The silane coupling agent has the silane oxygen group with reactivity to inorganic matters and the organic functional group with reactivity or compatibility to organic matters. When the silane coupling agent is between the inorganic and organic interfaces, a bonding layer of organic matrix-silane coupling agent-inorganic matrix can be formed, improving the bonding force with the basal plane. Meanwhile, the silane coupling agent can penetrate through the cementing surface and penetrate into the concrete to perform chemical reaction with air exposed in the environment and water molecules in the substrate to form a water repellent treatment layer, so that the water is inhibited from entering, and the protective service life of the concrete is prolonged. Preferably one or a combination of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma- (2, 3-glycidoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and gamma-aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane.
The organic colorant can change the color of the waterproof material, so that the painted base surface has certain colority. Preferably one or a combination of isoindolone, azo pigment, phthalocyanine, anthraquinone and thioindigo.
The antioxidant can improve the ultraviolet resistance effect of the silane long-acting protective agent, prevent the material from being oxidized to a certain extent, and prolong the service life. Preferably one or a combination of tea polyphenol, flavonoid, butyl hydroxy anisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene and tert-butyl hydroquinone, and more preferably tert-butyl hydroquinone.
The antiseptic can improve the corrosion resistance of the silane waterproof material, reduce the corrosion of moisture and salt compounds to the reinforcing steel bar structure in the concrete, and prolong the service life of the concrete. Preferably one or a combination of sodium benzoate, nitrite and compound amino alcohol, and more preferably compound amino alcohol.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) the alkanesilane, the silane coupling agent, the organic colorant, the antioxidant and the preservative were each weighed in parts by weight.
(2) Firstly, pouring the weighed silane coupling agent and the weighed organic colorant into a stirring container, and mixing and stirring for 10-30 min under an electric stirrer with the rotating speed of 100-500 r/min to ensure that the coupling agent can be fully grafted to the organic colorant; and then pouring the alkane silane, the antioxidant and the preservative into a stirring container, and continuously mixing and stirring for 5-20 min under an electric stirrer.
(3) Pouring out the mixture to obtain the colored silane waterproof material.
The beneficial results of the invention are:
(1) the color is adjustable: red, yellow, blue, black, etc.
(2) The flushing resistance is good: the waterproof material is continuously washed for 5000 times, and the color is not changed;
(3) strong permeability: the penetration depth of the concrete below C40 is more than or equal to 5mm, and the penetration depth of the concrete between C40 and C50 is more than or equal to 3 mm;
(4) the silane waterproof material has good concrete protection effect, the water absorption rate of concrete is less than 5%, and the chloride absorption reduction effect is more than 90%; and the raw materials used for preparation are common, the cost is low, the method is simple and convenient, and the construction difficulty coefficient is small.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The starting materials used in the examples are commercially available, and the experimental procedures are conventional unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
N-octyl triethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, isoindolone, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol in a mass ratio of 90: 10: 0.1: 0.2: 0.2 was weighed. Firstly, pouring gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane and isoindolinone into a stirring container for mixing and stirring, then pouring n-octyl triethoxy silane, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol into the stirring container for continuous stirring, and obtaining the silane waterproof material with colority.
The specific silane waterproof material has the following properties:

Dodecyl triethoxysilane, gamma-aminoethyl aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, azo pigment, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol according to the mass ratio of 92: 8: 0.2: 0.2: 0.3 was weighed. Firstly, pouring gamma-aminoethyl aminopropyl trimethoxy silane and azo pigment into a stirring container for mixing and stirring, then pouring dodecyl triethoxy silane, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol into the stirring container for continuous stirring, and obtaining the chromatic silane waterproof material.
The specific silane waterproof material has the following properties:

Isobutyl triethoxysilane, gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane, phthalocyanine, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol in a mass ratio of 94: 6: 0.3: 0.3: 0.5 was weighed. Firstly, pouring gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and phthalocyanine into a stirring container for mixing and stirring, then pouring isobutyl triethoxy silane, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol into the stirring container for continuously stirring, and obtaining the silane waterproof material with colority.
The specific silane waterproof material has the following properties:

Dodecyl triethoxysilane, n-octyl triethoxysilane, gamma-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane, azo pigments, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol in a mass ratio of 45: 45: 10: 0.3: 0.2: 0.6 was weighed. Firstly, pouring gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and azo pigment into a stirring container for mixing and stirring, then pouring dodecyl triethoxysilane, n-octyl triethoxysilane, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol into the stirring container for continuous stirring, and obtaining the silane waterproof material with colority.
The specific silane waterproof material has the following properties:

Methyl triethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, isoindolone, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol in a mass ratio of 90: 10: 0.1: 0.2: 0.2 was weighed. Dodecyl triethoxysilane, gamma-aminoethyl aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, iron oxide red, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol in a mass ratio of 92: 8: 0.2: 0.2: 0.3 was weighed. Firstly, pouring gamma-aminoethyl aminopropyl trimethoxy silane and iron oxide red into a stirring container for mixing and stirring, then pouring dodecyl triethoxy silane, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol into the stirring container for continuous stirring, and obtaining the chromatic silane waterproof material.
The specific silane waterproof material has the following properties:

Dodecyl triethoxysilane, iron oxide red, tert-butyl hydroquinone and compound amino alcohol according to the mass ratio of 100: 0.2: 0.2: 0.3 was weighed. And pouring the dodecyl triethoxysilane, the iron oxide red, the tert-butyl hydroquinone and the compound amino alcohol into a stirring container to be stirred, thus obtaining the colorful silane waterproof material.
The specific silane waterproof material has the following properties:
comparing example 1 with example 5, it can be seen that the non-alkane silane (methyl triethoxysilane) used in example 5, the performance test results show that the penetration depth, the chloride absorption reducing effect, the concrete water absorption and other performances of the waterproof material are all reduced, and the surface color is affected after 3000 times of continuous washing, further highlighting the necessity of the alkane silane in the present invention.
Comparing example 1 with example 6, it can be seen that in example 6, the silane coupling agent is not added, and the colorability of the waterproof material is changed after being brushed with the waterproof material for 1000 times, which further indicates that the bonding force between the colorant and the substrate is increased by the presence of the coupling agent, so that the colorability of the substrate can be maintained for a long time.
Comparing example 2, example 7 and example 8 it can be seen that both examples 7 and 8 use inorganic pigments. Compared with organic pigments, the binding force between the inorganic pigment and a base surface is reduced, and the washing resistance is obviously reduced; meanwhile, the addition of the inorganic pigment also has a certain influence on the protective performance of the waterproof material, and the penetration depth, the chloride absorption reduction effect, the concrete water absorption rate and other performances are reduced.
It can also be seen from the comparison of example 7 and example 8 that the presence of the coupling agent, whether an inorganic pigment or an organic pigment, has an effect on the improvement of the scouring resistance of the water repellent material. In addition, after the silane coupling agent is added, the waterproof effect of the material is improved (the water absorption is reduced, the penetration depth and the chloride absorption reduction effect are increased), because the silane coupling agent can penetrate through the cementing surface and penetrate into the concrete to perform chemical reaction with air exposed in the environment and water molecules in the substrate to form a water repellent treatment layer, so that the water is further inhibited from entering, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
Claims (7)
1. The silane waterproof material with colority is characterized by comprising the following specific components: 80-95 parts of an alkane silane; 5-15 parts of a silane coupling agent; 0.1-0.5 part of organic colorant; 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant; 0.1-1 part of preservative.
2. The colored silane waterproofing material according to claim 1, wherein said alkylsilane is one or a combination of isobutyltriethoxysilane, n-octyltriethoxysilane, isooctyltriethoxysilane, decyltriethoxysilane, dodecyltriethoxysilane, hexadecyltriethoxysilane.
3. The colored silane waterproof material of claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is one or a combination of γ -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, γ - (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, γ -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, γ -mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, and γ -aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane.
4. The colored silane waterproof material of claim 1, wherein the organic colorant is one or a combination of isoindolone, azo pigment, phthalocyanine, anthraquinone and thioindigo.
5. The colored silane waterproof material of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is one or a combination of tea polyphenol, flavonoids, butyl hydroxy anisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene and tert-butyl hydroquinone.
6. The colored silane waterproof material of claim 1, wherein the preservative is one or a combination of sodium benzoate, nitrite and compound amino alcohol.
7. The method for preparing a silane waterproof material with colority according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively weighing the alkane silane, the silane coupling agent, the organic colorant, the antioxidant and the preservative according to the parts by weight;
(2) firstly, pouring the weighed silane coupling agent and the weighed organic colorant into a stirring container, and mixing and stirring for 10-30 min under an electric stirrer with the rotating speed of 100-500 r/min to ensure that the organic colorant can be fully grafted onto the coupling agent; then pouring the alkane silane, the antioxidant and the preservative into a stirring container, and continuously mixing and stirring for 5-20 min under an electric stirrer;
(3) pouring out the mixture to obtain the colored silane waterproof material.
