Abstract
The application discloses an information sending method, an information receiving method, an information sending device, an information receiving device, information receiving equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of communication. The method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that when a terminal device detects that a first system is unavailable, first information is sent to network equipment in a second system; wherein the first information is used to inform the network device in the second system that the first system is unavailable. The embodiment of the application can prevent the network equipment in the system where the terminal equipment is located from redirecting the terminal equipment to other systems after receiving the registration request of the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment can acquire the network service in time. In addition, according to the embodiment of the application, the terminal device can be prevented from being redirected to other systems again when the network device in the current system processes the registration request of the terminal device, the terminal device is prevented from being switched back and forth between the current system and other systems, the time delay of the terminal device for acquiring the network service is reduced, and the efficiency of the terminal device for accessing the communication system is improved.

Claims (52)
- An information sending method is applied to a terminal device, and the method comprises the following steps:in the case of detecting that the first system is unavailable, sending first information to a network device in a second system;wherein the first information is used to inform a network device in the second system that the first system is unavailable.
- The method according to claim 1, wherein the first information does not include capability information of the first system and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system.
- The method of claim 2,in the case that the first system is an Evolved Packet System (EPS), the capability information of the first system is used for indicating whether the terminal device supports an S1 mode;or,in the case where the first system is a fifth generation mobile communication system 5GS, the capability information of the first system is used to indicate whether the terminal device supports the N1 mode.
- The method according to claim 2 or 3,in the case that the first system is an EPS, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: EPS supports or does not support control plane optimization, EPS supports or does not support user plane optimization, control plane optimization is preferred or user plane optimization is preferred in EPS, EPS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transmission, EPS supports or does not support control plane optimization;or,in the case that the first system is a 5GS system, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimization, 5GS supports or does not support user plane optimization, control plane optimization is preferred or user plane optimization is preferred in 5GS, 5GS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transport, 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimized header compression.
- The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first information includes indication information for indicating that the first system is not available.
- The method of claim 5, wherein the indication information comprises:first indication information, which is used for indicating that the terminal equipment does not have the capability of accessing the first system;and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,second indication information for indicating that the terminal device does not expect the network behavior of the first system.
- The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the first information further comprises: network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the second system.
- The method of any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first system is unavailable, including at least one of:the terminal device does not detect a cell supporting the first system;the terminal device does not camp on a cell supporting the first system;the terminal equipment cannot be successfully registered in the first system;the terminal equipment can not successfully initiate a service in the first system;the cell in which the terminal device resides in the first system does not support the desired service.
- The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first information is a registration request message, and the registration request message is used for requesting registration in the second system.
- The method according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first information is sent by the terminal device if it is redirected from the second system to the first system and the first system is detected as being unavailable.
- The method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein after sending the first information to the network device in the second system, further comprising:in the case that the first system is detected to be available, sending update information to the network equipment in the second system;wherein the update information is used to inform network devices in the second system that the first system is available.
- The method of claim 11, wherein the update information comprises at least one of: capability information of the first system, network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and information indicating availability of the first system.
- An information receiving method, applied to a network device in a second system, the method comprising:receiving first information sent by a terminal device, wherein the first information is sent by the terminal device under the condition that a first system is detected to be unavailable;wherein the first information is used to inform a network device in the second system that the first system is unavailable.
- The method according to claim 13, wherein the first information does not include capability information of the first system and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system.
- The method of claim 14,in the case that the first system is an Evolved Packet System (EPS), the capability information of the first system is used for indicating whether the terminal device supports an S1 mode;or,in the case where the first system is a fifth generation mobile communication system 5GS, the capability information of the first system is used to indicate whether the terminal device supports the N1 mode.
- The method according to claim 14 or 15,in the case that the first system is an EPS, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: EPS supports or does not support control plane optimization, EPS supports or does not support user plane optimization, control plane optimization is preferred or user plane optimization is preferred in EPS, EPS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transmission, EPS supports or does not support control plane optimization;or,in the case that the first system is a 5GS system, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimization, 5GS supports or does not support user plane optimization, control plane optimization is preferred or user plane optimization is preferred in 5GS, 5GS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transport, 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimized header compression.
- The method according to any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein the first information includes indication information for indicating that the first system is not available.
- The method of claim 17, wherein the indication information comprises:first indication information, which is used for indicating that the terminal equipment does not have the capability of accessing the first system;and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,second indication information for indicating that the terminal device does not expect the network behavior of the first system.
- The method according to claim 17 or 18, wherein the first information further comprises: network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the second system.
- The method of any of claims 13 to 19, wherein the first system is unavailable, including at least one of:the terminal device does not detect a cell supporting the first system;the terminal device does not camp on a cell supporting the first system;the terminal equipment cannot be successfully registered in the first system;the terminal equipment can not successfully initiate a service in the first system;the cell in which the terminal device resides in the first system does not support the desired service.
- The method according to any of claims 13 to 20, wherein the first information is a registration request message, the registration request message requesting registration in the second system.
- The method according to any of claims 13 to 21, characterized in that the first information is sent by the terminal device if it is redirected from the second system to the first system and it is detected that the first system is not available.
- The method according to any one of claims 13 to 22, wherein the receiving the first information sent by the terminal device further comprises:receiving update information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the update information is sent by the terminal equipment under the condition that the first system is detected to be available;wherein the update information is used to inform network devices in the second system that the first system is available.
- The method of claim 23, wherein the update information comprises at least one of: capability information of the first system, network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and information indicating availability of the first system.
- An information transmission apparatus, applied to a terminal device, the apparatus comprising:the first information sending module is used for sending first information to network equipment in a second system under the condition that the first system is detected to be unavailable;wherein the first information is used to inform a network device in the second system that the first system is unavailable.
- The apparatus according to claim 25, wherein the first information does not include capability information of the first system and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system.
- The apparatus of claim 26,in the case that the first system is an Evolved Packet System (EPS), the capability information of the first system is used for indicating whether the terminal device supports an S1 mode;or,in the case where the first system is a fifth generation mobile communication system 5GS, the capability information of the first system is used to indicate whether the terminal device supports the N1 mode.
- The apparatus of claim 26 or 27,in the case that the first system is an EPS, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: the EPS supports or does not support control plane optimization, the EPS supports or does not support user plane optimization, the control plane optimization is preferred or the user plane optimization is preferred in the EPS, the EPS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transmission, and the EPS supports or does not support header compression of the control plane optimization;or,in the case that the first system is a 5GS system, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimization, 5GS supports or does not support user plane optimization, control plane optimization is preferred or user plane optimization is preferred in 5GS, 5GS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transport, 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimized header compression.
- The apparatus according to any one of claims 25 to 28, wherein the first information comprises indication information for indicating that the first system is not available.
- The apparatus of claim 29, wherein the indication information comprises:first indication information, which is used for indicating that the terminal equipment does not have the capability of accessing the first system;and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,second indication information for indicating that the terminal device does not expect the network behavior of the first system.
- The apparatus according to claim 29 or 30, wherein the first information further comprises: network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the second system.
- The apparatus of any one of claims 25 to 31, wherein the first system is unavailable, including at least one of:the terminal device does not detect a cell supporting the first system;the terminal device does not camp on a cell supporting the first system;the terminal equipment cannot be successfully registered in the first system;the terminal equipment can not successfully initiate a service in the first system;the cell in which the terminal device resides in the first system does not support the desired service.
- The apparatus according to any one of claims 25 to 32, wherein the first information is a registration request message, and the registration request message is used to request registration in the second system.
- The apparatus according to any of claims 25 to 33, wherein the first information is sent by the terminal device if it is redirected from the second system to the first system and the first system is detected as being unavailable.
- The apparatus of any one of claims 25 to 34, further comprising:an update information sending module, configured to send update information to a network device in the second system when it is detected that the first system is available;wherein the update information is used to inform network devices in the second system that the first system is available.
- The apparatus of claim 35, wherein the update information comprises at least one of: capability information of the first system, network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and information indicating availability of the first system.
- An information receiving apparatus, applied to a network device in a second system, the apparatus comprising:the first information receiving module is used for receiving first information sent by terminal equipment, wherein the first information is sent by the terminal equipment under the condition that a first system is detected to be unavailable;wherein the first information is used to inform a network device in the second system that the first system is unavailable.
- The apparatus according to claim 37, wherein the first information does not include capability information of the first system and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system.
- The apparatus of claim 38,in the case that the first system is an Evolved Packet System (EPS), the capability information of the first system is used for indicating whether the terminal device supports an S1 mode;or,in the case where the first system is a fifth generation mobile communication system 5GS, the capability information of the first system is used to indicate whether the terminal device supports the N1 mode.
- The apparatus of claim 38 or 39,in the case that the first system is an EPS, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: the EPS supports or does not support control plane optimization, the EPS supports or does not support user plane optimization, the control plane optimization is preferred or the user plane optimization is preferred in the EPS, the EPS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transmission, and the EPS supports or does not support header compression of the control plane optimization;or,in the case that the first system is a 5GS system, the network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system includes at least one of: 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimization, 5GS supports or does not support user plane optimization, control plane optimization is preferred or user plane optimization is preferred in 5GS, 5GS supports or does not support non-3 GPP protocol data transport, 5GS supports or does not support control plane optimized header compression.
- The apparatus according to any of claims 37 to 40, wherein the first information comprises indication information for indicating that the first system is not available.
- The apparatus of claim 41, wherein the indication information comprises:first indication information, which is used for indicating that the terminal equipment does not have the capability of accessing the first system;and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,second indication information for indicating that the terminal device does not expect the network behavior of the first system.
- The apparatus according to claim 41 or 42, wherein the first information further comprises: network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and/or network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the second system.
- The apparatus of any one of claims 37 to 43, wherein the first system is unavailable, including at least one of:the terminal device does not detect a cell supporting the first system;the terminal device does not camp on a cell supporting the first system;the terminal equipment cannot be successfully registered in the first system;the terminal equipment can not successfully initiate a service in the first system;the cell in which the terminal device resides in the first system does not support the desired service.
- The apparatus according to any of claims 37 to 44, wherein the first information is a registration request message, the registration request message requesting registration in the second system.
- The apparatus of any of claims 37 to 45, wherein the first information is sent by the terminal device if redirected from the second system to the first system and the first system is detected as unavailable.
- The apparatus of any one of claims 37 to 46, further comprising:an update information receiving module, configured to receive update information sent by the terminal device, where the update information is sent by the terminal device when the terminal device detects that the first system is available;wherein the update information is used to inform network devices in the second system that the first system is available.
- The apparatus of claim 47, wherein the update information comprises at least one of: capability information of the first system, network behavior information expected by the terminal device in the first system, and information indicating availability of the first system.
- A terminal device, comprising a processor and a transceiver coupled to the processor; wherein:the transceiver is used for transmitting first information to network equipment in a second system under the condition that the first system is detected to be unavailable;wherein the first information is used to inform a network device in the second system that the first system is unavailable.
- A network device in a second system, the network device comprising a processor and a transceiver coupled to the processor; wherein:the transceiver is used for receiving first information sent by a terminal device, wherein the first information is sent by the terminal device under the condition that a first system is detected to be unavailable;wherein the first information is used to inform the network device that the first system is unavailable.
- A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a computer program for execution by a processor of a terminal device to implement the information transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
- A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored in the storage medium, which computer program is to be executed by a processor of a network device in a second system to implement the information receiving method according to any one of claims 13 to 24.
