When the file is the semicircle file, through second electric telescopic handle 10, make the axis of rotation of clamp splice 58 and second clamp splice 16 coincide mutually with the axis of the semicircular cross section of semicircle file, start second motor 11 and rotate to drive the semicircle file and rotate and contact with cleaning brush 29, thereby realize the cleanness of the tooth seam of semicircle file.
