Abstract

The invention relates to a printing machine color management method and system based on a cloud server. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a color profile of each printing machine; determining a dot compensation curve and an equipment color characteristic curve of a corresponding printing machine according to a color characteristic file and a printing color standard of the printing machine; acquiring color data of a file to be printed; correcting the color data of the file to be printed according to the dot compensation curve and the equipment color characteristic curve of the printing machine; and (4) carrying out plate making and printing on the corrected file to be printed by the CTP plate making machine and the printing machine. The invention can ensure the quality of printed products and reduce the input cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ink-jet printing, in particular to a printer color management method and system based on a cloud server.
Background
The standardization of equipment process indexes refers to that special ink, paper and plate materials (universal consumable materials) meeting international standards are adopted in the printing process; and correcting a plate screen hanging point compensation curve during publishing by adopting a standard target screen point expansion curve. The standard index management of the printing machine comprises the following steps: standard printing pressure, standard fountain solution index management and the like, so that the printed color expression meets certain international printing standard.

However, no printing enterprise can keep the equipment stable for a long time. The deviation of the equipment from the standard is caused by a plurality of factors, such as equipment maintenance failure, environmental temperature change, process condition change, unstable consumable materials and the like, the color displayed by the printing machine is changed, and the ISO standard cannot be continuously met, so that the color tracing difficulty and the quality failure of product color deviation proofing in the production process are caused. At this time, the basic operations of steps 1 to 6 need to be completed again. Such standard deviation occurs periodically in printing enterprises, and the deviation may occur in a periodic oscillation condition. Although the offset amplitude can be reduced by steps 1, 2 and 3, it cannot be completely eliminated. Whether the re-correction in the steps 4, 5 and 6 is needed depends on the tolerance of the enterprise to the color deviation degree.
After the production equipment process is changed, the ink discharge control amount of the printing machine generated based on the standard is also changed, the color of the digital proofing before printing in a printing factory cannot be matched with the color expression produced by the actual printing machine, the whole produced color is not referenced and can not be predicted, and the quality of the produced printed product is seriously influenced.
In view of the above, there is a need for a new color management method or system for a printing press to ensure the quality of the printed products and reduce the investment cost.
