Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pull-out guide having a fixed rail and a running rail which can be moved relative to the rail, wherein optionally an intermediate rail can be provided between the running rail and the rail, wherein a fastening part is fixed to the running rail on or in the front end portion of the running rail, on which fastening part a connecting part for fixing a drawer system is arranged; a piece of furniture or household appliance is also provided.
Background
WO 2016/177732 discloses a device for fixing drawers, in which an adjusting mechanism with a web adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the rail is arranged on the outside on the rail of the pull-out guide and can be connected to a clamping device on the drawer. This allows a high retention force to be transmitted between the drawer and the pull-out guide, but the device requires a considerable amount of installation space and numerous components are required to secure the drawer to the pull-out guide.
DE 10 2018 108 647 A1 discloses a pull-out guide in which two different fastening means are provided for fixing the sliding element, so that different sliding elements can be fixed to the extension guide. For this purpose, a plug is inserted at one end of the rail, which plug can be connected to the respective pushing element via a further fastening means. This design makes the structure compact, but there is the problem that the assembled drawer will in some cases also be used with Push-to-open fittings, wherein the drawer is pushed from the closed position into the over-pushed position into the body in order to unlock the ejector device. Thus, the closed position must be located at a predetermined distance from the main body. However, the panel gap between the front panel and the furniture body cannot be adjusted with the stopper.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a pull-out guide which can be used flexibly and which secures a drawer in a compact design.
This object is achieved by a pull-out guide having the features of claim 1.
In the pull-out guide according to the invention, the fastening part is fixed to the running rail on or in the end section, in particular the front end section, and the connecting part for fixing the drawer system is arranged on the fastening part, which is held adjustably relative to the fastening part in the longitudinal direction of the running rail. Thus, via adjustment of the connecting member relative to the fastening member, the aperture gap (Blendenspalt) can be changed and the position of the drawer relative to the furniture body can be adjusted. The arrangement of the fastening and connecting elements on or in the end sections of the running rail also results in a compact design, since the elements are arranged completely on the end sections of the running rail and protrude only slightly perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the running rail. First and second fastening means are provided on the movable running rail, each fastening means being designed for fixing a drawer element, optionally fastening a first drawer or a second drawer to the movable rail, the first drawer and the second drawer being different drawer systems. By providing the first and second attachment means to the movable (verfahrbar) running rail, the pull-out guide can be used in a more versatile manner, in particular different drawer systems can be mounted to the movable running rail.
Drawer systems may be substantially divided into four main drawer systems.
The first set of drawer systems includes those drawers that are mounted on pull-out guides using so-called clip assemblies. In this case, the pull-out guide generally has at least one vertical spindle in the front region of the pull-out guide, which spindle protrudes into the receptacle of the drawer. The group is defined as a push-in drawer system.
The second set of drawer systems includes at least those drawers in which the pull-out guides protrude into the frame. The frame is typically a structure made up of a plurality of metal parts with cavities to accommodate the pull-out guides. The frame may have a different configuration and may also have other materials (e.g., glass) as decorative elements. The drawer is usually assembled by sliding it, wherein connecting elements are arranged in the front region of the frame to connect the frame in the cavity with the pull-out guide. The group is defined as a system drawer system.
The third set of drawer systems includes those drawers with frames located laterally adjacent to the pull-out guides and drawer bottoms located above the pull-out guides. The frame is typically a structure made up of a plurality of metal parts. The frame may have a different configuration and may also have other materials (e.g., glass) as decorative elements. The assembly of the drawer is usually done by sliding it and concerning the arrangement of the connecting elements on the front area of the frame in order to connect the frame with the pull-out guide. The group is defined as a floor system drawer system.
The fourth set of drawer systems includes those drawers with frames located laterally adjacent to the pull-out guides and drawer bottoms located above the pull-out guides. The frame is typically made of wood or other profiles, but the frame may also be a structure consisting of a plurality of metal parts. The frame may have a different configuration and may also have other materials (e.g., glass) as decorative elements. The assembly of the drawer is typically accomplished by sliding it. The main thing here is that a separate manually mountable coupling unit in the front region below the drawer bottom has to be fitted to the drawer, which establishes a connection with the pull-out guide. The drawer itself does not have a coupling interface in the front region for connection to the pull-out guide. The group is defined as a floor drawer system.
The connection to at least two of these drawer systems is combined by fastening elements of corresponding geometry in accordance with the objects of the invention.
Preferably, guide means are formed on the fastening member and the connecting member for linearly guiding the connecting member during adjustment, thereby ensuring that the drawer is stably fixed to the connecting member at different adjustment positions. The adjusting means may be designed for stepless adjustment of the connecting member, so that the position of the drawer relative to the main body may be fine-tuned. For this purpose, the adjusting device may have, for example, a rotatable knurled nut which interacts with a threaded rod. In this case, the rotatable knurled nut may be designed to be non-displaceable in the axial direction to move the threaded rod, or the threaded rod may be designed to be non-displaceable to move the knurled nut. However, other adjustment means may be provided, such as eccentric or worm gear discs (Schneckenscheibe) or wedge sliding arrangements.
Preferably, the at least two fastening means are arranged on different sides of the connecting part, in particular on opposite sides. This allows the connection to the drawer to be made on different sides.
The at least two fastening means may optionally be formed by a latch opening, a latch protrusion, a rack and/or a clamping surface.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening element is designed as a plug which is inserted into the end section of the running rail. This facilitates assembly, whereby the plug can be secured in the running rail in a clamping or latching manner. The depth of insertion may be limited by a collar or stop.
Preferably, the threaded rod is integrally formed on the connecting part, so that the adjusting device can be provided with only a few parts. Alternatively, the threaded rod may also be integrally formed on the fastening member.
For stable guidance, the connecting part can have a guide rod which engages in a guide channel on the fastening part, which guide channel is preferably arranged inside the running rail. This allows the running rail to support the guide passage on the outer periphery and ensures stable guidance of the guide rod of the connecting member.
The running rail is preferably generally U-shaped in cross section with a slot formed between the legs of the U. The adjustment means may be located outside the hollow chamber of the running rail adjacent to the slot so that the user does not have to engage in the slot, but rather the adjustment means, such as a knurled nut, arranged outside the hollow chamber of the running rail may be turned. In this case, in the retracted position, the adjusting device may be covered by the guide rail, so that the adjusting process is only possible if the guide rail is at least partially extended. This allows an optimal use of the installation space between the running rail and the guide rail in order to accommodate the adjustment mechanism substantially within the profile of the extension guide.
Preferably, the connection member has at least one integrally formed latch protrusion for securing the drawer. A latch tab, opening, toothed rack, clamping surface or other fastening means for securing the drawer may additionally or alternatively be provided on the connecting member. A plurality of consecutive latch projections or openings may also be arranged on the connecting member to enable the drawer to be secured prior to the final assembly position. Preferably, at least two spaced-apart fastening means are provided on the connecting part, by means of which two different drawers can be fixed to the pull-out guide, for example a first drawer having a side frame and a rear wall made of wood material, and a second drawer, the side frame being designed as a hollow chamber frame or as a frame having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced apart from the inner wall.
In the pull-out guide according to the invention, the ejector device is preferably fixed to the guide rail, which has a drive which is preloaded by means of an accumulator and by means of which the running rail can be ejected after unlocking the ejector device, for which purpose the web-shaped actuator is fixed to the running rail. Instead of the ejector, a retraction device can also be mounted on the guide rail, by means of which the running rail can be retracted into the closed position immediately before the closed position is reached.

Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2, on the opposite side walls of which are mounted pull-out guides 3 for movably holding one or more drawers 4. Optionally, the drawer 4 can here be moved via a pull-in device or alternatively via an ejector device to assist the user.
Fig. 2 and 3 show the pull-out guide 3 between the furniture carcass 2 and the drawer 4 in detail. The pull-out guide 3 comprises a guide rail 5 which can be fixed to the furniture body 2 and on which the running rail 6 is movably held, but optionally one or more intermediate rails extending the pull-out guide can also be provided between the guide rail 5 and the running rail 6.
A mounting device 10 for fixing the drawer 4 to the front region is arranged on the front face of the running rail 6. The mounting device 10 comprises an externally accessible connection part 11 on which a protruding latch projection 17 is formed, which interacts with other fastening means in order to fix the drawer 4 of the first design. Opposite the latch protrusion 17, a latch opening 40 is provided on the connection part 11 for fixing a drawer of the second design. A protruding hook 7 is integrally formed in the rear region of the running rail 6. The fastening device for fixing the drawer can be designed, for example, as disclosed in DE 10 2018 108 647 A1.
Between the guide rail 5 and the running rail 6 there is also arranged an ejector device 9, which ejector device 9 has a housing 90 fixed to the guide rail 5, on which housing 90 a guide rail for a movable drive 91 is formed, which can be coupled to the web-shaped actuator 8 on the running rail 6. The drive 91 is preloaded via an accumulator, which is arranged in the cartridge 92. In the closed position, the drive 91 can be locked when the force accumulator is tensioned and can be unlocked by pressing the drawer 4 into the furniture carcass 2 to an overpressure position, in order then to eject the drawer 4 in the opening direction by the force of the force accumulator.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the mounting device 10 with the connecting part 11 and the fastening part 12 is located essentially in the mounting space between the running rail 6 and the guide rail 5.
In fig. 4, the pull-out guide 3 is shown in an exploded view and it can be seen that the mounting device 10 has a fastening part 12 which is designed as a plug which can be inserted into the hollow chamber of the running rail 6. The connecting part 11 is adjustably held on the fastening part 12.
The housing 90 of the ejector device 9 is also fixed to the guide rail 5 in order to eject the actuator 8 fixed to the running rail 6 via the driver 91. Instead of the ejector means 9, retraction means can also be provided on the pull-out guide 3 if the drawer is not ejected from the furniture carcass 2.
In fig. 5, the mounting device 10 is shown in detail, comprising a fastening part 12 fixed to the running rail 6 and an adjustable connection part 11. The fastening part 12 comprises a plug which can be inserted into the hollow chamber of the running rail 6, wherein a protruding collar 19 is formed at the end of the plug, which forms a stop and limits the insertion depth. A guide channel 16 is formed in the plug, in which guide channel the guide rod 15 of the connecting part 11 engages, which guide rod is engaged by the fastening part 12. In the extension of the guide rod 15, facing away from the fastening part 12, a receptacle 18 is formed, which protrudes from the running rail 6 and on the outside of which a protruding latching projection 17 is formed. The drawer can be fixed to the receiving portion 18 and the latching projection 17 by means of fastening means, preferably a plurality of different fastening means are provided on the connecting part 11, so that different types of drawers 4 can be fixed to the connecting part 11. The threaded rod 14 is formed integrally with the connecting part 11, which is aligned parallel to the longitudinal direction of the running rail 6, but is arranged outside the hollow chamber of the running rail 6. A knurled nut 13 is screwed onto the threaded rod 14, which is rotatably mounted on the threaded rod 14 but is held between the eyelet 22 and the forming body 24 in the longitudinal direction in a free space 23 formed on the fastening member 12, wherein an end face of the knurled nut 13 is in contact with one side of each of the eyelet 22 and the forming body 24. The shaped body 24 is formed with an opening 25 in which a projection 26 on the connecting part 11 engages and limits the adjustment travel of the connecting part 11 in the longitudinal direction. An end portion 21 is provided on the shaped body 24 towards the front, in which a receptacle 20 is formed for inserting the threaded rod 14. The threaded rod 14 is thus guided in the receptacle 20 and the eyelet 22.
In fig. 6, the mounting device 10 is shown in an end position, in which the connecting part 11 is inserted into the fastening part 12 at a maximum insertion position. The guide rod 15 protrudes beyond the fastening part 12 and the connecting part 11 rests against the collar 19, which forms a stop for the connecting part 11.
If the gap between the front panel of the drawer 4 and the end face of the side wall of the furniture body 2 is to be adjusted, the knurled nut 13 can be turned in the free space 23 of the fastening part 12. However, such an adjustment operation can only take place when the running rail 6 is arranged in an at least slightly open position, since according to fig. 2, in the retracted position of the pull-out guide, the knurled nut is arranged hidden between the running rail 6 and the guide rail 5.
In fig. 7, similar to fig. 6, the connection member 11 is shown in a maximally retracted position in the fastening member 12. By turning the knurled nut 13, the threaded rod 14 can be moved to move the connecting member 11 relative to the fastening member 12, as shown in fig. 8. The threaded rod 14 has been moved together with the connecting part 11 in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 6, so that the position of the drawer 4 relative to the furniture carcass 2 is adjusted. If the knurled nut 13 is further turned, the connection member 11 can be moved further away from the fastening member 12 as shown in fig. 9. The drawer can then be further removed from the furniture body 2, wherein in the position shown in fig. 9 the projection 26 has reached the stop of the opening 25. Even in this position, the connecting member 11 is stably held on the fastening member 12 via the guide rod 15.
In the embodiment shown, the threaded rod 14 is integrally formed on the connecting part 11. Of course, it is also possible to form a threaded rod on the fastening part 12, to which a knurled nut is then screwed, which threaded rod is arranged on the connecting part 11.
The pull-out guide 3 may comprise a self-closing device, not shown here, with a guide element for a drive, which can be coupled to an actuator fixed to one of the rails. The actuator is biasable to a retracted position via the accumulator to maintain the drawer system in a closed position via coupling with the actuator. The self-closing mechanism may further comprise a damper for braking the drawer system during the closing movement. Optionally, another or additional drive mechanism (e.g., ejector means 9) may be provided on the pull-out guide 3.
