Description

Joint device for hose connection
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a joint device for hose connection, and more particularly, to a joint device for hose connection having a simple shape, which can prevent breakage of a gasket while allowing easy connection and removal of a hose.
Background
Generally, a hose (hose) used for transferring water to a product such as a water purifier or a bidet (bidet) is connected to another hose or device (e.g., a filter) or the like) through a fitting (fixing) device.
The joint device should be constructed so that it can prevent water leakage while preventing unexpected separation of the hose in the connected state. Most preferably, easy operability is also satisfied.
Accordingly, various shapes of connector devices have been provided in various configurations as disclosed in the patent publications 20-0159243, 20-0194982, 20-2010-0007460, 20-2011-0007157, 10-1127284, 10-2014-0040315, 10-2017-0056944, etc.
However, the main purpose of the above-described conventional joint device is to simply have a structure that prevents the connected hoses from being separated, and therefore, when maintenance such as a process of replacing a hose is to be performed, breakage of the outer surface of the hose or breakage of the joint device may occur. Thus, there is caused a problem that the hose and/or the joint device cannot be reused.
That is, the connector device of the related art is constructed such that the clip ring composed of the metal ring (ring) is obliquely disposed at a portion where the hose is inserted in the insertion direction of the hose so that it is fitted into the outer surface of the hose when the hose is separated to prevent the hose from being separated, however, only a greater force is required to forcibly pull the hose outward when the hose is separated or an additional tool is required to be inserted between the hose and the connector device to separate the hose in a state where the clip ring is inclined, and thus, there is an inconvenience.
Further, the joint device according to the related art is configured such that a sealing (packing) member (O-ring) or a gasket (gasket) for preventing water leakage at a hose connection portion is coupled to an outer surface of a hose or an outer surface of a nozzle (nozzle), and thus, a phenomenon such as a falling off or a separation of a proper position of the sealing member occurs frequently in a process of inserting and coupling the hose to the nozzle or a process of inserting and coupling the nozzle to a main body of the joint device.
Meanwhile, in the joint device according to the related art, there occur a phenomenon in which a sealing member is exposed to the outside to cause breakage or contamination, and a phenomenon in which the air tightness is lowered due to frequent scratches.
In addition, in the joint device according to the related art, when it is necessary to separate the two nozzles from each other, since there is no inclination prevention structure, when the disassembly operation is not gentle and thus a forced physical force is applied, the risk of breakage of the seal member is greater.

Accordingly, the force required to combine the male and female bodies 100 and 200 can be minimized.
The pair of gripping portions 140 of the male body 100 may have end portions extending from the male engaging protrusions 142, respectively. The respective distal end portions of the pair of grip portions 140 may be spaced apart from a pressure holding portion (holder) 500 to be described later, to form a space therebetween, wherein the pressure holding portion 500 applies pressure to and holds the second hose 12 connected to the female body outer end 230. The respective distal end portions of the pair of grip portions 140 having such a space can function to easily separate the male body 100 and the female body 200 from each other by a simple operation of spreading the grip portions by a user's finger or a tool.
That is, the male body 100 and the female body 200 may be separated by releasing the male engaging protrusion 142 from the female engaging protrusion 220 by spreading the distal end portions of the pair of grip portions 140 extending from the male engaging protrusion 142, and by pulling out the male body 100. Therefore, the user's action for separating the male body 100 and the female body 200 can be simplified.
The female body 200 may constitute a part of the exterior body of the hose connecting joint device. The female body 200 may be coupled with the male body 100 while being connected with the first hose 11.
The female body 200 may be composed of: a female body portion 210 that accommodates the male body inner end 120 of the male body 100; a female body outer end 230 provided on a side of the female body portion 210 opposite to the male body outer end 130 of the male body 100 to be connected to the second hose 12; and a female engaging protrusion 220 protruding toward the outer circumferential side of the female body portion 210 and engaging with the respective hook-shaped male engaging protrusions 142 of the pair of grip portions 140 by being inserted into the pair of grip portions 140; the composition is formed.
The female body 210 and the female body outer end 230 of the female body 200 may be formed as a pipe structure having a shape connected to each other, and may function to transmit a fluid such as water. The second hose 12 may be fitted over the female body outer end 230 in a shape to accommodate the outer circumference of the female body outer end 230 to be connected with the female body 200.
The female body outer end 230 of the female body 200 may have one or more female body outer end fixing protrusions 234 protruding along the outer circumferential surface thereof. That is, the outer circumferential surface of the female body outer end 230 may have a concave-convex structure. The female body outside end fixing protrusion 234 may apply pressure to and fix the inner circumferential surface of the second hose 12 connected to the female body outside end 230.
The female body portion 210 of the female body 200 may have an inner mounting groove 215 that receives the male body inner end 120 of the male body 100. That is, the female body portion 210 of the female body 200 can accommodate the male body inner end 120 of the male body portion 110 of the male body 100 into the inner mounting groove 215.
The female engagement protrusion 220 of the female body 200 may be received in and fixed to the respective male engagement protrusions 142 of the pair of grip parts 140 of the male body 100. That is, the male engaging projections 142 protruding inward in a hook shape are received in the female engaging projections 220 of the female body 210 at one end of each of the pair of gripping portions 140 of the male body 100. Accordingly, the male and female bodies 100 and 200 can be coupled to each other by a simple action of the user inserting the female body 200 between the pair of grip parts 140 of the male body 100, thereby, as a result, the first and second hoses 11 and 12 are connected to each other.
The inside of the inside installation groove 215 of the female body portion 210 of the female body 200 may have a gasket 300 for maintaining airtightness between the female body portion 210 and the male body inside end 120 of the male body 100. A removal prevention cover (cap) 400 for preventing removal of the gasket 300 may be interposed between the female body 210 having the outside of the inside attachment groove 215 of the gasket 300, the male body inside end 120 of the male body 100, and the male body 110.
The outer peripheral surface of the gasket 300 is abutted against the inner side mounting groove 215 of the female body portion 210, and the inner peripheral surface of the gasket 300 is abutted against the outer peripheral surface of the male body inner side end 120 of the male body 100.
The hose connecting joint device according to an embodiment of the present utility model is configured such that the pair of grip parts 140 provided in the male body 100 wrap the female body part 210 of the female body 200 and include the gasket 300 interposed between the opposite surfaces of the male body inner end 120 of the male body 100 and the female body part 210 of the female body 200, thereby preventing damage and contamination caused by exposure of the gasket 300 to the outside. In particular, the male body 100 can be smoothly separated from the female body 200.
The male body outer end 130 of the male body 100 and the female body outer end 230 of the female body 200 may have accommodation protrusions 132, 232 protruding outward on respective outer circumferential surfaces.
