantially the same manner.

According to another advantageous embodiment, an anti-rotation member is provided between the coupling section of the support strip and the curved leg of the support frame, said bayonet pin being in the coupling position, ie when the bayonet connection is closed, said The anti-rotation member is automatically effective and then ensures that the bayonet pin is prevented from leaving the coupling position. Thus, the bayonet connection as a whole is also ensured against accidental opening by such an anti-rotation member. If there is an additional coupling position as described above, an anti-rotation member can also be provided to ensure that the bayonet pin does not leave the additional coupling position, or the same anti-rotation member can also fulfill this function at the same time.

According to another advantageous embodiment, the support bracket has latching protrusions protruding parallel to the pin axis, and the support strip has a corresponding latching groove; or, on the contrary, the support strip has latching protrusions, while The support bracket has a latch groove. The latch protrusion and latch groove are then arranged such that the latch protrusion engages into the latch groove in the coupling position of the bayonet pin, ie when the bayonet connection is closed. The latch projection preferably engages in the latch groove axially with respect to the pin axis. Furthermore, the engagement preferably occurs at least substantially when the coupling position is reached, eg by pre-tensioning the latch projection into the coupling position, and by reaching the coupling position the latch groove is just placed can be joined. The engagement of the latch projection in the latch groove may advantageously prevent the bayonet connection from being able to be rotated back from the coupling position, in particular back to the release position, in a form-fitting manner. In this regard, the latch projections and latch grooves may represent anti-rotation members within the scope of the above-described embodiments.

In principle, it is also conceivable that the support frame and the support strip each have at least one latching projection which protrudes parallel to the pin axis and at least one latching groove which corresponds to the latching projection of the further component, wherein the latching The projections and latch grooves are arranged such that in the coupled position of the bayonet pin, ie when the bayonet connection is closed, the at least one latch projection of the support bracket engages all of the support straps. and the at least one latch protrusion of the support strap engages in the at least one latch groove of the support bracket.

According to an advantageous further solution, the latching projections can be integrally formed in the support frame or in the support strip, depending on which of these two elements said latching projections are arranged on. Such a one-piece design of the latching projections can in particular be produced by deformation, preferably by embossing. In this way, there is no need to provide a separate part for the latch projection. In particular, the latch projections may be formed together with the support bracket or the support strip during its manufacture.

According to an alternative further development it can be provided that the latch projection is part of the elastic spring arrangement. The spring means are not an integral component part of the support frame or support strip, but are designed substantially separately therefrom, although the spring means are preferably firmly connected to the support frame or support strip. The latching projections may be designed to be fastened to the structure of the spring device, or may be formed by sections of the spring device itself. The spring means may in particular comprise a leaf spring on which the latching projections are formed, or may be integrally formed as such a leaf spring. The leaf spring may, for example, have a resiliently mounted tongue, on the free end of which the latch projection is formed. The latch projection may be formed by an end section of the tongue that is bent one or more times, the end section being at least partially parallel to the pin axis from the remaining leaf spring and/or support due to the bending The shelf or support strip protrudes.

If the mounting assembly has a plurality of latching projections for securing the bayonet connection, these latching projections can also be designed differently. For example, at least one latching projection can be integrally formed in the support frame or support strip in the manner described above, and at least another one of the latching projections can be of a resilient spring device specially designed as a leaf spring part.

If the at least one latching projection is designed as part of an elastic spring arrangement, then according to an advantageous further development, the latching groove in the coupling position of the bayonet pin is at least partially aligned with a securing groove which forms On the part provided with spring means, and the spring means engage in the safety groove to prevent rotation relative to the part. In other words, provision is made in this embodiment that the support strip has a latch groove and the support frame has a safety groove in which a part of the spring means engages to prevent rotation relative to the support frame, Or conversely, the support bracket has a latch groove and the support strap has a safety groove into which a portion of the spring means engages to prevent rotation relative to the support strap; wherein (In both cases) the securing groove is at least partially aligned with the latch groove in the coupled position of the bayonet pin.

Alignment here is particularly understood to relate to a direction parallel to the pin axis. In other words, when the safety groove and the latch groove at least partially overlap each other when viewed in a direction parallel to the pin axis, the safety groove is at least partially aligned with the latch groove. In the axial direction, ie parallel to the pin axis, the securing groove and the latching groove are preferably separated by a small distance. In particular, in the coupled position of the bayonet pin, the securing groove and the latching groove are at least substantially directly adjacent to each other or are spaced apart from each other only by spring means.

Because in the coupled position, the latching projections, which form part of the spring means, engage in the latching grooves of one of the two parts (the support strip and the support bracket), and the part of the spring means engages both at the same time. In a safety groove on the other of the parts, wherein the safety groove aligns with the latch groove, causing the support strip and the support bracket to block each other relatively directly from relative to each other twist. Since the distance between the safety groove and the latch groove is preferably small, even if an attempt is made to rotate the support strip relative to the support frame out of the coupled position, on the spring means engaged in both grooves There is also no particularly high torque. Thus, with such an embodiment, the bayonet connection is fixed particularly reliably in its closed state.

If the at least one latching projection is designed as part of a resilient spring device, it is also advantageous (instead of or completely independent of the provision of the aforementioned securing groove), said spring device extending completely around the base section of the bayonet pin, so The bayonet pin is fastened to the support strap or support frame by the base section. For example, the spring device, preferably a leaf spring, may have a hole through which the base section of the bayonet pin extends. With such a design, the spring device does not need to be fastened (eg riveted) to the support strip or the support bracket by a separate fastening device, but can be fastened indirectly by fastening the bayonet pin to the Fastened to support straps or support frames. In particular, the spring means may be clamped between the bayonet pin and the support strip or the support bracket. Furthermore, the bayonet pin can be riveted to the support strip or the support frame by means of its base section. The spring means can then be riveted to the support strip or the support bracket by riveting the bayonet pins.

Figure BDA0003692118290000101
According to a further advantageous embodiment, contact ramps are formed on the support strip or support frame, said contact ramps being arranged such that the latching projections come into contact with said contact ramps when the bayonet pin is rotated into the coupling position, and is therefore pushed back axially with respect to the pin axis
Figure BDA0003692118290000101
Such a contact ramp can help prevent the latch projections protruding parallel to the pin axis from hitting the edge when the support strip is rotated in a circumferential direction relative to the support frame, thereby preventing further rotation to the coupled position. Since the latch projection is pushed back axially by the contact bevel, ie parallel to the pin axis, a step on the edge can also be overcome by a suitable arrangement of the contact bevel. At the same time, by pushing back in the axial direction, a corresponding axial restoring force can act on the latching projection, which can cause or at least assist the latching projection when the coupling position is reached Automatic axial engagement, in particular latching, in the latch groove.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, the latch groove is perforated in the radial direction with respect to the pin axis, wherein a contact profile is formed on the support strip or the support bracket, which contact profile is arranged so that when the bayonet pin is rotated to In the coupled position, the latch projection rests on said contact profile and is thus pushed back radially with respect to the pin axis.

In principle, such a contact profile can act in a similar manner to the above-described contact ramp and prevent the rotational movement from being blocked by the latching projection hitting the edge. The essential difference between the contact profile and the contact ramp is that the contact profile does not push back the latch projections resting thereon axially with respect to the pin axis, but pushes back radially. Said latching projections are thus guided radially around the step, eg by the course of the edge of the support strip or support frame. The radial push-back can advantageously result in a restoring force acting radially on the latch projection. The radial perforation of the latch groove is designed such that the latch projection, which is pushed back radially and guided along the contact profile, can be inserted radially into the latch groove when it reaches the coupling position due to the aforementioned restoring force, but due to the It protrudes parallel to the pin axis, the latch projection still engaging axially in the latch groove.

Essentially independent of the above-described embodiments and the manner in which the latching projections enter the latching grooves, it is also preferred that the latching grooves are closed at least in the circumferential direction around the pin axis, in particular when the bayonet pin is removed from the coupling. The position is closed in the circumferential direction of the release position, so that the latching protrusions that protrude parallel to the pin axis and engage in the latching groove cannot leave the latching groove in the circumferential direction, but must first The removal from the latch groove is in particular manually carried out in the axial and/or radial direction. In this way, automatic release of the bayonet connection can be ruled out almost completely.

The assembly 11 is correspondingly used for the sash of a window, door or the like (not shown) and each comprises a pivot arm 13 designed as a scissor arm and having a support frame 15 at its strap side ends. The support frame 15 is designed in an angular shape with a leg 17 and a further leg 19 , wherein the further leg 19 abuts against the pivot arm 13 in alignment with the longitudinal extension parallel to the pivot arm 13 . 13 and securely attached thereto, while said legs 17 are aligned transversely with said longitudinal extension at an angle.

The mounting assembly 11 also accordingly includes support strips 21 designed as angle bars. The support strip 21 has a substantially sleeve-shaped support section 23 into which the bearing pins of a frame-side pivot bearing (not shown) can engage in order to mount the support strip 21 and finally the entire pivot arm 13 is mounted on the pivot bearing by the support frame 15 so as to be pivotable about the axis of rotation of the pivot bearing. The bearing strip 21 also has a plate-like coupling section 25 which is angled with respect to the bearing section 23 such that it is offset parallel to the radial alignment of the axis of rotation.

The support frame 15 and the support strip 21 can be coupled to each other by means of the bent legs 17 and the coupling section 25 . For this purpose, a bayonet connection 27 is provided, which comprises a bayonet pin 29 formed on the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 and a clip formed in the leg 17 of the support frame 15 . The mouth accommodating part 31 . The bayonet pin 29 extends along the pin axis B, and the bayonet pin is rotationally symmetric with the pin axis (see specifically FIG. 2 ).

1 , 4 , 6 , 9 and 12 , in order to close the bayonet connection portion 27 , the bayonet pin 29 is inserted axially, ie parallel to the pin axis B, into the bayonet receiving portion 31 , and then relative to the bayonet receiving portion 31 . The bayonet receiving portion 31 is rotated about the pin axis B to the coupling position shown in Figs. 1c, 4c, 6c, 9c and 12c.

In the coupled position, the form-fitting members 33 of the bayonet pins 29 engage behind the corresponding form-fitting members 35 of the bayonet receptacles 31 , with the result that the bayonet pins 29 are positively fixed against reception from the bayonet receptacles 31 . The portion 31 is axially disengaged. The form-fitting member 33 of the bayonet pin 29 is designed as two bayonet wings, which are formed by two projections protruding radially outwards diametrically opposite each other with respect to the pin axis B. The corresponding form-fitting member 35 of the bayonet receptacle 31 is formed by two undercuts which, when the bayonet pin 29 is in its coupling position, engage with the bayonet pin 29 . The mouth wings are arranged diametrically opposite each other in the same way and are thus respectively joined to the rear of the bayonet wings.

On the other hand, if the bayonet pin 29 is rotated by 90° relative to the coupling position in the release position shown in FIGS. 1a, 4a, 6a, 9a and 12a, the bayonet wings can be guided through the undercut so that the bayonet pin 29 is axially inserted into the bayonet receptacle 31 or axially removed from the bayonet receptacle 31 again to release the coupling.

In FIG. 2 , the bayonet pin 29 of the first embodiment is shown in two views from different angles, respectively. The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 , the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 , and the fifth embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 The bayonet pins 29 in this manner are each designed at least substantially identically to the bayonet pins 29 shown in FIG. 2 , at least in the design of the form-fitting elements 33 .

The bayonet pin 29 has a base section 45 with a circular shape in cross section, with two flat areas arranged radially with respect to each other. The bayonet pins 29 can be inserted together with the base section 45 into the rivet holes 47 formed (see FIGS. 7 and 10 , in which the support strips 21 of the third and fourth embodiments, respectively, are shown without bayonet pins 29), the rivet holes are designed in the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 and have a corresponding cross section, inserted and then riveted to form a fixed connection with the support strip 21 (see also Figure 13). The rigid arrangement of the bayonet pin 29 according to the invention results in particular from the cross-sectional shape of the base section 45 and the rivet hole 47 so that the bayonet pin 29 is positively locked against relative Rotation of the support strip 21 .

Since the bayonet pins 29 are arranged rigidly, in particular non-rotatably, on the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 , the entire support strip 21 must be rotated relative to the support frame 15 in order for said bayonet pins 29 to be locked in place. The mouth accommodating part 31 rotates. Figures 1a-1c, 4a-4c, 6a-6c, 9a-9c and 12a-12c illustrate the sequence of movements required to close the bayonet connection 27 for various embodiments .

In order for the bayonet pins 29 of the support strip 21 to be able to be inserted into the bayonet receptacles 31 of the support bracket 15, the support strip 21 must first be relative to the support bracket compared to the alignment direction in which these parts are ultimately coupled to each other 15 is rotated by 90° and is in the position shown in FIG. 1 a , FIG. 4 a , FIG. 6 a , FIG. 9 a or FIG. In Fig. 1b, Fig. 4b, Fig. 6b, Fig. 9b and Fig. 12b, the bayonet pin 29 has been inserted axially into the bayonet receptacle 31, but is still in the release position, so the bayonet connection 27 is not yet closed .

13。By subsequently turning the support strip 21 by 90° relative to the support frame, the bayonet pin 29 is rotated in the bayonet receptacle 31 into a coupling position in which the bayonet pin 29 of the bayonet wing is designed as a form fit The member 33 engages behind a corresponding form-fit member 35 of the bayonet receptacle 31 designed as an undercut. Figures 1c, 4c, 6c, 9c and 12c respectively show this closed state of the bayonet connection 27, wherein the bayonet pin 29 is positively coupled to the bayonet receptacle 31, so that the The support strap 21 is securely connected to the support frame 15 or the entire pivot arm 13 by means of said bayonet connection 27 .

Due to the rigid arrangement of the bayonet pin 29 on the support strip 21, the intermediate state is that said bayonet pin 29 has been inserted axially into the bayonet receptacle 31, but has not been (fully) rotated into the coupling position (see Fig. 1b, Fig. 4b, 6b, 9b or 12b), this intermediate state can be clearly distinguished from the actual closed state of the bayonet connection 27 by the alignment of the support strip 21 with respect to the support frame 15. This reliably prevents the bayonet connection 27 from being considered closed, even if the bayonet pin 29 is not yet in the coupled position. Furthermore, due to the rigid arrangement of the bayonet pins 29, no tools are advantageously required to perform the rotation, as the support strip 21 and the support bracket 15 (or the entire pivot arm 13) can be easily grasped by hand and twist each other.

From the intermediate position shown in Figures 1b, 4b, 6b, 9b and 12b, the support strip 21 in the five embodiments shown can be rotated not only to the positions of Figures 1c, 4c, 6c, 9c and 12c, but can also be rotated by 90° in the opposite direction of rotation into an alternative position, which corresponds to the additional coupling position of the bayonet pin 29 in the bayonet receptacle 31 . In this further coupling position, the two bayonet wings of the bayonet pin 29 engage just behind the two undercuts of the bayonet receptacle 31 , whereas in the coupling position shown the The bayonet wings do not engage behind the undercuts. The form-fit effect in the alternative coupling position is the same as in the coupling position shown.

Since the alternative position thus differs from the position shown by a total rotation of 180°, the bearing section 23 in said alternative position is arranged diametrically opposite to the pin axis B compared to the position shown. In this way, depending on which of the two positions the support strip 21 is rotated, the fitting assembly 11 can be configured for either a left opening or a right opening fan. The design of the support strip 21 to be mirror-symmetrical with respect to the mirror plane containing the pin axis B also contributes to this.

In all five embodiments shown, an anti-rotation member is provided between the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 and the curved leg 17 of the support frame 15, said anti-rotation member being closed at the bayonet connection 27 The support strip 21 is prevented from rotating relative to the support frame 15 at the same time. The various embodiments differ in particular in the corresponding design of these anti-rotation members.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 , the support bracket 15 has on its legs 17 latching projections 37 that protrude parallel to the pin axis B (see FIG. 3 ), while the coupling of the support strap 21 is The section 25 has two latching grooves 39, 39', corresponding respectively to said latching projections 37, and thus in particular designed to be at least substantially complementary to cooperate with each other. The latch grooves 39, 39' are arranged such that when the support strip 21 is coupled to the support frame 15 and aligned, the latch projections 37 of the support frame 15 engage in the latch grooves 39 such that The bayonet pin 29 is in its coupled position, and when the support strip 21 is coupled to the support bracket 15 and aligned, the latch projection engages in the other latch groove 39' so that all The bayonet pin 29 is in its other coupling position.

The latch projections 37 are designed integrally with the support frame 15 by embossing (see Fig. 3, where the support frame 15 of the first embodiment is shown separately). The latch grooves 39 , 39 ′ are designed as holes in the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 . Said latch projections 37 and latch grooves 39, 39' are both circular in cross-section.

Thus, when the support strip 21 inserted into the bayonet receptacle 31 via the bayonet pin 29 is rotated, the latch projection 37 does not simply hit the edge of the coupling section 25, preventing further rotation to the coupling position, which is Contact bevels 41 , 41 ′ are designed on the two respective edge portions of the segment 25 . The contact ramps 41 , 41 ′ are arranged such that the latch projection 37 abuts the contact ramp 41 when the bayonet pin 29 is rotated to the coupling position, or when the bayonet pin 29 is rotated to a further coupling In position, the latching projections 37 abut against the other contact ramp 41 ′, thereby being pushed back axially with respect to the pin axis B, respectively, and thus sliding onto the coupling section 25 . The legs 17 of the support frame 15 and the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 are mutually tensioned, so that the latch projection 37 presses the coupling section 25 until it reaches the coupling position or another coupling position automatically latches into said latch groove 39 or 39'.

The main difference between the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 and the first embodiment is that no latching protrusions are designed on the legs 17 of the support frame 15 , but latching grooves of the type described above are integrally designed 39 , and no latching grooves are designed on the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 , but latching projections 37 , 37 ′ of the type described above are designed in one piece, respectively. Since the support bracket 15 does not have latching projections (see FIG. 5 , where the support bracket 15 of the second embodiment is shown separately), it is also not necessary to design a contact bevel on the coupling section 25 . Instead, the sloping side edges of the legs 17 of the support frame 15 can act as contact ramps 41 , 41 ′ (see FIG. 5 ) in a corresponding manner as described above, in order to move the latch projections 37 , 41 ′ according to the direction of rotation. One of the 37 ′ is pushed back axially so it can slide onto the leg 17 and eventually latch into the latch groove 39 .

In the third embodiment shown in Figures 6 to 8, two latching projections 37, 37' are also provided, both of which are part of an elastic spring arrangement 43 designed as a leaf spring. The spring arrangement 43 , which is shown separately in FIG. 8 , has two curved end sections compared to the flat design of the spring arrangement 43 . The latch projections 37, 37' are formed by these curved end portions and thus protrude from the rest of the spring means 43. In order to fasten the spring means 43 , it has a hole 49 whose shape corresponds to the rivet hole 47 (see FIG. 7 ) of the support strip 21 , through which the bayonet pin 29 extends through its base section 45 . The spring device 43 thus extends completely around the base section 45 of the bayonet pin 29 . Thus, by riveting the bayonet pin 29 to the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 , the spring device 43 is caught between the bayonet pin 29 and the support strip 21 .

As can be seen in particular in FIG. 7 , in addition to the rivet holes 47 , the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 has two securing grooves 51 , 51 ′, which are provided in the latch projections 37 , 37 ′ In the region of the bayonet pin 29 in the coupling position or further coupling position is thus aligned with the latch groove 39 (with respect to the viewing direction parallel to the pin axis B). These safety grooves 51 , 51 ' allow said elastic latching if the latching projections 37 , 37 ′ abut against the legs 17 and are thus pushed back due to the rotation of the support strip 21 into the coupling position or another coupling position The protrusions 37 , 37 ′ are pushed back axially in a direction away from the legs 17 of the support frame 15 . The respective latching projection 37 or 37' can finally latch into said latching groove 39 in a resilient manner when the coupling position or a further coupling position is reached.

The ends of the spring means 43 forming the latching projections 37, 37' are also bent rearwards so that said spring means 43 also engage with their longitudinally extending ends in the safety grooves 51, 51' in the relaxed state. As a result, the spring device 43 additionally prevents twisting relative to the support strip 21 . In the coupling position or another coupling position, the spring means 43 also engage in the securing grooves 51 , 51 ′ in such a way that a latching projection 37 or 37 engaging in the latching groove 39 is formed ' at the same time engage at least partially in the corresponding safety groove 51 or 51'. Due to the small distance between the latch groove 39 and the corresponding safety groove 51 or 51 ′ from each other and the simultaneous engagement of the same end portion in both grooves, the support strip 21 can be blocked particularly reliably Rotate relative to the support frame 15 .

The main difference between the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 and the third embodiment is the shape of the elastic spring device 43 . The spring means 43 in the fourth exemplary embodiment are also designed as leaf springs, but are laterally expanded compared to the third exemplary embodiment and thus cover substantially the entire coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 . Furthermore, the end portions of the spring means 43 forming the latching projections 37, 37' are bent multiple times in different ways, a part of the section being bent backwards first, ie in the direction away from the support frame 15, in order to engage the corresponding safety recesses groove 51 or 51 ′, and the partial section adjoining it radially outwards is bent forward, ie in the direction of said support frame 15 , in order to engage into the latch groove 39 when the bayonet connection 27 is closed .

In the fourth embodiment, the safety grooves 51, 51' also have a different design compared to the third embodiment. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 10 , in which the support strip 21 is shown alone, the securing grooves 51 , 51 ′ in the fourth embodiment are not closed in the circumferential direction, but radially with respect to the pin axis B External perforation. Accordingly, the latch projections 37, 37' and latch grooves 39 may also extend further radially outwards, or be arranged radially further outwards. Due to the greater distance from said pin axis B, the anti-rotation member can withstand greater torques due to the engagement of the corresponding latch projection 37 or 37' in the latch groove 39 and can therefore be particularly safe.

In the fifth embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 , the elastic spring device 43 is not provided on the support strip 21 , but is provided on the legs 17 of the support frame 15 . The support frame 15 is shown separately in FIG. 14 , wherein the spring device 43 is shown twice in this figure, ie once the spring device is arranged on the support frame 15 and once shown separately for better differentiation. The spring device 43 is designed as a leaf spring, which is inserted into spring receptacles 53 formed on the legs 17 of the support frame 15 and is tensioned therein. The curved ends of the spring means 43 form latching projections 37 which protrude from the legs 17 in the direction of the coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 .

The coupling section 25 of the support strip 21 has two latching grooves 39 , 39 ′, which are arranged diametrically opposite each other with respect to the pin axis B of the bayonet pin 29 . The latch grooves 39 , 39 ′ are not closed circumferentially, but are perforated outwards in a radial direction relative to the pin axis B.

Furthermore, the coupling section 25 has two contact profiles 55, 55', each extending to the latch grooves 39, 39'. Said contact profiles 55 , 55 ′ are arranged such that when the support strip 21 is inserted into the bayonet receptacle 31 by means of the bayonet pin 29 and is rotated in the direction of the coupling position or another coupling position, the latching projection 37 abuts against the latching projection 37 . against the two contact contours 55 , 55 ′ and is thus pushed back radially with respect to the pin axis B. This is illustrated in particular by FIG. 13 , which shows an intermediate state in which the support strip 21 is rotated relative to the support frame 15 , wherein the latching protrusions 37 are radially deflected by the contact profile 55 . As a result, the latch projection 37 is subjected to a restoring force which pre-tensions it radially inwards so as to eventually latch into the latch groove 39 shortly before or when the coupling position is reached.

In the fifth embodiment, the latch projections 37 penetrate into the corresponding latch grooves 39 or 39' in the radial direction. However, then in the coupling position or another coupling position, the latching projections 37 (as in the other embodiments) axially engage in the corresponding latching grooves 39 or 39', positively blocking the support bar The belt 21 rotates about the pin axis B relative to the support frame 15 . In this way, the fitting assembly 11 is secured particularly securely against the self-loosening of the bayonet connection 27 .
