Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of urinals and sanitary articles, and particularly relates to an in-vitro urine guide device.
Background
In our modern daily life, with economic development, the time that people are not indoors is greatly increased, but the time that people travel on the road in a vehicle and the time of traveling outdoors are changed, and in the time, people often encounter the situation that urination is urgent and cannot be solved on the spot at one time. Especially for women, sometimes urine cannot be made in time even at the gate of the toilet, which is very common in the toilets of trains, high-speed service areas and tourist areas during spring transportation. In fact, a small amount of ordinary urine can be completely absorbed in a week in the field, and environmental pollution in a strict sense cannot be caused.
Because the female excretory opening has special structure and the common oral part of the cloaca and the lower edge of the oral part is very low, the female needs to open the lower part of the body to expose the lower part of the body, so that the urine guide can be butted with the excretory opening without leakage and can drain smoothly; the urine guide device has the advantages that the urine guide device is difficult to operate secretly, the urine guide device can be attached to a leakage-free and complete drainage-out mode, a female who is normally attached needs to expose the lower body without wetting the lower clothes when using the urine guide device for urination, the purpose is to better hold the urine guide device or the urinal to enable the urine guide device to be attached to the leakage-free mode, holding and pressing are common operation methods of existing products, and a bag and a bottle for containing urine are added to achieve good butt joint of the body and the urine guide device and complete drainage or collection of the urine; these reasons make the urine guide of prior art very much bulge skin, can not operate in the dress down, be unfavorable for secret use, and must remove the restraint of dress down and fully expose the lower part of the body and can realize the alignment, and they mostly adopt softer material to make, for example film disposable urine bag, silica gel funnel, paper cup awl type funnel etc. and their operation process is all very inconvenient, and the careless use experience that will leak urine leads to very not good. There are also some existing products that can partially solve the above problems, but there are problems that more or less are too large in size, not easy to carry, high in operation requirement, large in urine leakage probability, inconvenient for many people to use, and especially the user needs to take off trousers to expose the lower body when the user is a woman, so a better technical solution to the above problems has been desired.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an in vitro urine guide device, which aims to solve the problems that the existing urine guide device is overlarge in size, difficult to carry, high in operation requirement, large in urine leakage probability, inconvenient to use in open occasions, insufficient in confidentiality and especially suitable for women to take off trousers to expose the lower body; in order to solve the problems, the invention reconstructs the concept of the use requirement of the women of the in-vitro urine guide, the function of the product and the use and operation method. The use requirement is positioned to be used in the public place without exposing the lower body; the distance from any point on the receiving bucket to the nearest user skin is reduced as much as possible in the thickness direction of the skin protruded from the receiving bucket, so that the receiving bucket can be conveniently placed from an upper opening of a lower container, meanwhile, the receiving bucket has a relatively flat shape, and the drainage hole is designed at the most edge of the receiving bucket, so that the receiving bucket has a continuous and gentle large back convenient to press, and the receiving bucket can be fixed by pressing the back of the receiving bucket with a single finger; the drainage tube with radial support is adopted, and the minimum diameter of the drainage tube is optimized and reduced, so that the drainage tube can conveniently turn from the root of the thigh of the underpants and downwards enter leg space; the use method of the female urine guide is optimized to be that the female urine guide is put in place by the receiving hopper, and after one-time pressing, the female urine guide can be safely used without urine leakage by pressing the single finger with the lower part; even through the design of continuously increasing the anti-falling structure, the novel use function that the holding hopper can be held by hands after being pressed once is realized, and the safe urination of the temporarily placed external urine guide device which can be used by the female for the first time without trace standing or sitting can be realized without worrying about urine leakage; these are all for the more cryptic use requirements proposed by the present invention to reconstruct the function and usage of existing products, which is significantly different from existing products. The size of the convex skin of the receiving bucket in the thickness direction, the shape of the receiving bucket, the size of the containing cavity, the position of the flow guide hole, the minimum path size of the drainage tube and the drainage direction are all coupled together to form a complex system, so that whether the urine guide device can be used well, whether the urine guide device can be put down in a lower garment without traces, whether the urine guide device can be used for completely draining urine in time and whether the urine guide device is comfortable to use are influenced, the design and the realization of the concept are obtained after numerous design modifications and fine adjustment, and huge workload and research and development investment are carried out on the back. Due to multi-factor coupling and irregular and variable human body curves, various combined designs of different parameters exist, so that innovations are proposed and realized on the concept, function and usage of the invention, the protection range cannot be restricted by accurate technical parameters, and only product concepts, functions and usage which are innovatively designed by the invention can be used as the protection of the invention claims. In addition, the invention also provides improvement and innovation on the use method of the existing male external urine guide product according to the same idea. After the technical scheme disclosed by the invention is applied, regardless of men and women, under the condition that trousers are not detached in public occasions, the concealed urination can be realized, the mental stress and the embarrassment of people are greatly relieved, the willingness of women to travel at home is increased, and the social benefit is obvious.

The first embodiment of the invention prevents urine leakage by pressing the back part [218] of the hard receiving bucket to form a recess [188] along the skin sunk into soft tissue and form a temporary bulge [23] of the skin and the subcutaneous soft tissue in the receiving bucket, and the simplest operation without urine leakage can be realized by pressing the back part of the receiving bucket with a finger through a lower part in the process from the start of urination to the end of urination by using the external urine guide, as shown in fig. 2.
The second embodiment of the invention is an external urine guide special for women, wherein the receiving hopper is provided with an anti-falling structure, and the anti-falling structure is designed to balance the falling bounce of the skin soft tissue to the contact edge caused by the fact that the contact edge is sunk into the skin soft tissue by means of the clamping force of the thigh root, so that the functional intention that the user does not need to press after pressing once can be realized. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment, including two views, both views being schematic diagrams without strict view projection relationship, the right view being a sectional view; the receiving bucket [11] is connected with the drainage tube [22] in a watertight way, when the receiving bucket [11] is pressed in place, the receiving bucket is clamped by the thigh root, and the anti-falling structure [319] on the receiving bucket forms a skin soft tissue recess [588] at the thigh root, so that the bulge [33] form of the skin in the receiving bucket can be kept even if the pressing hand is removed, and urine leakage does not occur. Also, the draft tube [22] requires at least one turn [28] from the panty direction to the selected discharge port direction. In the process from the start of urination to the end of urination using the extracorporeal urine guide of the second embodiment of the present invention, the simplest operation without leakage of urine can be performed by clamping the bucket with the root of the thigh without any supporting operation.
As shown in FIG. 4, it is a schematic diagram of a large bevel angle anti-falling structure, a design structure diagram of a receiving bucket when the anti-falling structure of a large bevel angle [45] is adopted in the clamping range of the thigh and a schematic diagram of an anti-falling force [46] obtained when in use. The bevel angle of the invention refers to the included angle between the tangent line of the outline sectional line of the receiving bucket at the connecting position (47) and the symmetrical plane (48) of the receiving bucket in any vertical left and right direction sectional plane when the receiving bucket is at the using position; the large bevel angle is a bevel angle value which is larger than a common demoulding angle and is generally smaller than 10 degrees in the clamping range of the thigh root for realizing the anti-falling function of the invention, the large bevel angle value can obviously improve the upward component force of the rebound anti-falling force [46] of the sunken skin, and the upward component force can balance the falling-off rebound force applied to the contact edge; meanwhile, the depth (49) of the receiving bucket with the same width is greatly reduced by the design of the large oblique angle, so that the depth of the accumulated liquid level is reduced, the pressure of urination is reduced, and the caliber of a drainage hole and a drainage tube required for reaching the same urination flow rate is increased, so that the design of the large oblique angle is not only simple as increasing the draft angle.
The flanging of the invention is a flanging with wall thickness extending from the contact edge along a curved surface [57] to the outside of the receiving bucket, can be a flanging [55] extending from the contact edge along the direction of the contact edge along the curved surface to the outside of the receiving bucket, and can also be a flanging extending from the contact edge along the curved surface to the direction away from the skin, the flanging with wall thickness is supported by the receiving bucket with strength, when a thigh root clamp is tightly stuck in the receiving bucket, the flanging is sunken in skin soft tissue of the thigh root [588], and the rebounding and anti-falling force of the thigh root soft tissue to the flanging can balance the falling and bounce force received by the contact edge. It should be noted that when the cuff is added to the contact edge, the surface of the cuff in contact with the body becomes part of the new contact edge, as defined by the present invention for the contact edge. As shown in fig. 5, the anti-falling-off structure is a schematic view of the flange (55) along the direction of the contact curved surface, and when the receiving bucket is provided with the anti-falling-off structure shown in fig. 5, the anti-falling-off force (56) can be obtained under the clamping of the thigh root.
As shown in FIG. 6, the combination of the two flanging anti-slip structures is schematically used, and the combination anti-slip structure firstly adopts the flanging (55) along the direction of contacting the curved surface and then adopts the flanging (65) along the direction of contacting the curved surface and leaving the skin of the user, so that the rebound anti-slip force (66) can be obtained from the clamping force of the thigh root. This configuration is more comfortable for the user to experience than the cuff configuration of figure 5.
As shown in fig. 7, the anti-slip structure of the damper is schematically illustrated. The damping body [75] is designed on the receiving bucket, the friction force [76] of the lateral surface of the receiving bucket and the thigh root is increased by using the clamping force of the thigh root, and the increased friction force [76] can balance the rebound and release force received by the contact edge.
It should be noted that in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the draft tube is omitted in the drawings for simplifying the drawings.
The third embodiment of the present invention is an external urine guide for men used in under-wear, and fig. 8 is a schematic view showing the use of the third embodiment. As shown in figure 9, when the drainage tube adopts the self-locking telescopic corrugated tube [91], the direction of the lower tube opening [93] of the drainage tube is selected through the self-locking turning [92], enough torque is applied in the direction of unlocking torque [95], the self-locking turning [92] can be unlocked and released from turning, and the detachable fixing device [96] is adhesive and can temporarily fix the drainage tube on the lower assembly [97] or the lower leg so as to ensure that the lower tube opening is kept stable in the direction of locking turning.
It should be noted that, the drainage hole of the above embodiment is arranged at the position closest to the thigh on the receiving bucket when in use, so that the drainage tube joint is directly downward along the thigh, and the design that the wetting shoe and pants drainage tube directly discharges urine downward is not considered, although urine does not need to turn in the drainage tube, the urine belongs to a worse design, the user is required to open the leg more, and adverse results are brought, and the drainage hole belongs to the deletion function design of the invention, and also is included in the protection scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the invention is a schematic view of an external urine guide which adopts a drip-proof device that a lower opening of a drainage tube is folded in half by [101] and then fixed by an elastic band [102 ]. The vicinity of the lower nozzle of the drainage tube is folded in half and bound with a rubber band as shown in FIG. 10, so that a U-shaped tube can be formed, and the U-shaped tube can accommodate a small amount of urine absorbed on the wall of the tube which drops due to the vibration of the drawing action without wetting the user's clothing.
As shown in fig. 11, the external urine guide device provided by the invention is provided with absorbent cotton [1101] or absorbent paper which can wipe off urine adhered on the skin on the receiving bucket, the absorbent cotton [1101] is adhered on the receiving bucket [11] by glue [1102], when the external urine guide device is taken out after use, the absorbent cotton or the absorbent paper can rub the skin which possibly has residual urine stain to wipe off the residual urine; fig. 11 also illustrates the case where the first and second embodiments of the present invention have a tying band [1103] provided on the receptacle, the receptacle having a tying band hole [1105] through which one end of the tying band is fixed to the receptacle and the other end of the tying band is exposed from the lower portion through the lower portion upper opening, and the urine guide can be taken out by pulling the other end of the tying band exposed to the outside after use.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, additions, deletions, equivalents, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
