Description

Connecting device of bottom plate and mooring base
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ship outfitting, and particularly relates to a connecting device of a bottom plate and a mooring base, which is particularly used for mounting an external equipment bottom plate on a helicopter deck.
Background
A certain number of mooring seats are often arranged on the helicopter deck of a ship, so that the ship-borne helicopter is fixed on the helicopter deck by mooring rigging, and the structure of the mooring seats is shown in fig. 1.
At present, in order to meet the requirements of multifunctional and unmanned ship-to-ship execution tasks, when a ship executes a specific task, a specific container or equipment needs to be connected and fixed on a helicopter deck through a bottom plate, and the equipment is ensured to be in a stable working state. When the ship sails on the sea or stays still, under the action of sea waves and sea wind, particularly under a high sea condition, the equipment can bear loads in all directions along with the movement of the ship body, and the loads are large. Mooring rigging for helicopters is not suitable for such equipment performing specific tasks. Therefore, there is currently a lack of a convenient and load-bearing connection device on a vessel for attaching and securing equipment to a deck surface.
In addition, the helicopter deck surface needs to be kept complete and not damaged, the traditional modes of welding, drilling and the like can not be adopted, and certain difficulty exists in the realization of the connection of the bottom plate and the helicopter deck. Therefore, the fastening function achieved by the connection device of the external equipment bottom plate and the mooring hole by using the inherent mooring seat on the deck is promising and practical.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connecting device, which is used for connecting a bottom plate of an external device to the upper parts of a plurality of mooring holes covered by the bottom plate on the premise of not damaging a deck surface, so that the bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the deck surface of a helicopter to perform tasks under a stable working condition. The device is required to be compact in structure, sufficient in bearing capacity, strong in reliability and detachable.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a connecting device of a base plate and a mooring base, comprising: upper part, lower part (with hook-shaped bent piece); the upper part is fixed on a bottom plate of the external equipment; the center of the upper part is provided with a stud, the center of the lower part is provided with a bolt hole, and the upper part and the lower part are connected through a bolt so as to limit the relative displacement of the upper part and the lower part; the lower part is provided with a hook-shaped bent piece which is connected with the mooring seat through rotation.
Further, the upper part is fixed to a bottom plate of an external device by means of bolts or thrust blocks;
furthermore, a stud is arranged in the center of the upper part, a bolt hole is arranged in the center of the lower part, and the upper part and the lower part are connected through a bolt by adopting a coarse thread so as to limit the relative displacement of the upper part and the lower part;
furthermore, the lower part is provided with four hook-shaped bent pieces which are connected with the mooring seat in a rotating mode; further, the connecting means are applied at each mooring seat covered by the floor.
Further, the connecting device of the base plate and the mooring base is characterized in that the upper part is provided with a bolt hole, a handle and a stud at the center, can be fixed on the base plate of the external equipment in a bolt or thrust block mode, and can be connected with the lower part through a bolt.
Further, the connecting device of the base plate and the mooring base is characterized in that the lower part is provided with four hook-shaped bent pieces and a bolt hole at the center. The stress concentration part of the hook-shaped bent piece adopts fillet treatment. After the four hook-shaped bent pieces of the lower part simultaneously extend into the four holes of the mooring seat, the lower part is connected with the mooring seat through rotation, and horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the lower part relative to the mooring seat can be prevented. Can be connected to the upper part by means of bolt holes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical beneficial effects that:
the technical gap of the connecting device at the deck of the helicopter at present is filled, and the traditional mooring rigging for the ship-based helicopter is not universal for various devices for executing specific tasks. The connecting device is suitable for various external devices needing to be installed on the deck surface of the helicopter. The device has compact structure, strong reliability and is detachable. When the mooring seat is used for each mooring seat covered by the bottom plate, the required bearing capacity can be met under a high sea condition, and the equipment is ensured to be in a stable working condition.
Drawings
The connecting device of the bottom plate and the mooring base is provided by the following embodiments and the attached drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a mooring stand on a helicopter deck;
FIG. 2 is a front view of the device prior to installation;
FIG. 3 is a block diagram of the apparatus after installation;
fig. 4 illustrates the mounting principle of the invention at the mooring base (as exemplified by a single hook-like bend).
Detailed Description
A floor to mooring attachment and the installation thereof of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The connecting device of the bottom plate and the mooring base of the embodiment of the invention mainly comprises an upper part 1 and a lower part 2, as shown in figure 2. The upper part 1 is provided with a bolt hole, a handle and a stud at the center, the lower part 2 is provided with a bolt hole at the center and is provided with four hook-shaped bending pieces 3, the arrangement positions of the hook-shaped bending pieces 3 are shown in figure 3, and figure 3 illustrates the structure of the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 after being fastened through bolts.
For each mooring base covered by the external equipment bottom plate, a set of connecting device is selected, and the following installation process is adopted: the four hook-like bent parts 3 of each lower part are respectively inserted into the four holes of the mooring seat shown in fig. 1 to ensure that the lower part 2 is aligned with the central axis of the mooring seat, and the lower part 2 is rotated around the central axis in the horizontal plane in a manner shown in fig. 4 to be clamped with the mooring seat structure, so that the horizontal and vertical displacements of the lower part 2 relative to the mooring seat are limited. Next, the center bolt of each upper part 1 is screwed into the center bolt hole of the corresponding lower part 2, and tightened. Finally, the individual upper parts 1 are adjusted and the base plate of the external device is fixed to the upper parts 1 by means of bolts or thrust blocks or the like. At the moment, the external equipment bottom plate is fixedly connected with a helicopter deck with a mooring seat through the connecting device, and the equipment can execute specific tasks when the ship is in a static parking or sailing process.
Through the design, the connecting device of the bottom plate and the mooring seat can quickly connect and fix the external equipment on the helicopter deck surface on the premise of not damaging the deck surface.
The invention has the advantages that the connecting device has compact structure, strong reliability, strong bearing capacity, detachability, simple and efficient installation process, strong universality and no damage to the deck surface.
The embodiments are described in detail in order to better explain the principles of the invention and its practical applications, thereby enabling others skilled in the art to best utilize the invention.
