Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an optical zoom motor, an imaging device and a mobile terminal, so as to solve the problem that the optical zoom motor of the imaging device in the prior art is poor in service performance.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an optical zoom motor including a plurality of lens groups disposed along an optical axis of the optical zoom motor, the plurality of lens groups including at least one fixed lens group and a plurality of moving lens groups, the optical zoom motor further comprising: a first cover portion; the first cover body covers the second cover body and forms a containing space with the second cover body, and the fixed lens group is fixedly arranged on the first cover body or the second cover body; the movable lens accommodating part is movably arranged in the accommodating space and comprises a plurality of accommodating units, the distance between the accommodating units along the direction of the optical axis can be adjusted, and each accommodating unit is used for bearing the movable lens group; the driving assembly comprises at least one group of matched driving magnets and driving coils, one of the driving magnets and the driving coils in the same group is arranged on the movable lens accommodating part, and the other one of the driving magnets and the driving coils in the same group is arranged on the first cover body part or the second cover body part.
Further, the plurality of receiving units include: the zoom frame assemblies are nested and can relatively move in the direction of the optical axis when the zoom frame assemblies are a plurality of; and the lens supporting body is arranged in the zoom frame assembly positioned at the innermost side, and each zoom frame assembly and the lens supporting body are correspondingly provided with a movable lens group.
Further, the adjacent two zooming frame components realize mutual movement through the cooperation of the driving magnets and the driving coils in the same group; or the zoom frame component and the lens support body are matched with each other through the driving magnets and the driving coils in the same group to realize mutual movement.
Further, the zoom frame component and the lens support body are one, the driving component comprises a first driving coil and a first driving magnet which are matched with each other in a same group, and a second driving coil and a second driving magnet which are matched with each other in a same group, wherein one of the first driving coil and the first driving magnet is arranged on the zoom frame component, and the other of the first driving coil and the first driving magnet is oppositely arranged on the first cover body part or the second cover body part so as to enable the zoom frame component to move along the optical axis; one of the second driving coil and the second driving magnet is arranged on the lens support body, and the other of the second driving coil and the second driving magnet is oppositely arranged on the zooming frame assembly so as to enable the lens support body to move relative to the zooming frame assembly.
Further, the first driving magnet and the second driving magnet are oppositely arranged and are respectively positioned at two sides of the lens support body.
Further, a first driving magnet is arranged on the zooming frame assembly, and a first driving coil is arranged on the first cover body; the second driving magnet is arranged on the lens supporting body, and the second driving coil is arranged on the zooming frame component.
Further, the zoom frame assembly includes: the frame body is provided with a movable lens group, and the first driving magnet and the second driving coil are arranged on a group of opposite side walls of the frame body; the zoom shell covers the frame body and forms a containing cavity with the frame body, and the zoom shell is positioned between the frame body and the second cover body.
Further, at least one first mounting groove is formed in the outer side wall of the zoom frame assembly where the first driving magnet and the second driving coil are located, the optical zoom motor further comprises a plurality of first balls, and at least one first ball is arranged in each first mounting groove; the optical zoom motor further comprises a plurality of second balls, and at least one second ball is arranged in each second mounting groove.
Further, a plurality of third mounting grooves are respectively formed in the first cover body corresponding to the plurality of first mounting grooves; and/or the lens support body is respectively provided with a plurality of fourth mounting grooves corresponding to the plurality of second mounting grooves.
Further, the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove on the side wall of the frame body where the first driving magnet is located are both positioned at the same end of the first driving magnet; and/or the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove on the side wall of the frame body where the second driving coil is located are both positioned at the same end of the second driving coil.
Further, the zoom housing has two mounting arms extending toward the frame body, the two mounting arms are respectively abutted against a set of opposite side walls of the frame body, the side walls of the frame body are provided with abutting grooves corresponding to the mounting arms, and the mounting arms, the first driving magnet and the second driving coil are respectively corresponding to the side walls of different frame bodies.
Further, the optical zoom motor further includes a first FPC board, the first driving coil is disposed on the first FPC board, a side wall of the first cover body portion has a mounting opening, and at least a portion of the first FPC board is disposed on the mounting opening.
Further, the optical zoom motor further comprises a first magnetic conduction plate, and the first magnetic conduction plate is arranged on one side, far away from the first driving coil, of the first FPC plate.
Further, the optical zoom motor further comprises a second FPC board, the second driving coil is arranged on the second FPC board, the side wall of the first cover body is provided with a yielding gap, at least one part of the second FPC board is arranged on the yielding gap, and at least one other part of the second FPC board is arranged on the zoom frame assembly.
Further, the second FPC board includes fixed section, flexion and the movable section of connecting in order, and fixed section sets up on the breach of stepping down, and the movable section sets up on zooming frame subassembly, and second driving coil sets up on the movable section.
Further, the fixed section includes first fixed part and the second fixed part of connecting in order, and the one end that the second fixed part kept away from first fixed part is connected with the deflection, and the second fixed part sets up on the breach of stepping down.
Further, the optical zoom motor further includes: the second magnetic conduction plate is arranged at one side of the movable section, which is far away from the second driving coil; and/or the magnetic absorbing sheet is arranged on the first cover body, the inner side wall of the first cover body is provided with a mounting notch corresponding to the magnetic absorbing sheet, and the second magnetic conductive plate and the magnetic absorbing sheet are respectively positioned at two sides of the second FPC board.
Further, the optical zoom motor further comprises a housing and a first FPC board, the first driving coil is arranged on the first FPC board, the housing is covered on the first cover body by one side, close to the second cover body, of the first cover body, the second cover body is located in the housing, the second cover body corresponds to the first fixing portion and the first FPC board and is provided with avoidance notches respectively, the housing corresponds to the first fixing portion and the first FPC board and is provided with avoidance openings respectively, and the first fixing portion and the first FPC board extend out of the housing through the corresponding avoidance notches and the avoidance openings respectively.
Further, the optical zoom motor further includes: the first drive coil is arranged on the first FPC board; the first position detection assembly is arranged on the first FPC board corresponding to the first driving magnet; and the second position detection assembly is arranged on the second FPC board corresponding to the second driving magnet.
Further, a fixed lens group is disposed on the second cover portion, and a moving lens group disposed on the lens support is located between the fixed lens group and the moving lens group disposed on the zoom frame assembly.
Further, each corner of the second cover body is provided with a positioning foot extending towards the first cover body, and the first cover body is provided with a positioning notch corresponding to the positioning foot.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an image pickup apparatus including the above-described optical zoom motor.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mobile terminal including the above-described image pickup apparatus.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the optical zoom motor comprises a plurality of lens groups arranged along the optical axis of the optical zoom motor, wherein the plurality of lens groups comprise at least one fixed lens group and a plurality of movable lens groups, and the optical zoom motor further comprises: the first cover body part, the second cover body part, the movable lens accommodating part and the driving assembly. The first cover body is covered on the second cover body, a containing space is formed between the first cover body and the second cover body, and the fixed lens group is fixedly arranged on the first cover body or the second cover body; the movable lens accommodating part is movably arranged in the accommodating space, the movable lens accommodating part comprises a plurality of accommodating units, the distance between the accommodating units along the direction of the optical axis can be adjusted, and each accommodating unit is used for bearing the movable lens group; the driving assembly comprises at least one group of matched driving magnets and driving coils, one of the driving magnets and the driving coils in the same group is arranged on the movable lens accommodating part, and the other one of the driving magnets and the driving coils in the same group is arranged on the first cover body part or the second cover body part.
When the optical zoom motor is used, the fixed lens group is fixedly arranged on the first cover body part or the second cover body part, so that when a zooming operation is needed, the movable lens accommodating part can move in the accommodating space through the mutual matching of the driving magnet and the driving coil of the driving assembly, and the movable lens group is driven to move relative to the fixed lens group so as to realize the zooming function of the optical zoom motor. The movable lens accommodating part moves in the accommodating space, and the accommodating unit of the movable lens accommodating part can move relative to other accommodating units.

It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
It is noted that all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs unless otherwise indicated.
In the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" are used generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the component itself in the vertical, upright or gravitational direction; also, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refers to inner and outer relative to the profile of each component itself, but the above-mentioned orientation terms are not intended to limit the present invention.
In order to solve the problem that an optical zoom motor of an image pickup device in the prior art is poor in service performance, the application provides the optical zoom motor, the image pickup device and a mobile terminal.
The imaging device in the present application has an optical zoom motor described below, and the mobile terminal has the imaging device in the present application. In the present application, the mobile terminal may be a device such as a mobile phone or a notebook computer having a camera function.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the optical zoom motor in the present application includes a plurality of lens groups disposed along an optical axis of the optical zoom motor, the plurality of lens groups including at least one fixed lens group 10 and a plurality of moving lens groups 20, the optical zoom motor further including: the first cover 30, the second cover 40, the movable lens housing 50, and the driving assembly 60. The first cover 30 is covered on the second cover 40 and forms a containing space with the second cover 40, and the fixed lens group 10 is fixedly arranged on the first cover 30 or the second cover 40; the movable lens accommodating part 50 is movably arranged in the accommodating space, the movable lens accommodating part 50 comprises a plurality of accommodating units, the distance between the accommodating units along the direction of the optical axis can be adjusted, and each accommodating unit is used for bearing the movable lens group 20; the driving assembly 60 includes at least one set of matched driving magnets and driving coils, and one of the same set of driving magnets and driving coils is disposed on the movable lens accommodating portion 50, and the other of the same set of driving magnets and driving coils is disposed on the first cover portion 30 or the second cover portion 40.
When the optical zoom motor is used, since the fixed lens group 10 is fixedly arranged on the first cover body 30 or the second cover body 40, when a zooming operation is required, the movable lens accommodating part 50 can move in the accommodating space by mutually matching the driving magnet and the driving coil of the driving assembly 60, so that the movable lens group 20 is driven to move relative to the fixed lens group 10, and the zooming function of the optical zoom motor is realized. The movable lens accommodation portion 50 moves in the accommodation space, and the accommodation unit of the movable lens accommodation portion 50 can move relative to the other accommodation units.
In this application, the cooperation of the first cover portion 30 and the second cover portion 40 also can limit the movement of the movable lens accommodating portion 50.
Specifically, the plurality of receiving units includes at least one zoom frame assembly 51 and a lens support 52. When the zoom frame components 51 are plural, the plural zoom frame components 51 are nested and can relatively move in the direction of the optical axis; the lens support 52 is disposed inside the innermost zoom frame assembly 51, and each of the zoom frame assembly 51 and the lens support 52 is provided with a movable lens group 20. It should be noted that, in the present application, when the zoom frame assemblies 51 are plural, the sizes of the plural zoom frame assemblies 51 are different, so as to ensure that the plural zoom frame assemblies 51 can be sleeved, that is, the zoom frame assembly 51 with a large size is located at the outermost side, and the zoom frame assembly 51 with a small size is located at the inner side of the zoom frame assembly 51 with a large size, so as to ensure that the zoom frame assembly 51 with a small size at the inner side can move relative to the zoom frame assembly 51 with a large size at the outer side, and the zoom frame assembly 51 with a large size can drive all the zoom frame assemblies 51 with a small size inside thereof to move together. Meanwhile, in the present application, the lens support 52 is then able to move with respect to all of the zoom frame assemblies 51.
Alternatively, the adjacent two zoom frame components 51 can move mutually through the cooperation of the same group of driving magnets and driving coils.
Alternatively, the zoom frame assembly 51 and the lens support 52 are moved relative to each other by the cooperation of the same set of driving magnets and driving coils.
In the following embodiments of the present application, the zoom frame assembly 51 and the lens support 52 are both one, and the driving assembly 60 includes a first driving coil 61 and a first driving magnet 62 that are matched with each other and a second driving coil 63 and a second driving magnet 64 that are matched with each other, wherein one of the first driving coil 61 and the first driving magnet 62 is disposed on the zoom frame assembly 51, and the other of the first driving coil 61 and the first driving magnet 62 is disposed on the first cover portion 30 or the second cover portion 40 opposite to each other so that the zoom frame assembly 51 moves along the optical axis; one of the second driving coil 63 and the second driving magnet 64 is provided on the lens support body 52, and the other of the second driving coil 63 and the second driving magnet 64 is relatively provided on the zoom frame assembly 51 to move the lens support body 52 relative to the zoom frame assembly 51. That is, in the following embodiments of the present application, by the mutual cooperation of the first driving coil 61 and the first driving magnet 62, the zoom frame assembly 51 drives the lens support 52 to move together in the accommodating space, so that the zooming operation of the optical zoom motor can be achieved, and in the process that the zoom frame assembly 51 drives the lens support 52 to move together, the lens support 52 can also move relative to the zoom frame assembly 51 under the interaction of the second driving coil 63 and the second driving magnet 64, so that the focusing operation of the optical zoom motor or the continuous zooming operation of the optical zoom motor can be achieved.
Preferably, the first driving magnet 62 and the second driving magnet 64 are disposed opposite to each other and are located on both sides of the lens support 52. By this arrangement, the interaction of the first drive magnet 62 and the second drive coil 63, and the second drive magnet 64 and the first drive coil 61 can be reduced, thereby ensuring the sensitivity of the optical zoom motor.
In one embodiment of the present application, the first driving magnet 62 is disposed on the zoom frame assembly 51, and the first driving coil 61 is disposed on the first cover portion 30; the second driving magnet 64 is provided on the lens support body 52, and the second driving coil 63 is provided on the zoom frame assembly 51. By such arrangement, the electrical connection of the first driving coil 61 and the second driving coil 63 can be more easily achieved, thereby ensuring that the overall structure of the optical zoom motor is simpler.
Specifically, the zoom frame assembly 51 includes a frame body 511 and a zoom housing 512. The moving lens group 20 is arranged on the frame body 511, and the first driving magnet 62 and the second driving coil 63 are arranged on a group of opposite side walls of the frame body 511; the zoom housing 512 is covered on the frame body 511 and forms a receiving chamber with the frame body 511, and the zoom housing 512 is located between the frame body 511 and the second cover 40. The fixed lens group 10 is provided on the second cover portion 40, and the movable lens group 20 provided on the lens support 52 is located between the fixed lens group 10 and the movable lens group 20 provided on the zoom frame assembly 51. Through setting up frame body 511 and zoom casing 512, can provide the motion space for the motion of lens support body 52 relative zoom frame subassembly 51 to can also prescribe a limit to the motion scope of lens support body 52 through setting up zoom casing 512, thereby prevent that lens support body 52 and fixed lens crowd 10 from producing the striking, and then guarantee the result of use of optics zoom motor.
Optionally, at least one first mounting groove 513 is respectively provided on the outer sidewall of the zoom frame assembly 51 where the first driving magnet 62 and the second driving coil 63 are located, and the optical zoom motor further includes a plurality of first balls 70, and at least one first ball 70 is respectively provided in each first mounting groove 513; the inner side wall of the zoom frame assembly 51 where the first driving magnet 62 and the second driving coil 63 are located is provided with at least one second mounting groove 514, and the optical zoom motor further comprises a plurality of second balls 71, and each second mounting groove 514 is provided with at least one second ball 71. By providing the first balls 70, when the zoom frame assembly 51 moves in the accommodating space, friction force between the zoom frame assembly 51 and the first cover body 30 and the second cover body 40 can be effectively reduced, so that smooth movement of the zoom frame assembly 51 is ensured. Similarly, by providing the second balls 71, the lens support 52 can be ensured to move more smoothly during the movement of the lens support 52 relative to the zoom frame assembly 51.
Preferably, the first cover part 30 is provided with a plurality of third mounting grooves 31 corresponding to the plurality of first mounting grooves 513, respectively. The lens support 52 is provided with a plurality of fourth mounting grooves 521 corresponding to the plurality of second mounting grooves 514. By this arrangement, the first and second balls 70 and 71 can be restrained, and it is also ensured that the movement directions of the zoom frame assembly 51 and the lens support body 52 are not deviated.
Alternatively, the side wall of the frame body 511 has a mounting groove corresponding to the first driving magnet 62.
Optionally, a sidewall of the frame body 511 has a mounting notch corresponding to the second driving coil 63.
Alternatively, the first balls 70 in the first mounting groove 513 are aligned in the optical axis direction.
Alternatively, the second balls 71 in the second mounting groove 514 are aligned in the optical axis direction.
Alternatively, the first mounting groove 513 on the outer side wall of the frame body 511 where the first driving magnet 62 is located and the first mounting groove 513 on the outer side wall of the frame body 511 where the second driving coil 63 is located are diagonally arranged.
Alternatively, the second mounting groove 514 on the inner side wall of the frame body 511 where the first driving magnet 62 is located and the second mounting groove 514 on the inner side wall of the frame body 511 where the second driving coil 63 is located are diagonally arranged.
Alternatively, the first mounting groove 513 and the second mounting groove 514 on the side wall of the frame body 511 where the first driving magnet 62 is located are located at the same end of the first driving magnet 62.
Alternatively, the first mounting groove 513 and the second mounting groove 514 on the side wall of the frame body 511 where the second driving coil 63 is located are both located at the same end of the second driving coil 63.
Preferably, the zoom housing 512 has two mounting arms 5121 extending toward the frame body 511, the two mounting arms 5121 respectively abut against a set of opposite side walls of the frame body 511, the side walls of the frame body 511 are provided with abutting grooves 5111 corresponding to the mounting arms 5121, and the mounting arms 5121, the first driving magnet 62 and the second driving coil 63 respectively correspond to the side walls of different frame bodies 511. By such arrangement, the stability of the connection between the zoom housing 512 and the frame body 511 can be effectively ensured, and by such arrangement, the influence of the mounting arm 5121 on the induction between the first driving magnet 62 and the first driving coil 61, between the second driving magnet 64 and the second driving coil 63 can also be effectively prevented.
Optionally, the optical zoom motor further includes a first FPC board 80 and a first magnetically permeable board 81, the first driving coil 61 is disposed on the first FPC board 80, a sidewall of the first cover body 30 has a mounting opening 32, and at least a portion of the first FPC board 80 is disposed on the mounting opening 32. Also, the first magnetic conductive plate 81 is disposed at a side of the first FPC board 80 remote from the first driving coil 61. Further, the optical zoom motor further includes a second FPC board 90, the second driving coil 63 is disposed on the second FPC board 90, the sidewall of the first cover portion 30 has a yielding gap 33, at least one portion of the second FPC board 90 is disposed on the yielding gap 33, and at least another portion of the second FPC board 90 is disposed on the zoom frame assembly 51. Further, the optical zoom motor further includes a second magnetic conductive plate 94 and a magnetic attracting sheet 95, the second magnetic conductive plate 94 being disposed at a side of the movable section 93 remote from the second driving coil 63; the magnetic sheet 95 is disposed on the first cover portion 30, the inner side wall of the first cover portion 30 is provided with the mounting recess 35 corresponding to the magnetic sheet 95, and the second magnetic conductive plate 94 and the magnetic sheet 95 are respectively located at both sides of the second FPC board 90. The first FPC board 80 can be prevented from protruding from the first cover portion 30 by providing the mounting opening 32, and the second FPC board 90 can be prevented from protruding from the first cover portion 30 by providing the relief notch 33.
In the present application, the first magnetic conductive plate 81 is used as a high magnetic conductive material, and serves as an effective means for reducing the magnetic leakage of the first driving magnet 62, and by improving the magnetic leakage path of the magnetic field, the magnetic leakage phenomenon is greatly reduced, and finally the magnetic field strength is enhanced, and the driving force of the zoom frame assembly 51 is improved. Providing a favorable space for bearing and pushing the large lens. The first magnetic conductive plate 81 also functionally attracts the entire zoom frame assembly 51 toward the magnetic conductive plate. In the case of the magnet sheet 95, the magnet sheet 95 can act on the second driving magnet 64 on the lens support 52, thereby pulling the lens support 52, and functionally, attracting the entire zoom frame assembly 51 to one side. Therefore, by the action of the first magnetic conductive plate 81 and the magnetic attracting plate 95 on the zoom frame assembly 51, respectively, it is ensured that the zoom frame assembly 51 is at the equilibrium position and does not deviate, thereby ensuring the usability of the optical zoom motor.
In one embodiment of the present application, the second FPC board 90 includes a fixed section 91, a flexible portion 92, and a movable section 93 connected in sequence, the fixed section 91 is disposed on the relief notch 33, the movable section 93 is disposed on the zoom frame assembly 51, and the second driving coil 63 is disposed on the movable section 93. And, the fixing section 91 includes a first fixing portion 911 and a second fixing portion 912 connected in sequence, one end of the second fixing portion 912 remote from the first fixing portion 911 is connected to the flexure 92, and the second fixing portion 912 is disposed on the relief notch 33.
Specifically, the optical zoom motor further includes a housing 100, the first driving coil 61 is disposed on the first FPC board 80, the housing 100 is covered on the first cover 30 by the first cover 30 near one side of the second cover 40, and the second cover 40 is located inside the housing 100, the second cover 40 is provided with avoidance notches 41 corresponding to the first fixing portion 911 and the first FPC board 80, the housing 100 is provided with avoidance openings 110 corresponding to the first fixing portion 911 and the first FPC board 80, and the first fixing portion 911 and the first FPC board 80 extend out of the housing 100 through the corresponding avoidance notches 41 and the avoidance openings 110, respectively. Note that, in this application, the first fixing portion 911 and the portion of the first FPC board 80 extending out of the housing 100 each have a plurality of power connection pins.
In addition, in the present application, the housing 100 can also serve as a bearing limit and a protection for the first FPC board 80 and the second FPC board 90.
Optionally, the optical zoom motor further comprises a first position detection assembly 200 and a second position detection assembly 300. The first position detecting assembly 200 is disposed on the first FPC board 80 corresponding to the first driving magnet 62; the second position detecting assembly 300 is disposed on the second FPC board 90 corresponding to the second driving magnet 64. The position of the zoom frame assembly 51 can be detected during the movement of the zoom frame assembly 51 by providing the first position detecting assembly 200 in the present application, thereby controlling the movement of the zoom frame assembly 51 by controlling the current of the first driving coil 61. And by providing the second position detecting assembly 300, the position of the lens support body 52 can be detected during the movement of the lens support body 52 relative to the zoom frame assembly 51, thereby controlling the movement of the lens support body 52 by controlling the current of the second driving coil 63.
Preferably, the first position detecting assembly 200 and the second position detecting assembly 300 are both hall chips in this application.
Optionally, each corner of the second cover 40 has a positioning foot 42 extending towards the first cover 30, and the first cover 30 is provided with a positioning notch 34 corresponding to the positioning foot 42. By this arrangement, stability between the first cover part 30 and the second cover part 40 can be effectively ensured.
In one embodiment of the present application, the first cover 30, the second cover 40, the frame body 511 and the lens support 52 are all plastic pieces of LCP material.
Also, the zoom housing 512 and the case 100 are both made of a non-magnetically conductive metal material. Therefore, the protection can be enhanced, and the light and thin optical zoom motor is facilitated.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem of poor usability of an optical zoom motor of the image pickup device in the prior art is effectively solved;
2. simple structure and stable performance.
It will be apparent that the embodiments described above are merely some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
