Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical coatings, and particularly relates to a colorful artistic coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The domestic art paint market is crazy to increase at a speed of more than 40% of the increase rate per year on average, and the product effect and the quality of most of the prior art paints are seriously homogenized. The construction is simple and diversified, the requirements on constructors and tools are low, the artistic coating perfectly combining personalized research and promotion effects and simple and diversified construction has wide market prospect.
At present, when the existing colorful artistic coating obtained by simple construction processes (such as spraying, brushing, patting and batch coating) is applied to interior wall decoration, the characteristics of fineness, softness and viewing resistance are difficult to realize, and the possible reason is that in order to improve the storage stability of the colorful coating and prevent color points from layering and sinking, an alkali swelling thickener, hydroxyethyl cellulose or a polyurethane thickener are usually added into the coating to improve the viscosity of the coating. However, the alkali swelling thickener, hydroxyethyl cellulose or polyurethane thickener have strong hydrophilicity, which can affect the water resistance of the colorful coating, and the coating can turn white and foam when meeting water.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a colorful artistic paint. The colorful artistic coating is suitable for interior decoration, has simple and easy construction diversity, can be matched with color paste randomly for color mixing, and has the effects of rich, fine, soft and durable textures when being applied to interior wall decoration.
A multicolor art coating comprises the following raw materials by weight: 10-40% of acrylic emulsion, 0.1-2% of protective adhesive and 0.1-5% of thickening agent, wherein the protective adhesive is selected from lithium magnesium silicate, and the thickening agent is selected from one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydrophobically modified alkali swelling thickening agent and polyurethane thickening agent.
The acrylic emulsion has excellent color retention, weather resistance of light retention and acid and alkali resistance, various raw materials, great selectivity and relatively low price, and the water-based acrylic emulsion is almost adopted in the interior and exterior wall building coating. The acrylic emulsion has a thickening effect, but the thickening effect of the acrylic emulsion is difficult to control, and the acrylic emulsion is not beneficial to the stable storage of the colorful artistic coating.
The main mineral component of the lithium magnesium silicate protective glue is hectorite, which is a trioctahedral layered silicate mineral and is a two-dimensional nano mineral material, and a unit cell consists of two layers of Si-O tetrahedrons and one layer of Mg- (O.OH) trioctahedral sandwiched between the two layers of Si-O tetrahedrons. The lithium magnesium silicate protective glue is added into the acrylic emulsion, and polyacrylic acid molecular chains in the acrylic emulsion penetrate through the layered structure of the lithium magnesium silicate, so that the thickening effect of the acrylic emulsion is more stable, and the color art coating is stable to store.
The hydroxyethyl cellulose, the hydrophobically modified alkali swelling thickener or the polyurethane thickener molecules and the interaction between the emulsion and the surface of pigment particles form a reversible net structure, and the layered silicate minerals in the lithium-magnesium silicate protective adhesive are adsorbed on the surface of hydrophilic groups in the thickener, so that the water resistance of the colorful artistic coating is improved, and the problems of whitening and bubbling of the colorful artistic coating when meeting water are solved.
Preferably, the acrylic emulsion has a minimum film forming temperature of 15 to 30 ℃.
The lowest film-forming temperature of the acrylic emulsion selected by the invention is low, so that the prepared coating can be directly and simply constructed at room temperature, and is favorable for forming a uniform coating.
Preferably, the lithium magnesium silicate is selected from LAPONITE S482.
Preferably, the thickening agent is one or two of hydrophobically modified hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydrophobically modified alkali swelling thickening agent.
The hydrophobic modified thickener is selected to be beneficial to reducing the hydrophilic performance of the coating, and the problems of whitening and foaming of the colorful artistic coating when meeting water and the like are solved.
Preferably, the multicolor art coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.3 to 0.5 percent of preservative.
Preferably, the preservative is selected from the group consisting of cason, BIT, or a mixture of both.
The preservative adopted by the invention penetrates through the layered structure of the lithium magnesium silicate, so that the thickening property of the lithium magnesium silicate is enhanced, and meanwhile, the corrosion resistance of the kaempferol is enhanced by the lithium magnesium silicate.
Preferably, the casone is selected from the monovalent salt casone.
Preferably, the antifreezing agent is 0.5-2%, and the wetting agent is 0.2-1%.
Preferably, the antifreeze agent is selected from FT-68.
Preferably, the wetting agent is selected from nonionic alkyl polyoxyethylene ethers.
According to the invention, the anti-freezing agent and the wetting agent are added into the coating, and both the anti-freezing agent and the wetting agent adopt surfactants, so that the binding force and interaction between the lithium magnesium silicate and the acrylic emulsion, and between the thickening agent and the preservative are promoted, and the prepared coating is more exquisite, soft and durable, and has better corrosion resistance, stain resistance and stability.
Preferably, the multicolor art coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-10% of filler, 1-3% of film forming additive, 0.1-0.5% of pH regulator, 0.5-2% of dispersant, 0.1-1% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.
Preferably, the filler is selected from one or more of titanium dioxide, talcum powder, heavy calcium, kaolin and mica powder.
Preferably, the coalescing agent is selected from Coasol 290 Plus.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent is selected from one of NaOH or AMP 95.
Preferably, the dispersant is selected from polymeric dispersants.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is selected from one or more of a mineral oil defoaming agent and a silicone surfactant.
A preparation method of the multicolor art coating comprises the following steps:
