Compared with the existing mode that the user performs tedious setting through the APP or the intelligent water cup to realize water drinking reminding, the intelligent wearable device automatically monitors water drinking actions of the user and calculates water drinking amount, and automatically calculates water demand of the user according to user motion data, physiological data and environment data, so that the user is reminded of drinking based on the water drinking amount and the water demand, the user does not need to perform cumbersome setting operation, cost burden brought by purchasing special intelligent water cup equipment is avoided, automatic water drinking reminding for the user is realized, water drinking reminding according to actual water drinking conditions of the user is realized, accuracy of water drinking reminding is ensured, and intelligence of water drinking reminding is improved.

For example, the intelligent wearable device stores in advance a neural network model, i.e. a user action classification model, which is trained to accurately determine whether the user is performing a eating action, drinking water action or brushing action based on a bone vibration signal generated by the user's mandible moving up and down, and then, when receiving the bone vibration signal generated by the IMU inertial sensor and/or VPU bone vibration sensor during the user wearing the intelligent wearable device, the intelligent wearable device immediately invokes the user action classification model from the local and inputs the bone vibration signal into the user action classification model for the user action classification model to output the result of the eating action, drinking water action or brushing action being performed by the user.
Further, in other possible embodiments, to further improve the accuracy of determining whether the user performs the water drinking action, the smart wearable device may further collect, through the water drinking amount detection module, a sound signal when the user performs the action while wearing the smart wearable device, so as to assist in determining whether the user performs the water drinking action at the current moment based on the sound signal.

In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a drinking reminding device, where the drinking reminding device is applied to an intelligent wearable device, please refer to fig. 4, and the drinking reminding device includes:
the water drinking amount detection module 10 is used for calculating the water drinking amount of the user when the user using the intelligent wearable device is monitored to execute water drinking action;
a water demand detection module 20, configured to determine a water demand of the user according to the movement data, physiological data, and external environment data of the environment in which the user is located;
and the drinking reminding module 30 is used for outputting drinking reminding to the user according to the water drinking quantity and the water demand.
Optionally, the drinking amount detection module 10 of the drinking reminding device of the present invention is further used for:
receiving action data of the user, which are acquired in real time by each sensor in the intelligent wearable device; and determining whether the user executes the water drinking action or not according to the action data and a preset user action classification model.
Optionally, the water drinking amount detection module 10 of the water drinking reminding device is further configured to count a duration of the user performing the water drinking action, and calculate the water drinking amount of the user according to the duration.
Optionally, the motion data includes: an amount of motion, the physiological data comprising: the user's perspiration and age, the external environmental data including: ambient temperature; the water demand detection module 20 of the drinking reminding device of the invention is also used for:
and calculating the water demand of the user according to the ambient temperature, the quantity of motion of the user, the quantity of perspiration and the age.
Optionally, the drinking reminding module 30 of the drinking reminding device is further used for detecting the size relationship between the drinking amount and the water demand; and if the size relation is that the water drinking amount is smaller than the water demand amount, outputting the water drinking prompt to the user.
Optionally, the drinking reminding module 30 of the drinking reminding device is further used for recording the drinking time when the user executes the drinking action; and outputting a drinking reminder to the user according to the drinking time and the drinking quantity.
Optionally, the drinking reminding module 30 of the drinking reminding device of the present invention is further configured to:
determining a preset drinking time period to which the drinking time belongs;
determining the water demand of the user in the preset water drinking time period according to the motion data and the physiological data of the user in the preset water drinking time period and the external environment data of the environment where the user is located;
detecting the size relation between the water drinking amount and the water demand of the user in the preset water drinking time period;
and if the size relation is that the water drinking amount is smaller than the water drinking amount of the user in the preset water drinking time period, outputting the water drinking prompt to the user in the preset ending time period of the preset water drinking time period.
The expansion content of the specific implementation mode of the drinking reminding device is basically the same as that of each embodiment of the drinking reminding method, and is not repeated here.

In addition, the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium is stored with a drinking reminding program, and the drinking reminding program realizes the steps of the drinking reminding method when being executed by a processor.

determining the water demand of the user according to the motion data, physiological data and external environment data of the environment where the user is located;
outputting a drinking reminder to the user according to the drinking amount and the water demand;
the judging method for the user to execute the water drinking action comprises the following steps:
deep learning is carried out on the basis of the signal characteristics of each of the sound signal and the bone vibration signal to obtain a classification model, wherein the sound signal and the bone vibration signal are respectively the sound signal and the bone vibration signal generated when a user performs actions in the process of wearing the intelligent wearable device;
when determining whether the user performs the water drinking action, the collected bone vibration signals and the collected sound signals are used as the input of the classification model at the same time, and whether the user performs the water drinking action is judged.
2. The water drinking reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the water drinking reminding method further comprises:
receiving action data of the user, which are acquired in real time by each sensor in the intelligent wearable device;
and determining whether the user is monitored to execute the water drinking action or not according to the action data and a preset user action classification model.
3. The drinking-reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the drinking amount of the user comprises:
and counting the duration of the user executing the water drinking action, and calculating the water drinking quantity of the user according to the duration.
4. The water consumption reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the exercise data includes an amount of exercise, the physiological data includes an amount of perspiration and an age of the user, and the external environment data includes an environment temperature;
the step of determining the water demand of the user according to the motion data, the physiological data and the external environment data of the environment of the user comprises the following steps:
and calculating the water demand of the user according to the ambient temperature, the quantity of motion of the user, the quantity of perspiration and the age.
5. The drinking water reminder method of claim 1, wherein the step of outputting a drinking water reminder to the user according to the amount of water consumed and the amount of water required includes:
detecting the size relation between the water drinking amount and the water demand amount;
and if the size relation is that the water drinking amount is smaller than the water demand amount, outputting the water drinking prompt to the user.
6. The drinking water reminding method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the drinking water reminding method further comprises:
recording the drinking time when the user executes the drinking action;
and outputting a drinking reminding to the user according to the drinking time and the drinking quantity.
7. The drinking water reminder method of claim 6 wherein the step of outputting a drinking water reminder to the user based on the drinking time and the drinking amount comprises:
determining a preset drinking time period to which the drinking time belongs;
determining the water demand of the user in the preset water drinking time period according to the motion data and the physiological data of the user in the preset water drinking time period and the external environment data of the environment where the user is located;
detecting the size relation between the water drinking amount and the water demand of the user in the preset water drinking time period;
and if the size relation is that the water drinking amount is smaller than the water drinking amount of the user in the preset water drinking time period, outputting the water drinking prompt to the user in the preset ending time period of the preset water drinking time period.
