Abstract
本发明涉及肥料生产加工及施肥技术领域。棉田覆盖地膜紧贴地面,造成了土壤中气体交换障碍;膜下滴灌,土壤空气被排出,造成棉花缺氧,产量降低。选用植物生长所需的大量元素及微量元素配以过氧化元素,制成含氧复合肥,棉田施入含氧肥料,可以缓解棉花遭受厌氧胁迫,提高棉花产量。按重量份称取:尿素25.6份,磷酸一铵20份,氯化钾30份,过氧化尿素10份,硫酸镁5份,聚谷氨酸1份,聚磷酸铵7份,EDTA锌0.25份,硼酸0.25份,枯草芽孢杆菌0.5份,余量为调理剂。原料混合搅拌造粒,涂衣包膜,称量包装。采用棉花水肥一体化施肥法,随滴灌浇水分次施入棉田。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料生产加工及施肥技术领域,具体涉及一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法。
背景技术
“气”是土壤六大要素之一,土壤中的O2含量≥15%时,植物根长色浅,毛细根丰富,吸收力强;土壤中O2含量≤10%时,根系发育受阻,根短色暗;当土壤O2含量≤5%时,根系的有氧呼吸被抑制,结果在根中积累了大量的乙醇、乳酸和其他有害代谢产物,致使根的功能丧失,根系停止生长,且容易腐烂。
棉花是典型的陆生深根系作物,通过茎叶向根输送O2的能力有限,根际环境通气不良会导致棉花生长受抑制、矿质元素吸收减少,干物质积累下降。
中国是世界第二大棉花生产国,2020/2021年度棉花产量约595万吨,其中,新疆棉产量520万吨,占国内产量比重约87%。新疆棉花种植大面积采用地膜覆盖及膜下滴灌栽培方式,棉田覆盖的地膜紧贴地面,造成了土壤中气体交换障碍;频繁的膜下滴灌,在灌溉过程中土壤空气被排出,因覆膜和灌溉导致土壤O2降低,造成棉花缺O2。棉花是低O2敏感作物,根际通气状况对根系体积、根系生物量、根冠比和矿质元素吸收的影响较大,从而影响棉花生长,产量降低。目前,生产上采用中耕松土的办法增加土壤透气性,以缓解植株低O2胁迫,但中耕松土也只能在地膜的边缘进行,为保证地膜保温保湿效果,需最大限度保护地膜的完整性,地膜中间行的棉地不能中耕,导致地膜中间的棉花始终无法通气。
通过施入增O2肥料,土壤中富含O2能够促进根系呼吸、微生物新陈代谢,缓解棉花遭受厌O2胁迫,能够实现根域O2环境的优化,可促进棉花生长,单株结铃数、单铃重、衣分均显著增加,可见,增施氧肥有助于提高膜下滴灌的棉花产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种材料来源广泛,环境友好,肥料利用率高,肥效期长,施用方便,生产加工简单的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法。
实现上述发明目的而采取的技术方案,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥生产工艺流程:大量元素选配+过氧化元素选配+微量元素选配+调理剂选配→按比例混合→结块粉碎→搅拌造粒→风筛→包膜→包装。
本发明公开了一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其主要原料组成重量份如下:
步骤1.原料的配料:原料按一定比例配备N∶P2O5∶K2O∶O2∶NN2CHRCOOH(氨基酸)∶FA(富里酸、黄腐酸)wt(重量比,下同)1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20 或N∶P2O5∶O2∶NH2CHRCOOH∶FA 1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20或N∶K2O∶ O2∶NH2CHRCOOH∶FA 1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20或P2O5∶K2O∶O2∶NH2CHRCOOH∶FA 1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20;其他元素按任意比例或单独混配;
步骤2.混合进料:将配好的原料进行混合搅拌,提高肥料颗粒整体的均匀肥效含量;
步骤3.结块粉碎:将混合搅拌后的原料大块、结块等粉碎,加入调理剂;
步骤4.搅拌造粒:将搅拌均匀、粉碎后的物料进行造粒;
步骤5.一级筛分:初步筛分颗粒半成品,不合格的颗粒返回混合搅拌环节再加工;
步骤6.二级分级:将颗粒分级,把合格的产品筛分出来,不合格的颗粒经粉碎重新造粒;
步骤7.成品颗粒包膜:将合格的产品用氨基酸成膜剂进行涂衣包膜,增加颗粒的圆润度及缓释性;
步骤8.成品颗粒定量包装:包过膜的颗粒通过皮带输送机送入料仓暂时储存,再连接电子定量包装秤、缝包机等自动定量包装封袋,放置通风处保存。
上述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥的氮元素由尿素、过氧化尿素、硫酸铵、脲醛尿素、氯化铵、碳酸氢铵、液氨、氨水、硝酸铵、硝酸铵钙、聚磷酸铵、磷酸脲、硝铵磷、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵和脲铵中的至少一种提供;磷元素由磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、硝铵磷、过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钙、亚磷酸钾、聚磷酸铵、磷酸脲中的至少一种提供;钾元素由氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、碘酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、碳酸钾、亚磷酸钾、焦磷酸钾、甲酸钾中的至少一种提供;硼元素由硼砂、硼酸、螯合硼、聚合硼中的至少一种提供;锌元素由硫酸锌、氯化锌、氧化锌、磷酸锌、硫化锌、螯合锌中的至少一种提供;镁元素由硫酸镁、氯化镁、过氧化镁、螯合镁中的至少一种提供;氧元素由过氧化尿素、过氧化钙、过氧化钠、过氧化镁、过氧化氢、水杨酸、过碳酸钠中的至少一种提供;钴元素有硫酸钴、氯化钴、螯合钴中的至少一种提供(上述原料均为市售)。
上述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中微生物有益菌剂有枯草芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、多粘类芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、侧孢芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌、菌根真菌、光合菌群、凝结芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、米曲霉、淡紫拟青霉中的至少一种提供(上述原料均为市售)。
上述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥采用的调理剂品种有:碳酸氢铵、钙镁磷肥、硫酸铵、凹凸棒土、膨润土、高岭土、沸石粉、海泡石粉、石膏、氧化镁(苦土)、白云石粉(大白粉)、双飞粉、滑石粉、硅藻土中的至少一种提供,增效剂有:聚谷氨酸、聚天门冬氨酸、色氨酸、氨基丁酸、富里酸(黄腐酸)、鱼蛋白、酵母发酵菌、微藻、氨基酸、腐殖酸、海藻酸、海藻多糖、壳聚糖、褐藻寡糖、免疫蛋白、甲壳素中的至少一种提供,防结块剂有:片剂、粉剂、水剂、油剂中的至少一种提供,还有各种胶粘剂、长效控剂、着色剂、速溶剂、木醋液、尿素低温熔融剂中的至少一种提供(上述原料均为市售)。

表1可以看出,T2处理较T1处理棉花全生育期提前7d,相应延长有效开花结铃时间,生长势及整齐度相应提高2级,为棉花高产稳产打下了较好的基础。
5、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥对棉花增产效果显著
表2可以看出:T2棉花单株成铃较T1增加1.1个,单铃重增加0.2g,籽棉产量增加119.4kg/666.67m2,衣分增加0.9%,皮棉产量增加57.6kg/666.67m2。经统计分析,增产达极显著。
6、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥提高植棉经济效益
一种棉花专用水溶复合肥生产成本较普通棉花专用肥增加2000元/t,施用量75kg/666.67m2,增加成本150元/666.67m2;籽棉产量增加119.4kg/666.67m2,按8.00元/kg,增收955.5元/666.67m2,扣除增加成本150元/666.67m2,净增805.5元/666.67m2,经济效益非常显著。
7、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中过氧化尿素应用的有益效果
(1)提供氮源CO(NH2)2·H2O2(过氧化尿素)是过氧化氢与碳酰胺的加合物,兼具尿素及过氧化氢的性质,CO(NH2)2·H2O2,含N量30%,可以为一种棉花专用水溶复合肥提供氮源。
(2)提供氧气CO(NH2)2·H2O2相对分子质量为94.07,外观为白色结晶粉末,理论活性氧含量为17.02%,易溶于水,并缓慢释放出活性氧供棉花根系吸收。
(3)消毒杀菌CO(NH2)2·H2O2为H2O2与CO(NH2)2的加合物,兼具CO(NH2)2及H2O2的性质,其水溶液中有效消毒成份为H2O2,消毒杀菌作用较强。
(4)兼具调理剂功能CO(NH2)2·H2O2pH2.7,在一种棉花专用水溶复合肥配方中起调节pH的作用,使一种棉花专用水溶复合肥呈酸性,更适合盐碱地施用。
应用CO(NH2)2·H2O2制作多功能复合肥,在为作物提供氮素营养的同时,并提供了氧元素、兼具杀菌、调节pH值的功能,是本发明的显著进步特征。
8、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中聚谷氨酸应用的有益效果
聚谷氨酸是氨基酸家族成员之一,由微生物发酵而成的生态肥料助剂,聚谷氨酸添加一种多功能全水溶复合肥中,其作用分为四个阶段:
第一阶段聚谷氨酸作用对象为肥料,主要起养分缓释的作用。提高肥料的利用率,抗旱保水。由于聚谷氨酸具有超强的吸水保水能力,聚谷氨酸形成的水膜可以把肥料养分牢牢包住,从而延长肥料释放时间,超强的吸附能力能把释放出来的肥料吸附在根部周围,减少挥发和流失。
第二阶段聚谷氨酸作用对象为植物,主要起植物生长调节的作用,它可以大幅提高植物的光合作用效率,提高开花坐果率。增强植物的抗逆能力,与配方施肥共同协作,减少植物病害的发生。
第三阶段聚谷氨酸作用对象土壤。聚谷氨酸具有极强的缓冲能力,可平衡土壤的pH值。能有效的阻止CO3 2-,PO4 3-,SO4 2-与土壤中的Ca、Mg等元素络合形成难以溶解的矿物质,造成土壤酸化与板结。同时能螯合土壤中的Pb、Hg、Al、As等有毒重金属离子。
第四阶段聚谷氨酸被降解为单体谷氨酸,作为氨基酸直接被植物吸收利用,谷氨酸对作物的光合作用和保花保果有特殊的促进作用,聚谷氨酸通过以上四重功效作用促进了作物的生长。
一种棉花专用水溶复合肥,利用可生物降解的大分子-聚谷氨酸与复合肥料掺混形成的缓释型高效肥料。该肥料是利用聚谷氨酸在自然环境中不断降解,进而使它所鳌合的肥料元素逐步释放,使作物可在一定时期内获得持续的养分供给,达到肥料缓释、控释的目的。
聚谷氨酸肥料增效剂是经现代生物发酵技术制备得到的谷氨酸聚合物,分子量可达 300万以上,其侧链上大量的羧基使得它结构类似把大梳子,拥有螯合元素、吸水保湿、植物生长调节等功效。聚谷氨酸可以使肥料利用率由30~35%提高40~50%,氮肥利用率平均提高7~12%,作物平均增产10~25%,根茎类作物增产达60%以上。
本发明创新应用聚谷氨酸协同CO(NH2)2·H2O2,延长O2释放时间,实现长时间对棉花根系供O2,保水保肥、螯合有毒重金属,保花保果,促进作物生长,是本发明的显著进步特征。
9、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中聚天门冬氨酸应用的有益效果
聚天门冬氨酸是氨基酸家族成员之一,是一种水溶性高分子氨基酸类聚合物,具有显著促进植物吸收养分,提高农作物的产量,节省化肥施用量的作用。其作为肥料增效剂,与化肥配合使用其主要特点表现在:
特点一、减少化肥流失,活化养分元素,提高化肥利用率,从而减少化肥用量30%,增加产量10%~30%。
特点二、促进作物对Fe、Zn、Mn等微量元素吸收,使用聚天门冬氨酸处理过的作物,比对照作物的微量元素含量高出3~4倍。
特点三、促进作物早熟7~10d,提高棉花霜前花比例,实现高产优质。
特点四、促进根系生长,增强抗逆性。聚天门冬氨酸协同CO(NH2)2·H2O2制造多功能复合肥,属于本发明又一显著进步的特征。
10、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中聚磷酸铵应用的有益效果
聚磷酸铵养分含量高,pH值近中性,作物安全系数高;对金属离子有鳌合作用,磷素不易被土壤中的Fe3+、Ca2+等金属离子固定,反而可与土壤中的无效微量元素形成可溶性络合物而被植物吸收利用;水溶性聚磷酸铵施入土壤后,磷活性高,移动距离远,不易被固定,直达植物根部,养分吸收更加彻底,被植物吸收效率比普通磷酸盐提高1倍,具有高渗透特性,相比普通磷肥,渗透性高2~3倍,符合当前复合肥高效化、液体化、缓效化和多功能化等发展趋势。将聚磷酸铵加入到一种棉花专用水溶复合肥料中,不仅赋予了复合肥的长效性,还能大幅度提高复合肥料的防结块性能、增强肥料的流动性,方便使用。水溶复合肥不能添加防结块剂,防止堵塞滴头,利用聚磷酸铵配合聚谷氨酸防止肥料结块,是本发明的又一显著进步特征。
11、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥缓解棉花枯(黄)萎病
棉花枯萎病是棉花生产中危害最严重的病害之一,曾被称为棉花的“癌症”,防治难度较大。一般在苗期即可发病,出现大量死苗,以至缺株断垄;中后期棉株发病,叶片变黄、干枯脱落、导致结铃稀少,铃重减轻,纤维品质下降,甚至萎蔫枯死,造成棉花严重减产。
棉花黄萎病是棉花“第一大病害”,传播途径广泛,危害严重,轻者叶片失绿变黄,蕾铃脱落,严重减产,重者整株成片死亡,绝产绝收。因该病不易控制,同棉花枯萎病一样,亦被称作棉花的“癌症”。
一种棉花专用水溶复合肥N、P、K的配比优选地比例按N∶P2O5∶K2O 1∶0.7∶1制备,该比例施肥可有效控制病害,提高棉花产量。(普通复合肥,N、P、K的配比均按照N∶P2O5∶ K2O 1∶0.3∶1公认的模式或通用1∶1∶1等量式进行配制)。一种棉花专用水溶复合肥通过有机、无机配方施肥,提高土壤品质,从本质上改善土地,从而达到控制土壤肥力的目的。土地变得肥沃,病菌将难以入侵,这也是从根源上解决问题的一种手段,是本发明具有显著进步的特征。
枯草芽孢杆菌是芽孢杆菌属的一种,广泛分布在土壤及腐败的有机物中,易在枯草浸汁中繁殖而得名。枯草芽孢杆菌通过成功定殖至植物根际、体表或体内,与病原菌竞争植物周围的营养,分泌抗菌物质以抑制病原菌生长,同时诱导植物防御系统抵御病原菌入侵,从而达到生防的目的。枯草芽孢杆菌是好氧型细菌,需在有氧的情况下才能定殖发挥作用,一种棉花专用水溶复合肥有氧气源源不断的释放,满足了枯草芽孢杆菌好氧的需求,从而克服了常规施用枯草芽孢杆菌难以定殖成活,效果不明显的弊端。
胶质芽孢杆菌的功效胶质芽孢杆菌又称硅酸盐细菌,其重要特性是能够分解出长石、云母等矿物中的钾、硅,也能分解出磷灰石中的磷,以及分泌植物生长刺激素及多种酶,以增强作物对一些病害的抵抗力。这类细菌是用作生物肥料的最好菌种,以促进土壤无效磷钾的转化,增加土壤磷钾的供给,提高作物产量,其胶质芽孢杆菌解磷、解钾、解硅的强度超强。
哈茨木霉菌的功效①杀菌抑菌:阻断病原菌繁殖生长所需能量,增加渗透性使真菌孢子干枯,损坏病菌细胞膜分泌胞外酶溶解细胞壁将病原菌杀死,通过空间及位点竞争抑制病原菌生长。②生长调节:木霉菌在根系周围定植,刺激作物生长,改善根系的微环境,代谢产生木聚糖酶和蛋白酶及部分抗生素,调节植物生长及增加植物抗性。③调理土壤:可活化、疏松、改善土壤团粒结构,对连作易产生的病菌有很好的抑制作用,抗重茬。
过氧化尿素、枯草芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、协同有机、无机配方的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥,不仅能预防根腐病、枯萎病、黄萎病、青枯病等多种土传病害,还能改善土壤结构,促进植物生长发育,提高产量和品质。一种棉花专用水溶复合肥有氧气源源不断的释放,满足了枯草芽孢杆菌等有益菌的好氧需求,从而克服了常规施用微生物有益菌难以定殖成活,效果不明显的弊端,本发明具有显著进步的特征。

亚磷酸钾是“农药中的肥料,肥料中的农药”,既具有了传统肥料的功能特性,并且不含农药成分却能发挥农药的功效。当病原菌入侵时,亚磷酸钾能够诱导作物细胞产生木质素,增加细胞壁的厚度,使细胞壁变得坚硬牢固,将病菌局限于细胞壁、单个细胞或局部组织中,从而阻遏其进一步侵入和扩展。亚磷酸钾相当于作物的疫苗,在作物未发病前施用,使作物预先产生抗体,对病害产生免疫作用,把病原菌扼杀在侵染阶段,从而更有效地保护作物正常生长,是真正意义上的“药肥”。一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中亚磷酸钾的应用,是本发明的显著进步特征。
13、所述一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中富里酸应用的有益效果
富里酸是从腐殖酸内提纯出来的,分子量比较小,作物可以直接吸收,富里酸除了含有腐殖酸的优势功能外,效果更快,用量更少,腐殖酸水溶液呈碱性,不适合盐碱地施用,富里酸水溶液呈酸性,更适合在盐碱地施用;富里酸并具有高生物活性功能的促生长因子,对植物的生长发育起着全面的调节作用;富里酸施入土壤后,对土壤中的氮磷钾养分的吸收有明显的提升作用。能够固氮,减少氮元素的流失和挥发,解磷,通过与磷元素的螯合,将磷元素从土壤中解放出来用于植物的吸收,提高磷的利用率;活钾,能够通过离子交换功能,使难溶性钾转化为可溶性钾,提高钾的利用率;螯合难溶性微量元素,生成溶解性好可被作物吸收的富里酸微量元素螯合物,利于根系吸收,从而大大提高养分利用率,增加肥效。富里酸与氮结合,氮肥利用率可提高10%,磷的利用率可以提高1倍以上。

鱼蛋白是由海洋鱼类资源经过降解(酶解,菌解,化学水解),大分子量的蛋白质转化为易被作物吸收的小分子量营养物质。主要成分是多种氨基酸、多肽、寡肽、不饱和脂肪酸、天然中微量元素、有机质等。它是一种新型复合肥料,较普通肥料功能更加多元化。施入土壤后,土壤中的有益微生物以鱼蛋白等有机质为载体迅速繁殖,活性可提高10倍以上,使土壤结构得到优化,保水、保肥能力显著提高,如连续使用数年,可产生大量蚯蚓,使土壤变得疏松肥沃,改善土壤生态,可使土壤中难以利用的营养元素形态(缓效态)转化为可利用的形态(速效态),增加了土壤肥力。大幅提高植物对化肥的利用率(可提高10%~30%以上),减少化肥使用量。

一种棉花专用水溶除施用棉花外,还可根据不同作物吸肥规律适当调整配方,用于水稻、小麦、玉米、大豆、高粱、马铃薯、花生、葵花、油料、蔬菜、瓜果、林木、果树、园艺花卉作物,应用前景非常广阔。
具体实施方式
本发明以纯养分标定的方式来限定一种多功能水溶复合肥料的组分,参照了国家标准《GB/T 15063-2020复合肥料》、《GB/T 18877-2020有机无机复混肥料》当中对养分的计算方式。
本发明不受下述实施例的限制,可根据本发明的技术方案与实际情况来确定具体的实施方式。本发明中提到的各种化学试剂和化学用品如无特殊说明,均为现有技术中公知公用的化学试剂和化学用品;本发明中的百分数如没有特殊说明,均为质量百分数。
实施例只是用于说明本发明所公开的技术特征,本领域技术人员通过简单的替换所进行的改变,仍然属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1
(1)原料选配:
按重量份称取:尿素25.6份,磷酸一铵20份,氯化钾30份,过氧化尿素10份,硫酸镁5份,聚谷氨酸1份,聚磷酸铵7份,EDTA锌0.25份,硼酸0.25份,枯草芽孢杆菌0.5 份,余量为调理剂。
尿素含N46%,磷酸一铵含N11%、含P2O549%,聚磷酸铵含N16%、含P2O532%,氯化钾含K2O60%,过氧化尿素含N30%,含活性氧16.5%。

(2)原料粉碎:将混合原料的结块进行粉碎,加入调理剂、枯草芽孢杆菌;
(3)搅拌造粒:将粉碎后的原料搅拌均匀,通过物料皮带输送机送入对辊挤压造粒机,物料进入造粒机后,经对辊挤压成型造球后脱模成粒。
(4)筛分:初步筛分颗粒半成品,不合格的颗粒返回混合搅拌环节再加工;
(5)成品颗粒包膜:将合格的产品进行涂衣包膜增加颗粒的亮度与圆润度。
(6)成品颗粒定量包装:成品颗粒通过皮带输送机送入料仓暂时储存,再连接电子定量包装秤、缝包机等自动定量包装封袋,放置通风处保存。
实施例2
①原料选配,按重量份称取:尿素11.8份,硫酸铵16份,磷酸二铵15份,亚磷酸钾0.5份,硫酸钾31份,过氧化尿素10份,磷酸脲9份,糖醇锌0.25份,硼酸0.25份,富里酸1份,鱼蛋白1份,聚天门冬氨酸2份,胶质芽孢杆菌1份,余量为调理剂。
尿素含N46%,硫酸铵含N21%,磷酸二铵含N18%、含P2O546%,磷酸脲含N17%、含P2O544.9%,过氧化尿素含N30%,含活性氧16.5%,亚磷酸钾含P2O540%、含K2O54%,硫酸钾含K2O52%。

②熔融造粒:将尿素、硫酸铵、磷酸二铵、亚磷酸钾、硫酸钾、磷酸脲、糖醇锌、硼酸、聚天门冬氨酸、富里酸、鱼蛋白、调理剂经计量后,由混料提升机送入转鼓造粒机形成料床,在高温熔融浆料作用下,相互粘结成粒,同时通入一定量气氨调节pH值,增加成球率,出造粒机的物料经烘干、筛分、冷却、包膜。
③过氧化尿素、微生物有益菌剂分别单独包装,放入复合肥袋内或单独贮运,计量包装后得到成品。
实施例3
1)原料选配,按重量分称取:尿素22.5份,过氧化尿素10份,磷酸二铵13份,聚磷酸铵10份,硫酸钾22.7,硝酸钾14份,磷酸二氢钾5,ED,TA锌0.25份,聚合硼0.25份,聚天门冬氨酸0.5份,余量为调理剂。

尿素含N46%,过氧化尿素含N30%,含活性氧16.5%,硫酸铵含N21%,磷酸二铵含N18%、含P2O546%,聚磷酸铵含N14%、含P2O530%,硫酸钾含K2O52%,硝酸钾含N13.1%、含K2O46.4%,磷酸二氢钾含P2O552%,含K2O34%。
2)将尿素熔融,熔融尿液经计量后用熔融泵送入混合器中,再将加热后的磷酸二铵、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、EDTA锌、聚合硼和添加剂(辅料)等计量后加入加热器中加热,预热后的物料送入混合器与熔融尿液混合反应,充分混合成溶解度大且具有一定流动性的加成化合物料浆;随后靠自身重力流入位于造塔顶的旋转喷头中再喷雾成液滴,液滴从高塔顶部与上升的冷空气逆向接触传热,在空气中结晶固化、冷却成成品颗粒。筛分出的大颗粒经破碎后和细粉一起作为返料重新加入加热器后循环使用。
4)过氧化尿素包衣:用聚天门冬氨酸对过氧化尿素进行包衣,掺入到合格的成品颗粒颗粒中,搅拌均匀。
5)成品颗粒定量包装:成品颗粒通过皮带输送机送入料仓暂时储存,再连接电子定量包装秤、缝包机等自动定量包装封袋,放置通风处保存。
施用方法
施用方法1 棉花生长期间,结合滴灌,一种棉花专用水溶复合肥可以配合棉花水肥一体化,采用文丘里施肥法,750~1125kg/hm2,随滴灌浇水分次施入棉田。
施用方法2 棉花生长期间,结合滴灌,将不含氧元素水溶复合肥倒入施肥罐内,在进水口将含氧物质溶解于灌溉水中,利用水作载体将氧气与肥料运送到棉花根际,供棉花吸收利用。
施用方法3 棉花生长期间,结合滴灌,将一种棉花专用水溶复合肥或不含氧元素水溶复合肥倒入施肥罐内,在进水口接入增氧机,对灌溉水进行增氧,氧气溶解于灌溉水中,利用水作载体将氧气与肥料运送到棉花根际,供棉花吸收利用。
Claims (8)
1.一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥中的氮由尿素、过氧化尿素、硫酸铵、脲醛肥、氯化铵、碳酸氢铵、液氨、氨水、硝酸铵、硝酸铵钙、聚磷酸铵、磷酸脲、硝铵磷、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵和脲铵中的至少一种提供,磷由磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、硝铵磷、过磷酸钙、重过磷酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钙、亚磷酸钾、聚磷酸铵、磷酸脲中的至少一种提供,钾由氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、碘酸钾、磷酸二氢钾、碳酸钾、亚磷酸钾、焦磷酸钾、甲酸钾中的至少一种提供,硼由硼砂、硼酸、螯合硼、聚合硼中的至少一种提供,锌由硫酸锌、氯化锌、氧化锌、磷酸锌、硫化锌、螯合锌中的至少一种提供;镁由硫酸镁、氯化镁、过氧化镁、螯合镁中的至少一种提供,氧由过氧化尿素、过氧化钙、过氧化钠、过氧化镁、过氧化氢、水杨酸、过碳酸钠中的至少一种提供,钴有硫酸钴、氯化钴、螯合钴中的至少一种提供,增效剂由聚谷氨酸、聚天门冬氨酸、色氨酸、氨基丁酸、富里酸(黄腐酸)、鱼蛋白、酵母发酵菌、微藻、氨基酸、腐殖酸、海藻酸、海藻多糖、壳聚糖、褐藻寡糖、免疫蛋白、甲壳素中的至少一种提供,主要原料N∶P2O5∶K2O∶O2∶NH2CHRCOOH(氨基酸)∶FA(富里酸、黄腐酸,下同)wt(重量比,下同)1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20或N∶P2O5∶O2∶NH2CHRCOOH∶FA 1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20或N∶K2O∶O2∶NH2CHRCOOH∶FA 1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20或P2O5∶K2O∶O2∶NH2CHRCOOH∶FA 1∶0.01~20∶0.01~20∶0.001~20∶0.001~20,其他元素按任意比例或单独混配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥的微生物菌剂由枯草芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、多粘类芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、侧孢芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌、菌根真菌、光合菌群、凝结芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、米曲霉、淡紫拟青霉中的至少一种提供。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥采用的调理剂品种有碳酸氢铵、钙镁磷肥、硫酸铵、凹凸棒土、膨润土、高岭土、沸石粉、海泡石粉、石膏、氧化镁(苦土)、白云石粉(大白粉)、双飞粉、滑石粉、硅藻土中的至少一种提供。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥防结块剂有:片剂、粉剂、水剂、油剂中的至少一种提供;还有各种胶粘剂、长效控剂、着色剂、速溶剂、木醋液、尿素低温熔融剂中的至少一种提供。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥过氧化尿素、生物菌剂分别独立包装,放入复合肥袋内或单独贮运。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括:一种棉花专用水溶复合肥可以配合棉花水肥一体化,采用文丘里施肥法,随滴灌浇水施入棉田。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花专用水溶复合肥及制备方法,其特征在于,包括一种棉花专用水溶复合肥或不含氧复合肥可以倒入施肥罐内,在进水口接入增氧机,对灌溉水进行增氧,氧气溶解于灌溉水中,利用水作载体将氧气与肥料运送到棉花根际,供棉花吸收利用。
