An operator can open the push plate 704 outwards by controlling the electrifying of the electromagnetic block through the remote controller, so that the push plate 704 is not acted on the switch contact 2 any more, the function of shielding the automatic operation member 6 is realized, and further, the manual opening and closing of maintenance are carried out by adopting a manual maintenance means, so that the problem that the automatic operation member 6 fails and the switch contact 2 cannot be manually operated can be avoided.
The cover plate 9 is arranged at the upper end of the linkage plate 7, and leaves a through hole for avoiding the driving gear 601 and the manual operation member 5. While the interaction part 803 moves, the interaction part 803 also triggers the switch part 804, so that the driving motor 602 does not act on the driving gear 601 any more, and the interlocking is formed, thereby effectively realizing the combination of the manual operation member 5 and the automatic operation member 6 and avoiding the side effect of the mutual influence of the manual operation member 5 and the automatic operation member 6.
The switch portion 804 includes a spring piece 8041, a contact 8042 and a fixing body 8043, the fixing body 8043 is fixedly arranged inside the breaker body 1 and electrically connected with the built-in controller, and the spring piece 8041 is obliquely arranged at the upper end of the fixing body 8043 and the contact 8042 is arranged at the connection part between the spring piece 8041 and the fixing body 8043. The contact 8042 is internally provided with a return spring, so that the spring piece 8041 is kept inclined under the action of no external force, and the roller 8044 is arranged on the upper side of the spring piece 8041 and can be in contact with the interaction part 803. When the circuit breaker needs to be operated manually, the starting head 8021 is rotated, the starting head 8021 drives the moving body 8022 to rotate, the moving body 8022 acts on the interaction part 803, the interaction part 803 moves and contacts the roller 8044, the roller 8044 drives the spring piece 8041 to press down, the spring piece 8041 presses down the contact to enable the built-in controller to send a signal to control the driving motor 602 to stop using, under automatic operation, the reset spring pushes up the contact 8042 upwards, and the contact 8042 pushes up the spring piece 8041 and keeps inclined. The upper end of the starting part 802 is concavely provided with a cuboid starting groove 8023, the starting part 802 further comprises a starting key matched with the starting groove 8023, and the upper surface of the breaker body 1 is provided with a key groove 101 for installing the starting key. The starting part 802 is rotated by inserting the starting key into the starting groove 8023, and the upper surface of the breaker body 1 can store the starting key, so that the use is convenient.
A limiting plate 805 is further arranged between the starting part 802 and the cover plate 9, a limiting spring is arranged in the middle of the starting head 8021, and the upper end of the starting head 8021 can move up and down at the cover plate 9. The limiting plate 805 is movably sleeved at the upper end of the starting head 8021, can rotate relative to the starting head 8021, the outer edge of the limiting plate 805 is in contact with the upper surface of the breaker body 1 and cannot move up and down, and connecting pins and pin grooves which are matched with each other are respectively arranged at the connecting positions of the limiting plate 805 and the starting head 8021. Before the actuating portion 802 is rotated, the actuating head 8021 needs to be pressed down first to enable the connecting pin to be separated from the pin groove, and then the connecting pin rotates, so that the automatic operation member 6 can be effectively prevented from being disabled due to accidental rotation of the actuating head 8021.
The breaker body 1 further comprises a sliding rail arranged on one side of the linkage plate 7 and a parity plate 103 arranged on the sliding rail, wherein the parity plate 103 is provided with a parity hole 104 along the moving direction of the linkage plate 7 and is fixedly connected with one side of the linkage plate 7, and can synchronously move along with the linkage plate 7. The alarm comprises an alarm rod 11 and an alarm switch 12, wherein the lower end of the alarm rod 11 is vertical and hinged to the breaker body 1, the middle of the alarm rod penetrates through the parity hole 104 and extends outwards to form a trigger plate 13, the upper end of the alarm rod horizontally and collinearly extends to form a closing display lamp 14 and a separating brake display lamp 15, the closing display lamp 14 is green, and the separating brake display lamp 15 is red. The upper end part of the alarm rod 11 is exposed to the outside, so that one of the switch-on display lamp 14 and the switch-off display lamp 15 can be completely displayed, the upper surface of the breaker body 1 is provided with a display hole 105 for exposing the switch-on display lamp 14 or the switch-off display lamp 15, the alarm switch 12 is arranged at the trigger plate 13, and the trigger plate 13 can be in contact with the alarm switch. When the linkage plate 7 moves forwards and backwards to perform opening and closing actions, the linkage plate 7 drives the parity plate 103 to synchronously move forwards and backwards, the parity plate 103 drives the alarm 11 to enable the lower end of the alarm rod 11 to rotate, the upper end of the alarm rod is in arc swing, and therefore the closing display lamp 14 and the opening display lamp 15 are exposed outside in a closing state and an opening state respectively, opening and closing display of the switch contact 2 are achieved, and when the switch contact 2 is in opening, the trigger plate 13 triggers the alarm switch 12 to perform accidental opening alarm. The remote controller comprises a wireless communication module, wherein the wireless communication module is electrically connected with the built-in controller and is used for remotely and automatically controlling the opening and closing of the switch contact 2. The reset piece is electrically connected with the built-in controller and is used for manually controlling the automatic operation piece 6 to restore to the opening position. The shielding key is arranged at the upper end of the breaker body 1, is electrically connected with the electromagnetic block and is used for shielding the actions of the manual operation piece 5 and the automatic operation piece 6. By means of the shielding key, the electromagnetic blocks can be manually electrified to have the same polarity and repel each other, and the switch contact 2 is not acted any more, so that the function of shielding the automatic operation member 6 is realized.
Working principle:
1. And (3) manual control: the operator inserts the hexagonal groove 503 through the hexagonal wrench 10, and the manual rotation part 501 is manually operated to drive the manual gear 502 to rotate clockwise, and the manual gear 502 drives the linkage plate 7 to move backwards, so that the push plate 704 pushes the switch contact 2 to perform manual closing operation; the manual rotation part 501 is manually operated to drive the manual gear 502 to rotate anticlockwise, and the manual gear 502 drives the linkage plate 7 to move forwards, so that the push plate 704 pushes the switch contact 2 to perform manual opening and closing actions.
2. Automatic control: the operator is electrically connected with the built-in controller through the remote controller, and the remote control driving motor 602 rotates forward, so that the driving motor 602 drives the driving gear 601 to rotate clockwise, and the driving gear 601 drives the linkage plate 7 to move backwards, so that the push plate 704 pushes the switch contact 2 to perform automatic closing action; the remote control driving motor 602 reverses, so that the driving motor 602 drives the driving gear 601 to rotate anticlockwise, and the driving gear 601 drives the linkage plate 7 to move forwards, so that the push plate 704 pushes the switch contact 2 to perform automatic opening and closing actions.
3. When the manual operation member 5 is not in use, the damper 801 shields the hexagonal recess 503 at the upper end of the manual rotation portion 501, and the operator cannot use the manual rotation portion 501, and at this time, the automatic operation member 6 controls the opening and closing operation of the switch contact 8042. If the circuit breaker needs to be manually operated, the starting head 8021 needs to be pressed down firstly to enable the connecting pin to be separated from the pin groove, then the starting head 8021 is rotated to enable the starting head 8021 to drive the moving body 8022 to rotate, the moving body 8022 acts on the interaction part 803 to enable the interaction part 803 to move, so that the through hole A8011 is moved to the right upper end of the manual rotation part 501, the hexagonal groove 503 of the manual rotation part 501 is exposed, and further the manual operation is performed; while the interaction part 803 moves, the interaction part 803 also triggers the switch part 804, so that the driving motor 602 no longer acts on the driving gear 601, and an interlock is formed.
