The two contact surfaces are high-precision surfaces, so that the accuracy and stability of the balance base 1 to the support of the connecting base 6 are ensured. And the arrangement of the clearance position 14 reduces supporting contact, reduces positioning errors caused by matching, and further improves the positioning accuracy of the whole clamp. The connecting seat 6 is arranged between the plug connector and the balance base 1 as another supporting seat. The top of connecting seat is the high accuracy surface also, and is provided with a plurality of bolt holes, and the gripping head that is multi-functional mounting platform 8 is the platform of upper and lower surface high accuracy also, and multi-functional mounting platform alright pass through the bolt lock and connect on connecting seat 6. Meanwhile, a plurality of mounting holes are also formed in the multifunctional mounting platform 8, so that detachable mounting of products or supporting structures can be realized at any position.
In addition, high-precision numerical control machining equipment is needed when the clamp is machined, and the machining process is as follows:
step one: machining by adopting a precise numerical control lathe; cutting spring steel to a required size, leaving a allowance of 1.0MM, performing precise numerical control machining, feeding the spring steel for 0.15/second at the rotating speed of 1200 of the numerical control lathe, performing machining, leaving the allowance of 0.2MM (facilitating post-process machining), machining a flange position of a precise balance base 1 on a first surface, machining a flange surface edge of the balance base 1 on a second surface, and then machining a positioning hole, a clamping position 15, a gap avoiding position of a positioning bolt 13 and the like on the positioning bolt 13.
Step two: carrying out vacuum heat treatment processing on the vehicle part product obtained in the first step; the heating temperature of the spring steel is 810-830 ℃ during heat treatment, and the heat preservation time is determined according to the charging mode. The tempering temperature is 320 ℃, and oil cooling is adopted after full tempering, so that tempering brittleness can be reduced. The hardness is required to be between HRC45 and 45 Rockwell hardness.
Step three: machining the workpiece subjected to the heat treatment in the second step by using a precise CNC; during machining, a professional fixture is adopted to fix a machined product, the outer ring locating surface 12 and the locating edge of the fixture locating bolt 13, the clamping position 15 and the bearing bead are required to be machined, and meanwhile, the conical adjusting surface on the clamping head 5, the screw hole site and the screw hole site avoidance space are machined. In addition, the locating surface 12 is reserved with a single-side 0.1 allowance during machining, and is used for machining by a post-process precision grinding machine.
Step four: grinding the product obtained in the third step by using a precise plane hand-operated grinding machine; the contact surfaces which are contacted with each other are ground, and the flatness tolerance is ensured to be within 0.005 MM. The ground positioning surface 12 is reversely placed on the grinding machine to grind the high-precision positioning surface 12 on the balance base 1 and the connecting seat 6, and the parallelism of the high-precision positioning surface 12 is within 0.002 MM. Because the temperature of the workpiece cannot exceed 50 degrees when the workpiece is processed by a precision grinder, the workpiece can deform by more than 50 degrees, the workpiece is required to be cooled by spraying alcohol when the workpiece is processed by the grinder, the workpiece is kept not to deform, and the precision is controlled within 0.005 MM.
Step five: precise external grinding; and (3) clamping the product obtained in the step four on a precision clamp for slow wire feeding processing, wherein the installation precision is within 0.002 MM. The precise external cylindrical grinding wheel is a resin bond diamond grinding wheel, has high hardness, high strength and strong grinding capability, is mainly used for grinding high-hardness and hard alloy, nonmetallic materials and cutting hard and brittle hard alloy, and has high grinding efficiency. Meanwhile, the grinding wheel is relatively slow in consumption, good in self-sharpening property, small in heating value during grinding, not easy to block, capable of reducing the phenomenon of work burn during grinding, and has certain elasticity, so that the surface roughness of a workpiece is improved, and the grinding wheel is mainly used for working procedures such as fine grinding, semi-fine grinding, knife grinding and polishing. When the grinding wheel is used for processing the outer diameter, the circle run-out precision is ensured to be within 0.002MM, and the planeness, the parallelism, the roundness and the perpendicularity are ensured to be within 0.003 MM.
Step six: surface protection of the workpiece; and (3) the processed product passes through a sand blasting machine, and is sprayed out by using glass sand with 240# particles under the pressure of 3 kg of sand blasting air pressure. The positioning surface 12 of the balance base 1 needs to be protected in the sand blasting process, and then the sand blasting treatment is carried out to achieve the purposes of unifying the surface appearance of the product and protecting the surface. And finally, placing the sand-blasted product on a tool table, spraying the rust-preventive oil, ensuring that the rust-preventive oil is uniform on the surface of the whole product, packaging the product with oil paper, and storing the product in a clamp box.

1. A multifunctional jewelry positioning fixture is characterized in that: the clamping device comprises a clamping piece and a balancing base, wherein the balancing base is connected with a clamping mechanism by a locking device, a high-precision supporting table is arranged on the balancing base, the clamping piece is detachably arranged on the balancing base through the locking device, and a replaceable clamping head is arranged on the clamping piece;
the locking device comprises a locking piece, a sliding piece and a control piece, wherein a plurality of clamping positions are arranged in the balance base and are in intermittent annular arrangement in the balance base, the locking piece is arranged at the center of the balance base, the sliding piece is arranged at the clamping position in the balance base, and the control piece is arranged at the clamping position of the balance base in a sliding manner and is used for controlling the clamping of the sliding piece on the clamping position and between the locking piece;
the bottom of the balance base is provided with an annular baffle wall, the annular baffle wall is sleeved with the periphery of the balance base in the balance base, the annular baffle wall is discontinuously arranged in an annular mode, a clamping position is formed between the annular baffle wall and the periphery of the balance base, the sliding part is a bearing bead, the bottom of the locking part is provided with locking joints with two narrow ends and a wide middle part, and the locking joints are clamped with the bearing bead at the clamping position;
the control piece is provided with a sliding retaining wall with the direction opposite to that of the annular retaining wall, and the sliding retaining wall is arranged between the annular retaining wall and the periphery of the balance base and is arranged between the annular retaining wall and the balance base in a sliding manner.
