Abstract
本发明公开了一种环烯烃共聚物充油材料,其由如下材料按质量份制备而成:环烯烃共聚物100份,矿物油10‑80份,增韧剂1‑20份,相容剂1‑5份,抗氧剂0.01‑5份,热稳定剂0.01‑5份,填料0‑30份。其制备方法是将矿物油以外的原料混合挤出后再在挤出粒料中加入矿物油,加热搅拌进行溶胀充油。本发明创造性地使用环烯烃共聚物作为充油材料基体,使得材料保持原有高强度、高刚性、耐高温性的同时,还能够吸油,体现良好的润滑性,特别适合作为拉链、齿轮、链条、轨道条等需要一定强度和刚性同时又需要一定润滑度的产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料领域,具体涉及一种硬质刚性耐磨材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
环烯烃共聚物(COC)是一种具有环状结构的非晶性透明高分子材料,是使用茂金属催化剂将乙烯和降冰片烯(双环庚烯)共聚合而得的非结晶性透明树脂。COC材料的主要特点是高透明性、高光泽、高耐热、水蒸汽气密性好,属于高耐热性透明树脂,其玻璃化温度达140~170℃,具有高刚性和高强度、优异的挤出成型性及热成型性、与聚烯烃的亲和性、优良的生物适应性和化学惰性、耐水解性、耐极性有机溶剂性、耐酸性及耐碱性。COC材料主要用于镜头及液晶显示屏用导光板、光学薄膜等的光学用途,面向聚乙烯、聚丙烯的改性用途的包装材料领域,医疗、检测仪器领域,电子器件领域。
目前,传统的充油材料基体采用的均为软质的类橡胶弹性体材料(如SBS、SEBS、OBC),其特点是柔软、强度低、模量低、刚性差、不具有耐磨性,主要应用于粘合剂、沥青改性剂、鞋料、玩具、垫圈等领域,无法作为结构件使用。而使用硬质刚性材料作为充油材料基体,特别是使用环烯烃共聚物作为充油材料基体还未见报道,也未有相关材料产品化、商业化的信息。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术所存在的问题,提供一种硬质刚性耐磨材料及其制备方法和应用。为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种硬质刚性耐磨材料,其原料按质量份组成包括:
进一步地,所述的环烯烃共聚物(COC)优选聚合度为500-700、重均分子量为1-10万的非晶型环状烯烃共聚物,所述的环烯烃共聚物的重均分子量更优选为3-5万。
进一步地,所述的环烯烃共聚物具体可以选自如日本三井公司的APL6011T、APL6509、APL6013、APL6015、APL5014D0,德国Hoechst公司的TOPAS-480、TOPAS-480R、TOPAS-E48R、TOPAS-330R、TOPAS-RS420、TOPAS-6015中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述的矿物油包含所有合适的由石油所得精炼的液态烃混合物,优选芳香烃油和环烷烃油,更优选石蜡油、环烷油、芳烃油。
进一步地,所述的增韧剂选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物、乙丙橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、四元乙丙橡胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚异丁烯、乙烯-丁烯共聚物、乙烯-己烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述的相容剂选自马来酸酐接枝共聚聚丙烯、马来酸酐接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝共聚聚丙烯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。
进一步地,所述的抗氧剂选自茶多酚(TP)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂245、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1790、抗氧剂Chinox 20N中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述的热稳定剂选自三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二盐基硬脂酸铅、二盐基苯二甲酸铅、三盐基马来酸铅、盐基性硅酸铅、硬脂酸铅、水杨酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、碱式碳酸铅、硬脂酸镉、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸锌、二月桂酸二正丁基锡、二月桂酸二正辛基锡中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述的填料选自碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、二氧化硅、炭黑、石墨烯、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、氧化铝、氮化硼、金属粉、合成橡胶、合成纤维、合成树脂、玻璃微珠、树脂微珠中的至少一种。填料的尺寸优选为微纳米级别。
本发明还公开上述环烯烃共聚物充油材料的制备方法,将100份环烯烃共聚物、1-20份增韧剂、1-5份相容剂、0.01-5份抗氧剂、0.01-5份热稳定剂、0-30份填料利用高速搅拌机混合均匀,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后在挤出粒料中加入10-80份矿物油,通过加热搅拌进行溶胀充油。
在上述制备方法中,所述挤出粒料的直径/长度优选≤3mm。
在上述制备方法中,所述高速搅拌机的混合时间优选为3-15min;所述双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度范围优选为240-290℃,螺杆转速优选为100-600r/min;所述挤出粒料充油时的溶胀温度优选在120-160℃。
本发明还公开一种环烯烃共聚物充油材料作为拉链、齿轮、链条、轨道条的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明创造性地使用环烯烃共聚物作为充油材料基体,使得材料保持原有高强度、高刚性、耐高温性的同时,还能够吸油,体现良好的润滑性,相比传统使用橡胶、弹性体等软质材料作为充油基体,材料的整体强度、刚性、耐热性和稳定性有了显著提升,从而使其可以作为结构件进行使用,使得产品具有静摩擦稳定、动摩擦力均匀、不磨损、不易变形等特征,特别适合作为拉链、齿轮、链条、轨道条等需要一定强度和刚性同时又需要一定润滑度的产品。而目前所使用的大部分硬质塑料,本身充油率低,作为拉链、齿轮等产品使用时基本只能依靠材料自身的自润滑性进行减磨耐磨,相比充油材料的润滑性和耐磨性相差甚远,无法实现上述效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1
将100份环烯烃共聚物(日本三井APL6011T)、5份乙烯-辛烯共聚物、2份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝共聚聚丙烯、0.15份抗氧剂168、0.2份抗氧剂1010、0.2份二月桂酸二正丁基锡利用高速搅拌机混合10min,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-280℃,螺杆转速为200-300r/min,然后在挤出粒料中加入10份石蜡油,混合均匀,加热到130-140℃,每隔半小时再搅拌一次,溶胀充油2h,得到环烯烃共聚物充油材料。
实施例2
将100份环烯烃共聚物(日本三井APL6015)、2份乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、1份马来酸酐接枝共聚聚丙烯、0.1份抗氧剂168、0.25份抗氧剂1010、0.5份硬脂酸锌利用高速搅拌机混合8min,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-280℃,螺杆转速为200-300r/min,然后在挤出粒料中加入50份环烷油,混合均匀,加热到150-160℃,每隔半小时再搅拌一次,溶胀充油2h,得到环烯烃共聚物充油材料。
实施例3
将100份环烯烃共聚物(德国HoechstTOPAS-480)、10份三元乙丙橡胶、5份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、0.2份抗氧剂168、0.3份抗氧剂1010、0.5份二月桂酸二正丁基锡、15份滑石粉利用高速搅拌机混合15min,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-280℃,螺杆转速为200-300r/min,然后在挤出粒料中加入80份石蜡油,混合均匀,加热到150-160℃,每隔半小时再搅拌一次,溶胀充油3h,得到环烯烃共聚物充油材料。
实施例4
将100份环烯烃共聚物(德国HoechstTOPAS-6015)、10份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、2份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝共聚聚丙烯、2份抗氧剂BHT、1份硬脂酸钡、20份碳酸钙利用高速搅拌机混合15min,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-280℃,螺杆转速为200-300r/min,然后在挤出粒料中加入60份环烷油,混合均匀,加热到150-160℃,每隔半小时再搅拌一次,溶胀充油2h,得到环烯烃共聚物充油材料。
实施例5
将100份环烯烃共聚物(日本三井APL6015)、20份乙烯-辛烯共聚物、5份马来酸酐接枝共聚聚丙烯、0.5份抗氧剂168、0.2份抗氧剂1010、2份二月桂酸二正丁基锡、20份玻璃纤维利用高速搅拌机混合15min,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-280℃,螺杆转速为200-300r/min,然后在挤出粒料中加入80份环烷油,混合均匀,加热到150-160℃,每隔半小时再搅拌一次,溶胀充油3h,得到环烯烃共聚物充油材料。
实施例6
一种家用电器减速电机齿轮箱传动齿轮,其由实施例1的环烯烃共聚物充油材料制成。
实施例7
一种数控机床用轨道条,其由实施例2的环烯烃共聚物充油材料制成。
对比例1
将100份SEBS(岳阳石化YH-503)与80份环烷油利用高速搅拌机混合均匀静置5h后,加入0.1份抗氧剂168、0.2份抗氧剂1010、0.2份二月桂酸二正丁基锡、20份碳酸钙继续混合15min。将混合好的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,得到充油SEBS材料,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为200-250℃,螺杆转速为180-240r/min。
对比例2
将100份环烯烃共聚物(日本三井APL6015)、5份乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、2份马来酸酐接枝共聚聚丙烯、0.15份抗氧剂168、0.2份抗氧剂1010、0.2份二月桂酸二正丁基锡利用高速搅拌机混合10min。将混合好的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,得到环烯烃共聚物材料,双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-280℃,螺杆转速为200-300r/min。

从上表中可以看出,环烯烃共聚物充油材料相比传统的橡胶充油材料在强度和刚性上有了显著提升,相比未充油的环烯烃共聚物在韧性和耐磨性方面也有了明显提升。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种硬质刚性耐磨材料及其制备方法和应用,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料,其特征在于,所述环烯烃共聚物选自聚合度为500-700、重均分子量为1-10万的非晶型环状烯烃共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料,其特征在于,所述矿物油选自石蜡油、环烷油、芳烃油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料,其特征在于,所述增韧剂选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物、乙丙橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、四元乙丙橡胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚异丁烯、乙烯-丁烯共聚物、乙烯-己烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料,其特征在于,所述相容剂选自马来酸酐接枝共聚聚丙烯、马来酸酐接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝共聚聚丙烯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自茶多酚(TP)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂245、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1790、抗氧剂Chinox 20N中的至少一种;所述热稳定剂选自三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二盐基硬脂酸铅、二盐基苯二甲酸铅、三盐基马来酸铅、盐基性硅酸铅、硬脂酸铅、水杨酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、碱式碳酸铅、硬脂酸镉、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸锌、二月桂酸二正丁基锡、二月桂酸二正辛基锡中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料,其特征在于,所述填料选自碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉、二氧化硅、炭黑、石墨烯、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、氧化铝、氮化硼、金属粉、合成橡胶、合成纤维、合成树脂、玻璃微珠、树脂微珠中的至少一种。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将100份环烯烃共聚物、1-20份增韧剂、1-5份相容剂、0.01-5份抗氧剂、0.01-5份热稳定剂、0-30份填料混合均匀,加入到双螺杆挤出机中共混挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后在挤出粒料中加入10-80份矿物油,通过加热搅拌进行溶胀充油。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机的料筒温度为240-290℃,螺杆转速为100-600r/min;所述溶胀充油的温度为120-160℃。
10.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的硬质刚性耐磨材料作为拉链、齿轮、链条、轨道条的应用。
