The inter-SN PScell condition change triggered by MN (intra-SN conditional PSCell change, intra-SN CPC triggered by MN), PScell condition change in the SN participated by MN (intra-SN conditional PSCell change, intra-SN CPC participated by MN), PScell condition change between MN-triggered SNs (inter-SN conditional PSCell change, inter-SN CPC triggered by MN), PScell condition change between SN-triggered SNs (inter-SN conditional PSCell change, inter-SN CPC triggered by SN) and condition PScell addition (conditional PSCell addition, CPA) are further introduced in R17.
The main idea is that the network side device downloads a message of a file reconfiguration (condition synchronization reconfiguration) to the UE in advance, when the UE receives the message reconfiguration, the UE does not immediately execute the handover or the PSCell change or the PSCell addition like the conventional handover or PSCell addition, but saves the received configuration, and performs measurement evaluation on the configured candidate cell until the UE finds the candidate cell meeting the execution condition in the message of the condition reconfiguration, and then executes the stored reconfiguration message corresponding to the cell to perform the corresponding handover or PSCell addition process, i.e. complete the downlink synchronization and trigger the random access procedure to access the target PCell or PSCell. The network side equipment can configure a plurality of target cells for the UE, so that the UE can conveniently select a proper target cell according to the actual situation of the UE under the condition that the condition is met so as to complete the corresponding synchronous reconfiguration process.
For CHO, CPA and MN triggered CPC (including MN triggered intra-SN CPC and MN triggered inter-SN CPC), an execution condition is set by MN, where the execution condition is a corresponding measID in measurement configuration configured by MN. And the SN triggered inter-SN CPC and intra-SN CPC (including the intra-SN CPC participated by the MN and the intra-SN CPC not participated by the MN) are provided with execution conditions by the SN, wherein the execution conditions are corresponding measID in the measurement configuration of the SN configuration.
R16 supports CHO and MN non-participating intra-SN CPC, wherein the CHO configured condition reconfiguration message is generated by MN and directly configured to UE through MN, and the MN non-participating intra-SN CPC condition reconfiguration message is generated by SN, and the condition reconfiguration message can be directly sent to UE through SN or is sent to UE through embedded in MN reconfiguration message. The UE may determine, through a path over which the condition reconfiguration message is received, whether the corresponding measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is MN configured or SN configured.
R17 will support CPA, MN triggered CPC, and SN triggered inter-SN CPC, also hopefully supporting MN participating intra-SN CPC, and the condition reconfiguration message will be ultimately generated by MN and sent to UE through MN.
In the related art, in the dual connectivity scenario, the UE separately stores measurement variables according to the measurement configuration of the MN side configuration and the measurement configuration of the SN side configuration, respectively. In a CPA, and/or MN triggered inter-SN CPC, and/or SN triggered inter-SN CPC, and/or CHO, and/or MN triggered intra-SN CPC, and/or SN triggered intra-SN CPC (including MN participating intra-SN CPC, and/or MN not participating intra-SN CPC) handover scenario, a network side pre-configures a target cell and a corresponding execution condition for a UE, in which case the UE cannot determine whether the execution condition associated with the pre-configured cell in a condition reconfiguration message refers to a measurement configuration configured by the MN side or a measurement configuration configured by the SN side.
Therefore, in order to solve the technical problem that in the related art, the UE cannot determine whether the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of the MN side configuration or the SN side configuration, the application proposes a method, a device and a storage medium for indicating the measurement configuration. For CPA, and/or MN triggered inter-SN CPC, and/or SN triggered inter-SN CPC, and/or CHO, and/or MN triggered intra-SN CPC, and/or SN triggered intra-SN CPC (including MN participating intra-SN CPC, and/or MN not participating intra-SN CPC) handover scenarios, the present application references the measurement configuration of MN side or SN side configuration by introducing an indication identifier to clarify the measurement configuration association of the execution condition association of the pre-configured cell configuration in its condition reconfiguration message.
The following describes in detail an indication method, a determination method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium of measurement configuration provided in the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for indicating measurement configuration according to an embodiment of the present application.
The execution body of the embodiment of the application is an indication device of measurement configuration provided by the application, and the indication device of measurement configuration can be configured in any network side device, so that the network side device can configure the indication identifier based on an indication function of the measurement configuration.
The network side device may be a base station, which may include a plurality of cells for providing services for the terminal device. A base station may also be called an access point or may be a device in an access network that communicates over the air-interface, through one or more sectors, with wireless terminal devices, or other names, depending on the particular application. The network side device may be configured to exchange received air frames with internet protocol (Internet Protocol, IP) packets as a router between the wireless terminal device and the rest of the access network, which may include an Internet Protocol (IP) communication network. The network side device may also coordinate attribute management for the air interface. For example, the network side device according to the embodiments of the present application may be a network side device (Base Transceiver Station, abbreviated as BTS) in a global system for mobile communications (Global System for Mobile communications, abbreviated as GSM) or code division multiple access (Code Division Multiple Access, abbreviated as CDMA), a network side device (NodeB) in a wideband code division multiple access (Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access, abbreviated as WCDMA), an evolved network side device (evolutional Node B, abbreviated as eNB or e-NodeB) in a long term evolution (long term evolution, abbreviated as LTE) system, a 5G base station (abbreviated as gNB) in a 5G network architecture (next generation system), a home evolved base station (Home evolved Node B, abbreviated as HeNB), a relay node (relay node), a home base station (femto), a pico base station (pico), and the like, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some network structures, the network-side device may include a Centralized Unit (CU) node and a Distributed Unit (DU) node, which may also be geographically separated.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for indicating measurement configuration may be used on the network side, and the method for indicating measurement configuration may include the following steps.
In step 101, it is determined whether an indication flag is configured in the conditional reconfiguration message according to a preset policy, wherein the indication flag is used to indicate a measurement configuration of an execution condition reference of a preconfigured cell configuration in the conditional reconfiguration message.
In the embodiment of the application, the network side device may configure a condition reconfiguration message for the terminal UE, and configure a corresponding indication identifier for each preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message, so as to inform the UE whether the measurement configuration configured on the MN side or the measurement configuration configured on the SN side is referenced by the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message. That is, the network side device may configure a condition reconfiguration message for the terminal UE, where the network side device configures a corresponding indication identifier for each preconfigured cell when configuring the condition reconfiguration message, so that the network side device sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE, so that when the UE receives the condition reconfiguration message, the UE may determine whether to use the measurement configuration configured on the MN side or the SN side according to the value of the indication identifier in the condition reconfiguration message and a preset condition to perform measurement and condition evaluation.
It should be noted that, since the measurement configuration reference associated with the execution condition of the preconfigured cell configuration in the condition reconfiguration message may be configured on the MN side or may be configured on the SN side, the meaning indicated by the indication identifier carried in the condition reconfiguration message may also be different.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present application, the indication identifier may be: indicating the node for executing the conditional configuration as MN or SN; or, the measurement configuration indicating that the execution condition is associated refers to a measurement configuration of the MN or SN configuration; or, a node that performs conditional configuration is indicated. Wherein when the indication identifies a node indicating execution of the conditional configuration, the indication identifies a node I D. Optionally, in one implementation, an indication identifier indicating whether the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition references a measurement configuration of the MN or SN configuration is introduced in the condition reconfiguration message. If the value of the indication mark is MN, indicating that the execution condition of the pre-configured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of MN side; if the value of the identifier is SN, the execution condition of the preconfigured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
It should be further noted that, due to different condition configuration scenarios, how to configure the indication identifier in the condition reconfiguration message needs to be determined according to different condition configuration scenarios. It will be appreciated that depending on the different conditional configuration scenarios, it may be decided whether the indication identity has to be configured in a conditional reconfiguration message, optionally in a conditional reconfiguration message, or not. The following three examples are combined to describe the implementation of how the indication identity is configured in a condition reconfiguration message according to different conditional configuration scenarios.
Example one
The case that must be configured: the indication identity must be configured in a conditional reconfiguration message; or the indication identifier must be configured in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scene one. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario one may include at least one of the following: CHO; intra-SN CPC in which MN participates; intra-SN CPC where MN is not involved; CPA; MN triggered intra-SN CPC; MN triggered inter-SN CPC; SN triggered inter-SN CPC; SN triggered intra-SN CPC; CHO when first configuring the preconfigured cell; when the inter-SN CPC triggered by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; when the intra-SN CPC triggered by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; when the CPA configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; when the inter-SN CPC triggered by the SN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; the SN triggered intra-SN CPC first configures the pre-configured cell.
That is, the indication identifies that a condition must occur upon reconfiguration and/or that the indication identifies that a configuration must be performed in a configuration and/or first configuration of at least one of the following conditions: CPA, MN triggered intra-SN CPC, MN triggered inter-SN CPC, SN triggered inter-SN CPC, CHO, MN participated intra-SN CPC, MN not participated intra-SN CPC.
For example, to configure an indication identifier with a value { MN, SN } in the conditional reconfiguration message, when the network side device configures the conditional reconfiguration message, it is necessary to configure an indication identifier with a value MN or SN for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the application scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the UE configuration conditions and carries indication marks in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE whether the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to measurement configuration of MN side configuration or measurement configuration of SN side configuration; wherein,
a) The network side device may include, when configuring CHO, and/or MN triggered CPC, and/or CPA for the UE, the conditional reconfiguration message: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, indicating identification for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indicating identification as MN.
b) The network side device may include, when configuring an SN-triggered intra-SN CPC and/or an SN-triggered inter-SN CPC for the UE, the conditional reconfiguration message: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, indicating identification for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indicating identification as SN.
c) The network side device may include, when configuring CHO, and/or MN triggered CPC, and/or CPA for the UE, the conditional reconfiguration message: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, and an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be a MN, wherein the pre-configured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, namely the UE does not store the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
d) The network side device may include, when configuring an SN-triggered intra-SN CPC and/or an SN-triggered inter-SN CPC for the UE, the conditional reconfiguration message: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding preconfigured cell, and an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be SN, wherein the preconfigured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, namely the UE does not store the configuring information of the preconfigured cell.
e) The network side equipment contains the indication identifier when configuring a condition reconfiguration message for the UE. If the conditional configuration belongs to CHO, or MN triggered CPC, or CPA, the indication identifies the value as MN, otherwise the value as SN.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the condition reconfiguration message, the UE decides whether to use the measurement configuration of the MN or the SN side for measurement and condition evaluation according to the value of the indication identifier:
1) If the indication identifier indicates the MN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
2) If the indication identifier indicates SN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
Example two
Case of optional configuration: and optionally configuring the indication mark in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scene II. In this example, the second preset condition configuration scenario may include at least one of the following: CPA; MN triggered intra-SN CPC; MN triggered inter-SN CPC; SN triggered inter-SN CPC; CHO; intra-SN CPC in which MN participates; intra-SN CPC where MN is not involved; modifying a CHO configuration, and the UE has stored configuration information for pre-configured cells in the CHO configuration; modifying the inter-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN, and storing configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the inter-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN by the UE; modifying the intra-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN, and storing configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the intra-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN by the UE; modifying a CPA configuration, and the UE has stored configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the CPA configuration; modifying an SN triggered inter-SN CPC configuration, and storing configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the SN triggered inter-SN CPC configuration by the UE; modifying the intra-SN CPC configuration participated by the MN, and storing the configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the intra-SN CPC configuration participated by the MN by the UE; modifying an intra-SN CPC configuration in which the MN does not participate, and the UE has stored configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the intra-SN CPC configuration in which the MN does not participate.
That is, the indication identifies optional presence in configuring and/or modifying at least one of the following conditional configurations: CPA, MN triggered intra-SN CPC, MN triggered inter-SN CPC, SN triggered inter-SN CPC, CHO, MN participated intra-SN CPC, MN not participated intra-SN CPC.
For example, when the indication identifier with the value { MN, SN } is to be configured in the conditional reconfiguration message, the network side device may optionally configure the indication identifier for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message (i.e., may configure the indication identifier for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message, or may not configure the indication identifier for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message) when configuring the conditional reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the application scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the UE configuration conditions and carries indication marks in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE whether the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to measurement configuration of MN side configuration or measurement configuration of SN side configuration; wherein,
a) When the network side equipment configures CHO for the UE and/or MN triggered CPC and/or CPA, the conditional reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, optionally containing indication marks for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication marks as MN.
b) The network side equipment configures an SN triggered intra-SN CPC and/or an SN triggered inter-SN CPC for the UE, and the conditional reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, optionally containing indication marks for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication marks as SN.
c) The network side equipment reconfigures CHO for the UE, and/or MN triggered CPC, and/or CPA, and the conditional reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, optionally containing an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark as MN, wherein the UE stores the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
d) The network side equipment reconfigures the intra-SN CPC triggered by SN and/or the inter-SN CPC triggered by SN for the UE, and the condition reconfiguration message can comprise: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, optionally containing an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark as SN, wherein the UE has stored the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
1) If the condition reconfiguration message includes an indication identifier, the UE stores the received indication identifier configuration, and determines whether to use the measurement configuration of the MN or the SN side for measurement and condition evaluation according to the value of the indication identifier:
if the indication identifier indicates the MN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
if the indication identifier indicates SN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side;
2) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell yet, and the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the SN, or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is included in the configuration information of the SCG (Secondary Cell group ) in the RRC (Radio Resource Control, radio resource control) reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, in mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side;
Or if the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell, and when the preconfigured cell including the synchronous reconfiguration message is in the MCG (Master Cell group ) configuration message or the UE does not have a SN for service, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side;
3) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE stores the configuration information of the preconfigured cell and the indication identifier, and judges according to the stored indication identifier of the preconfigured cell:
if the indication identifier indicates the MN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
if the indication identifier indicates SN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
Example three
Case of must not be configured: the indication identifier must not be configured in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scenario three. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario three includes at least one of the following: CHO; intra-SN CPC that MN does not participate.
For example, the network side may not configure the UE with the indication identifier with the value { MN, SN } in the condition reconfiguration message in the preset condition configuration scenario three (e.g. CHO and/or intra-SN CPC in which MN does not participate). The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment configures CHO for UE and/or intra-SN CPC without MN participation, but the indication identification information with the value { MN, SN } is not necessarily configured in the process of configuring the condition reconfiguration.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3a: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
if the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE by the SN, or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE by the MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in configuration information of SCGs in the RRC reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, the UE determines that measurement configuration in the execution condition is measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side.
Alternatively, step 3b: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
if the preconfigured cell containing the synchronous reconfiguration message is in the MCG configuration message or the UE does not have the service SN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present application, the indication identifier may be: indicating whether the node for executing the conditional configuration is an SN; or, a measurement configuration indicating whether the execution condition associated measurement configuration references a SN configuration. In one implementation manner, an indication identifier with a value of { SN } is introduced into the conditional reconfiguration message, and is used for indicating whether the measurement configuration related to the execution condition is measurement configuration of SN configuration or not, that is, if the indication identifier is configured for a preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message, it indicates that the measurement configuration related to the preconfigured cell is measurement configuration of SN side; in another implementation manner, an indication identifier with a value { TRUE } is introduced into the condition reconfiguration message, and is used for indicating whether the measurement configuration related to the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration or not, that is, if the indication identifier is configured for the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message, the indication identifier indicates that the measurement configuration related to the execution condition related to the preconfigured cell is the measurement configuration of the SN side.
It should be noted that, due to different condition configuration scenarios, how to configure the indication identifier in the condition reconfiguration message needs to be determined according to different condition configuration scenarios. It will be appreciated that depending on the different conditional configuration scenarios, it may be decided whether the indication identity has to be configured in a conditional reconfiguration message, optionally in a conditional reconfiguration message, or not. An implementation of how the indication identity is configured in a condition reconfiguration message according to different conditional configuration scenario choices will be described below in connection with the following examples.
Example one
The case that must be configured: the indication identifier must be configured in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scene four. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario four may include at least one of the following: SN triggered inter-SN CPC; intra-SN CPC in which MN participates; intra-SN CPC where MN is not involved; when the inter-SN CPC triggered by the SN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; when the intra-SN CPC participated by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; the intra-SN CPC that the MN is not participating in first configures the pre-configured cell.
That is, the indication identification must occur in at least one of the following scenarios: SN triggered inter-SN CPC, MN participated intra-SN CPC, MN not participated intra-SN CPC, SN triggered inter-SN CPC first configuration, MN participated intra-SN CPC first configuration, MN not participated intra-SN CPC first configuration.
For example, to configure an indication identifier with a value { SN } in the conditional reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration related to the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, when configuring the conditional reconfiguration message, the network side device must configure the indication identifier with a value SN for the execution condition related to the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of the SN side configuration; wherein,
a) The configuration of the CPC initiated by the network side equipment for the UE configuration SN comprises the following steps: the inter-SN CPC, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN participates, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN does not participate, wherein the condition reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, indicating identification for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indicating identification as SN.
b) The configuration of the CPC initiated by the network side equipment for the UE configuration SN comprises the following steps: the inter-SN CPC, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN participates, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN does not participate, wherein the condition reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding preconfigured cell, and an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be SN, wherein the preconfigured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, namely the UE does not store the configuring information of the preconfigured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the condition reconfiguration message, the UE decides whether to use the measurement configuration of the MN or SN side for measurement and condition evaluation according to whether the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message:
if the indication mark exists in the condition reconfiguration message, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration at the MN side.
For another example, when the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } is configured in the condition reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration reference associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, the network side device must configure the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message when configuring the condition reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of the SN side configuration; wherein,
a) The configuration of the CPC initiated by the network side equipment for the UE configuration SN comprises the following steps: the inter-SN CPC, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN participates, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN does not participate, wherein the condition reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, indicating identification for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indicating identification to be TRUE.
b) The configuration of the CPC initiated by the network side equipment for the UE configuration SN comprises the following steps: the inter-SN CPC, and/or intra-SN CPC participated by MN, and/or intra-SN CPC not participated by MN, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding preconfigured cell, and an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be TRUE, wherein the preconfigured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, namely the UE does not store the configuring information of the preconfigured cell.
Example two
Case of optional configuration: and optionally configuring the indication identifier in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scene five. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario five includes at least one of the following: modifying an SN triggered inter-SN CPC configuration, and storing configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the SN triggered inter-SN CPC configuration by the UE; modifying the intra-SN CPC configuration participated by the MN, and storing the configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the intra-SN CPC configuration participated by the MN by the UE; when the intra-SN CPC participated by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; when the intra-SN CPC which is not participated by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; modifying an intra-SN CPC configuration in which the MN does not participate, and the UE has stored configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the intra-SN CPC configuration in which the MN does not participate.
That is, the indication identifies an optional occurrence in at least one of: and modifying the inter-SN CPC triggered by the SN, modifying the intra-SN CPC participated by the MN, and modifying the intra-SN CPC not participated by the MN when the intra-SN CPC participated by the MN is configured for the first time.
For example, when the indication identifier with the value { SN } is to be configured in the conditional reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration reference associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, the network side device may optionally configure the indication identifier with the value { SN } for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message when configuring the conditional reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of the SN configuration; wherein,
a) The configuration of the intra-SN CPC triggered by the SN for the UE by the network side equipment comprises the following steps: the intra-SN CPC in which the MN participates, and/or the intra-SN CPC in which the MN does not participate, wherein the condition reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing the conditions, configuring information of the corresponding pre-configured cells, optionally containing indication marks for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication marks to be SN. The preconfigured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, that is, the UE does not store configuration information of the preconfigured cell.
b) The network side equipment reconfigures the CPC configuration initiated by the SN for the UE, and the configuration comprises the following steps: the inter-SN CPC, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN participates, and/or intra-SN CPC in which the MN does not participate, wherein the condition reconfiguration message may include: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, optionally containing an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication information to be SN, wherein the UE stores the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
1) If the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message, the UE stores the received indication identifier configuration, determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side;
2) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell yet, and the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the SN, or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE by the MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in SCG configuration information in the RRC reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is a measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side;
3) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE stores the configuration information of the preconfigured cell and the indication identifier, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side;
4) Otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration at the MN side. That is, if none of the conditions 1) to 3) above is satisfied, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation in accordance with the measurement configuration on the MN side.
For another example, when the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } is configured in the condition reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration reference associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, the network side device optionally configures the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message when the condition reconfiguration message is configured. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of the SN configuration; wherein,
a) The configuration of the intra-SN CPC triggered by the SN for the UE by the network side equipment comprises the following steps: the intra-SN CPC participated by the MN and/or the intra-SN CPC not participated by the MN, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing the conditions, configuring information of the corresponding pre-configured cells, optionally containing indication marks for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication marks to be TRUE. The preconfigured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, that is, the UE does not store configuration information of the preconfigured cell.
b) The network side equipment reconfigures the CPC configuration initiated by the SN for the UE, and the configuration comprises the following steps: the inter-SN CPC, and/or intra-SN CPC participated by MN, and/or intra-SN CPC not participated by MN, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuration information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, optionally including an indication identifier for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication identifier to be TRUE, wherein the UE has stored the configuration information of the pre-configured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
1) If the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message, the UE stores the received indication identifier configuration, determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side;
2) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell yet, and the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the SN, or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE by the MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in SCG configuration information in the RRC reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is a measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side;
3) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE stores the configuration information of the preconfigured cell and the indication identifier, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side;
4) Otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side. That is, if none of the conditions 1) to 3) described above is satisfied, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation in accordance with the measurement configuration on the MN side.
Example three
Case of must not be configured: the indication identifier must not be configured in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scenario six. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario six includes at least one of the following: CPA; MN triggered CPC; CHO; intra-SN CPC that MN does not participate.
For example, the network side device may not configure the UE with the indication identifier with the value { SN } in the conditional reconfiguration message in the conditional configuration scenario six (e.g. CPA, and/or MN-triggered CPC, and/or CHO, and/or intra-SN CPC that the MN does not participate). The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment configures CHO for the UE, and/or intra-SN CPC without participation of MN, and/or CPA, and/or CPC initiated by MN, but does not necessarily configure indication identification information with value of { SN } in the process of configuration condition reconfiguration.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
if the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE by the SN or the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in configuration information of SCG in the RRC reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, the UE determines that measurement configuration in the execution condition is measurement configuration associated with SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side.
As another example, the network side device may not configure the UE with the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } in the conditional reconfiguration message in the conditional configuration scenario six (e.g. CPA, and/or MN triggered CPC, and/or CHO, and/or intra-SN CPC that the MN does not participate). The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment configures CHO for the UE, and/or intra-SN CPC without participation of MN, and/or CPA, and/or CPC initiated by MN, but does not necessarily configure indication identification information with value of { TRUE } in the process of configuration condition reconfiguration.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
if the conditional reconfiguration message is sent by SN to UE or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent by MN to UE and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in SCG configuration information in RRC reconfiguration message generated by MN, for example mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, UE determines that measurement configuration in the execution condition is measurement configuration associated with SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to measurement configuration on SN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present application, the indication identifier may be: indicating whether the node performing conditional configuration is an MN; or, a measurement configuration indicating whether the measurement configuration reference associated with the execution condition is a MN configuration. One implementation way is to introduce an indication identifier with a value { MN } into a conditional reconfiguration message, wherein the indication identifier is used for indicating whether the measurement configuration related to the execution condition refers to the measurement configuration configured by the MN; in another implementation, an indication identifier with a value { TRUE } is introduced in the conditional reconfiguration message, and is used for indicating whether the measurement configuration referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is a measurement configuration of the MN.
Example one
The case that must be configured: the indication identifier must be configured in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scene seven. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario seven includes at least one of the following: CHO; MN triggered inter-SN CPC; MN triggered intra-SN CPC; CPA; when the inter-SN CPC triggered by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; when the intra-SN CPC triggered by the MN configures the pre-configured cell for the first time; CHO when first configuring the preconfigured cell; the CPA is when the preconfigured cell is first configured.
That is, the indication identification must occur in at least one of the following scenarios: CHO, MN triggered inter-SN CPC, MN triggered intra-SN CPC, CPA, MN triggered inter-SN CPC first configuration, MN triggered intra-SN CPC first configuration, CHO first configuration, CPA first configuration.
For example, to configure an indication identifier with a value { MN } in the conditional reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration related to the execution condition is the measurement configuration configured by MN, when the network side device configures the conditional reconfiguration message, the network side device must configure the indication identifier with a value { MN } for the execution condition related to the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
Step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of MN configuration; wherein,
a) The network side equipment configures CHO (Chinese character), CPA (Central processing Unit), CPC (physical channel access) triggered by MN (Mobile node) and/or CPC (physical channel access) for the UE, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, indicating identification for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indicating identification as MN.
b) The network side equipment configures CHO (Chinese character), CPA (Central processing Unit), CPC (physical channel access) triggered by MN (Mobile node) and/or CPC (physical channel access) for the UE, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, and an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be a MN, wherein the pre-configured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, namely the UE does not store the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the condition reconfiguration message, the UE determines whether to use the measurement configuration of the MN or SN side to perform measurement and condition evaluation according to whether the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message:
If the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
For another example, when the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } is configured in the condition reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration configured by the MN, the network side device must configure the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message when configuring the condition reconfiguration message. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of MN configuration; wherein,
a) The network side equipment configures CHO (Chinese character), CPA (Central processing Unit), CPC (physical channel configuration A) and/or MN (physical channel configuration CPC) for the UE, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, indicating identification for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indicating identification to be TRUE.
b) The network side equipment configures CHO (Chinese character), CPA (Central processing Unit), CPC (physical channel configuration A) and/or MN (physical channel configuration CPC) for the UE, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding preconfigured cell, and an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be TRUE, wherein the preconfigured cell is configured for the UE for the first time, namely the UE does not store the configuring information of the preconfigured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the condition reconfiguration message, the UE decides whether to use the measurement configuration of the MN or SN side for measurement and condition evaluation according to whether the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message:
if the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
Example two
Case of optional configuration: and optionally configuring the indication mark in a condition reconfiguration message in a preset condition configuration scene eight. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scenario eight includes at least one of the following: modifying the inter-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN, and storing configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the inter-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN by the UE; modifying the intra-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN, and storing configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the intra-SN CPC configuration triggered by the MN by the UE; modifying a CHO configuration, and the UE has stored configuration information for pre-configured cells in the CHO configuration; CHO; modifying a CPA configuration, and the UE has stored configuration information of a pre-configured cell in the CPA configuration; CPA. That is, the indication identifies an optional occurrence in at least one of: modifying the inter-SN CPC triggered by the MN, modifying the intra-SN CPC triggered by the MN, modifying the CHO configuration, modifying the CPA configuration and the CPA configuration.
For example, when the indication identifier with the value { MN } is to be configured in the conditional reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration configured by MN, the network side device optionally configures the indication identifier with the value { MN } for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message when the conditional reconfiguration message is configured. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of MN configuration; wherein,
a) The network side equipment configures CPA for UE and/or CHO, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of corresponding pre-configured cells, optionally containing indication marks for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication marks as MN.
b) The network side equipment reconfigures the CPC triggered by the MN and/or the CHO and/or the CPA for the UE, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises the following components: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, optionally containing an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark as MN, wherein the UE has stored the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
1) If the condition reconfiguration message contains the indication identifier, the UE stores the received indication identifier configuration, determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
2) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell yet, and the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the SN, or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in SCG configuration information in the RRC reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is a measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side;
or if the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell, and the preconfigured cell containing the synchronous reconfiguration message is in the MCG configuration message, or the UE does not have a service SN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and the measurement configuration at the MN side carries out measurement and condition evaluation;
3) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE stores the configuration information of the preconfigured cell and the indication identifier, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
4) Otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side. That is, if none of the conditions 1) to 3) above is satisfied, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side.
For another example, when the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } is configured in the condition reconfiguration message to indicate whether the measurement configuration referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration configured by the MN, the network side device optionally configures the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } for the execution condition associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message when the condition reconfiguration message is configured. The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment reconfigures the configuration conditions of the UE and carries an indication mark in the reconfiguration process of the configuration conditions so as to inform the UE that the execution conditions associated with the preconfigured cells in the condition reconfiguration message refer to the measurement configuration of MN configuration; wherein,
a) The network side equipment configures CPA for UE and/or CHO, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises: the method comprises the steps of executing the conditions, configuring information of the corresponding pre-configured cells, optionally containing indication marks for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication marks to be TRUE.
b) The network side equipment reconfigures the CPC triggered by the MN and/or the CHO and/or the CPA for the UE, wherein the condition reconfiguration message comprises the following components: the method comprises the steps of executing conditions, configuring information of a corresponding pre-configured cell, optionally containing an indication mark for indicating measurement configuration associated with the executing conditions, and setting the indication mark to be TRUE, wherein the UE has stored the configuring information of the pre-configured cell.
Step 2: and the network side equipment transmits the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
1) If the condition reconfiguration message contains the indication identifier, the UE stores the received indication identifier configuration, determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
2) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell yet, and the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the SN, or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to the UE via the MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in the configuration information of the SCG in the RRC reconfiguration message generated by the MN, for example, mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group config, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is a measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side;
Or if the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE does not store the configuration information of the preconfigured cell, and the preconfigured cell containing the synchronous reconfiguration message is in the MCG configuration message, or the UE does not have a service SN, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
3) If the indication identifier does not exist in the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE stores the configuration information of the preconfigured cell and the indication identifier, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration related to the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the MN side;
4) Otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the associated SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration of the SN side. That is, if none of the conditions 1) to 3) is satisfied, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the SN side.
Example three
Case of must not be configured: the indication identifier must not be configured in a condition reconfiguration message in the preset condition configuration scenario nine. Wherein, in this example, the preset condition configuration scene nine includes at least one of the following: SN triggered CPC; CPA; CHO; intra-SN CPC that MN does not participate.
For example, the network side device may not configure the UE with the indication identifier with the value { MN } in the conditional reconfiguration message in the conditional configuration scenario nine (such as SN-triggered CPC, and/or CPA, and/or CHO, and/or intra-SN CPC that the MN does not participate). The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment configures CHO for the UE, and/or intra-SN CPC without participation of MN, and/or SN triggered CPC, and/or CPA, but the indication identification information with the value { MN } is not necessarily configured in the process of configuration condition reconfiguration.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3a: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
if the conditional reconfiguration message is sent by SN to UE or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent by MN to UE and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in SCG configuration information in RRC reconfiguration message generated by MN, for example mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group configuration, UE determines that measurement configuration in the execution condition is measurement configuration associated with SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to measurement configuration on SN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side.
As another example, the network side device may not configure the UE with the indication identifier with the value { TRUE } in the conditional reconfiguration message in the conditional configuration scenario nine (e.g., SN-triggered CPC, and/or CPA, and/or CHO, and/or intra-SN CPC that the MN does not participate). The implementation mode of the measurement configuration interaction process between the network side and the UE in the condition configuration scene is as follows:
step 1: the network side equipment configures CHO for the UE, and/or intra-SN CPC without participation of MN, and/or SN triggered CPC, and/or CPA, but the indication identification information with the value of { TRUE } is not necessarily configured in the process of configuration condition reconfiguration.
Step 2: and the network side equipment sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to the UE.
Step 3a: after receiving the conditional reconfiguration message, the UE performs judgment:
if the conditional reconfiguration message is sent by SN to UE or the conditional reconfiguration message is sent to UE via MN and the conditional reconfiguration message is contained in configuration information of SCG in RRC reconfiguration message generated by MN, for example mrdc-second cell group or nr-second cell group, UE determines that measurement configuration in the execution condition is measurement configuration associated with SN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to measurement configuration on SN side; otherwise, the UE determines that the measurement configuration in the execution condition is the measurement configuration associated with the MN configuration, and performs measurement and condition evaluation according to the measurement configuration on the MN side.
According to the method for indicating measurement configuration in the embodiment of the application, a condition reconfiguration message is configured for a UE through a network side, whether an indication identifier for indicating measurement configuration of execution condition reference of preconfigured cell configuration in the condition reconfiguration message is configured in the condition reconfiguration message is determined according to a preset strategy, the network side sends the configured condition reconfiguration message to a terminal UE, so that the UE determines whether to adopt measurement configuration of MN side configuration or SN side configuration for measurement and condition evaluation according to the value of the indication identifier in the condition reconfiguration message and preset conditions after receiving the condition reconfiguration message. Therefore, in the case of different condition reconfiguration scenes, the indication mark is introduced to clearly determine whether the execution condition related to the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of the MN side or the SN side configuration, so that the technical problem that the terminal UE in the prior art cannot judge whether the execution condition related to the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of the MN side or the SN side configuration can be solved.
In order to implement the above embodiment, the present application further proposes a method for determining a measurement configuration.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for determining measurement configuration according to a second embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the method for determining the measurement configuration of the present application is an opposite embodiment of the method for indicating the measurement configuration of the present application. The execution body of the measurement configuration determining method is the measurement configuration determining device provided by the application, and the measurement configuration determining device can be configured in any terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment can execute the measurement configuration determining function.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device may be a device for providing voice and/or data connectivity to a user, a handheld device with a wireless connection function, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem, etc. The names of the terminal devices may also be different in different systems, for example in a 5G system, the terminal devices may be referred to as User Equipment (UE). The wireless terminal device may communicate with one or more Core Networks (CNs) via a radio access Network (Radio Access Network, RAN for short), which may be mobile terminal devices such as mobile phones (or "cellular" phones) and computers with mobile terminal devices, for example, portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-built-in or vehicle-mounted mobile devices that exchange voice and/or data with the radio access Network. Such as personal communication services (Personal Communication Service, PCS) phones, cordless phones, session initiation protocol (Session Initiated Protocol, SIP) phones, wireless local loop (Wireless Local Loop, WLL) stations, personal digital assistants (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA) and the like. The wireless terminal device may also be referred to as a system, subscriber unit (subscriber unit), subscriber station (subscriber station), mobile station (mobile station), remote station (remote station), access point (access point), remote terminal device (remote terminal), access terminal device (access terminal), user terminal device (user terminal), user agent (user agent), user equipment (user device), and the embodiments of the present application are not limited.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for determining a measurement configuration may be applied to a terminal device, and may include the following steps.
In step 201, a conditional reconfiguration message is received.
Optionally, the terminal device may receive a conditional reconfiguration message sent by the network side device. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the condition reconfiguration message is configured for the terminal device by the network device. In the process of configuring a condition reconfiguration message for a terminal device UE, the network side device may determine, according to a preset policy, whether to configure an indication identifier for indicating measurement configuration of an execution condition reference of a preconfigured cell configuration in the condition reconfiguration message.
In the embodiments of the present application, the step of determining whether to configure the indication identifier for indicating the measurement configuration referenced by the execution condition of the preconfigured cell configuration in the conditional reconfiguration message according to the preset policy may be implemented by any one of the embodiments of the present application, which is not limited and not repeated herein.
In step 202, a measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message is determined according to a preset criterion, and/or an indication identifier included in the condition reconfiguration message is acquired before the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference is determined, and the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message is determined according to the indication identifier.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, when receiving the condition reconfiguration message, the terminal UE acquires an indication identifier included in the condition reconfiguration message before determining the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference, and determines, according to the indication identifier, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message.
It should be noted that, since the network side device determines whether to configure, according to the preset policy, the indication identifier for indicating the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference of the preconfigured cell configuration in the condition reconfiguration message, there may be the indication identifier or not in the condition reconfiguration message received by the terminal device, and the terminal device determines the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference in different manners according to whether the indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message. It should be further noted that, since the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message may be configured on either the MN side or the SN side, the meaning indicated by the indication identifier carried in the configuration condition reconfiguration process may also be different. The implementation of the measurement configuration of how the terminal device determines the execution condition reference will be described in detail below in connection with examples.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, when the indication identifies an indication: the node for executing the conditional configuration is MN or SN; or, the measurement configuration of the execution condition association refers to the measurement configuration of the MN or SN configuration; or, a node performing conditional configuration. Wherein when the indication identifier indicates a node performing conditional configuration, the indication identifier is a node ID. Optionally, in one implementation, an indication identifier indicating whether the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition references a measurement configuration of the MN or SN configuration is introduced in the condition reconfiguration message. If the value of the indication mark is MN, indicating that the execution condition related to the preconfigured cell in the execution conditions in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of MN side; if the value of the identifier is SN, the execution condition of the preconfigured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message refers to the measurement configuration of the SN side.
In this embodiment, when receiving a condition reconfiguration message sent by a network side device, a terminal device may acquire an indication identifier included in the condition reconfiguration message, and determine, according to the indication identifier, measurement configuration of an execution condition reference associated with a preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message. Alternatively, the terminal device UE may determine, according to the indication identity, a measurement configuration for MN configuration or a measurement configuration for SN configuration or a measurement configuration for a designated node configuration, which is referred to by the measurement configuration for performing the condition association.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, when the indication identifies an indication: whether the node executing the conditional configuration is an SN; or, whether the measurement configuration reference of the execution condition association is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration. In one implementation manner, an indication identifier with a value of { SN } is introduced into the conditional reconfiguration message, and is used for indicating whether the measurement configuration reference for executing conditional association is the measurement configuration of SN configuration or not; in another implementation, an indication identifier with a value { TRUE } is introduced into the conditional reconfiguration message, and is used for indicating whether the measurement configuration referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration.
Optionally, when the terminal device UE acquires the indication identifier, determining, according to the indication identifier, a measurement configuration for SN configuration referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, when the indication identifies an indication: whether the node for executing the conditional configuration is an MN; or, whether the measurement configuration related to the execution condition refers to the measurement configuration configured by the MN.
Optionally, when the terminal device UE obtains the indication identifier, determining, according to the indication identifier, a measurement configuration configured for the MN and referenced by the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, when the terminal UE receives a condition reconfiguration message, where no indication identifier exists in the condition reconfiguration message, and the terminal UE stores configuration information and the indication identifier for the preconfigured cell, the terminal UE may determine, according to the stored indication identifier of the preconfigured cell, a measurement configuration of an execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the implementation manner of "the terminal UE determines, according to the stored indication identifier of the preconfigured cell, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message" is consistent with the implementation manner of "the terminal UE determines, according to the indication identifier included in the condition reconfiguration message, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message". Therefore, in this embodiment, the implementation manner of "determining, by the terminal UE, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message according to the stored indication identifier of the preconfigured cell" may refer to the description of the implementation manner of "determining, by the terminal UE, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message according to the indication identifier included in the condition reconfiguration message" described above, and will not be described herein.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, when the network side device does not configure the indication identifier in the conditional reconfiguration message, that is, there is no indication identifier in the conditional reconfiguration message received by the terminal device, and the UE does not store the configuration and the indication identifier for the preconfigured cell, the terminal device UE may determine, according to the preset criteria, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message. Two examples will be given below to describe the implementation of the measurement configuration by which the terminal device UE determines the execution condition reference of the preconfigured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message according to preset criteria.
As an example of a possible implementation, the implementation of the measurement configuration for determining the execution condition reference of the preconfigured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message according to the preset criteria is as follows: if the condition reconfiguration message satisfies a preset condition one, determining that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, and otherwise, determining that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the MN configuration, wherein the preset condition one comprises at least one of the following: the condition reconfiguration message is sent to the terminal equipment through the MN node and is included in the SCG configuration message, and/or the SCG configuration message is generated by the SN; the condition reconfiguration message is directly sent to the terminal equipment through the SN node; the condition reconfiguration message does not contain an indication identifier; the UE is not configured with an indication identity of the pre-configured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message.
That is, when the terminal device receives that the condition reconfiguration message does not include the indication identifier, the terminal device may determine whether the condition reconfiguration message satisfies the preset condition one, if so, determine that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, and otherwise, determine that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the MN configuration. That is, if the condition reconfiguration message is sent to the terminal equipment UE through the MN node and the condition reconfiguration message is contained in the SCG configuration message and/or the SCG configuration message is generated by the SN or the condition reconfiguration message is issued directly to the UE via the SN node, the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration, otherwise the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message should be the measurement configuration of the MN configuration.
As another possible implementation manner, the implementation manner of the measurement configuration for determining the execution condition reference of the preconfigured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message according to the preset criterion is as follows: if the condition reconfiguration message meets the preset condition II, determining that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the MN configuration, otherwise, determining that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration. Wherein, the preset condition II comprises at least one of the following: the preconfigured cell containing the condition reconfiguration message is in the MCG configuration message; the terminal equipment has not had the SN of the service yet; the indication mark is not contained in the condition reconfiguration message; the UE is not configured with an indication identity of the pre-configured cell association in the condition reconfiguration message. That is, when the terminal device receives that the condition reconfiguration message does not include the indication identifier, the terminal device may determine whether the condition reconfiguration message satisfies the preset condition two, if so, determine that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the MN configuration, and otherwise, determine that the measurement configuration associated with the execution condition is the measurement configuration of the SN configuration.
That is, when the pre-configured cell containing the synchronization reconfiguration message is in the MCG configuration message, or the UE has not yet served SN, then the measurement configuration of the execution condition reference associated with the pre-configured cell in the conditional reconfiguration message is the measurement configuration of the MN configuration. Otherwise the measurement configuration indicating the execution condition reference associated with the preconfigured cell in the condition reconfiguration message should be the measurement configuration of the SN configuration.
Optionally, in some embodiments, when the terminal device acquires the indication identifier included in the conditional reconfiguration message, the indication identifier included in the conditional reconfiguration message may also be stored. That is, when the terminal device obtains the indication identifier contained in the condition reconfiguration message, the indication identifier may be stored, so as to facilitate use in the next condition configuration.
