Claims (4)

1. An industrial papermaking wastewater treatment device is characterized in that: comprises an upper supporting component and a lower supporting component (7);
the upper supporting component is connected with a screen component (4), and two sides of the screen component (4) are also rotatably connected with vibration components (6); the left side and the right side of the upper supporting component are both connected with driving components (5), and the two driving components (5) are in transmission connection with the vibration component (6); the middle part of the front side of the upper supporting component is fixedly provided with a connecting component (2), and one side, close to the screen component (4), of the connecting component (2) is connected with a rotary shower head (3);
the lower supporting component (7) is fixedly connected with a collecting box body (8), and the collecting box body (8) is communicated with the connecting component (2) through a guide pipe;
the upper support assembly comprises an upper support mechanism (1) and a rotating support (9), the rotating support (9) is rotatably connected to the upper support mechanism (1), two screen assemblies (4) are respectively and slidably connected to the front side and the rear side of the rotating support (9), and an infrared ranging information processing device for detecting the distance between the screen assemblies (4) and the rotating support (9) is arranged on the lower side of each screen assembly;
the infrared ranging information processing device is arranged to detect the distance between the screen assembly (4) and the upper supporting mechanism (1), the distance is the maximum distance under the condition that no impurity exists in the screen assembly (4), the distance between the driving assembly (5) and the vibration assembly (6) which are separated from transmission is the minimum distance under the action of the impurity in the screen assembly (4), the maximum distance and the minimum distance are recorded, the real-time distance is detected and compared, and after the screen assembly (4) descends by half of the stroke, the infrared ranging information processing device sends out a signal to perform the next step of processing;
the screen assembly (4) comprises screen supports (401) which are connected to the rotating supports (9) in a sliding mode, first elastic pieces are arranged between the screen supports (401) and the rotating supports (9), screen rotating frames (402) are connected to two sides of each screen support (401) in a rotating mode, filtering screens (403) are fixedly connected to each screen rotating frame (402), and the two filtering screens (403) are close to each other and are attached to each other;
the connecting assembly (2) comprises a connector (201) fixedly connected to the upper supporting mechanism (1), a three-way pipe (202) is connected to the connector (201), the other two ends of the three-way pipe (202) are respectively communicated with the collecting box body (8) and the liquid inlet through guide pipes, a pump body (203) is arranged on each side of the guide pipe, and the pump body (203) is connected with the infrared ranging information processing device through signals;
when the screen assembly (4) is positioned in the upper half stroke, the infrared ranging information processing device starts the pump body (203) positioned on the liquid inlet to be in an open state through signals, so that wastewater which is not subjected to preliminary filtration passes through the connector (201), and when the screen assembly (4) is positioned in the lower half stroke, the infrared ranging information processing device starts the pump body (203) positioned between the collecting box body (8) to be in an open state through signals, and secondary filtration is performed on the wastewater subjected to preliminary filtration;
the driving component (5) comprises a first belt wheel (503) rotatably connected with the upper supporting mechanism (1) and a second motor (501) fixedly connected with the upper supporting mechanism, a second transmission rod (504) is sleeved on a first transmission rod (502) fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor (501), the first transmission rod (502) is in transmission connection with the second transmission rod (504),
a second elastic piece is arranged between a friction head (505) fixedly connected to the top of the second transmission rod (504) and the upper supporting mechanism (1), and a first permanent magnet is fixedly arranged on a first transmission head (506) fixedly connected to the bottom of the second transmission rod (504);
the vibration assembly (6) comprises a vibration rod (601) rotatably connected to the screen support (401), two ends of the vibration rod (601) are fixedly connected with a second transmission head (602) and an eccentric block (603) respectively, a second permanent magnet is fixedly arranged on the second transmission head (602), and one side, close to the second permanent magnet, of the first permanent magnet is heteropolar;
the rotating support (9) is fixedly connected with a second belt wheel (901), and the first belt wheel (503) bypasses a guide belt wheel (101) arranged on the upper supporting mechanism (1) through a transmission belt and is in transmission connection with the second belt wheel (901).

An industrial papermaking wastewater treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: the rotary shower head (3) comprises a rotary support (301) rotatably connected to the connector (201), a first gear (302) is fixedly connected to the rotary support (301), and a plurality of shower head ports (303) are uniformly formed in the lower portion of the rotary support (301).

An industrial papermaking wastewater treatment device according to claim 2, wherein: the rotary shower head (3) further comprises a first motor (304) fixedly installed on the upper supporting mechanism (1), a second gear (305) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the first motor (304), and the second gear (305) is in transmission connection with the first gear (302).
