Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗腰间盘突出的外用药酒，选用生草乌、生川乌、红花、血三七、紫荆皮、冰片、樟脑、土鳖虫原料，将原料放入玻璃器皿容器中用60°白酒浸泡，密封浸泡15天后即为药酒液剂。本发明采用外用涂抹方式，药物配伍合理，疗效独特，治愈率高，药力直接迅速。具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、舒筋活血、祛风散寒之功效。避免了患者因长期服用中药而产生的抵触，同时也解决了因长期贴服膏药而引起的皮肤过敏、溃烂问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药酒，具体说是一种治疗腰间盘突出的外用药酒。
背景技术
腰间盘突出主要由风湿引起，有以下症状：1、气滞血瘀，气血滞涩经脉不通而产生腰痛；2、肝肾亏虚；3、寒湿痹症，腰痛症状遇寒加重，得温则减。为此，有很多治疗腰间盘突出的药物。
据公开文献有关治疗腰间盘突出药物比较多，但大多为口服药物，也有少量的外用药物（贴服膏剂）。虽然口服药物、外用药物具有一定疗效，但因口服药物对一些脾胃不好的患者来说会引起不良反应，俗话说是药三分毒，导致有些患者抵触。而对于现有外用药物（贴服膏剂），因长期贴服会引起病灶处皮肤过敏，甚至溃烂，影响患者的接受和使用。为了解决这一问题，必须研究出一种即采用中药成分，又能够避免口服，具有疗效，易于被广大患者接受的外用药物，是当前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现状，本发明提供了一种治疗腰间盘突出的外用药酒，通过外涂配以按摩推拿手法方式，达到祛风散寒、温经通脉、活血止痛的治疗效果，解决了对于口服药物有抵触的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是：一种治疗腰间盘突出的外用药酒，由下述重量份的原料配比而成：
生草乌15-24份、生川乌15-24份、红花15-24份
血三七38-45份、紫荆皮10-17份、冰片10-17份
樟脑10-17份、土鳖虫3只。
本发明的药物由下述重量份的原料配比而成：
生草乌20份、生川乌20份、红花20份
血三七40份、紫荆皮15份、冰片15份
樟脑15份、土鳖虫3只。
用于本发明的药物制备方法：
1、按重量取原料、60°白酒600mL、玻璃器皿备用；
2、取玻璃器皿，将上述原料放入玻璃器皿中；
3、取60°白酒600mL放入玻璃器皿中对原料进行浸泡，密封浸泡15天后即可使用。
本发明药物剂型为液体制剂。
本发明的药理特性如下：
1、生草乌：祛风除寒、祛寒止痛、麻醉功能；
2、生川乌：祛寒温、散风邪、温经止痛；
3、红花：活血通经、消肿止痛；
4、血三七：清热解毒、活血止痛；
5、紫荆皮：活血通经、消肿止痛、解毒；
6、冰片：消肿止痛；
7、樟脑：通窍、止痛；
8、土鳖虫：破血逐瘀、消肿止痛。
上述中，血三七为君药；生草乌、生川乌为君药；
红花、土鳖虫为左药；紫荆皮、冰片、樟脑为使药。白酒具有杀菌、舒筋通经、活血化瘀，行药势之功效。可借助白酒之功效的病灶处的皮肤进行吸收传导，加之药力的作用使病灶处的肌体组织经络得到疏通、破血逐瘀、消肿止痛。
功能：祛风散寒、温经通脉、活血止痛。
主治：腰间盘突出。
本发明的药酒使用方法：取适量药酒涂抹病灶处，用手按压推拿20分钟，每日2次，15天为一个疗程。
本发明具有的有益效果是：采用外用涂抹方式，药物配伍合理，疗效独特。经实验证明具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、舒筋活血、祛风散寒之功效，治愈率高，药力直接迅速，无毒副作用，成本低，安全可靠。
1 、为了充分说明本发明的效果，经对50名腰间盘突出患者治疗后进行了统计，实验患者50人中，明显45人，占90%，有效5人，占10%，无效为0；总有效率为100%。因采用纯中药材成分，无毒副作用，主治效果明显，见效快。
经实验对50名患者有效率和痊愈数据显示，通过一定的疗程治疗，可以看出治疗效果是非常满意的。
2、疗效评定依据：
用药后疼痛、肿胀、麻木等症状得到缓解，功能性基本恢复，理化指标（抗链球菌溶血素、类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率）基本恢复正常；理化指标下降后基本症状好转；经疗程治疗1-2各疗程（15天一个疗程），治愈症状均有疗效。

实施例1
1、取60°白酒600mL、玻璃器皿备用；
2、取生草乌20克、生川乌20克、红花20克、血三七40克、紫荆皮15克、冰片15克、樟脑15克、土鳖虫3只；
3、将上述配比的原料放入玻璃器皿中，在玻璃器皿中加
入60°白酒600mL浸泡，密封浸泡15天后得到药酒成品。
药酒使用方法：取适量药酒涂抹病灶处，用手按压推拿20分钟，每日2-3次，15天为一个疗程。
实施例2
1、取生草乌20克、生川乌20克、红花20克、血三七40克、紫荆皮15克、冰片15克、樟脑15克、土鳖虫3只粉碎至细小颗粒或碎渣备用；
2、取上述细小颗粒原料放入玻璃器皿中，将60°白酒200mL放入玻璃器皿中浸泡，密封浸泡15天后得到颗粒药酒。
颗粒药酒使用方法：取适量颗粒药酒放置在病灶处，并在颗粒药酒上放置医用药布，用手将颗粒药酒按压后，用烤灯热疗仪进行加热，通过热渗透方式进行治疗，每日2次，加热3-5分钟，10天为一个疗程。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗腰间盘突出的外用药酒，由下述重量份的原料配比而成：
生草乌20份、生川乌20份、红花20份
血三七40份、紫荆皮15份、冰片15份
樟脑15份、土鳖虫3只。
3.用于权利要求1或2的药酒制备方法：
1）按重量取原料、60°白酒600mL、玻璃器皿备用；
2）取玻璃器皿，将上述原料放入玻璃器皿中；
3）取60°白酒600mL放入玻璃器皿中对原料进行浸泡，密封浸泡15天后即可使用。
4.根据权利要求2的药酒制备方法，药物剂型为液体制剂。
5.根据权利要求4的使用方法，取适量药酒涂抹病灶处，用手按压推拿20分钟，每日2-3次，15天为一个疗程。
