Data information received by the communication module 2 from the production line equipment includes but is not limited to monitoring information, equipment states, material allowance and produced quantity, the monitoring information includes video monitoring to a certain part of the production line, progress monitoring to product production, the equipment states include starting states of the equipment on the production line, fault states, the material allowance is material allowance required by production, the produced quantity is product quantity produced by the production line, the data processing module 3 processes the data information, necessary calculation, classification, arrangement, packaging and the like are carried out, and the main control module 1 displays the processed data information through the touch screen 8.

The power management module 5 is respectively connected with a first power module 6 and a second power module 7, the first power module 6 and the second power module 7 are lithium batteries, power is supplied to each module, the power management module 5 detects and manages parameters of the first power module 6 and the second power module 7, the detected parameters comprise voltage parameters and temperature parameters, the state of charge (SOC) of the battery can be estimated, and the phenomena of overcharge, overdischarge and even reversal are prevented when the residual electric quantity is known. The billboard is supplied with power by the independent power supply module when working normally, when the electric quantity of one power supply module is insufficient or breaks down, the power supply management module 5 can automatically select and switch the power supply of the billboard, and the two power supply modules enable the billboard to be used even if one power supply module breaks down, so that the service time of the billboard is prolonged, and the capability of the billboard for changing the emergency of the power supply is increased.
The main control module 1 is further connected with a temperature sensor 9 and a radiator 11, the temperature sensor 9 is used for detecting the temperature inside the billboard, and if the temperature reaches a set value, the main control module 1 controls the radiator 11 to be started for radiating. The main control module 1 is further connected with a voice module 10, and voice prompt can be sent through the voice module 10, for example, when the yield reaches the value of the production plan, voice notification is carried out.
The communication between the production line equipment and the management personnel is in a wireless communication mode, so that long-distance wiring is avoided, the movement is convenient, and the management personnel can monitor the production line at any time and any place; the communication module 2 comprises a WIFI communication module 21, a Bluetooth communication module 22 and a GPRS communication module 23, wireless communication modes can be switched manually or automatically corresponding to different communication distances and network conditions, unnecessary flow cost is saved, and data can be transmitted to monitor a production line when a network is disconnected; the touch screen 8 displays various data information, the production line is subjected to two-dimensional modeling, corresponding data are combined to be displayed in a two-dimensional production line model, the monitoring effect is more visual, the equipment state can be better monitored, the productivity can be better recorded, and the alarm 12 is utilized to give an alarm when the equipment or personnel in the production line are abnormal, so that managers can timely make adjustment or repair.
